Super freundliche Bedienung, sehr leckeres Sushi. Eine kleine Auswahl an Japanischen und Vietnamesischen Speisen. Frisch zubereitet und sehr lecker.

Wir waren heute zu zweit essen das Restaurant war relativ leer. Ich muss sagen, ich bin sehr oft in das Sumino, gegangen und auch sehr gerne. Leider habe ich mich heute noch unterm Essen entschieden, dort nicht wieder hinzugehen, da das Essen wirklich schlecht war. Ich habe Erdnuss Style mit Ente bestellt und mein gegenüber Glasnudeln Gericht. Unser Essen kam wirklich in 5 Minuten mein gegenüber hat sein Essen fast nicht angerührt. Das Gemüse war wirklich groß geschnitten und die Karotten waren fast noch roh. Und auch die Ente vom Reisnudeln Gericht steuerlich schmeckt nicht gut und von meinem Erdnuss Gerät war ich auch enttäuscht. Da war genau das selbe Karotten, fast roh große Stücke, die man fast nicht klein schneiden konnte mit diesen normalen Messern. Meine Ente hat geschmeckt wie aufgewärmt sie hat auch echt ne komische Farbe und war nicht knusprig. Und immer wenn ich dort bin, kann ich das auch sehr gut vergleichen. Da auch die Karte komplett neu ist und das ganze Sushi mit Hähnchen und Ente wegrationalisiert wurde, vermute ich, dass es einen neuen Betreiber gibt. Ich hab für mich entschieden, dass ich nicht noch mal hingehen werde. Der Abend war wirklich enttäuschend und nicht lecker. Sehr sehr schade.

Leckeres Essen. Freundliches Personal. Immer wieder gern! Dieses Restaurant ist viel besser als das vorherige Restaurant (Reishaus, anderer Besitzer^^).

Schönes Ambiente und verdammt leckeres Sushi. Verständigung mit dem Personal ist nicht immer einfach, doch haben wir durch Rückfragen beiderseits uns schlussendlich verstanden.

Wir waren zu viert dort essen, bei der Vorspeise wurde 1 Gericht vergessen, im Hauptgang mußte wieder nach einem Gericht gefragt werden, da es erneut nicht kam. Ich hatte Ente , hab noch nie so eine trockene und hart gehabt. Diese konnte unmöglich frisch gewesen sein. Das beste am ganzen Essen war die Nachspeise. Zum Abschluss wurden wir um ca. 22 Uhr regelrecht rausgeworfen. Dieses Lokal wird uns bestimmt nicht noch einmal sehen.

Service versteht kaum deutsch oder englisch. Mehrere Bestellungen kamen falsch oder gar nicht. Sobald man sein Essen hat, was tatsächlich sehr schnell geht, wird man komplett ignoriert. Das Essen ist maximal mittelmäßig. Lohnt sich absolut nicht.

Einerseits ist alles super, andererseits tauchen aber auch einige Haken auf. Der Reihe nach: Der Speisesaal ist groß, und es sind fast immer Plätze frei. Das Personal ist freundlich und aufmerksam. Die Einrichtung ist für deutsche Verhältnisse recht angenehm und gut gemacht. Allerdings steht mitten im Raum ein eiserner Tisch mit einem Plastikeimer für Mayonnaise, in dem ein Lappen schwimmt – wie in einer Kantine. Das Sushi ist geschmacklich in Ordnung, keine Fünf-Sterne-Qualität, aber auch nicht aus dem Supermarkt. Der Hauptgang hingegen ist eine absolute Katastrophe. Alle panierten Gerichte bestehen aus winzigen Fleischstückchen mit viel Fett, die Udon-Nudeln sind eine Art fettige, dicke Pasta mit grob gehacktem Gemüse. Die Mango-Suppe ist nichts weiter als eine süße Suppe mit dem gleichen Gemüse. Die Cocktails hingegen sind hervorragend! Der Litschi-Spritz ist einfach himmlisch.

