They refuse to pay their workers their hard earned money! Withalding 14000 euro and not paying! Such a shame

Great food, unfortunately the owners are withholding wages from their employees. Pretty exploitative!

You pay extra for fresh berries, and then you get cherries poured from the glass on top. You could also have communicated that there were no more berries instead of accepting the extra money.

Superfoods Berlin is the perfect place for anyone looking for high-quality and healthy products. I was particularly impressed by the selection of matcha truffles – they are simply incomparable! The quality is outstanding and the taste of the matcha is intense and fresh. The staff are super friendly and happy to give recommendations on the best products. In addition to the matcha balls, there are many other great superfoods that make the visit worthwhile. Definitely a store you'll enjoy visiting again and again!

Always one of my favorite places to drink coffee or grab a bite to eat. The atmosphere is modern, the food is very good and healthy. I've never been disappointed. The yoghurts – especially açai and matcha – with muesli and fruit are particularly recommended. :-)

Als erstes wurde ich gefragt: Do you speak English? Da werde ich dann schon mal etwas eingeschnappt. Der Avokadotoast war aus einem superdicken Vollkornbrot geschnitten. Von Avocado so gut wie gar keine Anwesenheit. Ein kleines Plastikschälchen grüner Salat. Kam ohne jedes Dressing. Auf Nachfrage hiess es, es gäbe kein Dressing. Ein katastrophaler Laden! Nie wieder!

I went to Superfoods for a round of coffee drinks with a couple of friends. The interior is very clean, elegant looking and lit like in a photo studio. Wow. Selfies are already safe. The various coffee specialties were very tasty but the best thing was the incredibly friendly service from the boys behind the counter. The visually appealing service staff provided their services quickly and attentively with a great deal of charisma. I no longer needed sugar in my coffee. Thanks !

One of my favorite spots in Berlin! I absolutely love the chia seed pudding—it's perfectly creamy and delicious. The matcha with oat milk was also very good, smooth and not too sweet. The food selection is varied, with plenty of options for different tastes and diets. I also appreciate that all the ingredients are clearly listed, making it easy to choose. Definitely a place I’d recommend for a healthy and tasty meal!

This bagel is pretty nice to look at, but it's just made of dried out bread, soggy leaves and tomato market. Simply shocking. I can't believe this place dares to serve something like that. You can still drink the smoothie but it wasn't outstanding either. Total: approx. 18€. Total fail!

The smoothies are great for hydration! Tons of water and few ingredients. I asked for honey instead of agave and the request was completely ignored.

Superfoods Berlin offers a healthy breakfast. However, the price performance is not appropriate and there is still a lot of potential for optimization when it comes to the sustainability of the packaging. If you eat in house, the yoghurt and the food are still taken out of disposable packaging.

Normally not writing reviews but can’t keep my mouth shut, sorry guys. Ordered a raw cacao porridge, got a different one. First thing. Second thing: ice cold. Third thing: For 9,50€ you get regular oats with 5 ice cold cherries + 1/2 banana…. Come on guys :D not even decorated or something. When I mentioned that I got the wrong dish + that it’s cold the waiter just said “ok, I’m telling it my boss” — nothing else happened. I ate the dish anyway as I don’t like to waste food, but really sad about the fact how SUPERFOODS changed.

The new employees are super slow and unprofessional, just disappointing every time. And it's a shame because it used to be so beautiful.

They have gluten-free sandwiches, bagels and bowls/salads but with CROSS CONTAMINATION. Plus they didn't tell me it was contaminated until I asked. The prices were affordable. There was very little variety of everything in general (with and without gluten)

The açai bowl was mixed with banana or strawberries and was too liquid for my taste. We were also not greeted and felt a bit uncomfortable

Sorry, cool atmosphere or not, but you don't have to come here for a bagel soaked in tomato paste with a limp lettuce leaf on it.

Despite being open from 7.30 and there was someone inside they didn’t let me in as didn’t know how to operate coffee machine 🤷‍♀️ and it was 8.30, disappointing experience

In a nutshell: My absolute favorite shop in all of Berlin. Great drinks and food, especially the quality is unbeatable. The employees always have a smile on their faces. It's always fun there. Keep it up, dear Superfoods team!

The young man at Theresen is on drugs - which he openly admits. Who likes it?! I don't like it - and will avoid the store. The employees, who don't take drugs, don't speak German - which you probably shouldn't expect in this hip shop.

A very tasty selection of different bowls, from porridge to smoothie bowls. But there are also hearty dishes. Everything is gluten-free, including milk alternatives. You have to place your order inside, but it will then be taken outside. The atmosphere inside is very sterile and cold, you have to like it. It's nice to sit outside when the weather is nice.

