I went there with my husband and my parents. It was a birthday present for my father, as he has a tagine but wasn't quite sure what to cook in it. I mentioned this when making the reservation, and the owner then specifically consulted with his wife (the cook there) beforehand to give us tips! We've never been welcomed, advised, and cared for so warmly. The food was simply delicious, and the selection he recommended was just right. We're still absolutely thrilled. We immediately felt welcome and at home! Thank you so much for this wonderful evening! We'd love to come back (even though it's a one-hour drive and we're from another state!)

We were simply thrilled! Even the call to reserve a table was exceptionally friendly. We were on our way home to Regensburg and were happy to make the detour yesterday to eat there. We were very happy to have done so. We felt at ease from start to finish and simply welcome. Simply a warm welcome. We love tagine and ordered two different ones. Both tasted divine. Plus, the portions were generous and the food was so lovingly prepared. As we all know, you eat with your eyes too.  You can tell that the chef puts his heart into his work. If we lived nearby, even if it were an hour away, we would probably come every six weeks. Unfortunately, we live in Regensburg. If we are ever in the vicinity again, we would definitely come back. You rarely find such warmth and such good food.

We went out to eat for the first time today. And what can I say, it was simply amazing! The ambiance was beautiful; I felt right at home, surrounded by an incredibly beautiful atmosphere. The chef was a really great guy, personable, friendly, and humorous. Now for the food: it was simply delicious. We started with an appetizer. A soup with chickpeas. It was incredibly delicious. Then the chef recommended the main course: rib with prunes and olives and a few nuts. The meat was tender as butter. A delight. Delicious mint tea was also served with it. A perfect combination of light acidity and the taste of olives. The tea was also excellent – ​​aromatic and authentic. The place is very clean and well-maintained, which makes the overall experience even more pleasant. You can sit both inside and outside – depending on the weather and your preference. We enjoyed the delicious food and drinks. Jamal is a fantastic host; he truly puts his heart and soul into his work. He took a lot of time for us; it was so wonderful that he sat down at our table at the end and we drank tea together. We thought that was very nice. We will definitely come back. It was super relaxed and has a pleasant atmosphere and is attractively decorated. I don't need it all the time, but anyone who wants to visit the country will be very attuned to Moroccan cuisine.

The interior wasn't necessarily my highlight. A bit uncomfortable to sit on, relatively small table. But that shouldn't distract from the fact that everything else about the Tajine Manufactory really impressed me: The service was very warm and competent (good recommendation) and I was completely taken care of in terms of cuisine. The Harira soup was great. The spice was strong without being overpowering. I also really liked my Tajine Assfi. The beans made it look like a Moroccan goulash. Highly recommended. I'd love to come back!
