Food was ordered for 6:30 p.m. via Lieferando. It wasn't very warm at 5:20 p.m. So the requested delivery time was simply ignored and I can reheat the food later. Additional requests regarding the sauce were also ignored. All in all very very bad. No recommendation!!!

I ordered a vegetarian pizza and was thrilled. Very fresh, crispy and generously topped. The cheese strings nicely and the tomato sauce tastes aromatic and not too sour. Finally a snack that also offers delicious alternatives for vegetarians!

Always a good choice when you fancy a really good kebab. The meat is perfectly seasoned and juicy, the bread is slightly crispy and the sauces are simply awesome. The employees are also friendly and ensure a pleasant atmosphere.

I've been ordering from Sultan Grill for years and haven't been disappointed yet. The food is fairly priced and tastes great! Today our order even included baklava, as a greeting from the kitchen, so to speak. We will continue to order from there and I recommend everyone to give it a try!

Unfortunately it's unpleasant to order something here. The worker chats you up even though you just want something to eat.

Ordered two menus once with extra meat and extra cheese paid for and nothing extra came with it. Old fries received without ketchup as stated in the order. Not recommended. We will only order there again!!!

Unfortunately not at all satisfied. The delivery time of 1.5 hours was far too long. The food was not edible, the fries felt and tasted like plastic. The meat also had a strange aftertaste. Once and never again. Quality looks different.

The quality has deteriorated significantly. Nevertheless, we kept ordering in the hope that things would get better again. Prices are rising, quality is falling, and not just when it comes to food. We ordered two kebab plates, one with rice and meat, the other with fries, cheese and kebab sauce. Both came with fries and the kebab sauce was just mayo with a bit of spice. When I tried to complain about the rice, they asked me 5 times what I ordered and then simply lied to me and said that they had run out of rice. We will not be ordering here again in the future. Thank God there are enough alternatives.

I often order from Sultan Grill simply because the food tastes good, but that's the only good thing. Food comes at least 25 minutes late every time. But today I experienced something even worse, I ordered at 3:50 p.m. and at 4:45 p.m. I was told via Uber Eats that I must have called and canceled the order. I then immediately called Sultan Grill and asked what that was about and they replied, yes, we don't have any drivers at the moment. It can happen, but then firstly you shouldn't take any more orders and you shouldn't let me know after almost an hour while I'm waiting for my food. The service is really the worst at Sultan Grill, other places definitely do it much better.

Food totally dry for 2 kebabs in 90 minutes despite a short journey, the driver makes fun of his delay and doesn't even deserve 1 star

We waited far longer than stated for a cold kebab & dürüm and half-fried fries. There's still a lot of room for improvement!

I was there yesterday and ordered a plate of doner kebab......very bad kebab meat and french fries.... ...it gave me a stomach ache and diarrhea...toilet is catastrophic and dirty........ ..absolutely not recommended....This kebab shop is not allowed to operate again.

We ordered from to Good to Go. According to the app, we should have picked up the food between 10:30 and 10:55 p.m. When we arrived shortly after 11:30, the shop was closed and no one opened.

I was just at Sultan Grill. I've been going there for over 30 years, primarily to buy Turkish food. I can't say anything about Lieferando and the delivery service, but friendliness, prompt service at the counter and a positive atmosphere in the shop, as it must be in a snack restaurant at the train station. The food was always flawless and great. That's how it was today too. I say “thank you” to the friendly people behind the counter. This probably happens too rarely anyway! In short: 5 out of 5 points

Had to wait 2 hours for 5 kebabs even though they said 35 minutes. Doner kebabs arrived cold. Advise everyone to order from then on. There was also very little cheese and sauces put on it. We also had to call 4 times to get it to arrive at some point. Never order from there again.

Doner kebabs should be there at 7:30 p.m. They arrived at 8:30 p.m. The kebabs had little to no sauce, and despite the extra charge there was little to no cheese. Will never order here again

We ordered via eats at 4 p.m. for a time slot from 6:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. When no one was there at 7:20 p.m., when we asked, we were told that the driver was leaving soon. When no one came at 8:02 p.m., we were told that the restaurant was overwhelmed by accepting multiple orders via uber eats and Lieferando. We could not hope for understanding and goodwill. I was. I'm also not sure if everything was cognitively understood. We'll probably be stuck with our money.

Just look at the pictures. 6 people ordered, 5 of them threw away. 1 person was fat anyway and ate everything out of frustration. NEVER AGAIN !!

Waited 2 hours for the food to arrive, called several times afterwards and then of course the food was cold! Also delivered incorrectly. 1 liter bottle was ordered, was not available, ok. But if you ordered chicken and received veal, then that would have been worth pointing out. No recommendation!

The food was cold even though the distance between Sultan and the delivery location was 2 minutes. The food didn't taste good at all! The food came after over an hour. Only after we asked where the food was, the gentleman said we hadn't ordered.

Döner plate with extra meat, extra pepperoni and extra cheese -> delicious and filling even for a food destruction machine like me. Now also has Yaprak kebab on offer. Friendly staff. Completely satisfied

I ordered through Lieferando and it went great. The delivery person was very nice. And the food was very good. My son is picky and he says straight away if it doesn't taste good. We will definitely order here again when we are in Hagen.

A well-known destination for all hungry Hagen residents for years. The owner attaches great importance to ensuring that customers are satisfied. They are all proficient in the German language. Courtesy and service is always ONTOP so that you feel comfortable. Whether on site or by ordering to your home, everything is great. The kebab is one of the best and oldest in Hagen so you can trust it. My favorite is of course the homemade pide dishes, which are the best in Hagen. Unfortunately, my problem is that they don't use olive oil to make cacik and it's a bit too liquid. That's why I call it a simple garlic sauce because an original cacik is made absolutely differently. No olive oil is used in the salads either, which is a real shame because this is an absolute must in Turkish cuisine. In spite of all. Worth a recommendation. You will not regret it.

I ordered food last night, everything went well and it even arrived earlier than the arrival time showed. The food was still hot and very tasty, I can only recommend it and what also surprised me was the prices in a positive sense because it wasn't too expensive. The delivery person was also very friendly.

War bisher eigentlich immer lecker.Gestern das Schnitzel war allerdings total ungenießbar.Total trocken und knüppelhart.Die Soße war richtig grau und die Pommes labberig. Werde wohl bei Döner bleiben der ist bisher am besten dort gewesen.Wenn die anderen Gerichte besser werden gibt es wieder mehr Sterne.

Familien pizza war super nur 3 Euro für 8 Oliven ist Wucher . Handeln mit maßen wäre angemessen