I understand that healthy food is more expensive - but your prices are absurd! I paid almost 20 euros for an absolutely boring little salad and a mini portion of oatmeal 🤯

The avocado tomato bagel contains just a tiny dollop of mashed avocado, but tons of tomato paste. The lettuce on the bagel is completely wilted. Overall you can get it down, but it's really not tasty. The porridges are mini portions, are extremely liquid, contain hardly any ingredients and are extremely sweet. What happened to superfoods? It used to be really tasty with large portions and fresh ingredients... I'm really shocked at the development. There are only two points because I think the concept is good in principle, but the implementation was a complete failure. I haven't even mentioned all the plastic waste...

I'm on the FODMAP diet and travelling to Berlin. I'm so glad to see all the ingredients clearly specified at the restaurant, and there are many gluten-free and lactose-free options. Quality ingredients, a nice atmosphere and friendly staff.

The food tastes average, not bad but not particularly good either. Prices for coffee are like everywhere else. Unfortunately there is hardly any choice. As far as the bad reviews are concerned, 3 stars is because superfood is available but only in plastic 😱 that could really be better. Even the cake and cookies are pre-packaged in plastic trays. How come??? It's really not up to date.

We were basically satisfied, but there were some shortcomings. Order taking and service are also very slow, and there is only one washroom, which is co-ed. The pre-boxed bowls were delicious, and the matcha was prepared divinely.

I ended up there by chance and ordered the matcha truffle. Unfortunately I have to go back again and again 😋

Staff seemed rushed off their feet. It’s ashame because it was a nice place and nice food but the service was absolutely atrocious and the place was chaotic. They leave the food on the side for you to collect, don’t tell you when or what’s your food. Everyone in there was confused and the front lady was moody and unhelpful.

Stylish place for healthy salads, smoothie bowls, sandwiches, matcha etc. Most of the options are vegan / vegetarian. The bowls are all very similar but flavourful with good quality. As mentioned in other reviews, the packaging could be more eco-friendly. Staff is very friendly. Good place to do some work on weekdays. It's like a fancy Pret in the neighbourhood.

Before, the food was much better and of better quality. Now you get low-fat portions without fruit. If you want some fruit, you pay 4 euros extra. Too expensive.

The food is super healthy and delicious. As an athlete or nutrition-conscious person, you're doing yourself a favor here; gluten-free is also predominantly available. There is breakfast, a lunch snack and dessert... Everything tastes very good too. Always worth a visit!

Pleasantly surprised that we came across a Gluten-free breakfast option. Several choices (sandwiches & smoothy bowl varieties) all gluten free and delicious. The next best part was the reasonable prices for a large coffee and large avocado cream cheese vegan sandwich (on a rice flower bagel) would recommend.

Very nice staff, a beautiful cafe, the açai bowl gets 4 out of 5 stars. She was very tasty. What I personally missed, however, was the feeling of eating something really high-quality and healthy. Unfortunately the peanut butter tasted very sweet and cheap and so did the granola. Nevertheless, I would order them again! 💞

For the second time in six months I bought the gluten-free avocado sandwich for €5.50 and you really manage to top the cheapest avocado cream with 95% tomato paste. Sorry, but this is cheap food, not superfood.

Schrecklicher Laden! Jede Speise ist einzeln in einer Einweg-Plastikdose verpackt (sogar die Kekse an der Theke) und wird dann aus der Plastikverpackung auf einen Teller gepackt. Wieso gibt es das 2023 noch? Außerdem schlechtester Kaffee den ich bisher in Berlin getrunken habe. Unsere Iced Cappuccinos schmeckten, als hätte man die Milch mit Wasser gestreckt…

Worst green smoothie I’ve ever had, and I’m used to drinking smoothies without any added sugar. The ingredient list included apple agave ginger and spinach, but I could not taste any trace of any ingredient besides spinach. With ginger especially, it’s such a strong taste I should have been able to. 98% sure they just mixed spinach and water and that’s it, because they were busy. Staff also was not very friendly.

Leute, Leute das ist schon das zweite Mal, dass um 13.30 manche Speisen ausverkauft sind und Ihr noch nicht mal sagen könnt wann die Speisen wieder im Regal liegen bzw. wie lange man drauf warten muss. Sorry aber schlechter Service.

Sämtliche Gerichte sind in einzelnen Plastikschalen abgepackt. Wenn man vor Ort isst, wird das Essen aus der Plastikverpackung auf das Geschirr umgefüllt. Ich habe einen Salat vor Ort gegessen. Die Schüssel wurde mit Papier ausgelegt (Whhyyy?) und darauf der Salat verteilt. Das Papier weichte natürlich durch, so dass ich im Endeffekt Salat mit Papier gegessen habe 🤯 Ich bin entsetzt, dass sich solche Konzepte heutzutage noch halten. Das Essen schmeckt gut, aber das gibt es woanders auch und ist kein Grund wiederzukommen. Der Innenbereich wird übrigens auf 20 Grad runtergekühlt. Auch hier zeigt sich, dass wirklich gar nichts an dem Laden nachhaltig ist. Neben der Klimatisierung ist auch das Interior sehr kalt und ungemütlich.

