Sushi Royal in München

Had a complete stomach ache all day... I read the reviews and apparently I'm not the only one...

With all my love, I really don't understand how this restaurant can have 4.4 stars on Uber Eats. The prices are tempting though, especially considering the amount of sushi on offer. But unfortunately the quality and taste leaves a lot to be desired. I hope I don't get sick after this experience - especially based on the reviews I've read here on Google. There is an urgent need to work on quality.

Food poisoning (throwing up all night) after eating from this place. Scroll through recent reviews and you’ll see I’m not the only one

I usually never write bad reviews but this sushi is really inedible. Too much overcooked mushy rice, old ginger to runny wasabi. 50€ order ended up in the trash can and I no longer had any appetite...

The employee is unfriendly and doesn't understand what you're saying to him, it's like talking to a wall. Just a shame.

I never ordered from this store again. Order taken online, never arrived after an hour. Nobody answers the phone and you are consistently ignored. Pure cheek.

Ordered from uber Eats and luckily got some of the money back! Inedible, rice completely overcooked, vinegary and the smell has already given you food poisoning...

Sushi was overcooked and not good

I thought I was wrong, but I thought I'd look in Google. I ordered it before Uber Eats. Total disaster, rice overcooked, salad weird and smelly. Unfortunately, you don't have any fun with food that you pay for yourself. I also ordered the soup and it was just plain water, but I thought to MYSELF, I was wrong. I complained about the food. I'm sorry I ordered from you

Order was canceled 20 minutes before the restaurant closed without giving any reason. Since this unfortunately wasn't the first time this happened with Uber Eats (too often!), I also deleted Uber one & Uber Eats!

EDIT - FOOD WARNING! After the 2nd order it was accepted and delivered - I was hoping they would cancel again. Avocado spoiled but the worst of the tuna: spoiled and smelled endlessly. There is absolutely no way that no one in the store noticed this. Old review: My delivery via Uber Eats was canceled shortly before delivery for no reason, no one can be reached by phone. Waiting hungry for 1 hour for nothing.

Stay away: Severe food poisoning!!! We ordered sushi through UberEats because the place had a 4.4 rating. But what was delivered to us was the WORST sushi we have ever eaten! The worst part came after dinner: two hours later we had clear symptoms of severe food poisoning. Something like that is simply irresponsible and dangerous! Our conclusion: Stay away from this store! This isn't just about bad taste, it's about your health!

Probably worst sushi of my life. They also messed up my order.

My order was simply canceled after 1.5 hours of waiting. It's better not to order there, there are enough good restaurants.

I've never thrown away delivered food and I'm totally against food waste, but I had to throw out this sushi. Inedible!

Definitely not recommended! The sushi was okay, the soup (“with coconut milk”) was inedible. I don't even want to describe the taste... When we asked on the phone we were pushed away, and after that no one answered the phone.

Sushi rice is completely overcooked, everything sticks together and then falls apart. Fish not fresh, avocado covered in black dots! Disgusting! Tom Yum Gung not edible, shrimp fished badly. Never again!

We ordered sushi from them and it was the worst sushi I've ever eaten. The rice is so soaked and mushy, it tasted like it had been lying in the back corner for a week.. 😭

Not everything was delivered, when you asked about it you were simply pushed away on the phone… Great service 👍

It’s on promotion buy 1 get 1 free for some rolls on delivery app, I did read the reviews (like fish are not fresh, long wait etc). I decided to give it a try (no fish) and see how it would be. I ordered at 1730, came at 1845. the App even offered me a couple euro off because of the super long wait. Taste: the rices were super soft, avocado was not that fresh, the worst was the Philadelphia rolls (cucumber + cream cheese). Where were the cheese ?!!! I checked all pieces, no cheese at all. They should just name that as cucumber maki not a special roll. Never again.

Short and concise. No..not recommended. Order goods on site. Cleanliness is not their strength. QA is mediocre. Price too high.

I was craving sushi and “Shushi Royale” was the closest one and I was really surprised The shushi was great and the staff were very friendly Any time

Lieferung kam schnell und vollständig, leider in sehr viel Plastik verpackt. Das Sushi hatte keine gute Qualität. Fisch schmeckte nicht so gut und nicht frisch. Die Avocado (hatten sehr viel Teile mit Avocado) war nicht reif und steinhart - das darf man so nicht servieren. Daher leider keine Empfehlung.

Lange Lieferzeit und unterdurchschnittliche Qualität und ein Teil der Lieferung fehlte

Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und meistens recht schnell beim bestellen.

Sushi war lecker, preislich im Rahmen (Maki ca 3€, inside out ca 6€)

Pokebowl richtig gut: Lachs, knackige Gurke, süße Mango, Edamame, reife Avocado und Reis im sehr guten Mengenverhältnis incl. Eistee von adlholzner für 11€ absolut zu empfehlen

There are different variety of sushi that you can buy from here. The price is reasonable and sushi is good to eat.

Haben uns gerade eben spontan was bei Royal Sushi geholt… einfach ein Geheimtipp! Super lecker und frisch!

Sushi Alaska Phila war sehr lecker und frisch vorbereitet für mich :-) Ich werde meine Nachbarn in Goetheplatz empfehlen. Sogar mit 10% Rabatt bei Selbstabholung!
