We went to Bobs in Ingolstadt and were pleasantly surprised at what the store had to offer. We sat outside and were served promptly. We ate very tasty burgers (the menu didn't promise too much 🥰) we spent two very great evenings there and had the best service ever. Thank you in advance Niclas and Michelle👍🥰. We had a lot of fun with you😘 and would love to come back when we are in the area again. We can definitely recommend Bobs for a cozy evening LG Steffi and Andy

Yesterday August 31st was rock night, music was ok, food ok, but atmosphere like a sauna, maybe that's why not so many people? What have air conditioning and not used it for? Next time please do it better in winter time

Great bowling alley and great food. The staff is super nice. We've been there several times. It's always good. What could be improved is that there would also be food for the younger guests. Fries with small schnitzel or chicken nuggets.

We know Bobs from Augsburg. We ate there often and were always very satisfied. We were happy to hear that Bob's is now also available in Ingolstadt. Last weekend we finally managed to go out to eat there.....which we shouldn't have done. The place is really cool and everything invites you to linger. The menu is also very funny. The service ladies were very nice. The food we ordered came very quickly but unfortunately it wasn't a hit and in my opinion it was too expensive. For the burger alone, without any side dishes, I don't think the price is justified. The side dishes are anything but cheap given the “small” portions. The burger has a tk patty, it was completely cooked through. And by that I don't mean edible through but dry rubber through. The chicken com chicken grisp was just as dry and definitely from the deep fryer. The salad with goat cheese and bacon, which sounds quite interesting at first, was heavily compressed by several spoonfuls of cranberries. The dressing is heavy which doesn't make the salad a light summer meal. There were also two pizza rolls that also looked suspiciously like tk. All in all, you can say that bad things were done to what were probably good ingredients, which made the meal an unpleasant experience. Our reorder was also charged in full even though we only wanted the patty from the burger 🍔. We've been there once but unfortunately not a second time...

On Sunday July 28th, 2024 I booked a bowling alley at 6:30 p.m. Everything was going well until small children (5-7 year olds) started playing on the branch line, which was free. Everything is ok, just: 1. With street shoes (we and everyone else pay 2.80), they ran after the ball on the path. 2. And that's the worst: without adult supervision. We ran from lane to lane, constantly reaching for balls that weighed 10kg. You always had to be careful that they didn't hit each other when throwing. After talking to the waitress it was better for a few minutes, then it was the same again. Out of a total of two hours, we were only able to concentrate on playing for a maximum of one hour, but we paid for two...

Great location, great food, great service, staff, ... everything was perfect for us. . Feel free to come back anytime 😃

Met friends from Ingolstadt there yesterday and were thrilled by the location, food, friendliness and also the boss, who personally inquired about our well-being. We recommend.

Very friendly staff and good burgers

Cool atmosphere, bowling area was comfortable and the lanes work without errors. Staff also very friendly and helpful. The food was okay but nothing outstanding. My burger (Royale with cheese and bacon) was an average burger that you can get in many pubs in terms of taste, the coleslaw was very good. Pizza and fries were good. Toilets not only looked stylish, they were also clean and tidy. On the whole, I can unfortunately only give three stars because the service team was nice and orderly, but seemed a bit disorganized. But I would visit it again. Maybe something will improve. I would come back to bowling at any time, but I would skip the burger for now.

Welcome to Bob’s without the burgers. Price/performance here is absolutely not okay. Small portions and side dishes are always extra. Orders are sometimes completely forgotten. The service in the restaurant is remarkably slow and unmotivated. As a guest you can't do more than wave and politely draw attention to yourself. But playing on your cell phone is - understandably - more important than the guest. When asked where the order, which was placed almost an hour ago, was “we have now stopped with burgers”. Please always check your invoice and always ask for a receipt. Services not provided are often invoiced. PS: How can you run out of fries on Friday night? BOB’s please do your homework!

I've been to Bob's Rock and Bowl Ingolstadt several times and always had mixed experiences. Sometimes a drink was overcharged, sometimes something was forgotten - that can happen. But the last visit was a horror and reason not to go back. We had reservations for Friday evening at 8:30 p.m. The store wasn't overly busy. There were immediate problems when ordering: the bacon was no longer available, so a few of us opted for a cheeseburger with fries and mayo. The order was recorded digitally. The kitchen later discovered that they had run out of fries. The waitress informed everyone at the table and picked up the alternative side dishes. Unfortunately I was ignored (you can't do more than call and wave) and the waitress disappeared again. When the first burgers were served, we noticed that some burgers still had bacon in them, even though it was supposedly not available. When my colleagues had already had their food or had already finished eating at 9:30 p.m., I had to stop the waitress and ask for my cheeseburger. The answer was: "We have decided not to make any more burgers today." Instead I was offered a pizza. The burger order I placed was also almost forgotten to cancel (luckily I checked again). When we paid we were charged more than what we received. Fries were charged despite their unavailability, and alternative side dishes were also charged additionally. In the end, after a lot of deliberation, it was decided to reimburse us 20 EUR (fingers crossed - the savior of all misery) because it would be too much work to calculate everything exactly. Conclusion: If you want to wait an hour for a burger that doesn't come and have to deal with incorrect bills, you've come to the right place. I've always loved the ambience, but this visit left me very disappointed.

