Sushi Lounge in Dresden

If you want to eat something here, it's like playing the lottery; you never know what you're going to get. I've had the best Vietnamese food here (I actually groaned after every bite, it was that bad. But unfortunately, only once) and some of the worst Vietnamese food. It feels like 10 different people are preparing food here, from lame to excellent. It's a shame, because among the many randoms, there seems to be a true master at work 😞 Addendum: During weekday mornings, it seems like the master is at work. Apart from the hard-boiled chicken (whereas the baked chicken is absolutely perfect), I actually had nothing to complain about the last three times – on the contrary, it was very good. The delivery time is also incredibly fast. I'd like to quote my brother, who visited me from Berlin, who said: "Those were the best spring rolls I've ever eaten."❤️

Schwindt's Restaurant...it was only very late in my discovery of this small, exquisite vaulted restaurant. Nevertheless, I quickly learned to appreciate it greatly. For me, this restaurant is a place of well-being and enjoyment. Everyone on the team contributes equally to this. From the atmosphere of the vaulted ceiling, decorated with attention to detail, to the attentive, respectful service, and, of course, the excellent dishes – you can feel the dedication in everything. Be proud of this great achievement and keep your time here in Dresden in good memory. I am grateful for every evening I was able to spend here. I wish you all the best for the future.

We were greeted pleasantly before the restaurant opened, the sushi was fresh and delicious, the staff understood English, a pleasant atmosphere with quiet music, + there is an additional function to take it with you

Eternal delivery times with no apologies or updates, and then incomplete and sometimes cold. There are better ones in Dresden.