Leckeres Essen! Teilweise renovierungsbedürftig

Es ist nicht einfach und man möchte ja fair bleiben. Zum Ambiente muss man sagen, es ist eine gewisse Gemütlichkeit, der künstliche Baum in der Mitte ist optisch toll, man sitzt gut. Und das gute sitzen ist echt wichtig weil der Service sehr träge und unaufmerksam ist. Lange Wartezeit obwohl nicht viel los ist und obwohl die Teller und Gläser längst leer waren kam niemand um zu fragen ob man noch einen Wunsch hätte. Wir hätten gerne ein Dessert genommen aber die sehr lange Wartezeit war ein Unding und wir haben dann nach der Rechnung verlangt. Das Sushi (Platte für zwei Personen) war ok, vom Preis, Menge und dem Geschmack her hat es nicht richtig gepasst. Schade, wir wollten einen schönen Abend und wurden echt enttäuscht.

Absolut schönes und leckeres Restaurant. Nett, sauber und ansehnlich angerichtet. Hat meiner Meinung nach mehr Popularität verdient.

Es gibt hier eine sehr große Auswahl an Essen aus der japanischen & vietnamesischen Küche. Sushi ist wirklich hervorragend und auch die vietnamesischen Hauptspeisen sind sehr lecker. Die hauseigenen Limos kann ich bedenkenlos empfehlen. Ich hatte Ente bei meinem Gericht und das fande ich leider nicht soo gut, starke Fettränder und teilweise war es auch etwas knautschelig. Am Abend und am Wochenende sollte reserviert werden, da hier immer sehr viel los ist. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Müsst ihr wissen.

Wir haben das Sumino in Asperg relativ kurzfristig entschlossen besucht. Das Restaurant bietet Platz für sehr viele Gäste, was leider auch am Geräuschpegel zu spüren ist. Das Personal ist überaus freundlich und auf Zack, ganz großes Lob hierfür! Im Gegensatz zu sonstigen asiatischen Restaurants in der Größe, gibt es hier aber kein Buffet, dadurch wartet man auch ein paar Minuten länger auf das Essen. Was aber keineswegs schlimm ist. Das Essen war gut, reichlich und preislich angemessen, überrascht aber nicht mit Extravaganz.

Ich war schon öfter im Sumino und jedes mal war es richtig gut. Der Laden kann aus allen Nähten platzen und trotzdem kriegt man zügig sein Essen, ohne das die Qualität drunter leidet. Keine Ahnung, wie sie das schaffen. Ich kann den Laden wirklich jedem wärmstens empfehlen. (Ich wünschte nur, dass Matcha Eis wäre etwas öfter noch zu haben :))

Geschmacksexplosion... kommen bestimmt wieder!

Sehr gutes Essen. Es ist abends an Wochenenden immer viel los, weshalb man lieber reservieren sollte. Da es viel Platz für Gäste gibt, ist die Bedienung immer gut beschäftigt. Trotzdem sehr nett.

Wahnsinn das war wirklich ein rundum tolles Essen. Sehr zu empfehlen. Und preislich absolut top für dieses gute Essen, man schmeckt die Frische. Absolute Empfehlung!

Wir haben uns heute mal für Steaks in diesem Restaurant entschieden . Absolut empfehlenswert! Das Steak wurde auf dem heißen Stein serviert, perfekt gegart und von hervorragender Qualität – außen schön kross, innen saftig und zart. Die Beilagen und Saucen waren geschmacklich sehr gut abgestimmt und liebevoll angerichtet. Auch das Ambiente ist gemütlich und stilvoll, ideal für einen entspannten Abend. Service freundlich und aufmerksam. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!

Es fehlt eine Person welche den Eingang im Blick hat. Die ersten 5 min steht man verloren im Restaurant, und sucht einen Kellner der einen zum reservierten Platz bringt. Nach 40 min mal gefragt wo eigentlich die Vorspeise bleibt, Tische die nach uns kamen hatten schon Hauptgericht. Den Kellner zu Fragen wo das Essen bleibt bringt eher wenig, wenn man einen Kellner mal bekommt. Dann kamen 1.5h später n Nachbar Tisch, als der dann vor uns das Hauptgericht hatte, war die Stimmung dahin. Ich bin vor und wollte zahlen. Dann ist auf einmal was passiert und unser Essen kam. Das war dann auch wirklich sehr lecker, leider hat es den Abend dann trotzdem nicht mehr gerettet. Kein Getränk aufs Haus, nur eine kurze Entschuldigung fürs lange Warten. Sorry aber da kann das Essen sehr gut sein, wenn ich 2h aufs Essen warten muss, bringt das leider sehr wenig. Wir kommen nicht wieder.

