Haben dort zu Abend gegessen. Schnelle und aufmerksame Bedienung. Sehr faire Preise für große Portionen, guten Hunger mitbringen. Die hausgemachte Sauce ist äußerst lecker, fruchtig und scharf zum Grillteller. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen!

Wir waren 13 Personen. Haben unterschiedliche Gerichte bestellt und alle waren wir uns einig. Perfekt auf dem Punkt gemachte Steak köstliche Soßen und leckere Beilagen. Dazu waren wir alle 13 Personen auf einmal bedient daß heißt gleichzeitig zu essen und nicht zugucken müssen wie die einen schon essen und andere warten. Eine sehr freundliche Bedienung hat sich sehr gut um uns gekümmert. Eine Tolle Atmosphäre im Garten wo es schön kühl ist selbst wenn die Sonne brennt. Zum Schluss bekommt jeder Gast ein leckere Schnaps, Likör oder espresso. Ach fast hätte ich vergessen die Portionen sind sehr groß und wir sind wirklich alle gute Esser! Fazit: Wer lecker essen will sollte diesen Restaurant besuchen. Essen sehr lecker, Preise sehr in Ordnung, riesige Portionen, nettes Ambiente, freundliche Bedienung, sehr gute Park Möglichkeit mitten in der Altstadt einfach perfekt zu zweit aber ohne Probleme auch mit größeren Geschäft.

Wir waren auf der Durchreise und haben im Gasthof sehr lecker zu Abend gegessen. Die Portionen waren gigantisch, der Vorspeisensalat frisch zubereitet und sehr ansprechend serviert. Das Personal und der Chef waren sehr freundlich. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder vorbei.

Beim Gasthof zum Bären wird man.am Tisch von den Wirtsleuten noch mit Handschlag begrüsst. Gastlichkeit wird im.Bären groß geschrieben, was jeden Besuch zu einem angenehmen Erlebnis macht. Dazu war der regionale Wein lecker. Ich komme gerne wieder.

Ein gut bürgerliches Restaurant mit großer Speisekarte. Das Lokal ist nett, das Personal ist aufmerksam und freundlich. Das Essen ist gut, die Portionen sind üppig. Leider waren die Champignons auf dem Jägerschnitzel nicht frisch. Die Preise sind in Ordnung. Das Restaurant kann ich durchaus empfehlen.

Das Essen war wirklich sehr lecker - das wären volle fünf Sterne gewesen. Leider ist der Service sehr unambitioniert. Zum Getränke nachbestellen zum Tresen gelaufen weil niemand mehr an unseren Tisch gekommen ist. Zudem auch zum zahlen vor gegangen weil niemand mehr gekommen ist. Die mäßig freundliche Bedienung saß lieber vorne und daddelt am Handy. Trinkgeld wollten wir geben, aber das ist mit Karte nicht möglich wurde uns unfreundlich mitgeteilt, dann gab es eben gar keins. Wirklich schade, an sich eine Gaststätte wo man gut essen kann, aber mich zieht es hier nicht mehr hin. 😵‍💫

Essen war OK aber sehr lieblos angerichtet. Bedienung wollte erst das wir in Bar bezahlen, nach einiger Diskussion ging dann doch die Karte.

Das Restaurant ist insgesamt okay, allerdings mit Luft nach oben. Die Portionen sind besonders groß und sättigend, geschmacklich auch gut. Den Service haben wir leider nicht so freundlich und zuvorkommend wahrgenommen.

Alles soweit okay, aber die Preise wurden erst letztlich wieder erhöht! Muss denn ein Bier wirklich 5,10€ und eine Weißweinschorle tatsächlich 5€ kosten?? Wo anders geht,s doch auch..manchmal ist weniger mehr!!

Der erste Eindruck beim Betreten der Gaststube : oh wie gemütlich im oldstyle,genau mein Ding. Das gesamte Team derart sympathisch und Service orientiert sodass man sich sehr wohlfühlt. Dann kam die Feinschmecker Platte und wir stellten fest,dass diese zurecht diesen Namen trägt. Mein Begleiter war auch zwischendurch auf der Toilette und kam begeistert zurück mit den Worten dass hier Hygiene groß geschrieben wird und dies oftmals als der entscheidende Punkt eines Gastrobetriebes ist. In allen Punkten habt ihr euch ein großes Lob verdient. Wir kommen wieder. ❤️

Hotel review - I filtered my search for free parking, free breakfast, free wifi and air conditioning. Google maps listed all these amenities were included. After checking I quickly discovered the Gasthof Zum Barren only offers free parking and free wifi. There is no breakfast or AC. This place is good for a night's stay but nothing noteworthy. The misleading info in the Google details about amenities was very frustrating. From now on I'll call and attempt to verify even though meine deutsch ist nicht so gut.

