Very lovingly furnished shop with a friendly owner. The menu is rather manageable, which is definitely worth it because we have rarely eaten such tender meat, and the entire meal was really tasty. A clear recommendation from my side and we would be happy to come back.

Very friendly welcome at the opening with tea and pastries! The interior is pretty and lovingly oriental - even the sinks are an eye-catcher. Have eaten there several times now and it is delicious and the service is always so friendly and helpful. A real asset to the city! Delicious vegetarian options are available every day.

Me and my wife had our 5th year anniversary on August 9th and we choose to dine out at this restaurant. Omg, the setting was amazing, the food was amazing and we had a wonderful time celebrating our anniversary there. This place is a definitely must go to.

I had the pleasure of dining at Tajine Maknufaktur and it was an absolutely wonderful experience! As soon as you enter the restaurant you feel like you have been transported to another world. The stylish Moroccan furnishings and the warm atmosphere invite you to linger. The meal was a real treat! The dishes were not only beautifully presented, but also incredibly aromatic and tasteful. I can particularly recommend the couscous with lamb and the tagine with chicken - both dishes were excellently seasoned and perfectly prepared. You can tell that the cooking here takes place with great attention to detail. The service was also first class. The staff was very friendly, attentive and was able to answer any questions about the dishes competently. You felt like you were in very good hands the whole time. If you are looking for an authentic culinary experience, you should definitely plan a visit to the Tajine Manufaktur. I'll definitely be back!

Thank you very much for the lovely evening we had with you. It was like a little vacation. The atmosphere is great, you really feel like you are in Morocco. From the starter to the main course to the dessert, which included a glass of fresh, fine peppermint tea, everything was perfect. The taste buds have literally exploded. And hospitality is very important here!!! All in all a small but very nice shop where you can eat really well!! We would be happy to come back any time we are in your area again. There is a current publication from the veterinary office regarding violations of the food law here. 🦠🧫 These will only be published there in the event of repeated violations or a fine of €350 or more. “Not insignificant hygienic deficiencies were found in the company, which had a negative impact on the food and dishes: All warehouses, the delivery area for incoming goods, the basement rooms, the cold store and the kitchen production area were heavily contaminated overall. Personnel were employed who did not wear adequate protective clothing when handling food. The street clothing was not adequately covered. The inside of the oven was clearly contaminated with old dirt deposits and crumbs. The dishwasher spray and the outer surface of the dishwasher and the microwave ovens were also contaminated. Food containers were stored on the floor, which are usually placed on the work surfaces during the work process. Several cleaning devices were also parked directly in an area where food was handled. This meant that there was a risk that germs could be transferred to food during the further work process and contaminate it. The food was absolutely delicious - every dish was rich in flavors and cooked to perfection. The starters were also fresh and very tasty. I would particularly like to highlight the owner, who looked after us in an extremely friendly and attentive manner. He was even super helpful when changing diapers and putting the stroller away. I discovered this restaurant by chance. The meat was so tender, ohhh🤤 As if I were visiting grandma. The service was so warm, you immediately felt at home. The price is simply great. A must if you are in Bensheim.

We were there for the first time today and absolutely loved it. Despite the limited menu due to Ramadan, the boss went out of his way to pamper us, we learned the art of pouring tea and felt really welcome! We would like to come again!

On our tour of Bensheim we found this wonderful Moroccan restaurant. The ambience, the music and the food were perfect and reminded us strongly of our last vacation in Morocco. Here you can get “real” Moroccan food and taste the spirit of Morocco. For this reason, I can definitely recommend the restaurant and you should definitely stop by.

It is a small restaurant with an exquisite menu. No run-of-the-mill food or alcoholic drinks can be found here. The third of us ordered three different dishes and all three tagines were delicious. The meat was extremely tender, the couscous was completely different to what we know and the combination of spices was great. The taste really made you feel like you were on another continent. Definitely coming back.

Top Moroccan cuisine in downtown Bensheim. Very nicely done restaurant with a lot of attention to detail. The owner very friendly and very accommodating. The food is amazing and super tasty and we can only recommend it. Rarely eaten so deliciously. We will be back definitely. Vegetarians get their money's worth here. You can also get meat dishes here. So there's something for everyone. You should definitely make a reservation as it is not very big.

A really nice Moroccan restaurant in Bensheim. Loved the Tajine here. The portion size is a bit small though. Staff is very cordial. There is only one person to serve so you have to wait a bit.

Wir waren auf Empfehlung in der Tajine Manufaktur und können die positiven Bewertungen nur bestätigen. Direkt fällt das authentische marokkanische Ambiente auf. Wir waren zum ersten mal marokkanisch Essen und hatten daher einige Fragen zu den Gerichten, die uns der sehr nette Wirt gerne beantwortet hat. Das Essen wurde ansprechend und vor allem noch schön heiß serviert. Das Rindfleisch war sehr zart und ist wunderbar auf dem Teller zerfallen. Für alle, die wie ich eher Fans von magerem Fleisch sind ein Traum. Zusammen mit den Zimtpflaumen und den Oliven (Tajine Royal) eine stimmige Kombination, die nicht nur zur Weihnachtszeit gut passt. Ebenfalls sehr gut waren die Tajine mit Hackbällchen und die vegetarische Tajine. Nach dem Essen bekamen wir einen grünen Tee mit Minze und Honig serviert, der auch sehr lecker war. Die Toiletten sind sauber und vom Gastraum aus barrierefrei erreichbar. Generell wurden die Tische nach dem Verlassen der Gäste direkt gereinigt und desinfiziert, Hygiene also top. Wir hatten einen Schlemmerblock, das Einlösen klappte ohne Probleme. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert. Wir kommen wieder.

Ich war am Freitag zum Weihnachtsessen da gewesen und muss sagen, dass das Fleisch super zart war! Es war sehr lecker, die Bedienung war super freundlich und sehr zuvorkommend. Ich habe selten so leckeres Marokkanisches essen gegessen. Es war eine wundervolle Stimmung und sehr gastfreundlich. Man konnte die Knochen mit Leichtigkeit abziehen vom Fleisch, der Couscous war sehr lecker gewürzt. Gerne wieder und öfter!

Wir waren gestern Abend zum 1.Mal dort. Auf der Speisekarte findet jeder etwas Passendes, egal ob er Fleisch isst oder Vegetarier oder Veganer ist. Es gibt für jede Gescmacksrichtung mehrere Gerichte zur Auswahl. Das Essen war sehr lecker, der Service sehr angenehm, aufmerksam und natürlich freundlich. Das Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis passt hier. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.
