Food was very tasty! Given the price and quantity, I would have liked more. I wasn't full. For a dish costing 21 to 30 euros, I would have expected more. You can forget about looking for a parking space.

Our number 1 point of contact in Berlin when it comes to kebabs & Co! Excellent meat, delicious salads and meze - a treat in itself. Be sure to try Künefe, very tasty and always a successful ending. For us this is by far the best Ocakbasi in the city. We have never been disappointed so far. Attention: It is advisable to call or reserve in advance - especially on weekends/evenings.

Really excellent food!!! Unfortunately, I can agree with many of the comments here. I've been to you twice so far and found the waiter extremely unfriendly and inattentive and you even had the feeling you weren't welcome... I don't understand why as a shop owner you don't do anything and train the waiters or just be friendly to the customers. Unfortunately, reservations are not possible because you can't reach anyone. I will definitely come back, if the waiter is so unfriendly again my friend will give me two stars instead of the five your food deserves.

I came at 1:30 pm, and the waiter said they're still not open (although the door was open). Came back 30 min after, had an Adana dürum, and they charged me 10 euros instead of 7 euros (as it's on the menu on google maps). All in all, dürüm was tasty, still couldve had more fillings inside (only tomatoes and barely onions and parsley), and they could've been friendlier and update their prices and opening times on maps...

Best grill plates in all of Berlin. Although the prices are a bit high. But you also get first-class meat and dishes.

You can hardly find anything worse in Berlin.

The ambience is nice, but unfortunately that's the only thing. The staff wasn't exactly friendly, the prices are very expensive for the service. I opted for a lentil soup as a starter, which for a mere 6 euros wasn't even remotely tasty. After I had to specifically ask for a menu and wasn't even asked if I wanted something to drink, I left it with the soup. During my short stay, I also unfortunately learned that the service among my fellow countrymen is very different and very friendly. It's a shame for me for the first and last time.

If you are rudely sent away on a Saturday evening around 7:30 p.m. because - be careful - there is no more meat, then something is probably not going right here. We try to reach the restaurant several times by phone three hours before arrival. Nobody answers. Multiple! So we didn't have the opportunity to make a reservation or to find out earlier that no more dishes would be served. I would still understand it if it were a new restaurant where you couldn't yet estimate how many guests would come. But a long-established restaurant is "sold out" at 7:30 p.m. on a Saturday in Kreuzberg when the weather is nice??? Not clear! What I rate here with one star, however, is the unfriendly and brash way of telling us this and sending us (two adults and two children) away. Luckily it's not the only Turkish restaurant in Berlin - Kreuzberg!

Employees extremely unfriendly. Ask if the store is open yet and it says it won't be for another hour. Walking past the shop 10 minutes later it is open. Racist and unfriendly people who work there! One should be ashamed of such behavior.

The mezes were tasty, but the spicy paste (acılı ezme) was a bit too runny. The Beyti skewer was tasty, but it lacked that certain something to really impress me. The Kuzu-Sis plate was good overall. Unfortunately, the long wait for the food disappointed my overall impression. Therefore no five stars.

25 Euro kebab is worth every penny. Hard to imagine anything better!

Don’t come unless you are Turkish and a single male - they won’t serve you, and they don’t apologize. I couldn’t even place a reservation for any date of the week! Food looked good, but not at the expense of being judged..

Best ever Turkish charcoal barbecue in Berlin, in Germany and your will not find such quality in Istanbul as well, you would need to got to Turkish countryside to find this dedication, this craftsmanship, this quality of meat and all other ingredients, best early afternoon, evenings are usually packed…

The food was good, but the service was rude. Prices are about the same as other Turkish restaurants. Because of the service and the ambience, I would prefer other restaurants

We got a table for 2 adults and a small child today without a reservation. Food is just right, quality is top as always. The waiter was rather introverted, but by no means disrespectful. Our No. 1 spot for skewered dishes in Berlin!

I recently tried a dish called Alinazik, and it was incredibly delicious! It introduced me to a new flavor of kebab that I had never experienced before. You definitely shouldn't overlook this kebab!

In my opinion the best, tastiest and freshest Ocakbaṣı in Berlin. You really shouldn't go there too late, because if you run out of one type of meat then that's it. This is a sign that they get their meat fresh every day and do not store it in Berlin like the other Ocakbaṣı. It is usually advisable to make a reservation because it is difficult to get a seat. The meat was very tasty. The poems could be bigger but my 5 stars stand for the quality

Super tasty, I would say the price is normal for today's times, definitely compared to others. You should make a reservation, but it doesn't have to be spontaneous.

It was the first Turkish restaurant I ever ate in Germany. I have eaten Turkish food all over the world but this one has been 2nd best after Dubai. I have yet to try Turkish food on turkey. I will soon. This place has street parking. This restaurant is extremely busy. I stood in the cold rain for 20 minutes to get a seat. Yes it was worth it. The pictures speak for themselves. A very unfortunate thing with Turkish restaurant in North America they use gas grill. That takes away 50 percent of the flavor. In Berlin all the Turkish restaurant cook on top of charcoal tandoor. That gives the amazing smoked flavor and then you compliment that with high quality juicy fatty meat then you create magical Turkish kebabs. Every single item is made to order. There is no artificial or ready made ingredients every marination made from scratch. I would go back to this restaurant every time I am in Berlin. The staff are so kind and they invited me to kitchen side to make video. Food i rate it 4.5 and service 5. This place needs more space. People are lined up to eat here. The images and videos speak for themselves. Make sure you end the kebab feast with Turkish tea and baklava.

Das Essen war top. Wir hatten Iskender und Kanat. They have friendly employees. I recommend this restaurant to everyone.