BEWARE OF FRAUD! When you cash out, a minimal amount (up to approx. €4) will be charged more. Be sure to do the math yourself! In addition, the service was inadequate. For 15 people, the food is served over a period of 1 hour. Missed fries will still be charged and forgotten burgers will not be served because the kitchen is already closed. The food tastes okay, but the portion size is completely overpriced. The 1 star is for the ambience and the aforementioned taste.

Food may be good. Were here with a group of 15. Everyone has ordered. Then the bacon was gone. Yes, well, it can happen. Then the food came to the table 15 minutes late. Very atmospheric bowling, billiards and restaurant. The food was delicious and the service was very nice. Anyone who likes rock and metal is in good hands here. Ambiance is great for me personally.

It was our first time there and I was a bit put off by the bad reviews beforehand. We were so positively surprised, the whole team was friendly and helpful and the food tasted very good, pizza and burgers. It was a lovely evening and we would love to come back

A large place with appropriately divided areas for games and a canteen. Billiard tables are placed too close to each other, which causes discomfort for players. The lighting creates an amazing atmosphere. The music is also not too loud and you can have a conversation freely. Prices are not excessive (1 hour for billiards 10€, but the teaching is minute-long). Large parking lot!!! There are also benches with umbrellas outside. I recommend it even for families with children.

Celebrated a birthday here. The company consisted of six children. We played billiards and ordered food. Some children, as usual, had water and cola with them. Someone ordered additional juice, but when after eating the children took out cola or water, they were warned that they could not bring anything to drink. Is it that children really can’t drink the water that they have with them when walking or on the road, and then they will go into this kind of establishment and order food? The remark was made, as I was told, also rather rudely. Absurd.

Bob's in Ingolstadt is truly a culinary gem! The variety of dishes is impressive. In my opinion the second best burger joint in the city, even though the main focus should probably be on the bowling. The staff is extremely attentive and most importantly very friendly. The cozy atmosphere invites you to linger and makes every visit something special. I can highly recommend Bob's, definitely a place to visit again and again! Really really cool here🤘🏻

Today we were at Bob's Ingolstadt for the first time. The service leaves a lot to be desired, the staff seems annoyed even though there weren't many guests there. Drinks were taken, including food, but the staff didn't agree, as the next service came two minutes later. The burger was good, my wife's pizza had a black crust. After about 15 minutes no one from the waiter came to ask if we would like anything else (empty glasses at the table) we paid and left!! Conclusion: Bad service, annoyed staff, Food not particularly good Thank you for the experience, but Bob's is no longer an option for us, greetings from Switzerland Holger and Claudia

If you want to order something, you have to look for a waitress. We are never asked at the table whether we want to order anything else. Pizza is not recommended. Update: we went again and nothing changed. You can feel that a manager is missing, waiters walk haphazardly through the restaurant. Nevertheless, thank you for your answer.

Bowling yes, definitely never eating again. This was our third time bowling and the second time we ate afterwards. The last time we ate it was so-so but yesterday was definitely the last time. My son only ate two bites of his burger and the cheese sauce on his burger was absolutely inedible for me too. When the waitress came back and asked if everything was okay, I explained to her that the burger wasn't good, to which she didn't answer and didn't offer to maybe get something small as an alternative. My chicken burger was probably fried in fat and forgotten. The result: absolutely hard and far too dark breading. Unfortunately there are only three well-intentioned stars.

Unfortunately a failed children's birthday party. First of all, the service leaves a lot to be desired. No one asked whether drinks should be served, nor was the staff friendly. It seemed more like it could be made quickly and is good. The store itself was actually pretty cool, but there was no music playing, which is what I would expect and expect in a Rock and Bowl. The offer for the kids states that the price includes a quarter of a pizza for each child and, as it is written, I assume that each child can choose which pizza they want, which is not the case here. The offer also states that snacks are included in the price, which were only thrown on the table quite carelessly after asking several times (a few packs of gummy bears), so I understand something different about that. The prices for the food aren't really cheap, so I expect the quality to be excellent because everything else doesn't justify the price. Burger dry, pizza sparsely topped and bland in taste. Conclusion: Give it a little more gas in the service and kitchen and pay a little more attention to the customers and you will have a mega store that can be really fun.

