Please read the reviews before ordering there. Should have done it before. I read the reviews and I feel really uncomfortable. My personal experience was that food arrived cold. Unfortunately, things we wanted were delivered incorrectly... something like that shouldn't happen. The sushi rolls didn't all arrive rolled together, which I found really unfortunate. I used to order there often. But you have definitely lost us as customers.

Delivery took almost 2 hours for 3 items ordered. The bao buns were dry and very sparsely topped. Unfortunately, you couldn't taste the fact that the shrimp in the special roll were fried at all because they were cold and soggy. The driver didn't even apologize during the delivery and when I called (I only got through on the third call) I was assured that the driver was already on the way, which wasn't the case - the delivery took another 25 minutes after the call. Very disappointed for the steep prices and will not be ordering again!

I can't understand a single bad review! I have no idea how many times I have ordered here but it has always been top notch! Delivery ALWAYS on time and today even 15 minutes early 🙌 I usually always order the same thing. The food always tastes delicious and I've never had anything that wasn't right. Yes yes they really exist! Very bad sushi takeaway restaurant. Bought sushi box L and yakatori. 2 minutes later I want to eat and some of it was lukewarm and some of it was cold. The fish did not smell fresh and there was also ugly discoloration. But not eaten. The other sushi was not tasty either! I think yakatori came from the freezer or something and was very cold and tough. People please save your money and trouble!!!!

But we were always happy with the quality so we overlooked it. Last time something was completely missing, so I called and got a sincere-looking apology from a nice gentleman and a promise that he would immediately send someone with the missing food...that was several weeks ago now. I would never order from this restaurant again!!! Waited 2 hours for the food after there was still no food. Called and was told that the food had been there for a long time but the driver wasn't there yet!!! Are you crazy ? Should I eat my food cold or what?? After I announced that I wanted to cancel, I was told to call Lieferando and was hung up on. After a long back and forth at Lieferando, the support told me that the restaurant had said food was on the way, so you'd better lie or make up stories instead of greedily accepting all orders and then not delivering them in a timely manner!!

The delivery took a good 100 minutes instead of the stated 50 minutes. Apart from that, the sushi was at room temperature when we received it. So for sushi I would like it not to exceed 10°C, we definitely had 20°C. Then some pieces were simply poorly topped and cut really thin (see picture 1) In others the tuna didn't look particularly fresh, absolutely brown, not particularly aesthetic and could be done better. (Image 2) The "highlight", however, was the flamed tuna, which was too thin and flamed for too long so that the protein was set (Image 3) It wasn't our first order but unfortunately it was our last. What was not decisive for the rating but was still noticeable was that when we ordered a party box in February there was also a can from Red Bull, not included this time. What is not crucial, however, is the fact that such “Guddis” no longer exist. A pity. So when it comes to sushi, you shouldn't compromise on freshness and refrigeration. You should urgently take your job more seriously again and consider perhaps putting ice in the cool boxes when the weather is warm. Cut the flamed fish thicker, thicker and shorter. And simply don't take unsightly pieces that are brown or complain to the supplier yourself. Nothing you can't change if you want! Good luck with continued success.

Since this fast food joint opened a few years ago, we have ordered and picked up around 3-4 times within 2-3 years because we thought - it can only get better. Unfortunately, both the quality of the ingredients and the preparation leave a lot to be desired (the consistency of the rice is sticky/mushy). And all of this at an absolutely exorbitant price. We like to support local restaurants, especially since we live in the same place, but you can't enjoy what's on offer even after trying several times.

We were very satisfied overall. In fact, we don't understand all the bad reviews at all. We ordered at 8:08 p.m. The confirmation email said it would take 75 minutes. We were delivered half an hour later. (Order was on Tuesday) We ordered there for the first time and were very surprised. It was really very tasty. We can only recommend it.

Ordered there for the second time and now it's the last time. Delivery took 1 1/2 hours. The food was not as expected. The bao buns weren't bad per se but not what was advertised. No carrots, no cucumbers and maybe a teaspoon of coleslaw. It wasn't as lavishly filled as in the pictures for a long time. The gyozas were all cold but didn't taste bad. The sushi, on the other hand, could have been better chilled. The edamame were okay but nothing more.

We ordered at 7:05 p.m. with an announced delivery time of 8:30 p.m. Since the food still wasn't there at 8/45 p.m., we called. We were told that the driver got lost but would be there shortly. When there was still no food at 9:05 p.m., the phone was no longer picked up. From 9:15 p.m. it was no longer accessible. The food arrived at 9:24pm (restaurant closes at 9:30pm). When we arrived there wasn't even an apology. Very disappointing.

