Update: it was time for an update again. I invited an American friend to a great German meal in a historic site. What can I say, he was thrilled. Just the fact that he ate in a building that was older than his entire nation... The starter, main course and dessert were very tasty and generous portions. We also gave a double tip for the absolutely first-class service. An all-round great evening and a great address for anyone who wants to show Swabian cuisine to strangers.
