Yesterday, my boyfriend and I ordered food from Lieferando for about €40. We've always been very satisfied, and the taste was great, especially the fried sushi. But apparently, everything has changed. The breading on the sushi was too pale, the sauce that was always on it before was gone, and the mango was raw. We also only received one pair of chopsticks. The delivery time was supposed to be 30 minutes, but it didn't arrive until 90 minutes later. We were very disappointed…

This tuna sashimi is the most disgusting thing I have ever eaten. The tuna is so tough and fatty…outrageous!

Normally the sushi is always great! But lately, it's been very pale and tasteless. I'm really disappointed. I spent a lot of money there! And the delivery is always late!

Disastrous! We've been regular customers for a long time. But this time it was simply abysmal and extremely unfriendly! The bowls arrived completely unappealing and splattered. Furthermore, two of the bowls had been ordered with double salmon, but there was no sign of it. On top of that, there were problems with the 20% Champions League discount on the website. I showed it again upon delivery, but it was ignored, and I had to pay the full price. The delivery time was also 45 minutes longer than stated, which is truly unacceptable. I'm annoyed that I even accepted this order in this condition and at the full price. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Ordered food, arrived over an hour late (delivery time >90 min), dumplings were cold, bao buns were cold, kimchi was inedible, fried sushi was cold and tasteless – generally, a lot of pre-made food was used (kimchi, dumplings, bao buns, salad, sauces, etc.), hardly anything was homemade. It's truly appalling and infuriating what they're selling here, not a word of apology. A complete waste of €70. Unacceptable.

Ordered after delivery: arrived extremely late, food inedible. Disgusting what they dare to serve. Never again!

We've been waiting for our food for over two hours. The delivery time was stated as 30 minutes.

I ordered through Lieferando for around €50 and specifically specified a time to ensure the food would arrive on time because I had an important meeting the next day and needed to go to bed early, but the food didn't arrive for an hour. I ordered at 8 p.m. and specified that it should arrive at 8:40 p.m., but the food didn't arrive until 10 p.m.!!! And I couldn't complain afterward because the restaurant closed at 10 p.m.!! The food stank, and I tried to eat it, but I threw up after eating the first piece of sushi! I also ordered sauces, and they didn't come with them either! I complained via email, but they didn't take me seriously. I was a regular customer here, but never again!!! The food smelled like dead mice 🤢🤢

The best thing would be no star, 30-35 minutes, I supposedly waited 2 hours for my order and the food was just inedible, the salmon tasted rotten and the tuna in the sushi was just so disgusting.

I ordered on Uber-eat yesterday and I loved it! Free Delivery was fast, fish was fresh and tasty, they gave a lot of wasaby and Ginger, I can only recommend!

"Sushi was cold." Jokes aside, we ordered food through Lieferando. The app said the food would arrive in 35 minutes. We waited over two hours and called about 100 times, to no avail. So, unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend it.

Hello I ordered sushi. Two of them had hair in them, and one of them was incorrect. The order was placed at 8:15 PM and delivered at 9:58 PM, although it said delivery time would be 30-35 minutes on Lieferando. Shame, I'll never order from you again!

Absolutely outrageous. I ordered sushi and extra sauce there, and the food arrived without the sauce. When I asked about it on the phone, I was told to send a photo of the missing sauce, otherwise they might think I was making it up. A photo of the empty bag?

Absolute top service! A little thing was forgotten when ordering. Everything was delivered to us straight away, including cola on the house - and that at a distance of 21km! Quality was fantastic, we will definitely order again 👍

We have ordered there several times and have always been satisfied, but today we had to wait 3 hours for our order (ordered at 7 p.m. and the food was delivered at 10 p.m.). I understand that it can sometimes take longer on a Friday evening. But I think it's pretty cheeky to make the customer wait for 3 hours without a message. You couldn't call either (it was always busy). When we asked the delivery person what was going on, he said the phone was empty. I think it's better to reject orders than not be able to deliver them on time...