Leckeres Essen und schönes Ambiente

Essen ist auch eine Frage des Anspruchs. Die Qualität ist ok, die Bepreisung normal. Der Gastraum ist aus unserer Sicht deutlich zu kühl (wir waren im Januar zu Gast), dafür wurde das Essen lauwarm serviert. Das Personal war freundlich aber nicht sehr aufmerksam.

Essen war Mega lecker, wir sind spontan um 13Uhr gekommen. Nettes personal. Ambiente war gut, Musik nicht zu laut, jedoch etwas kühl, vielleicht auch weil es nicht so voll war zu der Zeit.

Das Essen war sehr gut und der Service zuvorkommend. Die Karte bietet eine sehr große Auswahl und auch das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt. Ich werde gerne wiederkommen!

Das Sumino ist prinzipiell schön und stilvoll vor allem sauber eingerichtet. Es ist so riesig groß,dass es teilweise an eine schöne Kantine erinnert. Uns war es zu kalt. Wir haben total gefroren und sind am Ende mit der Jacke da gesessen. Die sushi waren teuer,aber sehr lecker und total hübsch angerichtet. Die Hauptspeise fand ich jetzt nicht überragend. War gut,aber keine Bombe. Service zwar freundlich aber zu uns kam bestimmt eineinhalb Stunden niemand an den Tisch,um nachzufragen,ob wir noch was wollen. Ich geh bestimmt nochmal hin,aber muss auch nicht sofort sein. LG

Ambiente geht so, recht sporadisch eingerichtet, man sitzt aber relativ bequem. Allerdings sind wir um 19 Uhr angekommen, ca. 60% des Lokals waren besetzt und es war sehr laut. Wir saßen mit ca 80cm Abstand gegenüber einander und konnten uns kaum unterhalten. Service war nur einen Stern wert. Es wurde zwar recht schnell gefragt, was wir trinken wollen, und die Getränke kamen auch schnell, aber zum Essen bestellen musste wir nach ewigem Warten nach einer Bedienung Ausschau halten und winken, dass wir endlich bestellen konnten. Das Essen hat ein wenig auf sich Warten lassen und kam leider mit 10 min Abstand zwischen unseren zwei Gerichten und war so kalt, dass wir es zurückgingen ließen. Wir sind echt nicht kleinlich und haben uns mehrmals dafür entschuldigt, aber es war wirklich richtig kalt. Uns hat man dann neues Essen gebracht, was dann zwar warm ankam wir fanden aber beide, dass die Soße übersalzen war. Sonst aber lecker und frisch. Allem in allem reicht es aber nicht aus erneut zu kommen. Schade eigentlich, weil die Auswahl eigentlich vielversprechend war.

Schönes Restaurant mit gutem Essen aber verbesserungswürdig!! Wir waren nach der Eröffnung vor ca 2 Jahren als 8 köpfige Mädelstruppe da und mussten fast 2 Stunden aufs Essen warten. Wir dachten das seien anfängliche Schwierigkeiten. Nun waren ich mit der Familie letzte Woche (Montags!!) an meinem Geburtstag da. Das Essen hat wieder ca 1,5 Stunden gedauert. Das Sushi sehr lecker, die Flying noodles ihren Preis leider nicht ganz wert und die Garnelen im teigmantel kalt. Ärgerlich war, dass wir zu 5. Waren und jeder von uns unterschiedlich sein Essen bekommen hat!! Das geht leider gar nicht. Zudem war es sehr sehr kalt im Restaurant. Vorhänge an der Türe und Schilder mit "Türe bitte schließen" bringen leider nichts. Es zieht sehr durch, das dreiviertel lokal saß mit verschlossener Winterjacke da! Wir hatten eiskalte Füße. Unser Nachbarstisch ist 3 x "umgezogen" aber es zieht überall. Das Personal ist freundlich und bemüht aber leider völlig unterbesetzt mit 2 Personen in so einem großen laden. Und es war wirklich nicht voll Montag Abend. Viele Gäste standen 10 Minuten herum bis sie beachtet wurden und zum Tisch gebracht wurden. Alles in allem immer noch sehr verbesserungsfähig!!! Aber Sushi wirklich Tip top!!! 👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻

Wie immer alles perfekt… sehr freundlicher Service…. Miso Suppe schmeckt wie in Japan… Sashimi top Qualität.

