Sunnys Fastfood in Göppingen

I went to Burger King today around 10:55 p.m. Two employees were at the checkout and were obviously taking orders. As always, I went to the checkout because the display clearly said “Your order please.” But even though they looked at me several times, I was completely ignored for ten minutes - not a word, no information, nothing. Only after ten minutes (!) did one of the ladies come to me and rudely say that I should order from the machine - here you would only be charged. No notice beforehand, no closed checkout, nothing. I just find that cheeky. I just wanted to order and was treated like I was invisible. That's not how you treat customers. If I stand for ten minutes and people look at me but don't say a word, that's just disrespectful. I then left. I have rarely experienced such bad service.

It will certainly be even more beautiful there when the Agnes is finished at some point.

A great alternative to McDonald's & Burger King! Good selection and freshly prepared 😁👍🏻 Also a great price-performance ratio and beats the competition here too. Staff very helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend wooden spoons 😊

I had 20 minutes to change and the “nice” lady couldn’t bring herself to give me a small fry. First one is there and then the second one takes off. She has no idea what's going on. But she's on her cell phone all the time and talking to friends instead of taking orders and doing her job. I just wanted some small fries. I didn't get any ketchup either. I missed my train because of it and my fries taste disgusting
