Sushi Wok Express in München

Ordered fragrant rice with gung po. The sauce with the vegetables just tasted like warm water. What was served was truly abysmal. I couldn't eat it until I added various Asian sauces and reheated everything. Doesn't anyone in the kitchen taste what's being mixed together?

I pre-ordered Sunday lunch for my family and me. We received the previous night's food: sweet and sour rice, inedible, and old. The fried noodles had no flavor. I couldn't reach anyone by phone. Thanks for nothing.

I'm truly stunned by this order. The pumpkin maki looked really appetizing in the pictures – in reality, the pumpkin was almost black and tasted absolutely terrible. The skewers were edible, but looked anything but appealing. At €6, it's simply too expensive for such poor quality. And the so-called peanut sauce? Absolutely inedible. The soup didn't match the pictures at all. Why would they even upload photos when the reality is so drastically different and the food looks unappealing? I will definitely never order from here again. I haven't experienced anything so disgusting in a long time. Extremely disappointing.

Total SCAM: I paid €27 for two wan ton soups and some maki. I couldn't find the place until I entered a private residence where there was a small house that met the lowest standards of hygiene. The food was of extremely poor quality and tasted terrible. The wan ton soup was just rotten broth with chopped onions and pieces of boiled chicken that tasted sour. The photos on Google are fake. The raw fish was like eating something already chewed.

I wish I hadn't given it any stars at all. I read the reviews too late, otherwise I never would have ordered from here! We've been waiting over two hours for our food. Either get more staff or, better yet, close your shop right away! Making people wait so long is a disgrace. I hope they go bankrupt as soon as possible!

We ordered three different fried noodles. They tasted awful. The udon noodles were overcooked. In two of the dishes, the vegetable content was less than 5%, the rest being noodles that, when we tried to remove them from the packaging, stuck together like a board. The udon noodles had about 10% "vegetable" content, with 80% of that being onions, 10% bean sprouts, and 10% carrots. There was no bok choy or beans included, as advertised. The "topping" was an enormous amount of fried onions instead of spring onions. The "sauces" were also unidentifiable and not really edible. We also reported our complaint by phone. The man on the phone was very accommodating and friendly despite my complaint. We will definitely not order from there again.

The driver was aggressive! I was yelled at. The food was thrown on the floor or onto the stairs in the hallway in a fit of rage. I can't comment on the quality of the food. We certainly won't take the risk of ordering from there again. Never again!!!

Ordered food, and after about an hour and 15 minutes, it arrived ice cold and some of it was even frozen. Neither "express" nor edible! Absolutely not recommended! A frozen pizza from... is an even better solution.

Delivery took almost 1 hour instead of 25-45 minutes, ordered Cola Zero, got normal Cola, according to the driver they had run out of Zero, calling and canceling would have made sense then the Cola was also really warm, food was really not good, egg rice was totally disgusting, I can't even describe it, sweet and sour duck was just as catastrophe, only the duck and some rice and vegetables were edible, the sauce was disgusting I can only advise against ordering.

Unfriendly since the founder (mom) is no longer there. Employees arrogant Prices for just a bowl of rice €10 without everything. That's cheeky. Was recently a regular customer. Not again next time!!! I live 50m away

I ordered onion meat from Lieferendo. On the picture looked with meat but I have got just onions. Literally just onions. Should write extra that it’s just flavored onion. NOT onion meat

Unfortunately, nothing here is express. If you want to wait more than two hours for your food, you can order here. Food is so bad and the delivery time is just annoying. When you call they say the driver will be there soon. We still waited another 45 minutes.

So I don't understand the bad reviews. The sushi is so delicious and so cheap. You really can't complain.

We accidentally placed an order for pickup instead of delivery, but they happily and effortlessly changed the option for us. Excellent service! Nothing special, quality is below average. For one dish the sauce was not delivered at all. No alternative to Hot Wok or similar delivery services.

I regularly order from **Sushi Wok Express** and am thrilled every time! Not only is the sushi incredibly tasty and fresh, but the service is also simply fantastic. Delivery is always lightning fast, which is perfect if you're suddenly hungry for sushi. What was particularly impressive was that I once asked in the description via Lieferando whether it would be possible to customize my sushi a little. Instead of just cucumber, I wanted to have chicken with it. The owner immediately called me personally to make sure he understood my request - a service that you can't find everywhere these days! And even though the change would actually have cost an extra charge, he just did it on the house. You can really tell that the work here is done with love and passion. I can only recommend Sushi Wok Express to anyone who values ​​quality, taste and outstanding customer service. Many thanks to the team, I'm already looking forward to my next order!

I ordered on a Sunday. The reason was who delivers the earliest. Driver was very nice. Was more than punctual. Chicken baked with satay and vegetables was really great. Everything was still hot. Large portion. Ordered sushi. Cheap. Good. Also has baked sushi. Everything was crispy. The only small drawback is the soy sauce. A little too thin and salty. Something a little sweeter would be better. Will definitely order there more often.

Overall the food was very tasty, we had udon noodles with tofu, spring rolls and sesame balls. We made sure that we took vegan things, because on the website you could see that these things were vegan and there was no egg listed in the allergens, so we were very disappointed that the pasta had eggs in it. It's just stupid.... please make sure that you specify the correct allergens...

I have rarely received something so unloving! The veggie bowl was a salad plate with 3 pieces of tofu, cucumber, mushy rice and avocado + 3 small tomatoes. The baked satay chicken skewers were 2 chewy pieces with a watery peanut sauce. To be fair, the bowl with chicken was much better, with plenty of chicken on it. Apparently the tofu was out. Overall, a disappointment for so much money! Never again......

