Das Essen war sehr lecker und wir mussten nicht lange darauf warten. Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich. Zuerst habe ich überlegt, ob ich beim Service einen Punkt abziehen soll, weil wir aktiv darauf hinweisen mussten, dass wir noch was trinken wollen und später, dass wir zahlen wollen. Aber dafür, dass nicht zwischendurch mal gefragt wird, ob alles in Ordnung ist, gleich einen Punkt abzuziehen, wenn sonst alles top ist, hätte ich dann auch nicht fair gefunden. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Das Restaurant ist wirklich zu empfehlen. Wir waren schon mehrmals da und es war immer Klasse. Das Personal ist super nett und zuvorkommend. Die bestellten Speisen aus dem Tandoori Grill waren sehr schmackhaft. Dazu gab es frisches Brot.

Wir sind jetzt bereis das zweite Mal abgewiesen worden, obwohl wir rechtzeitig, d.h. eine Stunde vor Schließung (Essen zu viert vor Ort) bzw. eine halbe Stunde vor Schließung (Essen für zwei abholen) dort waren. Das geht gar nicht :((((. Jedes Mal hieß es "haben Termine". Das Letzte!!!!!! Qualität des Essens hat übrigens leider sehr abgenommen, zumindest beim letzten Mal, als wir etwas bekommen hatten...

Der Service war hervorragend. Alles kam sehr schnell an den Tisch und sah auch wunderbar aus jedoch war es geschmacklich gut aber nichts besonderes. Trotzdem vielen Dank

Ich habe schon zwei- bis dreimal in diesem Restaurant gegessen und war jedes Mal begeistert. Das Essen ist sehr lecker und die Portionen sind mehr als ausreichend, sodass man garantiert satt und zufrieden ist. Besonders gut gefällt mir, dass man den Schärfegrad auf Wunsch anpassen kann – perfekt, egal ob man es lieber mild oder sehr scharf mag.

Lieblings-Restaurant. Das Essen ist nicht nur super lecker sondern auch preiswert. Ich staune jedes mal, wie gut und warm das Essen Zum-Mitnehmen angerichtet ist. Macht weiter so

Das Essen war immer (5 Mal besucht) köstlich und auch die Bedienung waren stets bemüht und sehr freundlich. Man fühlt sich sehr wohl. Von Herzen weiter zu empfehlen!

War jetzt schon mehrfach in echt großer Runde dort. Mehr als 20 Personen - kein Problem! Essen kam praktisch für alle fast gleichzeitig. Super lecker, sehr vielseitig , super Portionen zum Sattwerden. Sehr herzlicher Service in schönem Ambiente. Ich geh immer wieder gerne dorthin und empfehle es unbedingt weiter!!

We came here because of the good reviews and were not disappointed. The menu has a very large selection. We had Indian, which was delicious. It started with thin flatbread and three dips. For the main course, we had a different flatbread. The salad was delicious, and the food was kept warm. The service was excellent. The value for money was also very good. We'll be back.

Super delicious, friendly, and fast! Our four Indian dishes were preceded by complimentary poppadoms with three dips and a fresh side salad. The curries were super delicious, and the price included not only rice but also fluffy naan. Everything was served quickly and with a friendly service. Plus, the beautiful location on the Bartenwetzer Bridge. Highly recommended.

Unfortunately, the food was not good, unhygienic, and the staff unfriendly. I would not recommend it!

I ate at Tandoori India today and I was thrilled! Anyone familiar with the area knows that there are many restaurants with an Indian influence. This one remains my favorite. Delicious cuisine, unparalleled in authenticity anywhere nearby. Friendly, quick service and helpful advice – thanks to both servers! Whether for a "professional" meeting after work or purely for leisure, like today – my first choice!

Very, very tasty food, we decided on Indian: First we were surprised with bread & dips as a "greeting from the kitchen", shortly afterwards delicious salad plates followed and then probably the best Indian food in Melsungen and the surrounding area! The atmosphere is appealing, the service is very attentive, fast and very friendly - everything is just right. We'd love to come back!!!