Extremely below average sushi at above average price. Unfortunately I can't recommend it to anyone. The sushi tasted like it was from the day before. Unfortunately the order was also incorrect. We only got Avocado Maki although we also ordered 2x Kappa Maki. Also, instead of the vegan vegetable gyoza, we got some with chicken, which just shouldn't happen. Overall very low quality. To be fair, it was delivered quite quickly, but I would still have preferred not to order there.

DELETE RECESSIONS :-) ADDENDUM: Food arrived 30 minutes later. Soy sauce, wasabi and ginger are missing. I started eating and noticed the strong taste of the salmon. There was almost no content in the end pieces of the maki and the special rolls (i.e. 90% just rice). Then I looked at my sushi before I was about to eat it and saw a fat black hair. I removed it and put the piece on the side. Luckily I had the idea to look through the rest of the sushi and found another fat black hair (see picture!). I paid almost €30 and didn't even eat 20% of it. This is completely thrown in the trash. It's sad that Lieferando still works with such a shop!!! Food overpriced, ordered for the first time and it came 45 minutes after the maximum time specified (even though I ordered in advance!). Forced to order a second time today because my sushi house is closed. I pre-ordered for 3:45 p.m. and it's not there again. I called them and all they get is “you have to understand the driver” and just hung up - how about customer friendliness?

Well, where should you start? This is the result of a franchise! Quality is terribly bad. Ordered directly from the homepage! The food arrived almost 2 hours late - You were brushed off on the phone with an absolutely poor excuse! To eat - the rice... tastes like nothing. Overcooked! Soggy bad. Avocados probably from the day before yesterday... Everything was carelessly thrown in... The icing on the cake is that you are even blocked on the homepage/log in when you call and ask where the delivery is - because my address can no longer be delivered. Ridiculous ….

The restaurant isn't even worth 1 star. I have never seen such a rude and bad restaurant. We placed an order via Lieferando for over 80 euros. We ordered at 6:45 p.m. and according to Lieferando or the restaurant, the food should have arrived at 8:17 p.m. I really understand what can happen if it takes longer. But then please let us know? The food still hasn't arrived at 10:08 p.m. which is why I'm just realizing the recession. We called Lieferando and had the order canceled. We had paid via PayPal and thank God Lieferando took care of it and we have just received a confirmation email that we will get the money back. Also ich bestelle aktuell circa 1 mal die Woche und ich mag die Bowls, dass Sushi und das Gyōza wirklich gerne. Die Zutaten sind immer frisch, die Fahrer waren immer nett und die Soßen sind gut. Ich bekomme immer japanische Wipes wenn ich etwas davon esse. Die Lieferzeit war auch immer wie bei Liferando angegeben. Vielleicht dauert es ja mal etwas länger als üblich, aber wenn man vorausschauend und rechtzeitig bestellt ist das völlig egal. Die Gerichte, die ich esse werden sowieso kalt gegessen. Ich finde es cool so ein Restaurant in der Nähe zu haben 😁.

Wir haben unsere Bestellung abgeholt was deutlich schneller ging als sie liefern zu lassen. Wir hatten echt Hunger, deshalb haben wir nochmal angerufen und die Bestellung einfach geholt. Der Tofu hat leider gefehlt, den ich dazu bestellt hatte aber die Bowls und auch das Sushi waren sehr sehr lecker, und die Zutaten waren frisch. Die Portionen sind sehr groß und daher hat der Preis auch gepasst. Werden bestimmt wiederkommen.

Erstes Mal dort bestellt aber auch das letzte mal. Kommt leider nicht an die Konkurrenz ran. Der Reis schmeckt eher süßlich also Geschmacksache. Ist gar nicht mein Fall. Nicht schön angerichtet, die frittierte Panade von den Tempura ist schon zerfallen und manche Makis sind schon kaputt gewesen

Lieferung kam vollständig und relativ pünktlich (20 min später). Sushi war Ok aber nichts besonderes und dafür sehr teuer. Alles was heiß und knusprig sein sollte war matschig-fett und kalt. Der Gutscheincode auf dem Flyer wurde abgelehnt. Also ich war das erste und letzte mal Kunde.

I ordered pizza from Lieferando. I would like to have the pizza with me at 7:15 p.m. but the pizza was delivered after 1.5 hours, about 2 hours early. I got information on the phone that I should take the pizza now and I won't get any pizza at the time I wanted. So have fun and please don't order from this dirty shop anymore.