We had a nice evening there, but there is still potential in terms of service and the quality of the food and drinks. The burger was "okay". The buns were uncomfortably cold and the pattie was dry and quite compacted (industrial ready-made patty). The service staff were very nice, but everything just took far too long. We always just ordered at the bar ourselves.

The food is good but the staff is cheeky, they are on their cell phones if you need something, it's almost impossible to look for the waitress because they never really go around or look to see if you need anything even though there isn't much going on.

Beer on tap for 5.20 euros... tastes terrible. The burger for 14.90 euros was cold and worse than a burger from McDonald's. No recommendation.

No recommendation. The atmosphere is more reminiscent of a waiting room, the cool decoration seems artificial. We were there in a large group, about 15 people. After ordering the drinks, a totally stressed waitress arrived and slammed 5 glasses on the table for us with the comment that we should distribute them ourselves. This was then repeated 2-3 more times. I had the burger to eat. Total joke. Poorly topped, 15 euros without any side dish and the patty was grilled to death, totally dry. I can only advise everyone not to spend their money here, at least if you value friendly service and good food in a cozy atmosphere - it's best not to talk about price/performance at all.

My daughter celebrated her birthday here. Friendly staff, but the bowling room is a bit cramped and the organization is not very good because if children are allowed to play, balls that are lighter than adults should be preferred. It wasn't fun when the kids had to fight to exchange every ball with the kids playing next to them and even argue because there was a birthday party going on next door. Even the parents were tense among themselves. Generally not recommended.

Last week, after a long journey, I and my girlfriend came to the restaurant, which was about half full, hungry and full of luggage, to eat delicious burgers. After we sat down at a table, the waitress took a quick look at us, but then consistently ignored us and therefore didn't serve us. After 15 minutes of waiting, we left, hungry or not. In retrospect, that turned out to be a stroke of luck, as we were then served very well in a nearby pizzeria and had an excellent meal.

Actually a great location that would definitely take in more if there were more staff at the tables.

There is still room for improvement... The service was friendly, but you had to keep chasing after them to be able to order something. The ambience is harmonious and makes you want more. To eat: Had burger with sweet potato fries and a coleslaw. I was very disappointed with the Burger Art Chili Cheese, the patty's are frozen and therefore taste like they come from a chip shop that is available at every train station. The cheese sauce tasted like a ready-made sauce and also a bit watery. For a burger that costs €15 each, I definitely expect more! The coleslaw is very tasty. Now about the fries... I think 5.50 for a handful of sweet potato fries is very excessive! I will give the shop another chance, but only because of the pizzas, they were really very good!

Quite expensive (e.g. 12 euros per hour billiards). The food is also limited to pizza and burgers. Which is fine for bowling.. billiards. However, it's nothing special now. We will go to Ingolstadt Nord again in the future. Drinks and billiards are still affordable there.

1 star but only for the bowling alley and it wasn't that great either.. We went bowling with a group and then had dinner at the location. Bowling alley, one of the two reserved lanes was not free and the other would have been free but the visitors did not leave the place. After the seats were free, the places to sit down were not cleared of the previous guests' food and drinks; only after I pointed this out to the server was it cleared and the table cleaned. Our order for drinks on the track was only taken after 1/2 hour of playing time and again only when spoken to... Now to the restaurant... It took a long time until everyone had their food. Whatever the reason, it stood ready to be served for a long time under the heat lamp, which unfortunately didn't prevent the food from getting cold. All of our food (burgers, fries, pizza) was cold. No one looked after us again during the meal. No fresh drinks etc... A straight 6, doesn't work at all. Price-performance ? Way too expensive... Service leaves a lot to be desired... We will not visit this location again. Neither for bowling nor for eating.

Even one star is too much for this juice shop. Food comes before barely carbonated drinks. The taste of the burger is very bad and it is cold and so are the fries. Completely overpriced. Service eats behind the counter in front of guests and is on the cell phone. Guests are ignored. Even at McDonald’s you get better service than here.