Wir waren zu viert spontan um 14 Uhr zum Mittagessen dort und wir haben ohne Probleme noch einen Tisch bekommen. Der Service war sehr freundlich und die Getränke haben wir auch sehr schnell bekommen. Das Essen war super lecker und ich kann besonders die Flying Noodles als auch das frittierte Veggie Sushi empfehlen. Die Frühlingsrollen als Vorspeise sind auch sehr lecker. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Das war leider nichts! Leider enttäuschte uns der zweite Besuch, aufgrund von: - kalten, zum Teil ungenießbaren Essen - langen Wartezeiten, obwohl das Restaurant nur mäßig besucht war - kaltes Ambiente (wir haben gefroren) - nachträglichen Magenbeschwerden Einen Stern vergebe ich dennoch, weil uns der Service, die nicht essbare Speise und ein Getränk aus Kulanz erlassen hat. Schade, das Restaurant kann ich nicht empfehlen!

Das Essen war gut und wurde schnell serviert. Der Service war leider sehr verbesserungsfähig. Kein Kellner zu sehen, nachdem das Essen serviert wurde. Sie standen an der Bar und haben sich in aller Ruhe unterhalten.

Sehr leckeres Essen, vor Allem das Sushi ist hier wirklich zu empfehlen. Auch die Getränke sind gut und man hat eine ausreichende Auswahl. Die Speisekarte beinhaltet Bilder von vielen Gerichtet, was einem bei der Entscheidung dehr hilft.

The food was good and very tasty. The atmosphere was lovely, and the staff was friendly. Unfortunately, I can only give one star for service because I was double-charged. Something went wrong, and I was told at the restaurant that if there was a double charge, it would be refunded. This didn't happen. Only after emails and phone calls from me was the refund finally issued after 10 days, which is unacceptable! Mistakes happen, but then the customer shouldn't have to chase after their money. I would come back, but next time I would only pay in cash.

I tried it once, but I wasn't that impressed. The hanging udon noodles weren't actually spaghetti. I found that very disappointing. The sushi and the presentation of the sushi are good, but it doesn't stand out from the competition. The wine is exorbitantly expensive, which just annoys me in many restaurants these days. I'm sure a lot of people like the location, so just give it a try. It wasn't for me.

Highly recommended. The ambiance is beautiful, with a cherry blossom in the center and very harmonious wooden decor. I personally treated myself to a sushi platter, which was also delicious, fresh, and beautifully presented. My only criticism/tip would be to check the restroom (still: very well-maintained!), make sure there aren't too many broken toilets, and that there are enough towels for drying hands :D

The only thing to complain about here is the service. When the place is busy, they can barely keep up, resulting in long waits. When I asked for another table at the back of the room, I was told all the tables were reserved. After an hour and a half, all four tables were still empty.

The food is always lovingly prepared and tastes top-notch. Little rice, lots of filling—that's how it should be. Prices are quite high, but the food is worth it. Great atmosphere. I enjoy coming here.

The sushi is absolutely delicious! My highlight was the flambéed scallop. Unfortunately, we waited over an hour for our main course. The staff is extremely friendly. The two to-go cocktails were unfortunately tasteless.

A very nice restaurant with perfect food. The homemade lemonades are also highly recommended. Unfortunately, the service wasn't very fast, but it was also busy, so it's bearable. We'll definitely be back!

I don't want to refrain from expressing my opinion this time. First of all, we have always loved eating and ordering here. From today on, that will no longer be the case. I sent my husband to pick up the phone order. W55 only with vegetables, no tofu + sushi etc. When I got home, there was only rice with coconut curry sauce. I called and was told to go back and they would put the vegetables on it. I thought, OK. Go ahead. You finally want to eat. They wanted to go there especially and put the vegetables in a separate box. But my bag was already completely soggy because all the broth had leaked out. I actually wanted my money back and to leave, but I'd long since lost my appetite, then they said they'd make me a new one, OK. At least it was warm, I thought. When I got home, there was a mosquito in my food... 😭 disgusting 🤮 unfortunately, a real shame ☹️

Very good food, perfectly presented. Attentive and very friendly service from the very first minute. The restaurant's ambiance is also pleasant. I can't confirm some of the negative reviews regarding service and the slowness of the service. Despite several tables being open, the wait times were short. It was a culinary and very enjoyable evening.

We were completely satisfied; our appetizers and sushi were really good. Although it was quite busy, we managed to get a table on the spot. The wait was a bit longer than usual, but everyone was super friendly.

