We visited this wonderful Moroccan restaurant and were absolutely thrilled! The food was incredibly delicious – authentic, fresh, and prepared with love. Every bite was a delight! The atmosphere was also very inviting and cozy. A huge compliment goes to the team: The staff were super friendly, attentive, and made us feel truly welcome. The service was simply perfect! We went there for dinner for the first time yesterday, it was well attended and it was great that it was open at all, so many restaurants in Bensheim were closed! It was super relaxed and has a pleasant atmosphere and is attractively decorated. The service, the boss is personally there for you, he was highly motivated and super friendly, the food was absolutely authentic. Price performance is consistent! I don't need it all the time, but anyone who wants to visit the country will be very attuned to Moroccan cuisine.

The interior wasn't necessarily my highlight. A bit uncomfortable to sit on, relatively small table. But that shouldn't distract from the fact that everything else about the Tajine Manufactory really impressed me: The service was very warm and competent (good recommendation) and I was completely taken care of in terms of cuisine. The Harira soup was great. The spice was strong without being overpowering. I also really liked my Tajine Assfi. The beans made it look like a Moroccan goulash. Highly recommended. I'd love to come back!

It was quite by chance that we were guests in this extraordinary restaurant - and were surprised by a perfect ambience, super friendly service and authentic food at a fair price - it is now at the top of my restaurant favorites list!

A little piece of Morocco in the middle of Bensheim. Very tasty and (as far as I can tell) authentic Moroccan food. The map is clear but varied. The service is friendly but not intrusive. In my opinion, the prices are absolutely fair, if not cheap. I will definitely be a frequent guest there and look forward to trying out several dishes.

Small restaurant in Bensheim's pedestrian zone, with nice decoration, enough selection of food, with delicious starters, beef and minced meat dishes, vegetarian and vegan items. Delicious! After the meal there is tea on the house and refills are also provided. Fair prices, nice service.

Me and my wife had our 5th year anniversary on August 9th and we choose to dine out at this restaurant. Omg, the setting was amazing, the food was amazing and we had a wonderful time celebrating our anniversary there. This place is a definitely must go to.

All I can say is WOW! What a taste experience! The meat (both beef and chicken) is so juicy and tender, you don't need a knife! We were definitely not here for the last time!

I had the pleasure of dining at Tajine Maknufaktur and it was an absolutely wonderful experience! As soon as you enter the restaurant you feel like you have been transported to another world. The stylish Moroccan furnishings and the warm atmosphere invite you to linger. The meal was a real treat! The dishes were not only beautifully presented, but also incredibly aromatic and tasteful. I can particularly recommend the couscous with lamb and the tagine with chicken - both dishes were excellently seasoned and perfectly prepared. You can tell that the cooking here takes place with great attention to detail. The service was also first class. The staff was very friendly, attentive and was able to answer any questions about the dishes competently. You felt like you were in very good hands the whole time. If you are looking for an authentic culinary experience, you should definitely plan a visit to the Tajine Manufaktur. I'll definitely be back!

Personnel were employed who did not wear adequate protective clothing when handling food. The street clothing was not adequately covered. The inside of the oven was clearly contaminated with old dirt deposits and crumbs. The dishwasher spray and the outer surface of the dishwasher and the microwave ovens were also contaminated.