I went here during my visit to Berlin and it seemed like a nice place. I was even surprised that there were matcha juices. But I was really disappointed. It didn't even taste a little bit like matcha. I've tasted different types and when I tasted their matcha juice I felt scammed honestly. So I asked the staff about it but they just seemed confused by my question, apologized but didn't explain or tell me where they got their matcha from or how much of it was added into the juice. So it's a no from me.

Todo perfecto! Los Bowls de yogur están riquísimos y el café también. Productos de primera calidad y servicio amable y atento. 100 por 100 recomendable!

Ganze Familie war am 07.05.23 dort und wollten Smoothies trinken, leider war der Laden aus unerklärlichen Gründen zu, obwohl er laut Schild in der Tür auch Sonntags auf hat. Extra einen langen Weg hinter sich um so enttäuscht zu werden.

Das Konzept ist so, dass man sich aus dem Kühlregal aussuchen kann, was man essen möchte (Müsli, Salat, Pasta etc. ) alles ist verpackt und auf der Verpackung kann man die Nährwerte entnehmen. An der Kasse sagt man dann ob es zum mitnehmen oder Verzehr vor Ort ist. Demnach wird das Essen auf ein Teller serviert. Ich hatte den Chia Pudding mit Mango Soße und Blaubeeren. War sehr lecker, empfehle ich gerne. Jedoch waren die Bagel nicht besonders und auch nicht lecker. Daher ein Stern Abzug.

I just wanted to share my experience of working in Superfoods located in Charlottenburg. I worked for Julia and Julian towards the end of February and the beginning of March. I did about 6/7 shifts in Superfoods, all while Julia was delaying giving me a contract but I didn't think anything of it until I received an email one afternoon out of the blue telling me that she 'isn't going to offer me the job' after already clearly giving me a job! Told me she would pay me for my time worked once I sent her my bank details, then when I asked her the following day, she told me it wasn't going to be until the end of the month for payment, end of the month came and still nothing. It's now late April, she has not paid me and has now blocked me from contacting her, if you're thinking about applying for a job here, I would avoid it. I've also been told that they have done this before and to multiple people. Avoid this place at all costs!

Essen war ganz gut, aber alles einzeln in Plastik verpackt?! Bowl, Granola und Obst in einzelnen Behältern, die (wenn man dort isst) einfach in normales Geschirr umgefüllt werden…so eine unnötige Müllproduktion! Wird somit auch nicht mal frisch zubereitet

Schöner laden, leckerer Kaffee!! Den Matcha Trüffel Ball können wir nur empfehlen- der war ein Traum!

Wir lieben Superfood Berlin!!! Wir waren auf einen kleinen Städtetrip und durch meine Glutenunverträglichkeit kann ich leider nicht überall frühstücken. Dank Google sind wir auf diesen Store gestoßen und was soll ich sagen der absolute Wahnsinn. Die Bagels waren unglaublich lecker und es gab eine schöne Auswahl an Chia Puddings, Bowls, Smoothies und Salate. Wir waren dann jeden Tag hier frühstücken. Das Personal ist so freundlich und wir haben noch nie so einen guten Cappuccino getrunken. Klare Empfehlung!!!!!

Smoothie was nice. Bagel was quite tasteless and bread was dry. Staff member that took order did not take the effort to smile or make eye contact. Was clearly less motivated compared to his friendly colleagues.

Ich komme eigentlich immer nur wegen dem Matcha Truffle her, das beste Dessert das jemals gegessen habe. Relativ teuer, aber sehr sättigend und nicht zu süß. Es lohnt sich dafür zu kommen. Jedoch geht dafür vor 13.00 hin, die sind immer super schnell ausverkauft. Kaffee ist normal, nichts besonderes. Coole Location und hat eine Klimaanlage was selten ist in Deutschland. Super für den Sommer

Liebes Team, das Essen war ok, wir hatten beide einen Bagel die jedoch für 5,50€ rarr besäht waren. Auch unsere Matcha Lattes waren leider eher Matsch als Matcha. Die Atmosphäre jedoch ist ausgesprochen schön und stilvoll hat uns sehr gefallen. 3 Sterne geben wir deshalb, weil das Auge zwar mit isst, aber auf der Zunge der Geschmack entsteht und im Endeffekt entscheidet.