We are very disappointed with this restaurant. The food was good, but the wait time for everything was abysmally long. And yes, you're not on the run when you go out to eat. But waiting 20 minutes to order drinks isn't so great when you see that the servers aren't the fastest and are more like strolling through the restaurant. We then had to wait over half an hour for our food; another drink order was forgotten and, when asked, was brought after 10 minutes. The final hurdle was paying – another 10 minutes, but this time not at the table, but for a change, standing at the cash register at the counter. Conclusion: If you're not thirsty or hungry but have plenty of time because it's raining outside, this is the place for you. It can only get better!!!

ACUTE SERVICE PROBLEM!!! We were there on Friday evening for the first and probably last time. We booked a table for 7:30 p.m. The restaurant was maybe half full. First, we and other guests were left standing around for 20 minutes before being seated. You have to lasso the waiters, otherwise you're lost. At 9:20 p.m., we paid for our appetizers and drinks and left. No sign of our main courses yet... Long before that, other groups of guests had already left, completely exasperated. To be fair: One of the families who left after a long wait told us that they'd been there several times before and that the service was always good. However, when I browse the reviews, I find several who seem to have had a similar experience. My soup was unfortunately only lukewarm but extremely tasty, and the edamame was unfortunately cold. Unfortunately, we can't comment on the rest. ``` Conclusion: Only go there with a plan B and if things go wrong, don't hesitate and have a nice evening somewhere else.

Delicious food but very long waiting times

We always enjoyed ordering and eating there... I won't do that again! This is the second time I've received the wrong order. Last time, I was charged for shrimp, but they weren't included in my meal. I didn't say anything; it can happen. Today I got duck instead of chicken. I called and told them, and they said they'd make it again. 15 minutes later, we picked it up. When I got home, I realized it was duck again! I feel beyond ripped off! So I picked out the duck and ate the rest, but that's not what I consider fried noodles. Of course, the rest of the food was cold by the time we got home. That was it for us!

Unfortunately, no one came for 40 minutes. And unfortunately, there isn't a single vegan dish.

We've eaten here several times. Unfortunately, the service and quality are declining. Yesterday, I was served a reheated dish: lukewarm, overcooked, and discolored vegetables, with stale and thickened sauce. After a brief conversation with the server, I was quickly served a new dish. On our last visit, there was a dead fly on the appetizer I was served, which, although they replaced it upon request, significantly diminished my appetite. We probably won't be going to Sumino as often anymore.

The food is always very good and fresh. I especially like the atmosphere and the overall feeling in the restaurant – you just feel at home. I would also like to thank the staff; everyone is always very friendly and accommodating. I always enjoy going there and can only recommend the restaurant!

Personally, this is the best sushi restaurant I know. It tastes impeccable and is a lovely place! I love coming here. The value for money is excellent. The staff are all super friendly! Highly recommended!

Pretty good (standard) sushi, but I wouldn't go there in the winter. We went there twice in the winter and had to keep our jackets on because it was freezing cold!

We eat here often. It's incredibly delicious, with lovely decor and design, beautiful dishes, beautifully presented food, and, above all, super tasty. It's not cheap, though. We paid €75 for two people. But everything's expensive these days.

Great ambience. Food actually had little to do with Vietnamese cuisine. Had Bun Nam Bo. It was just pasta with a little iceberg lettuce, a few grated carrots and cucumbers. At a real Vietnamese restaurant you get a good portion of salad. Not just the cheap noodles. There are also Asian herbs on the menu for the dish. Were completely missing. But at least I got coriander when I asked. Without it it would have tasted like nothing. There was hardly any dressing in it either. If you want Vietnamese cuisine, this is the wrong place 😉

I was there with my friend and family for the special dinner. Last time I was with my friend and was quite good test of mango curry that’s why I brought my family also there. It was completely disappointing with service and also with food. We were there at 6 pm and not one came to take a oder then I have ask one of them. After food oder we waited more than 45 minutes. I would not go next time and I would not recommend anyone to Waste their time and money. Additionally what we ordered all dishes had lot of salad not enough vegetables. It’s quite trick to save lot of money. Please be careful before going to there.