Delivery took over 2 hours, when we called we were told our food would be there soon, but we still had to wait half an hour and the quality of the food was poor for the price (old avocado and stinky tuna) I would rather get sushi from Edeka or Rewe, it's cheaper and better

I am really very disappointed! Sashimi salmon box - tasted like frozen and half-thawed fried fish, was inedible!!!! I want my money back without any crap! Parts of the order were also forgotten and the delivery time was over 1 hour. Sorry but never again!

The food arrived 1.5 hours late and it was the wrong food

Extremely disappointed!!! The salmon was just thawed and the flambéed salmon was also simply flambéed from frozen. I'm so annoyed! Spent €60 to be ripped off. The rice is soggy and mushy and the rice under the nigiri is shaped like shit! Honestly, I demand my money back! With salmon and the like you have to use FRESH INGREDIENTS! Not something just to make a profit?! You are poisoning people???? This is so dangerous! Unfortunately not my first negative experience at a Sushi Palace. The sushi chain has potential but it MUST start becoming hygienic! Where is the health department?

Ordered food at 7:25 p.m., it said 40 minutes. Food arrived at 9:15pm! Called 8 times, no one answered.

Ordered food and paid over €110. Result was miserable. You can tell that the ingredients have been saved. The worst thing I found was the tuna because there is no color left and it tastes bad. We had a bit of each and it definitely has nothing to do with fresh sushi. We were able to squeeze a white, sticky liquid out of the sushi rice, it was inedible and that was the last time

Sushi is okay so far. If you want to continue ordering there without regrets, I recommend not going there. It was really very dirty (dust smeared etc.), had problems just eating the sushi 😵

Ordered online at 6pm for 8:30pm. food came at 9:20 p.m. called several times and was told they would call back. Not done. Sushi was ok. Wouldn't order there anymore at the moment.

i have tried their food twice. only ate their tempura fried rolls. they were awesome. it takes to wait for food about 40 minutes. and maki were very small. grilled salmon rolls are so reach, juicy and tasty

I've been ordering my sushi here for 3 years and I've never been disappointed. My food always came quickly and was freshly prepared. The sushi bowls were also always great - I like to order here.

My girlfriend ordered yesterday 2 hours later it started. Food poisoning. All night just vomiting until early morning.

The food is of very high quality and cannot be compared with Rewe Sushi. I often ordered on site or picked up my online order. All the employees I have seen so far have made a friendly, experienced impression. Since their sushi is very popular, there are slightly longer waiting times on some weekends. But to be honest: I'm happy to wait for good food.

I happened to be in the area and picked up the food myself from the store. First impression.. Southern backyard shop... there weren't any Asians... that's not a bad thing... just a little confusing at first. There were three men behind the counter preparing the sushi, 1 was the boss and the other 2 were super unkempt, I just thought oh no! Suddenly from the back room a pretty sick, mucous-filled, rotten conjunctivitis-like delivery person comes out and stands there apparently to deliver their order... I also thought how disgusting is that!!! When I got home with my order and knew who prepared my food and I felt a little disgusted... well, let's try it... Sushi rice was way too mushy... come on... are you serious?! As a result, it didn't taste like it was supposed to. It's a shame... if the people who order it don't pick it up locally... if they knew who or where their food comes from... oh dear oh dear :-/

Order here often. The quality is top and the taste is really delicious. Whether it's sushi, bowls or the bao buns, everything is great!!

I ordered with Lieferando and the delivery took about 1 1/2 hours, even though I had specified it as quickly as possible. Relatively quite a long time, but the delivery person was friendly. The fish looked fresh, but the makis are shockingly small for the price... there are much better and cheaper options in Ludwigshafen/Mannheim.

Ich hab fast 2 Stunden auf meine Bestellung gewartet. Mein Getränk war falsch, die Kokosnuss-Bällchen waren extrem fettig, das Hänchen in meiner Bowl war trocken und hart , der Salat war alt und es war fast keine Soße vorhanden .

