I ate a beef doner kebab. The portion was decent, even though there was too much salad. But the most important thing was missing: the flavor. I've never eaten a worse doner kebab in my life. :(

It's a beautifully decorated kebab shop, and the service is also impeccable. We ate beef kebabs with freshly sliced side dishes in bread. A short while later, we felt severely nauseous and had an upset stomach. The meat has to be fresh daily, and the seasoning should also be just right. We suspect it was the meat?

The meat and salad are definitely high-quality. Unfortunately, you can't sit outside; the smoke alarm was constantly beeping inside (dead battery), and the fries were cold. However, the staff were very friendly, and overall, it was okay.

A short break on the Danube Cycle Path, with the intention of grabbing a bite to eat. Unfortunately, that didn't happen. Then the kebab shop got in my way. "Huge things and a really good selection of quality ingredients" describes it best. If I'm ever in the area again, I know where to find something good to eat 😊

Getting such a good kebab for 5€ in the student offer is crazy

My experience at Sultan's Kebab's was very pleasant! First and foremost, the service was quick and efficient, which I appreciate when I'm looking for a no-fuss meal. The dishes taste good and the ingredients are fresh, even if the prices are slightly higher compared to similar places. But good taste is important. The only negative detail was that on one visit the potatoes were cold. I assume it was an oversight, but I hope it doesn't happen again. Otherwise, the atmosphere of the restaurant is cozy and clean, ideal for a quiet meal or just hanging out with friends. Despite the little stumble with the potatoes, I will definitely be back to continue trying out the menu and discovering new flavors - recommended for anyone looking for something quick, tasty and with a touch of quality!

After I ate kebab there I would have to puke and then go straight to the toilet. I don't know why you open a shop if you don't feel like it. The employee sweats as he cuts kebab and then almost puts his hands on his head and ears while still cutting kebab. So I'm never coming here again. It's best to stay hungry before you get screwed and poisoned. And anyone who feels like it (doesn't feel like it) should come in. Wouldn't recommend this to anyone.

3 Asian faces not knowing a word in German walked into this place. Staffs were patience with us going through different options of the menu and sauces for the kebab. Kebab was great, very generous with the fillings. Just about to finish the meal, we were offered with 3 hot teas and cookies. Asked about the parking system outside the shop, the staff explained patiently. Number 1 hospitality. Shop was popular with local students, long queues while we were dining. Recommended for casual quick bites.

Hope the store had a bad day and it's not always like this. 3 falafeldürüms ordered to take away. Falafel seemed to be homemade, but was undercooked. Flatbread wasn't warmed up properly either. So it was already cold and raw at home anyway. Literally drenched in sauce that floated in our plates like soup. In addition, the refrigerator didn't work and the ayran is sitting there at room temperature. The employee didn't really understand what I wanted from him when I tried to point it out to him.

Unfortunately I wasn't happy today, first of all the bread wasn't warmed up. So everything is cold at home. Then everything was soggy. Not good in taste.

The veal was really not good. This used to be my favorite kebab shop. There were also vegetables in the normal kebab. It's a shame what happened to the store

Veal kebab is almost suitable for vegetarians. The minced meat has, and it really is just minced meat, a bit of egg, spices, beef fat, some protein, but definitely not veal, or even beef. There is also a ton of salt, so you don't know what you have in your mouth. Ordered 3 plates of kebab, each more expensive than 10 euros. The order included ONE fork and nothing else. There wasn't even any sauce in the kebab or separately.

Had a veal kebab with my sons each. Unfortunately, as is often the case, the meat is layered into the bread first. Only then do all the very cold vegetables come. This means that half of the kebab is just vegetables. Then, when you're almost full, all the meat comes, which isn't really tasty on its own. Why can't you mix the meat and vegetables before topping the kebab? Overall an average kebab, there are better ones.

Stingy doner roll with almost nothing in it. Why so little salad and meat? That makes you angry when you pay €7.50 for the role. First I had to wait a long time before I could even order and then I had to wait until I could pay. Card payment only from 10€x I'm definitely not coming back and I don't recommend it to anyone. The amount of food is not worth the prices.

We waited in line for 30 minutes because the kebab is otherwise really good! After queuing for 30 minutes, the employee left... we waited another 10 minutes and after a total of 40 minutes we were told the worker was on break! What a cheek! Never come back! Dogs!

I can recommend the kebab to everyone

Unfortunately my kebab plate was disappointing. The taste of the food was pretty bland and I couldn't detect any distinct flavors. The price-performance ratio didn't convince me either. For the price I paid I would have hoped for better quality and more taste. I would like the restaurant to bring more spice and freshness to their dishes in the future. Unfortunately, I can't recommend it at this point.

We often ate there because we liked it, but the last two times it was catastrophic. Firstly, the kebab completely fell apart and you couldn't even hold it. The worker with an unfriendly manner gave us the feeling that he didn't want to do his work and you automatically didn't feel comfortable in the shop. Even other customers were dissatisfied and shook their heads. So if you want to be in a bad mood and lose your appetite, you should avoid employees there.

Unfortunately I can't give it less than one star. The taste of the kebab was sublime. Priced at €7.50, it's also more expensive than all the other stores. The friendliness also leaves a lot to be desired. He didn't have any ketchup for the over-salted fries because it ran out, as did his kebab sauce. Conclusion: Not recommended at all.

We drove all the way here to redeem the voucher from SWI but it was not honored by the staff. The staff kept saying it wasn't possible. We were able to redeem it last year, so we came back this year. NOGO! Dürüm for €8.50 was very greasy/oily after which I almost felt sick and couldn't finish it. Little meat, lots of vegetables... the Dürüm tasted like a vegetable salad with lots of sauce. Luckily, this was the last time I was her customer at Sultan's.