When we arrived at the restaurant and wanted to sit down at an empty table, the waiter came and said “This is reserved.” Not even a greeting or anything. We were then not shown where we could sit instead; we had to “ask” for a place first. After we sat down, we were told: “The place is also reserved, you can make it until 6 p.m., right?” At the time it was 5:30 p.m. Fast food or restaurant? We felt absolutely uncomfortable and got up and left. Service and friendliness is a foreign concept for the farmers who work there. Absolute no-go for people with class.

Ich liebe das Kebab-Haus! Das Essen ist immer frisch zubereitet, lecker und die Portionen sind großzügig. Der Service ist freundlich und schnell. Ein großartiger Ort für einen köstlichen Snack oder ein schnelles Mittagessen. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Es war schon fast 14 Uhr und es war immer noch nicht geöffnet. Auch wird Alkohol verkauft. Musik zu laut und penetrant. Verschreckt halb-Berlin (die darauf achten). Für Muslime nicht zu empfehlen drinnen zu essen. Wie viel Segen der Laden hat, kann sich jeder selbst ausmalen. Ein Tipp für die Besitzer: Es gibt sehr viele die euren Laden probieren wollen, aber wegen den genannten Gründen nicht hingehen.

The meat portion of Adana kebab tastes good and similar to home, but the rest of the plate is very poor. It came with two spoons of bulgur, one single grilled pepper, and two small strips of thin flat bread (not the pide kind). It's very poorly put together, and simply not enough food - especially considering the ridiculous price. Service was next to none despite having only 2 tables with customers. I almost gave 4 stars since the food tasted somewhat authentic, but I remember they didn't serve tea after the meal, which is not acceptable for an ocakbaşı. Despite the nice atmosphere, I don't see myself going there again. :(

Joghurt einfach der Burner. Ayran deshalb sehr lecker. Fleisch super deshalb die Gerichte Bombe. Der Ezmesalat ist absolut kult.

Kesinlike tevsiye ederim. Servis oldukca hizli. bana sevis edilen sarap pek lezzetli degildi. Menüde zaten bir cesit sarap var. Ortam biraz gürültülü

Dieses türkische Restaurant ist zweifellos der beste Ort in der Stadt, wenn es um frische und qualitativ hochwertige Küche geht. Hier wird jedes Gericht mit außergewöhnlicher Liebe zum Detail zubereitet. Der Besitzer ist immer persönlich am Arbeiten, und das spürt man in jedem Bissen. Das Adana-Gericht ist schlichtweg perfekt - nicht zu fettig, mit einem idealen Fleischcharakter, und das Fleisch ist weder zu zäh noch zu knusprig, sondern einfach perfekt gebraten. Auch das Adana mit Pistazien ist ein wahrer Genuss. Die Salate sind perfekt gewürzt und unglaublich lecker, und selbst der Hummus überrascht mit seiner außergewöhnlichen Qualität - selten findet man einen so köstlichen Hummus in einem türkischen Restaurant. Ja, der Laden mag ein wenig kleiner sein, aber der Geschmack ist einfach unschlagbar. Dieses Restaurant stellt die Messlatte hoch und liefert die besten türkischen Speisen in der Stadt.

Tolles Grillrestaurant. Das Angebot ist reichlich und die Vorspeisen sind bereits ein Gedicht. Der Hauptgang mit gemischter Grillplatte ist einfach super lecker. Kann ich jedem empfehlen.

Ein Genuss ! Habe seit langem nicht so Lecker gegessen. Grillplatte bestellt - Fleisch war schön Zart. Salat und Beilage waren ebenfalls ein Genuss. Wer wieder mal was ordentliches für sein Geld bekommen möchte sollte zu Tadim Grillhaus gehen. Die Jungs haben es noch drauf !

The food has great potential and could be enjoyed if..... With reservations you sit outside, which is fine, but then people are waiting outside for a table to become available and you feel a bit pressured. Then there's only one waiter for ALLLLLLLLL tables, inside and outside. The waiter is going in and out, and probably losing 3 kgs a shift. The food is really nice but the portions have shrunk. I could eat double, but then if you are still hungry, you load up on bread unfortunately. I didn't like that ever order took forever and the waiter never comes back, even for payment. Sorry not returning.

Der Kellner sehr unfreundlich , sagt einfach das er keine Plätze mehr hat obwohl drinnen 2 Tische frei waren, die Portionen sind für Kinder man wird nicht satt und viel zu teuer, geschmacklich ok( wegen kohlegrill) aber mit adana hat es nichts zu tun gehabt , eine handvoll bulgur und 2 mini spiesse! Nicht empfehlenswert

My goodness! The food here is 5/5. Any. Day. Of. The. Week. Grab the bottom left table in the sun, an Abu Ganus to start with and the Beyti Kebap (lamb mince) for your main. Close your eyes and let the flavours caress you and carry you away to a magical place in Turkey. No but seriously, there is no better Turkish restaurant in Berlin. Sure, a little pricey but it’s pricey to live nowadays, isn’t it? Çok teşekkürler!

Das Essen, die Vorspeisen, die Beilagen alles war mehr als Perfekt 🤩 In Berlin gibt es keinen besseren Grillhaus/Ocakbasi. Meine Empfehlung probiert den „Pistazien Kebab“ Megaa lecker 😍 dazu noch vorspeisen wir Humus und Ezme😍

Very very good Kebap, the claims that this is the mecca of Kebap are true. Staff is super polite, and this place is famous among locals, which makes it pretty special. I enjoyed the pistachio Kebap a lot! Prices are getting dangerously high though. 23 euro for a plate with 4 lamb chops?! Payment only with cash.