Food was very aromatic. The combination of Indian and Italian is also really good - so there is definitely something for everyone. If you sit by the window it's super comfortable, prices are ok for the portions.

Yesterday I had dinner in this restaurant with my partner and we really enjoyed it. The great ambience seemed very inviting to us and the employees and operators are very polite and courteous, but by no means intrusive. The food was really a poem, everything tasted delicious and the prices, especially these days, are more than fair and justified. We are pretty sure that there really is something for everyone in this restaurant. We'd really like to come back, it's just great, keep it up

I had already rated this restaurant before, unfortunately at some point I was no longer able to upload new photos, which was a shame. Because yes, the photos are all mine because it tastes really delicious here. The portions are so big that no one will go home hungry. The prices are fair, the food is really delicious and even for people who don't like Indian food there are delicious dishes here, so everyone gets their money's worth.

The food is super tasty and well seasoned and sometimes comes out of the oven still boiling and steaming! Delicious bread with different sauces was always served and a salad was also included! The portions are really generous!👍

Great vegetarian dishes! We had a starter and main course but we couldn't finish it. Luckily it was packed for us! We were there on a Monday evening and had not made a reservation. Luckily we were on time because people after us were disappointed because the restaurant was completely full.

Kind of Indian, but not really. The food was delicious, but not as Indian as other Indians are used to. Prices okay. Great atmosphere in the old half-timbered house. Service very nice and accommodating. There is also pizza and Italian cuisine. But I can't say anything about that. With the Chicken Tikka Masala, the meat wasn't really marinated, grilled, etc., but the sauce was extremely good. The Chicken Jalfrezy had plenty of vegetables, but seemed like canned peas and carrots to me. The sauce tasted like coconut milk and curry, was okay. The naan bread was great and “very Indian”. Everything was delicious, but different than expected. But the first Indian to offer a delicious salad beforehand. Excellent! Feel free to try it yourself and make your own impression.

Hair in the salad. Unfortunately, the chicken wasn't completely cooked, the sauces taste chemical and are far too sweet. The best was the Spezi and the naan bread.

We were guests in Melsungen for the second time and of course we visited this restaurant again. The restaurant is very nice and centrally located. We sat right by the window and received excellent service. The food (especially the tandoori dishes) are great! Every Indian dish also comes with naan bread and salad! If we are in beautiful Melsungen again, we will definitely come back. Absolutely recommended!

I had a vegetarian dish with spinach. It was very tasty, the Indian spices were really very finely tuned and made the dish totally tasty. The pizza there is not my thing, I prefer it in an Italian restaurant. But of course that's a matter of taste. We would love to come back to eat an Indian dish.

Cobwebs in the window recesses and puny flowers don't make the atmosphere particularly friendly. Large pots planted with several plants (orchids) would look very good, especially in the large windows. This would also make it look friendlier from the outside. The food was delicious, though!

Speisen ansich gut und ansprechend serviert. Ambiente selber lässt sich verbessern. Leider wird beim Essen/Servive ab und an mal etwas vergessen. Höhepunkt beim Essen zum Mitnehmen: Komplette telefonische Bestellung für 5 Personen (50 Min Wartezeit) einfach nicht aufgenommen. Da beim Abholen versucht wurde das Missgeschick zu vertuschen und auf weitere 20 Min Wartezeit vor Ort zu hoffen ohne irgendwie entgegen zu kommen, konnte ich ich dann anderweitig Essen besorgen. Leider Kunden verloren.

Leckeres Essen, schönes Ambiente. Egal ob zum mitnehmen oder vor Ort Essen, ist ist immer sehr gut und frisch zubereitet.

Leider war Essen in meinen Augen nicht „indisch“ .. das Chicken Curry hat nicht ansatzweise nach Curry geschmeckt. Lamm Korma war gefühlt eine pure Sahnesauce (ohne Gewürze) und das Fleisch war leider sehr zäh. Sehr schade; hatten uns gefreut und wurden leider enttäuscht. Service war nett und aufmerksam.