Best Dürüm I've ever eaten. I ordered spicy - the spiciness was just right. Surprise were eggplants and potato slices! Yufka flatbread was very good! All in one - very tasty! Thanks!

Have eaten here a few times. And every time I regret it. Unfortunately, the kebab is always very oily. This puddle of oil then forms on the plate. Unfortunately very bad. Never again.

I have to admit that I personally am not a fan of doner, but my sons love it, so today they decided to try doner here. The first disappointment was when we were told that they don't serve fries in the doner box today because they don't have any 😒. The salads are cut so large that the guys didn't even want to take it. They ate the doner at home and were more than satisfied. There was maybe too much meat😁... thinly sliced, juicy, the bread was warm. All in all, they were very satisfied.

Kebab mit Abstand der beste in Ingolstadt und Umgebung!! Wären 5 Sterne gewesen wenn das Brot nicht aufgegangen und vieles rausgefallen wäre. Meine Frau hat Lahmacun gegessen der ihr aber leider nicht geschmeckt hat. Trotzdem, Döner wird es jetzt nur noch hier für mich geben.

Leckere Soßen , Döner und Sucuk haben uns gut geschmeckt. Es gibt einen kleinen Automaten zum kostenlosen Spielen während der Wartezeit.

Normalerweise mache ich mir nicht die Mühe und schreibe eine Rezension auf Google. An dieser Stelle möchte ich aber mein Feedback direkt an den Besitze von Sultans richten. Ich habe bereits in Ingolstadt gelebt, als das Sultans aufgemacht hat und war damals super glücklich. Als Person, die ehemals aus dem Ruhegebiet kommt, war mein Anspruch an Döner immer sehr hoch und ich habe in Sultans den ersten Döner in Ingolstadt gesehen, der den Dönerläden in meiner Heimat nahe kam. Es gab von Anfang an 6 Saucen und an der Scheibe standen von allen Saucen die Namen, damit man sich vorher schon überlegen konnte, was man haben möchte. Außerdem gab es hochwertiges Fleisch und am Ende jedes Mal Zitronensaft und Oregano auf den Döner. Es wurde mit Liebe gemacht und das Personal war freundlich und kommunikativ. So habe ich mehrere 10er Karten bei Sultans gefüllt und fand die 5 Euro für einen Döner immer Fair bemessen. Mittlerweile ist Sultans aber nicht mehr mit Liebe geführt. Es ist deutlich bergab gegangen und es ist an vielen Stellen erkennbar, dass keine Liebe und Energie mehr in das Geschäft gesteckt wird. Die Toilette hat seit über einem Jahr ein kaputte Pissoir, der Handtuchspender ist offen und es hängt einfach nur eine Rolle Papier darin. Weiterhin habe ich die Toilette ohne jegliche Lichtquelle und ohne Lichtschalter benutzen müssen. Die Klobrille ist lose und geputzt wurde hier leider auch schon länger nicht mehr. Die Namen der Saucen sind nirgendwo mehr angeschrieben und dan hochwertige Fleisch ist auch nicht mehr zu finden. Weiterhin wurde ich von zwei Herren bedient, von welchen einer in beiden Ohren AirPods hatte und der andere nicht aufmerksam genug war um sich zu merken, was „keine Zwiebeln“ bedeutet. Weiterhin wurde mir für ein: „zum hier essen“ einfach nur der Döner mit einer Serviette in die Hand gedrückt und ich musste diesen auf dem nicht geputzten Tisch ohne einen Teller essen. Dazu spielten hinter mir eine Gruppe von Leuten auf einem Spieleautomaten rum und am Ende zahlte ich für den Döner auch noch 7,50 € ohne irgendwelche Besonderheiten. Nachdem ich mein Leben lang Wert auf guten Döner Genuss gelegt habe und in wirklich vielen Dönerläden gewesen bin, muss ich bemerken, dann das Geschäft Sultan einfach nur noch enttäuschend ist. Ihr wart mal ein wirklich guter Döner Laden. Jetzt hoffe ich nurnoch, dass sich entweder euer Besitzer mal wieder auf den Standard vom Anfang zurück besinnt, oder ihr einfach den Laden räumt und einer anderen Person mit Antrieb und Hoffnung die Möglichkeit lasst, zu zeigen was ein guter Dönerladen ist. Bis dahin bleibt mir leider nichts anderes, als euch meine Treue Kundschaft zu kündigen und mich nach einem neuen Dönerladen umzuschauen. Enttäuscht Ein ehemaliger Stammkunde

Spannend wie unterschiedlich Wahrnehmungen sein können wenn man sich hier die Bewertungen durchliest. Ich finde den Döner nämlich überragend. Leckeres, knuspriges Sesambrot, frisches Gemüse, tolle Soßen und am Fleisch hatte ich auch nix auszusetzen. Geschmacklich mal ein etwas anderer Döner als der Standard. Ich war schon zweimal hier und komme auch ein drittes Mal gerne wieder.

Der chicken döner ist super. Der beef burger war gut. Unser Geschmack war es nicht aber wer es mag hat sicher Freude an dem Geschmack. 🙂

Köfte Kebab und Sucuk Kebab für jeweils 5,50€ kann ich weiter empfehlen. Döner Kebab zwar auch sehr lecker aber relativ klein für 7,50€ .

Geiler Döner! 12 Saucen. Rind Kalb huenchen. Und aufgepasst Veganer! Es gibt hier frische selbstgemachte falafeln. Nicht vorgerollt eingefroren. Frisches falafel bret!
