The children's play area is very dirty! Clean is definitely a different story! I hope that if the play area looks like this, the kitchen is at least clean.

It's a Burger King... I ordered a chocolate milkshake and got one without any chocolate flavor. I politely complained, but the saleswoman said it was chocolate. I stirred the shake in front of her so she could see it wasn't chocolate. Slightly annoyed, she swapped it for me... Now that's not what friendliness looks like...

I went to Burger King today around 10:55 p.m. Two employees were at the checkout and were obviously taking orders. As always, I went to the checkout because the display clearly said “Your order please.” But even though they looked at me several times, I was completely ignored for ten minutes - not a word, no information, nothing. Only after ten minutes (!) did one of the ladies come to me and rudely say that I should order from the machine - here you would only be charged. No notice beforehand, no closed checkout, nothing. I just find that cheeky. I just wanted to order and was treated like I was invisible. That's not how you treat customers. If I stand for ten minutes and people look at me but don't say a word, that's just disrespectful. I then left. I have rarely experienced such bad service.

Catastrophic. Everything was cold. I paid €40 for my meal, and they didn't take anything back. This is simply ridiculous. For this price, it's incomprehensible.

On March 27th, at 6:51 p.m., I waited at the drive-thru counter for over five minutes - no response. Then, annoyed, I gave up and drove around the corner without ordering anything to move on... There were already four other vehicles/customers waiting there who hadn't ordered anything because they felt the same way I did and just wanted to move on... I waited another seven minutes until I could exit the queue... NOT like that... I absolutely do not recommend this Burger King. 👎

Were there last Sunday. The children were poisoned by the chocolate shake and had vomiting and nausea for days!

Well, what do you expect from a burger kid. On a Tuesday evening we didn't get what we wanted to eat. But in the end you always find something.

The toilet smells worse than any train station toilet or underpass! Simply disgusting when you have just eaten or are about to eat!!!! Cleaning would be an option!!

The food usually tastes good, depending on what you order. However, what has happened to us a few times: we ordered at the drive-thru or to-go and something was forgotten...sometimes burgers were missing, sometimes nuggets or sauces. Since then, we always go into the restaurant and check the order.

Employees very unfriendly. Nobody wants to work at the cash register. All customers are directed to the devices to order themselves. This older Turkish-speaking lady forgets a lot. Most customers had to line up and wait again for the second mall. What I also don't think is ok is that the lady always talks to her colleague who works in the drive in Turkish. My opinion is this lady is wrong Place. I appeal to Burger King. I often have dinner with you. But the worst employees are in Göppingen. Please choose people when it comes to friendliness. Otherwise the food was good.

Hold a BK. Basically mass-produced goods. Unfortunately the staff only spoke German poorly. The furnishings used to be more authentic before the renovation.

Check your orders! Went there around midnight on September 15, 2024 and ordered at the drive in. Most of it was missing, there wasn't even a receipt in the bag, what was really booked? In any case, a lot would be paid for even though it wasn't there; reaching someone by phone is less likely than getting an audience with the Pope.

I was just there and the young lady at the checkout with the dark hair was really friendly and helpful! It's rare to find such competent and friendly staff, which is a real pleasure.

I'm very excited 🤩! Was there last Monday, in the drive in. When I got home, I noticed that 2 burgers were missing. Today (4 days later) I complained after presenting the receipt, and the response was immediately customer-oriented! The entire order was free as a gesture of goodwill! Thank you, we'll be back :)

Recently visited this Burger King and overall I was satisfied. The staff was friendly, and the service was quick, making for a pleasant dining experience. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained. Overall, Burger King provided a great environment for a quick and tasty meal!

Haven't been there for a long time, but this time everything was perfect. Waited less than 5 minutes. Food fresh and hot. Employees regularly clean tables and everything seems a little cleaner than before.

A place with good cleanliness.. and a staff of very nice and friendly workers..quick handling of requests.. There is a section dedicated to children, which keeps me coming back until the order is prepared and the kids are busy playing.

Every other time I'm there I get something wrong and no, it's not because there's a lot going on, because I would understand that. My order was the only one and still took around 15 minutes, just so I could get Sprite instead of Coke and meat nuggets instead of plant based nuggets. The employees there don't even care and don't apologize for the mistakes but just continue chatting to each other in a disrespectful manner. That's the last time I ate in this unhygienic shop. Given the lackluster and disrespectful service, I'll just spend my money somewhere else in the future ;)

Everything is good in itself. In the last few years I have always received the wrong goods. Ordered chilli cheese nuggets and received chicken nuggets, same thing with the burgers

The absolute garbage store. The toilets were the cleanest. Even the staff didn't seem exactly........ Even orders are booked incorrectly and canceling them is a challenge. Not again

You don't have to bother. You get the wrong thing, have problems exchanging it and can't even calculate in your head what the difference is because you can't even make a cancellation in the checkout. The food was cold. Don't think I'll go to this branch again. Actually, B.K. engaged. You seem to be more bothered as a guest.

Nasty and getting worse. Ordered and paid for 2 crispy chickens today and unpacked 2 nugget burgers at home. I'll never come back, unfortunately for the repeated time.

Burger King Göppingen is my first choice for delicious and inexpensive burgers! The food is fresh and delicious, from juicy burgers to crispy fries. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the restaurant is always clean and welcoming.

The coupons have become very expensive. The quality isn't that great anymore, nor is the taste. Then I'd rather go to McDonalds, where coupons are a lot cheaper and it tastes a lot better too.

The fries sauce is just mayonnaise

It was disgusting. The salad inside my burger was beyond description. Staff prepared the wrong ice cream topping and were reluctant to make the right one. When I asked what dressings they had for my small salad, after checking the back side of the package, they were annoyed by my request to check what the alternatives had. The nuggets and the burger were not fully fried; they were warm (thawed, yes, but not cooked), and the breading was soft.

Always drive in... and our day is made better... friendly, nice blonde woman makes it possible. If people were half as kind as this person the world would be saved. My girls and I always look forward to it

A culinary highlight in Göppingen. Every star chef can learn a lesson here. The digital ordering system is also great. I would recommend a Glücksburg burger. Spin like a wheel of fortune and get burger ingredients at a predetermined price. Combined with artificial intelligence if possible. Hi, hi, hi. Then there's a burger with Nutella, cheese, chili, veggie artificial meat and a sauce of plum salt and extra mustard. VELLY INTELLIGENT.

Unfortunately it wasn't as good today... the fries were spread out in the bag because they weren't packed properly and you couldn't tell what kind of cola was in which cup (ordered one regular cola and one zero) so we should just try it (!?) Another colleague at least asked if we wanted new cups.

Something is often missing at the drive in, no wonder because the correct order is being taken while they are accepting new ones. The one woman at the drive-in on Sunday evening is very nice and is actually there most of the time on Sunday evening.

Nach 30 min warten auf meine Bestellung Kamm sie und tadaaa die überaschung war da. Die mitarbeiten nicht in der Länge sind einen einfachen Bürger zusammen zu setzen es fehlte käse und der komplette Salat aber wenigstens war das Fleisch nicht Roh

Das Restaurant war sehr sauber vorbildlich.Sanitäre Anlage war Top Seife und Papier war voll ist nicht immer die Regel. Schöne weihnachtliche Deko hat uns gefallen. Ich selber esse kein FastFood, dass hat seine Gründe! Aber meinem Schatz hat es geschmeckt und wir wollen ja das es unseren liebsten an nichts fehlt...

Na ja, Fastfood halt. Die Geschwindigkeit war allerdings beeindruckend.
