Natural'Mente - Makrobiotik Gastronomie GmbH in Berlin

When I dined there in the last week of January 2025, I was incredibly disappointed. The food showed no culinary art whatsoever. Basically, the vegan ingredients were thrown together in a culinary sense. Some of the ingredients gave the impression that they had been cooked a few days before because they had no bite at all. The vegetables were a mush and lacked any original seasoning. The mushrooms in the soup had the consistency of a pencil eraser. Unfortunately I cannot recommend the restaurant. The service is good and nice, but that alone doesn't make visiting the restaurant a better experience. It remains a taste disaster. In the side rooms of the restaurant, some of which you have to cross if you want to go to the toilet, you come across a collection of bulky waste.

Why are you not being served? And when you go behind the scenes after waiting in an open room with workers running back and forth, why aren't you at least served? "However, you have to wait for your food. Now the transports are ready and are being prepared." "Ah, ok! How long would I have to wait for food?" "Maybe 10 minutes?" says the young woman. "10 minutes is ok," I say, "but I won't wait half an hour, I'm hungry." The young woman looks uncertain and says she can't tell. But there! Hurray! The boss is coming! I have known dear Hans since time immemorial from the natural food industry. We briefly describe the question and he quickly runs up to his employees to ask. Nice! Come back, ignore us. Have you already forgotten what it was about? I ask the young woman if there are certain times when it's good to eat if you don't want to appear as unfavorable as I did today. No answer! People say that I'm not aggressive and blame me for that. But now I feel some anger. I insist that at least my question be answered. The young woman says: "I just don't know." Then I say: “Then please say that instead of keeping quiet about me!” Addressing Hans, I say: "Then I'll go now." He says "ok.". I say "Now that's ok..." No reaction, I'm actually just thin air. What a ..... ! I was happy and it was supposed to be the new beginning of a macrobiotic life - the restaurant is next door and I wanted to come several times a month from now on. Customer lost - they obviously don't care at all! And by the way, I'm not "hysterical" and I wasn't looking for a lightning rod. This is a completely justified criticism.

Meiner Meinung nach das beste und gesündeste Essen das man hier im Kiez finden kann. Jeden Tag nur zwei Varianten zur Auswahl, leckerer Vorspeisensalat, alles vegan - perfekt! Lediglich die Atmosphäre ist etwas „dröge“..

Tolles Konzept und ein echter Geheimtipp fuer makrobiotische (Hausmanns)Kost, alles mit viel Sorgfalt und Überzeugung zubereitet und serviert. Danke an alle :)

Me encantó de pies a cabeza! Comida macrobiótica muy bien trabajada, con mucho mimo y amor, así como también todo el personal del restaurante que era de lo más agradable.

Special place, only for lunch. Oddly quiet dining room with excellent lunch plates of macrobiotic food. Mostly vegetarian/vegan though some fish. Kind of a throwback. Fun.

si j'ai bonne mémoire , c'est proche du château de Charlottenburg que se situe ce restaurant de gastronomie macrobiotique ! Carte courte , produit ultra frais , service souriant et prix modique . Le hasard a encore merveillement fait les choses ...

Gehe regelmäßig seit Jahren hier Mittag essen. Bio-Qualität, frisch gekocht, Vegan und zuckerfrei . Nur mittwochs und freitags gibt es auch Fisch. Für mich persönlich eine großartige Küche, tolles Team hier. Immer ein Genuss hier zu essen. Wer makrobiotisch essen möchte ist hier goldrichtig . Wenn es 6 Punkte gäbe würde ich die fürs Essen geben . Allerdings sitzt man nicht sehr gut auf den Stühlen im Restaurant, das nur 3 Stunden am Tag geöffnet hat und am Wochenende geschlossen ist.

Cité dans le cartoville de berlin, nous avons voulu découvrir ce restaurant végétarien, les produits sont bio à 99,9%. la carte est minimaliste, le jour ou nous y sommes allés une soupe en entrée, un plat principal et un dessert.tout est exquis , le plat principal mélangeait de la polenta, du chou blanc, du chou vert, de la betterave rouge cuite à la vapeur, des haricots rouges et du saumon, c'était joli, c'était inattendu, c'était surprenant en bouche et c'était délicieux. Le décor est minimaliste lui aussi, il n'y a aucun fond musical, on mange dans un certain silence le service est rapide. C'est une excellente adresse

Excellent macrobiotic food, relaxing laid back atmosphere, kind service & very clean. Average prices. Menu is seasonal & changes weekly. Great for vegetarians & vegan.