A few weeks ago we were at the restaurant in Asperg on a Friday evening. The store was packed and it was very loud. At first we had difficulties even getting the menus and then we always had difficulties getting the service staff to come to our table. The waitress never came to our table on her own initiative. We basically had to stop someone every time. I ordered a menu with duck. I don't think I've ever had such a bad duck in my life. It was really tough and didn't taste good either. My friend's food wasn't good either. It was just totally unloving and not in good taste. We definitely won't come here again and can't recommend it.

Service was friendly and quick, hence the one star, but unfortunately the food was a complete disaster. There were 3 of us there and everyone's food was inedible. Super disappointed and there was almost nothing going on that you could have said “it was busy so the food had to go quickly”. We won't come again.

Too bad. Unfortunately, I have to agree with some of the previous speakers. We had reserved a table for 7 p.m. We were able to place our order at 7:20 p.m. The drinks came in an acceptable time. Our starter was brought to the table just before 8pm. Unfortunately the edamame were overcooked and too soft. When we still didn't have a main course an hour after ordering, we asked one of the waiters. He just said that there was a lot going on today. For a long time no one came to place a second order for drinks. After waiting 1.5 hours after ordering, our food was finally brought. “Luckily” the sushi was good. However, it didn't compensate for the long waiting time and we were disappointed overall. We didn't have a permanent waiter. The staff was friendly when they were at the table.

We really liked the Sumino restaurant in Asperg. The ramen was fresh, tasty and perfectly seasoned. The service was friendly and the atmosphere was pleasant. We'd love to come back! Absolutely recommended 👍🏻

I travel often and have a lot of comparisons. I rarely give a bad review, but unfortunately this service - from the drinks to the food - was poor on all counts. How can it be that you have to wait 45 minutes for drinks and then another hour for food? In addition, ordered dishes were forgotten even though the order had already been recorded in writing - that should make work easier! I'm sorry, but I can't recommend this restaurant. Price-performance is very bad. The vegetables were so hard you could hardly bite them. Please work urgently on your cook and service, otherwise you won't have customers for long.

We spontaneously came here on our first day and came back the next day. The appetizers were delicious, the salad was fresh, the sushi was well-stocked, and the presentation was top-notch. Very good Asian food at reasonable prices. The cocktails were also delicious; I especially recommend the mango mojito.

We were in this restaurant for the first time today. The ambience is beautiful and makes a good impression, but the waiting times are extremely long. We had to wait over an hour for our sushi - I've never waited that long before. The service was not particularly attentive and there was no apology for the long wait. The sushi was overall OK, but very greasy, and the oil didn't taste fresh. I would have expected better quality for the long waiting time. Overall a disappointing experience - I wouldn't recommend it. Above all, what I find really cheeky is that I waited a very long time for my sushi, really a very long time, and then ultimately had to pack it up because I had to move on. I still had to pay €0.50 in fees for packing it. That was extremely cheeky

We went here for lunch for the first time today. Very, very nice restaurant. Service was very, very nice and accommodating. Food came very quickly and was super tasty. We will come again.

Food was great, the sushi (Rainbow) was super tasty. I've eaten in many sushi restaurants, but Sumino's taste stands out! Anytime again, I look forward to my next visit.

Addendum 01.25 Another service disaster to say the least. Subterranean waiting times, food increasingly average. Won't be visited again anytime soon. Addendum 07.23 Things are going really well now. Service was attentive, quick and the dishes were all very good. Meat on point, vegetables super crunchy. Full 5 points! Addendum 5th visit: Service was extremely poor, not attentive and endless waiting times. Chicken breast was switched from fresh to breaded frozen. Only 40 percent of the desserts on the menu are permanently available. Rarely have I visited such a coherent atmosphere with a very polite and attentive team. The dishes are harmoniously coordinated, well prepared and very tasty. Some Asian restaurants can dress warmly 😁 Absolutely recommended again for lovers of Asian fusion cuisine.