Wir haben zum ersten mal zum abholen bestellt, die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und das essen war sehr Lecker. Das Preis-Leistungs Verhältnis ist Top. Die special sauce war ebenfalls sehr lecker. Gerne wieder

Sushi Palace ist nicht mehr das, was es mal war. Die Wasabipaste hat sich geändert, schmeckt billiger. Die Makis sind kleiner geworden. Heute zum Abholen bestellt, vor Ort essen nicht wirklich möglich, wir sind 15min früher gekommen, um noch eine kleine Ämderung zu erwähnen aufgrund meiner Unverträglichkeit, war leider nicht mehr möglich, obwohl die Bowl sowieso nicht frisch zubereitet werden. Eine Portion Makis wurden auch vergessen. Grundsätzlich sind die Portionen geschrumpft sei es Kimchi, Edamame usw. trotz hoher Preise. Das war mein letzter Besuch.

Das Sushi war super. Der Fahrer sehr unfreundlich. Habe extra angegeben wo man klingeln soll, da der Name im Haus 2 mal vorhanden ist. Das Sushi war nach 60 min da.

Essen hat zwar länger gedauert aber der Chef hat sich persönlich entschuldigt und uns Eis gratis geben dafür Wartezeit war es wert

Habe hier schon sehr oft bestellt. Oft kommt die Bestellung schneller als angekündigt, die Lieferanten sind auch immer sehr freundlich. Bei meinen Bestellungen hat nur einmal die Soße gefehlt, ansonsten war immer alles gut. Ich bin nun allerdings sehr verwöhnt und mag das Sushi aus dem Supermarkt überhaupt nicht mehr. ;-)

Hab schon öfter bestellt und es war gefühlt jedes mal ne Kleinigkeit falsch (z.B. Erdnüsse oder Wakame in der falschen Bowl) aber hab jedes Mal n Auge zugedrückt und noch mal bestellt, weil der Rest echt lecker ist, jetzt war aber chicken im vegetarischen Sushi und jetzt will ich wirklich nicht mehr

Super freundlicher Lieferant, in 2 Stunden zweimal nach frankenthal bestellt, nicht das erste und letzte mal schmeckt super lecker. Schwangere Frau war auch zu Frieden👌

Das war das beste sushi das ich je gegessen habe sowas von lecker. Und der Lieferservice war sogar viel früher als angegeben da. Dort bestell ich auf alle Fälle öfters nur zu empfehlen.

Essen ist immer super. Ich bin mir nicht sicher aber ich glaube Sushi sollte kalt gegessen werden. Meine Sushi kam bis jetzt einmal kalt und sonst warm an.

Nach 1 1/2 Stunden warten angerufen und nachgefragt, Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich, hat sich entschuldigt. Zudem haben wir eine sushibox gratis dazu bekommen. War sehr lecker 🙂 danke, gerne wieder

Das Sushi und die Vorspeisen waren ganz gut. Jedoch etwas lange Lieferzeiten.

Im Preis-Leistungs-Vergleich ist das hier wohl unschlagbares Sushi. Die Auswahl ist gut, die Lieferung schnell und frisch und der Service immer freundlich. Ab und zu kann es zu längeren Lieferzeiten kommen aber das ist in Stoßzeiten ganz normal.

Für mich der beste Sushi-Lieferant, auch das Preis-Leistungsverhältniss ist top. Sushi kommt meistens pünktlich, ist immer super frisch und die frittierten Sushirollen noch warm. Ich bestelle immer gerne wieder dort.

Die beste sushi 🍣 🍣 🍣 🍣 schade das mancher Leute verstehen nicht das eine harte Streß gibt, manchmal wir mussten verstehen und denken vor eine schlechte Bewertungen zu schreiben für liverung oder für das Essen das zu warm oder was noch ihre denken . Also ich geben für alles wenn es geht 10 von 10 Punkten , die beste was es gibt's. Dankeschön für alles. Weiter so :)
