Today I went to dinner with my friend and they made us wait for about 40 minutes. On top of that, they responded rudely by asking "There are many guests inside, should we take care of you?" Even though we told them that if you had told us beforehand that we could wait a long time, we would have acted accordingly, they responded very disrespectfully. Definitely not recommend, I'm sure they will be careless if there is a problem

Today I went to eat there with my friend. It was busy but they didn’t tell us how long we will wait for food. After 40mins we asked about our food and they were really rude to us! They said we can’t service you bc there are some others. I told them at least you could tell us maybe it will take time to get food. But they were kind of trying to kick us! Also they were really bad to their workers.. Please don’t go there!

The salad was fresh, as well as the matching dips with bread as a starter. The meat was tender with a good amount of yogurt and great fries. Everything just fit and tasted good. We also had baklava on the house 🫶🏻 Thank you!!

Amazing and delicious food. Best baklava ever

On Friday evening we were looking for a place where we wanted to eat well. We were immediately warmly welcomed by a very polite and attentive waiter. We were so positively surprised by authentic cuisine with incredibly nice staff!!! I will definitely come back! 5 stars for the Adana plate are absolutely justified! Keep it up and thank you for the great evening and the good food.

You can't get better food at 4am anywhere! Beyti Kebab was prepared extremely lovingly by Besir and tasted the best of all the places in Berlin. Thank you very much 🙏❤️

We had an excellent dinner, out group was very well attended by the waiters, including salad and bread for the group. Everything was absolutely delicious, the lamb screwers, the lentil soup, the veil meat, very recommended! They are also particularly queer friendly. We will come back every time!

A really great restaurant. It is a family business that transmits this ambience to its guests. I was there with a group of 16 people. You immediately felt like you were with good friends. The staff is very friendly, the prices are reasonable, the food and drinks were served straight away and the taste of the food suggests that the chefs are masters in their element. I would like to thank the staff and the owner of the restaurant again.

Ate shepherd's salad and Adana Kebab Yogurtlu here once again and it was great from the starters with warm bread (free) to the delicious main courses. We even all got melon for dessert and tea on the house since it was so hot. I can only recommend it!

The service was very friendly and quick, but never intrusive, but always attentive. The atmosphere corresponds to Hermannstraße – lively and loud. But the good music also puts you in a good mood :)

For me the best grill house in Neukölln! There are two main reasons for this: the quality of the meat and the atmosphere in the shop. The meat is grilled on a beautiful charcoal grill in the shop. The quality of the meat is really extremely high. The atmosphere in the restaurant is personal and cozy. This is mainly due to the two brothers who run the restaurant with a lot of dedication.

Open until late and 420 friendly! Food, of course, excellent. Top 👍

Horrible. After arriving, the service (2 people) took a long time to take our order. We stayed just out of understanding, place was full. After ordering, drinks were mixed up with other table, we mentioned it, they apologised, finally our drinks NEVER arrived. We still waited for our food just because we were starving and had already waited 35 min. Ultimately, we left after 45 min of sitting around and being ignored by both waiters. Two other groups that arrived before us were served before us. Terrible, absolutely don’t recommend.

Çağlayan is a very authentic place. This is how we eat in Türkiye, at "ocakbaşı". The atmosphere, service, people, food, and friendliness. Totally advice here for a authentic Turkish food experience with raki, kebap and meze. :)

Food was okay, but we definitely wouldn't come again! Customers are overlooked and ignored. Food came warmed up and the worst is how we were served a different bread on the table and another customer at the table next to us said to the waiter why the bread was different from us and why they wanted to eat it too and the waiter then said that our bread was old and worse! Unfortunately they are also very intrusive!

Everything was great, as always. Great service and very tasty food.

This place is amazingly good and amazingly cheap for the food you can get. Not only it is fully authentic, high quality Turkish cuisine but it is also cheaper than how much you would pay for the same stuff in Turkey! Ökkeş Usta is a wonderful grill chef, whose recipes will make you wish you could just eat there all the time and not go home! The place has Turkish folk music playing at a very pleasant volume, and sometimes even has live Saz/baglama music. I recommend getting the Mixed Grill plate if you are at least two people.

After an eventful day, we were looking for a small, cozy restaurant. What you get here is hospitality, great Turkish cuisine and a nice atmosphere. We had a lamb dish and a chicken dish. Staff very friendly and very attentive. Price/performance cannot be complained about. You wouldn't expect such a great kitchen from the outside. Therefore an insider tip. We were more than satisfied.