I went to Bob's Burgers in Ingolstadt for the first time today. I think the ambience is very successful! Unfortunately you can't understand anything about the good music. The service makes an effort, but in my opinion is totally overwhelmed. Despite making eye contact and looking at the table (empty glasses can be seen), no one asks if you would like another drink. The food was okay, I had a burger, the Marquis de Sade, advertised as really spicy and not for wimps :) By spicy I mean something different, it was spicy at best, but it's supposed to be suitable for the general public, so that's it just my personal opinion. My wife had a pizza that was good. Personally, I wouldn't come for the burger again. In my opinion, table numbers are also missing, the waitress was there twice and wanted to bring us food that was ordered at the table next door. Once again my conclusion: you can definitely spend a nice evening there, but you shouldn't have too high demands on the service or the food. Definitely expandable!

Hello together, The bob is super cool. But I've been tracking the prices. There was already a significant price increase on October 1st, 2023. And now again on January 1st, 2024. Absolute madness And no, that doesn't just have something to do with the 19%. For example, you just need to compare the prices for bobsleighs in Ingolstadt and bobsleighs in Fürth online. Simply download the map. Why are the burgers and an Afri Cola in Fürth each ONE EURO CHEAPER than in Ingolstadt??? Absolute joke!!! Too bad Bobs I was happy to be there, but like that, no thanks!!!

Waited around 15 minutes for the drinks to be taken. We probably would have waited longer if we hadn't actively approached the waitress. Tables were not cleared and dirty. Food was prepared quickly, but burgers were only lukewarm. The concept of billiards is terrible!!!!!!! Why can't you create a waiting list?!? On two evenings already, a pool table was snatched from under our noses because others simply pushed their way in front of us. The concept should be reconsidered!

Unfortunately it was a catastrophe, technical problems with the railway that were only resolved after three inquiries. In addition, the service was completely overwhelmed. For a long time we didn't even ask if we wanted anything and only after a total of 1 hour, after repeated inquiries, were drinks brought but not all of them. The bowling alleys also repeatedly had technical problems - for example, 9 pins were knocked over and then 2 pins were left there. It was like that often. The staff said this has been known for months and is not being taken care of. Prices are also quite expensive. We were there from 9-11 p.m. The staff is either poorly trained or overwhelmed/understaffed. It's a real shame, the ambience was really good. It was really a very chaotic disappointing evening. I don't usually write reviews but this was really bad.

I have already rated Bob's Rock & Bowl 5 stars from 11 months ago - last Saturday we celebrated a children's birthday at Bob's and my good impression from the last visit was confirmed this time too. Uncomplicated booking, friendly staff at all times despite being busy, delicious food, short waiting times. We'd love to come back.

Tolle Location zum Essen, Bowlen und gemütlich Zeit zu verbringen.

Die Bahn hat wohl die beste Zeit hinter sich. Immer wieder kam es vor, dass die Kugeln nicht zurück kamen, sondern sich am Ende sammelten. Der Button für Bedienung rufen funktionierte auch nicht. Auch war die Bedienung an der Bahn wie auch anschließend im Restaurant Bereich nicht gerade die schnellste und aufmerksamste. Schade, da der Rest sehr schön war, vor allem das Ambiente hat gut gefallen. 18 Uhr kam dann aber die Ablösung und der Service konnte sich extrem steigern.

Das Ambiente ist sehr gut!. Bob's bietet viele Möglichkeiten sich zu amüsieren und es gibt eine große Auswahl an Speisen und Getränken die man sich erwerben kann. Das Personal war zu aller Zeit sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Toiletten sind auch sehr schön designed und sauber. Man kann draußen sowie auch drinnen Essen. Es ist sehr empfehlenswert diesen Ort zu besuchen. Das innendesign ist rustikal und mit Wandmalereien gestaltet.

Eigentlich ein tolles Ambiente, leider lässt der Service zu wünschen übrig. 2 Stunden Bowling Bahn für 4 Personen 70€. Auf das erste Getränk wartet man 30 Minuten. Das zweite 60 Minuten. Die Bahn hatte 2 Mal einen Fehler. Also noch viel Luft nach oben

War nur da um eine Bowlingbahn zu mieten, aber sehr nett und das Ambiente lädt zum verweilen ein

Echt coole Bowling Bahn. Würde alles echt schön designt mit der Ziegelwand, der Glasabtrennung, die Bilder an der Wand und die Bowling Bahn Lichter die ab 18:00 Uhr angehen (einzigartig) . Das Essen war perfekt, die Burger haben mit der Hausgemachten Soße echt gut geschmeckt (auch mit 2 - 3 cm dicken Fleisch) und die Pizza hat ungelogen wie beim Italiener geschmeckt. Die Klos sind bisschen schwer zu finden,die Männer Klos sind letzte Tür links! Die Frauentoiletten sind leicht zu finden. Beste Bowling Bahn die ich je gesehen hab.