The food came significantly later than stated and the wrong sushi was sometimes delivered. I ordered spinach sushi and got cream cheese-tofu-avocado sushi. The driver apologized for the delay, but because the wrong food came, I'm still writing this review.

I ordered the food via Lieferando. The quality and price were acceptable. What really annoyed me, however, was that the poor supplier couldn't give me the banknotes - despite having given them the banknotes beforehand. I ordered sushi and a bowl there a few days ago. It tasted okay. Unfortunately, I woke up the next day with a really bad stomach ache. I felt extremely sick and vomited more than ever before. It was so bad, I wouldn't wish that experience on anyone. Luckily it wasn't food poisoning. That's why I will never order from there again.

The first time we ordered right after the store opened, we waited 1.5 hours for the food beyond the maximum agreed Ubereats time. But the order was absolutely ok. When asked where the food was, the answer was that it was due to a system error. It can happen... Ordered second time, delivered forever late again and this time the sushi wasn't freshly prepared. Rice was dry and fish already had an interesting color. In other words, you worked in advance and the stuff was waiting for the order. Sorry, a no go for sushi! I don't understand one thing - why do you lie about the delivery time? When you're expecting people, you want something like fresh sushi, right?

Ordered there today. First it was the bottled meat in the noodles and then the shrimp in my sushi was raw. Unfortunately not recommended

The only good thing was the timely delivery. We got the wrong food, the cutlery we wanted wasn't there and there was a fairly large piece of plastic in one of the dishes. No recommendation.

We ordered via Lieferando and picked it up. Ordered Sake Philadelphia Inside Out with Crunchy crumble. Unfortunately it was made without crunchy crumble, which is a shame because we paid the extra charge for it. Order there regularly and so far it's always been good. Sushi is otherwise very good. Our sesame balls only had 5 pieces instead of 6 as stated.

So I don't know why it's only 4.0 stars and why it should be so bad. I would have expected 4.6, at least. It's really very nice here and very friendly. Maybe it's not THE restaurant now, and you can improve some things, but I think it's PERFECT🥰. I tried everything first before I went any further because of the reviews, but I don't think it tastes sour at all, rather fresh and natural. Then I have everything I wanted, nothing is missing. I really think more people should shop here. 🙁🥰

Bodenlose Frechheit, 2 Stunden auf das Essen gewartet (über Lieferando bestellt), trotz mehrmaligem Anruf, wurden vertröstet, dass das Essen auf dem Weg sei. Der Fahrer hätte sich angeblich telefonisch bei uns melden sollen, was auch nicht geschah. Nach 2 Stunden und 3 Anrufen, war das Essen immer noch nicht da. Haben dann storniert. Nie wieder!

Das Essen war ungenießbar geschmackslos und ekelhaft.Die Soße ein dickflüssiger Klumpen, der Frischkäse im Sushi war sauer, teilweise ungeschnittenes Gemüse in den Nudeln... Für die Preise eine bodenlose Frechheit!!

Matschige Frühlingsrollen, ungewürzte Nudeln, Hähnchenpanade war aufgeweicht und ungenießbar. Das Zeug wurde vermutlich 90 Minuten spazieren gefahren… nie wieder. Durch die MGS Internet Kanzlei musste ich nachweisen, dass meine Rezension hier auch gültig ist. Anscheinend wurden deswegen einige negative Bewertungen gelöscht.

80 Minuten Wartezeit auf gerade so genießbares Essen. Nie wieder bestelle ich dort Essen. Ich habe über Pizza.de bestellt und habe dann auch noch eine anwaltliche Anfechtung meiner Rezension erhalten.

Staffs are very friendly and cooperative. First they ensure about the items and then deliver. I would give me 10/10.

Mein Lieblingslieferant!😍 Super leckeres Sushi!! Sushis sind mega groß und auch die Hauptgerichte schmecken sehr gut! Habe auch noch nie so ein gutes Preis - leistungsverhältnis gesehen. Sind auch super schnell wenn man es selber abholt. Die Mitarbeiter sind echt immer freundlich 😍ich bestell niergendwo anders mehr. Schade nur das es kein Restaurant gibt, würde nur noch dort essen!

Über Lieferando bestellt. Das Essen war ganz gut. Aber: Wir mussten knappe 1 1/2 Stunden auf das Essen warten. Und selbst dann fehlten noch ein Getränk (wurde nachgeliefert) und ein Dessert (gab es einfach nicht). Damit wohl das letzte Mal hier bestellt.

Ich verstehe die negativen Bewertungen überhaupt nicht. Das Essen kam 5 Minuten früher und war alles sehr sehr lecker! Habe schon oft bestellt und immer wieder gerne. Kann es nur empfehlen!

Super nett und hilfsbereites Personal. Ich hab bestellt und leider konnten sie es erst in einer Stunde liefern. Da mir kleine Autofahrten nich weh tun bin ich die 10 min einfach hin gefahren und hab das essen abgeholt. Das essen war sehr gut!

Super leckeres Essen. Das gesamte Essen (Sushi, Suppe, Vietnamesische Hauptspeise) war sehr frisch zubereitet. Lieferzeit fast wie angegeben. Die schlechten Bewertungen sind für mich daher nicht nachvollziehbar. Meine positiven Erfahrungen decken sich auch mit den Bewertungen auf Lieferando. Gerne wieder!

Leckeres Essen und freundlicher Lieferservice. Wir hatten Hühnchen, Ente und Sushi. Lieferung 60 Minuten - da wir im LKR München wohnen aber damit absolut ok. Alles frisch und heiss.

Immer lecker, immer frisch. Sowohl die gebratenen Reisbandnudeln, die Suppen, Salate und Sushi sind vorbehaltlos zu empfehlen. Normalerweise liefern sie sehr schnell. Manchmal dauert es halt länger, ist aber sehr selten!
