If you can/are allowed to place your order, the food served looks good. We left the restaurant after 45 minutes without being able to place our order. The table in front of us did the same. Sorry, but they could have at least taken our drinks and brought them back. And it wasn't that busy...

Overall good. Unfortunately, the quality of the food has declined. The fish platter was very disappointing.

Very nice seeming place, friendly staff and I would like to come here more however because I am allergic to cigarette smoke and there is a cigarette section with the door open, the smoke goes into the restaurant so it was very uncomfortable for me. If you don’t mind cigarette smell, I recommend it.

I particularly liked how clean and well-maintained everything is, and the team always has a friendly smile, no matter how busy it is. That's what you want from a restaurant visit! It was way too loud, you couldn't understand a word, and the music was way too loud. You can never go there with children. A terrible place, unfortunately.

Honestly, it was a disaster. The orange tasted like nothing. The cay was overpriced, the baklava was perfectly fine, and then the bill came to a whopping €11.40?! Absolutely outrageous. On top of that: the music was so loud you couldn't even have a normal conversation. And suddenly, some women started dancing around the table next to us – I don't know if that was the concept or just chaos, but it was definitely annoying. Never again.

The food here is truly delicious, and they even included a small mixed salad on the house. The prices are a bit expensive, especially the drinks. But the portions are generously sized. We sat outside, which was quiet for the location, although it does get a bit noisy due to the nearby street. All in all, a very good experience, with truly top-notch food. We'd gladly go back!

This is my first time here but the ayran is flaky and very milky. I asked for a new one, it still tasted flaky but a bit fresher. However, you can get better homemade ayran in every kebab shop, for example alaturka or beykebab. When I asked him about the ayran, the waiter simply said it was homemade. As if I didn't know that. I expect homemade ayran! The food that came after that tasted just as bad. The meat was tough and dry. There wasn't a bit of juice on the steak. Turkish food is usually some of the best seasoned food, so please don't come here, it's a complete disaster.

We wanted to spend a pleasant evening at the restaurant – unfortunately, the experience was severely marred. The first server seemed arrogant and unhelpful from the start. We sat on the patio in the courtyard, which initially seemed pleasant. But before we had even cleaned the table, our son was bitten. Upon checking, my husband discovered a spider web under the table. When we asked him to clean it, the first server responded with a surprising reply: It wasn't "his pets," he sometimes gets bitten too, they had already vacuumed it, and we could sit somewhere else. However, spiders rarely build a completely new web during the day, but usually repair existing structures – which suggests that no one had even checked under the table thoroughly. When we then noticed that our son's hands were dirty, we initially thought he had gotten it dirty while playing. In fact, the table was full of sand, apparently blown by the wind from the nearby tree. We started cleaning the table ourselves. A second employee noticed this, then took over the cleaning and even replaced the cutlery – a plus point for him. Seriously, since when do people compromise on hygiene and cleanliness in a restaurant? At least the food tasted good.

This is a good Turkish restaurant. We had the lunch menu, and the spinach and meat dishes were delicious. It’s located near the city center, which makes it an ideal spot for lunch. I liked this place and will definitely visit again. The lunch menu costs around €12–15 per person (including salad, excluding drinks).

The level of hospitality the staff gives to guests is extremely low. I advise against it.

The three of us were just having dinner and drinks. My friend wanted another Hugo. I watched our waiter walk by—I assume he was in charge of all the tables, taking orders with the order man, which is unusual in a reasonably upscale restaurant. The first time he zipped past us, I waited for him to come back and raised my hand, but he zipped past again. As the restaurant was slowly filling up, he was clearly under pressure, which shouldn't have been the case. After a few minutes, the same thing happened: As he zipped past again, I shouted 'Hello!' He came back and said I didn't have to shout at him. I tried to explain to him that I just wanted his attention and to act like a professional waiter, but he just asked what we wanted to order. We all lost our appetites after that. This was especially unfortunate because the live music was just starting and we were supposed to stay and chill.

I haven't experienced such abysmal service in a long time. If you like mediocre, poorly seasoned food that's definitely too expensive for the quality, if you love waiting forever for a server, if you're not bothered by the occasional wrong drink, or if you just hate it when your meal is simply forgotten, then this is THE restaurant.

The wait was very long; we were there for 2.5 hours, and our last dish never arrived. The food was bland and not worth the wait at all. The servers just stood around and didn't help with anything; they didn't even clear the dirty plates from our appetizer. People who came after us got their food before us and left before us. All in all, a terrible experience!

The service is friendly and very nice. I ordered İskender, it would have been better if İskender was not cubed meat but leaf meat. My friend ordered the mixed grill plate and was pleased. (My friend is a professional chef) I think it is worth going. The price-performance ratio is very reasonable.

The many positive reviews. I can't fully understand this. The atmosphere is like a snack bar for me, the prices are extremely high even for downtown Stuttgart. A large grill plate for two people for €65, and there's nothing to drink or anything else. A few doors down you pay at least a third less. And there isn't that much salt in the food either.

Most restaurants have thrown their prices up due to inflation but here the prices are very reasonable. We ordered all a grill platter with all sorts of meat, it was slightly salty and a some meat was a bit over-grilled. But overall very tasty and the chicken was perfect! Fries were fresh and perfectly salted. We also enjoyed the salad that was served beforehand. The atmosphere was nice, it wasn’t too busy because we were dining before 18:00. If you’re looking for something nice, middle eastern and for a reasonable price. Then this is the place!

We visited the restaurant on a very busy time - Saturday evening. They were a little confused with our reservation that we made online - I guess nobody was checking it. Waitting time for the food and dring was little longer, but I guess that's normal due it was very busy. Food was ok.

A Turkish restaurant in a central location. The food was not very tasty (compared to Turkey, of course). They deserved plus points with their after-dinner tea service. Service was a little slow.

Overpriced food, Helal meat is the cheapest there is, can't understand how the prices come about here. I travel a lot in Germany and often eat out; this is by far the most expensive Turkish restaurant. The taste was boring and the service wasn't attentive either. Never again.

I was very excited about this Turkish restaurant, especially since the owner is from Germany. Unfortunately the food was a big disappointment. It tasted absolutely nothing like a typical Turkish restaurant and had neither the right spices nor the authentic flavors you would expect. It seemed more like a German attempt to prepare Turkish dishes, which unfortunately didn't work out. The service, however, was first class – very friendly, attentive and professional. My suggestion to the owner: Maybe specialize in German dishes, because the service deserves to be accompanied by equally good food.

The taste of the food is ok. A starter plate for one person around €17 was one thing. Price adjustment & the same is all well and good, but here I find the price/performance ratio to be very overpriced. Soup, starter and main course were all served 4-5 minutes apart. Given the prices, I would have expected that at least the main course would be freshly prepared, we had the feeling that because everything was served so quickly, a lot of things had already been prepared and perhaps just warmed up. Unfortunately, we weren't even asked if we would like something else to drink, the feeling was please eat quickly and goodbye, although when we left the restaurant there wasn't even a "goodbye," "have a nice evening," or anything like that. Four of us ate here and we all felt the same way.