Not so, dear colleagues! Last night my wife reserved a table for three people via the Sumino website, asking for a visa card number or a facial portrait. Arrived at the already busy restaurant shortly before 8 p.m We were seated by a service person at the drafty table number 2, directly at the entrance, without asking if we had made a reservation. The food and drink menu came promptly. After twenty minutes our order was taken, After about 40 minutes the drinks arrived and after new guests were being accepted in the now almost completely full restaurant and tables that had arrived after us had already been served their food, I set a time limit for a waitress to serve our food. After an hour and a half of staying in a restaurant that was completely chaotic and disorganized in terms of both service and kitchen, I went to the checkout to cancel our order. The manager, who may have been the manager, brazenly made us pay for our three drinks and used the argument that there was a lack of staff as an excuse. If so: Why do you constantly fill a restaurant of this size with additional guests and also serve pick-up customers when you are not even able to serve the reservation guests within a reasonably reasonable time frame? Our displeasure was felt the same way by all the guests in our area. We are, or have been, Sumino guests from day one and have always enjoyed the good food. Service was often difficult, but yesterday it was out of the question. I have been a restaurateur for decades and my free time with my family is very valuable. Above all, it's too valuable for an hour and a half of being embarrassed by others.

Unfortunately, I'm a bit disappointed with the food, which tasted "okay". The crispy fried duck was limp in the plate, was far from crispy and unfortunately also a bit tough. The sauce advertised as “creamy peanut sauce” was also disappointing; it simply presented itself as a soup with a peanut flavor. Far from the state of a sose. It was so thin that it didn't really stick to the rice. Sorry, but there's a better way.

Service very friendly and accommodating, very good food, the three of us were thrilled. Definitely coming back.

Very large restaurant – gives the impression of a cafeteria. The cylinders on the two doors are broken. It makes a loud bang every time they close. The important thing: I reserved a table for 7 p.m. We arrived on time and then had to wait "only" another 25 minutes until we were seated. We ordered our drinks, and they came quickly. I wrote down the food on a slip of paper and gave it to the waitress. Appetizers arrived after about 30 minutes. The fried prawns and sweet potatoes were OK, nothing special. The sushi was good. The main course (hanging noodles with duck) took 1.5 hours to arrive. The dish was completely cold. I immediately returned it. The waitress said it would be remade. It was "delivered" again after five minutes. This time the plate was warm – the rest was still freezing cold. I returned it again. Now I was supposed to get a new plate? It was the same – the plate was warm now – the hanging noodles were less so and were still cold – the meat and noodles in the middle of the plate were lukewarm. I sent it back and decided to skip it. The same thing happened at the next table. Three people had the same dish with the same result – and that was after a 90-minute wait. At least we didn't have to pay for it. We'll give it another chance and come back during the week – hoping it's better.

Unfortunately disappointing We waited a full 1.5 hours for our food, which is really way too long. In addition, it was so cold in the restaurant that we had to sit there with our winter jackets - even after we pointed this out to the staff, nothing was done. I find that really inappropriate. The food was fresh and tasted good, but the long wait and the unpleasant atmosphere didn't make the experience worth it - especially given the prices weren't exactly cheap. Too bad!

We wanted to try a new restaurant and were unfortunately disappointed. From the Google reviews the restaurant looked very appealing and at first glance too. However, when we wanted to order, no one came for 20 minutes until we took the initiative and called in (even though many waiters walked past us, nothing happened). The order request is written on cards and is somehow something new (+-). In general we didn't have a permanent waiter, but we always served as best as possible. My yakitori skewer was cold, the king prawns had a stringy tissue inside, the edamame were overcooked and therefore difficult to eat. The first main course and second main course arrived with a delay. I was only allowed to watch my partner eat until I got mine 15 minutes later. Unfortunately, his chicken was dry and my udon noodles were very spicy without it being explicitly described on the menu. Unfortunately, more appearance than reality. There was also somehow no dessert menu. It's a shame because the place looked very nice. :(

So If you want to annoy someone, really annoy them, send them here. Waiting times are (incomprehensible) incredibly long, unstructured and chaotic system, you have to take the initiative yourself in everything. Order, ask how long it will take, clear it up and pay. We spent 3 hours in this store and only ate for a total of about 30 minutes. So if you have a lot of time and want to run after everything yourself, you will be happy here. But the food was good. But the waiting time makes it inedible. The ambience is also very nice, but here too the waiting time makes it unenjoyable. An alternative would be to order food to take away. Otherwise I unfortunately can't recommend it. Nevertheless, I would like to thank you for the service and the food. I think an overhaul of the ordering system would be a good investment.

Very large space here you can always find a place. Free WI-Fi is available upon request. Large selection of food, drinks and cocktails. The staff look friendly and helpful. Food was top prices a bit high. No parking spaces available directly but plenty of parking spaces nearby.

Had to wait forever for the food to come. Things were just missing for me. Overall it was disappointing.