Wir waren mit der Familie hier zum Mittagessen. Wir wurden sehr freundlich bedient, hatten einen tollen Platz draußen im kleinen Hof und hatten ein Mega leckeres Essen! Was will man mehr?

We stayed at the Gasthof Bären in Asperg with friends and had a fantastic evening! The Cordon Bleu was absolutely amazing, perfectly prepared and a real treat. My friends' food was also excellent, the portions were generous and we all loved it. The service was incredibly friendly and attentive, we felt completely at home. The cozy, Swabian ambience rounded off the evening. Clear recommendation - we will definitely come back! Really great evening! again!

A really very cozy restaurant with German / Croatian cuisine. The price-performance ratio is great and the portions are generous. The food simply tastes delicious. There is also a great grill plate, from baked sheep's cheese to schnitzel, Maultaschen and steaks. Hospitality is at the top here and the service is very attentive and friendly. There is also something for children, who are also very welcome here. There are probably also rooms to stay overnight, but we didn't use them. Therefore I can't contribute anything. This is the second time we have been there and we would love to come back.

We ordered schnitzel with spaetzle to take away, and not only was it incredibly delicious, the schnitzels were still crispy and crunchy when we got home. The portion was very large, and for the price, it was almost more value for money, as the quality was also top-notch. This definitely won't be our last time :)

The food tastes like it came straight from grandma's kitchen - fresh, authentic and prepared with a lot of love. Every dish is seasoned to perfection, the ingredients are high-quality and regional. I was particularly impressed by the variety of dishes, which combine traditional cuisine with a modern touch. The portions are generous, so you go home full and satisfied. The atmosphere is also a highlight: rustic, cozy and inviting. Here you can relax wonderfully, meet up with friends or family and simply enjoy. If you are looking for a real feel-good oasis with first-class food, you should definitely visit this place. The price-performance ratio is great! You're happy to pay for the quality on offer here. We were there for dinner, 4 people. The service was very friendly and quick, but unfortunately one wish was not fulfilled. The salad was very bland. The schnitzel only tasted like the breading and some of the other meat was very toe. The pineapple and tomato were tasteless. On the other hand, the fries and rice were delicious. In terms of price, I have to say that it is too expensive for the quality, but a decent amount will make it worth it.

A great Argentinian steak that was cooked to perfection, the fried potatoes were sliced ​​very thin, extremely seasoned and fried, a dream from Sössle... even the side salad had a harmonious dressing. We spontaneously stopped in for dinner after a hike and were happy that there was still a free table in the beer garden. It was very busy, but the service was still pleasantly quick and there weren't too long waiting times for the food, even though there was a wedding being celebrated in the hall at the same time. It was delicious and we felt completely comfortable.

Small village hotel. The room reminded me more of my teenage room than a hotel room. The room and the whole hotel are clean, but you could think about the towels (graters). Smoking is prohibited in the hotel, I was "lucky" to have the room above the smoking area and shortly after 6:00 a.m. the clouds of smoke moved into the room... The hotel does not offer breakfast!

Ich musste leider einen Stern vergeben. Ich wurde leider getäuscht! Die formationen zu Klimaanlage auf den Zimmern im Internet unterschiedlich, deshalb versuchten wir dies in einem Telefonat zu klären. In diesem versicherte man uns, dass die Zimmer Klimaanlagen haben. Leider war dies nicht der Fall. Es war unerträglich heiß. Für mich nie wieder. Der Biergarten war schön und das Essen lecker.

Der Service ist immer absolut Top , freundliche schnelle Bedienung auch wenn es voll ist . Alle Gerichte sehr lecker .Standort in der Stadtmitte mit terasse absolut super . Kostenlose Parkplätze gibt es auch

Die Speisekarte bietet etwas für jeden Geschmack. Die Auswahl ist vielfältig. Es gibt auch einen Mittagstisch. Bei uns standen Käsespätzle und Schnitzel Jäger Art zur Auswahl. Ich habe mich für das "Bauerhacksteak" von der Speisekarte entschieden. Die Getränke waren schnell serviert und das Essen war ebenfalls zügig zubereitet. Die Portionen waren viel größer als in anderen Restaurants. Geschmacklich war alles sehr sehr lecker. Ich komme gerne wieder.