Freitag empfehle ich vorzubestellen(rappelvoll), und der Preis ist natürlich für`s Bowling auch dementsprechend hoch.

Definitiv der geilste Laden ganz Ingolstadts, wenn auch derzeit in zwei Bereichen verbesserungswürdig. Seit dem ersten Tag an sind wir als stetig wachsende Gruppe (derzeit 37 Mitglieder) mit dabei, besuchen das Bobs sozusagen als “Gruppentreffpunkt”, haben zahlreiche wunderschöne Abende dort verbracht und nutzen die Location bei nahezu allen Events, welche innerhalb unserer Gruppe stattfinden, mit nur ganz wenigen Ausnahmen. Leider kann ich nur 4 von 5 Sternen geben, weil sich im Laufe der Zeit ein paar Probleme bzw. Unzufriedenheiten eingeschlichen haben, welche es anfangs noch nicht gab. - Vermehrte Fehlbuchungen (unsere Gruppe sollte bereits häufiger Produkte nachzahlen, welche es an unserem Tisch definitiv nicht gab, auch ohne Platzwechsel). Woran diese Problematik letztlich genau liegt kann verschiedene Ursachen haben, dem Personal jedoch kann man keinen Vorwurf machen, denn wo Menschen arbeiten passieren Fehler. Womöglich hat auch mal jemand vergessen etwas zu zahlen, jedoch nicht so regelmäßig und auch nicht bei diversen Produkten, die keiner von uns mag. In den meisten Fällen lässt sich das irgendwie klären, ist aber nunmal für beide Seiten stressig. - Die Preise sind mittlerweile leider so stark angestiegen, mehr als in manch anderen Lokalen, dass vermutlich mehrere Gäste gut überlegen müssen ob sie sich hier einen ausgelassenen Abend gönnen können, was sehr schade ist. Es wäre schön, wenn man sich dies zu Herzen nimmt, denn auch von uns können sich das schon viele nicht mehr regelmäßig leisten, was im Endeffekt langfristig zu weniger Besuchen führen wird, was extrem schade ist. Als Stammkundin und nach mehreren Gesprächen kenne ich grob einige Hintergründe/Missstände für die genannte Kritik und kann nur an die Verantwortlichen appellieren hier ein für die Mehrheit zufriedenstellendes Ergebnis zu schaffen, damit das Bobs wieder das wird, was es anfangs war: ein geiler Schuppen mit “Wow”-Effekt, den sich auch Normalverdiener leisten können. Die Mitarbeiter, vor allem im Service, sind allesamt sehr herzlich und stets bemüht den Gast zufrieden zu stellen, auch zu Stoßzeiten oder bei Personalmangel. Hier kann man nur ein ganz großes Lob aussprechen, immer freundlich und zuvorkommend. Im Endeffekt repräsentiert überall das Personal ein Unternehmen, in diesem Fall einwandfrei. Das breite Angebot (Bowling, Billard, Dart) in Verbindung mit leckeren Speisen und großer Getränkeauswahl ist eine Bereicherung für unsere Stadt und wir hoffen, dass es das Bobs noch ganz lange geben wird, im Idealfall mit einem verbesserten Konzept um auch den letzten Stern vergeben zu können. Alles in allem, ihr seid super, danke dass es euch gibt und an die Mitarbeiter, bleibt so toll wie ihr seid!

Essen war okay. Waren eine Gruppe aus 7, haben jeder verschiedene burger oder Pizza gehabt. Leider hat bei keinem die beilage anfangs gepasst, so musste die Bedienung gefühlt 16 mal laufen, bis alles mal da war. Essen selbst war okay, mein Hähnchen Burger hatte leider bessere Tage gesehen, Fleisch war einfach so trocken am Ende durch das fritieren, das ich mit Gewalt die Gabel hineinbekam. Das Bowlen danach war prima, haben gut cocktails getrunken und hatten Spaß. Alles in allem war es okay, wir versuchen es bei Zeiten mal wieder.

Das Essen war sehr Lecker! Es war Mega viel los, trotzdem blieb das Personal super freundlich und wir haben alle zur selben Zeit das Essen bekommen! Das Ambiente war auch top!!!

Waren am Samstag 28.10.23 mit einer Gruppe da. Die Burger schmecken besser als vorher und obwohl das Lokal voll war, war das Essen schnell da. Kompliment

Leckeres Essen, tolle Burger, rustikale Einrichtung. Wir kommen sicher wieder. Einzig die zwei Damen vom Service konnten einem leid tun, die Köche haben zugesehen und gequetscht während sie kaum hinter her kamen vor Gäste .