Personal spricht sehr schlechtes und kaum verständliches Deutsch, versuchts auf Englisch, 50 % des Essens ist einzeln in Plastik verpackt!! Greenwashing Berliner Art. Hauptsache Superfood. Essen hingegen war gut, sonst hätte ich glatt nur 1 Stern vergeben. 15 Minuten nach Bestellung ist ihnen aufgefallen, dass sie heute kein Acai für die Bowls haben. Ziemlich unterirdisch, der Laden.

Naja… Tolles Ladendesign. Das war es leider. Komplett alles in Plastik verpackt. Auf die Frage, ob die Suppe vegan ist, hat sie mit: Ja, alles bei uns ist vegan oder vegetarisch. Leider hat sie Suppe etwas nach Sahne geschmeckt. Service war aber sehr schlecht. Man wusste nicht, ob man jetzt Self-Service oder Bedienung am Platz bekommt. Beim Zahlen wurde ich einfach mit dem Gerät alleine gelassen. Schade…

Very high prices for medium taste quality. In addition, the location is designed very cold, the chairs outside are cheap standard Café chairs. The staff mixed up one bagel order, and forgot my bagel completely. After asking repeatedly they came outside and told me they now had run out of bagels. Also, which Café runs out of bagels on a Saturday morning at 11:30? In addition the place has only one toilet, which had no soap and paper towels when I visited. I have never bin in such a bad and loveless Café in Berlin. Even Starbucks Starbuck has a more caring and personalized experience.

From the photos i expect a very good bowl then i got my bow in this place and i was kind of disappointed , the bowls here doesn’t look like pictures at all . Does it taste good? Forget about it .

Why CASH ONLY suddenly?! That the machine is broken for over a month, is a bad excuse. Having to pay by cash for me I’m afraid is a reason to go next door to get my food and coffee from now on.

Correct sans plus. Une Illusion un peu chère. L impression que le lieu n'est pas complètement terminé. Présentation très approximative, prix très chers. Pas de cartes bancaires. C'est un peu abusé lorsque le sandwich est à 33 €. Nous ne reviendrons pas.

So ein Art vom Menü, was man unbedingt essen muss. Wir haben den Laden besucht, als da Pop Up Kitchen von "the boiling shrimp" war. Einfaches Menü zur Perfektion gebracht. Und der Laden von sich strahlt absolute Sauberkeit aus. Man hat einfach reinzugen!

Americano Favorit. Personal half bei Impfpass Digitalisierung auch über 18.00 Uhr hinaus, auch durch Bereitstellung von WLAN. Große Toilette. Helles Interieur. Viele Sitzplätze. 2 Minuten zum Kurfürstendamm, vier Minuten zur Kantstraße. In Charlottenburg. In Berlin, der Deutschen Hauptstadt und Tor nach Osteuropa.

Bester "Superfood" Place in Berlin.

Das Schokomus (Avocado Chocolate Pudding) überzeugt jedes mal aufs neue und schmeckt immer wie eine 10 von 10! Allein für dieses Geschmackserlebnis lohnt sich ein Besuch! Aich die Atmosphäre und Einrichtung in dem Café ist wirklich sehr schön gemacht😍

Das Lokal erinnert eher an einem Kosmetikstudio als Kaffee. Für mich ist das kein Lokal, wo ich mich im Winter setzten würde und in gemütlicher Atmosphäre mein Kaffee trinken möchte. Alles (Kaffee, Smoothie, Frühstück) was ich hier probiert habe war nur Durchschnitt, selbst wenn es gesund sein sollte. Das heißt, wenn Ihr Euch nach dem Essen gut fühlen möchtet, dass Ihr gesund gegessen habt egal, ob es geschmeckt hatte, dann seid Ihr hier richtig. BofG - Wiederkommen/Empfehlungsfaktor (0-100%): ich würde hier eher nicht kommen.

Очень любопытное место. Из еды есть фрукты, соки, вегетарианские десерты. Также можно заказать и другие блюда. Просторное кафе. Удобно работать фрилансерам. Так как много места. Заведение недалеко от центрального вокзала. Приветливый персонал. В зале заведения много света. Очень понравился белый дизайн кафе. В этом есть что-то уютное.

Gerade unter den gegenwärtigen Umständen, während man beim Maske tragen eine Bestellung tätigt, kann es mal passieren, dass man nicht sofort verstanden wird. Hier ist das Personal jedoch sehr höflich und zuvorkommend. Es gibt die gängigen Milch-Alternativen und eine umfangreiche Auswahl an veganen und glutenfreien Angeboten.

High quality food. I have to take back two stars. I am a regular customer and for six months now the quality has been very volatile, in particular regarding the protein bowl. Very often the offered products appear significantly aged and not fresh. I gave it some time but it has not improved - a surprise every time.
