TV oppau in Ludwigshafen am Rhein

I ordered food at 8 PM, and the app said it would arrive at 9:32 PM (1.5 hours later!!!!). I thought, okay, I'll just wait. It's 10:30 PM and there's nothing here. The app says the food was supposedly delivered, but they hang up on me when I call. It's outrageous... I understand it's the weekend and Valentine's Day, but this is really cheeky...
