Fresh and delicious sushi with fried squid. We'd gladly go again.

I like going to Sushi Factory because the quality is consistently good. The sushi is fresh, and the selection of rolls and nigiri is large enough to satisfy a variety of tastes. I especially like that the sushi isn't overly elaborate, but remains classic and delicious. The staff is always friendly and attentive, and service is fast and smooth, even when it's busy. The atmosphere is unpretentious and pleasant—perfect for a relaxed evening with friends or family. I think the price is fair for the quality offered. For anyone who likes good sushi without any frills, Sushi Factory is a definite recommendation.

I've been here several times – the sushi is always fresh and delicious. Orders are conveniently placed via a tablet and forwarded directly to the kitchen, so the dishes are served very quickly. The ambiance is pleasant and the staff friendly. A great place for lovers of Japanese cuisine.

The food was ok. Sushi was ok, Yakisoba fried salmon was really good. The place is extremely lovely decorated, toilet is great. Prices are affordable. Basically, the only not so great was service. Not very friendly. Maybe it could be because there is only one waiter. I'd still come here again.

We have been eating here regularly for about 10 years susi. Small restaurant but no “canteen atmosphere” like Henssler. And the price/performance is great. Recommended.

Ordered sushi to take away. Website reported that the order had arrived. PayPal has debited the payment. There was nothing on site. Apparently no order arrived. The on-site employee ignored the problem. We could order again. In my opinion the whole thing was outrageous. We are now trying to get the money back via PayPal. Never again.!!! Better not order there!

Habe Sushi zum Mitnehmen bestellt. Website meldete, dass die Bestellung angekommen sei. PayPal hat die Bezahlung abgebucht. Vor Ort gab es dann nichts. Angeblich sei keine Bestellung angekommen. Der Mitarbeiter vor Ort ignorierte das Problem. Wir könnten ja neu bestellen. Das ganze war meiner Meinung nach schon unverschämt. Wir versuchen jetzt, das Geld über PayPal zurück zu bekommen. Nie wieder.!!! Besser nicht dort bestellen!

I had made a reservation for yesterday at 5:45 p.m. and it was confirmed to me. When we arrived the shop was spontaneously closed (there was a sign that said it would be exceptionally closed at 5:30 p.m. today). The reservation wasn't even canceled, the trip could have been saved.

Nice atmosphere in a great location. Parking options right in front of the door. The food is very tasty, the service is very polite and quick. The food tastes fresh and really good. The selection is huge, orders are placed directly at your seat using a tablet. Price-performance is definitely reasonable!

We always enjoy coming here to the Sushi Factory and enjoying the food. The ambience is modern, but always a little too dark for our taste. But that's the only thing we have to complain about, so there's no spot suit.

Unfortunately, this is not a place I would recommend. One woman works for the entire hall, but it is normal for a weekday. Very polite and friendly, it was a shame to tell her to her face that the food had no taste. Literally no taste of fish or spiciness. It was like we were eating paper or raw dough. Lemonade was like it with a drop of berries, not sweet. Milka's coffee also didn't taste like colored water. It was a bit sad, as there are a lot of restaurants around, which smelled delicious of fish. But the scariest thing was THE MOUSE THAT LITERALLY RAN NEAR US AND HID UNDER THE SOFA. I understand that there are always a lot of mice in the port, but not in the restaurant...

Not very authentic, the sashimi slices were cut in the wrong way. Sorry, but there are definitely better sushi places in Hamburg.

Das Essen ist klasse, wir haben uns leider gar nicht willkommen gefühlt, eher als wäre es ihnen nicht recht das wir da sind. Wenn einen das nicht stört, dann ist es zu empfehlen

Leckeres Sushi, was will man mehr

Schöner Laden und leckeres Essen. Eine tolle Option für die Mittagspause!

Essen ist gemessen am Preis in Ordnung, mehr aber auch nicht. Absolut durchschnittlich, in der Nähe gibt es ehrlicherweise bessere Sushi Restaurants. Der Kellner hat unser Essen eher lieblos auf den Tisch geklatscht und war generell nicht besonders begeistert über seinen Job.

Die Einrichtung ist wirklich stilvoll, das Personal freundlich und die einzelnen Speisen lecker und frisch. Besonders finde ich die Bestellung via Tablett, was dazu führt, dass niemand auf den Service warten muss … tolle Idee. Ich war jetzt das zweite Mal hier und sicher nicht das letzte Mal.

Der Servicemitarbeiter war mit anderen Dingen als mit seinen Kund*innen beschäftigt, wenn er reagierte, dann war er sehr kurz angebunden-das wirkte unfreundlich.

Sushi freshly made to order! Very tasty! Odering with the Pad makes life really easy. Very efficient and simple to use. The staff very friendly. We had different sushi dishes, authentic beers and ending with a round of saki. A great experience. Highly recommend! Five stars!

Frischer geht Sushi und Poke nicht, alles lecker, Preise sind angemessen und obwohl wir eigentlich zu spät dran waren haben sie noch Mal alles frisch für uns zubereitet.

Top Sushi in Hamburg🍣🍙🍱 in einem modernen, sehr gemütlichen Ambiente. Bestellungen erfolgen über Tablets. Parkplatzsituation kann sicher zu bestimmten Tagen / Tageszeiten sicher schwierig sein, wir hatten am Freitag Abend Glück direkt vor der Tür zu parken. Die Nachtischauswahl ist nicht die größte, aber dafür ist die Qualität sehr gut, siwohl der Cheesecake als auch die Schokopyramide sind ein Traum 😋🤩

Genial! Kann man nur weiterempfehlen! Sehr schön eingerichtet, sehr freundliche Bedienung und das Essen war der Hammer! Sehr cool gemacht mit den Tablets zum bestellen. Endlich ein Gastronom welcher auch wirklich im 21. Jahrhundert angekommen ist. Und der Allergenenfilter war die Krönung! Wirklich super!!!

Wir bestellen seit Jahren mindestens einmal pro Woche Sushi und haben diverse Lieferdienste ausprobiert. Sushi Factory ist momentan unser Favorit und bietet eine gute Qualität zum normalen Preis. Das Liefergebiet ist außergewöhnlich groß - wir holen jedoch das Sushi immer ab und erhalten hierbei alles etwas günstiger. Unser klarer Favorit sind die Speisen in einer burrito - Rolle. Ausprobieren!

Das passiert mir selten, dass ich, weiß am Vortag so lecker war, einen Tag später alle Pläne kippe, um nochmal lecker Sushi zu essen. Köstlich, frisch, und eine superliebe, aufmerksame Bedienung. Frau Nasifa hält den Laden zusammen, arbeitet effizient, schnell und so nett, dass man schon ihretwegen gern wiederkommt!

Ich war heute das erste Mal Gast in diesem Restaurant. Meine Begleitung schwärmt seit Jahren vom besten Sushi das man hier bekommen soll. Meine Erwartungen waren also auch entsprechend hoch und ich wurde nicht enttäuscht. Die einzelnen Speisen und Getränke wurden ganz einfach per auf dem Tisch befindenden Tablet bestellt. Die Auswahl war sehr umfangreich, gut bebildert und beschrieben. Selbst die Inhaltsstoffe zu jedem Gericht waren detailliert aufgeführt. Alles war sehr appetitlich angerichtet und von sehr guter Qualität. Jedes Gericht war seinen Preis wert. Der Service war gut aber es geht noch besser. Mein Resümee: auf jeden Fall einen Besuch wert. Ich komme gerne wieder.
