Food disastrous. Had duck which had a thick layer of fat. Therefore not edible. When asked, it was said that all dishes are like that. No extra drink or other compensation. Just terrible. Paid a lot of money for this.

Soup Tom Kah Gai is great, but then a huge fall, noodles with beef. The noodles hot and the very thin beef slices added, are cold in room temperature, I've asked the waitress, and she argued that it can't be as they fry it together. That's it, from that moment they wouldn't hear me. Took a payment for the soup only

Das Beste in der Stadt, ich bin Brasilianer und das letzte Mal, dass ich thailändisches Essen gegessen habe, war auf einer Reise nach China im Jahr 2017, Suksan hat mir all die emotionale Verbesserung gebracht, die ich hatte, alles war perfekt zubereitet, Pad Thai köstlich, vielen Dank an die Das ganze Team, ich hoffe, wir kommen bald wieder!! 😊🫰🏻

So gut habe ich schon lange nicht mehr thailändisch gegessen; eigentlich nur in Thailand selber. Ganz hervorragende Gerichte, sehr frisch mit der richtigen Schärfe. Service ist leider eher geschäftsmäßig und wenig verbindlich, offenbar aber auch mit zu wenig Personal ausgestattet. Aber egal, da das Essen so außerordentlich gut ist, werde ich da bestimmt noch öfters hingehen.

Wir haben es zufällig entdeckt - sehr empfehlenswert. Wir haben mit Wein und Bier und Nachtisch bisschen mehr als 60€ bezahlt. Das Essen war sehr lecker und gut! Es hätte noch ein wenig heißer sein koennen.. oder so ähnlich abgedeckt wie der reis. Das war großartig. Tolle Atmosphäre- sehr empfehlenswert.

Thailändisches Restaurant mit nettem Ambiente. Mein Essen Pat Prieu Wan aus der Mittagskarte war allerdings nur mäßig und mit wenig Geschmack. Die Frühlingsrollen frittiert leider auch nur wenig gut. Ich habe in Berlin schon deutlich besseres Thai Essen genossen

Der Service ist überwiegend freundlich, hübsch anzusehen in ihrer Tracht, das Essen wird schnell serviert, schmeckt gleichbleibend gut und frisch zubereitet und das Bier, das ich gern dazu trinke, wird gut gezapft und ich frisch. Und das alles zu einem annehmbaren Preis und in einem sehr gemütlichen Gastraum, besonders jetzt sehr hübsch dekoriert, auch wenn er schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist. Alles passt. Ich bleibe treu.

Kritikpunkte können sein: Essen wurde vermutlich nur warmgemacht (sehr große Menüauswahl und das Essen war sehr schnell serviert), Bedienung hat mit AirPod Musik gehört während des Bedienens, Toilette war sehr klein (aber sauber) und nur über eine etwas steile Treppe zu erreichen, die Deko empfand ich als teilweise etwas übertrieben, das Licht teils etwas kalt und direkt von oben, für große Leute sind die Bänke etwas unbequem, Keine Deal Breaker, wenn man ohnehin in der Nähe ist empfehlenswert, Anreise nicht notwendigerweise empfohlen

Mittagstisch bis 17 Uhr. Frische Zutaten und schon sehr thainah mit sehr freundlichem Personal. Leider keine Akzeptanz der Amex Karte.

Service wirklich unfreundlich, nicht mit Kindern geeignet. Sie werden behandelt, als wären sie nicht willkommen und eine kleinere Portion kommt nicht in Frage. Kein Lächeln, kein freundliches Wort. Das ruiniert leider das Dinnererlebnis sehr. Schade!

Firstly, the restaurant itself was a visual delight. The ambiance was beautiful and added to the overall dining experience. What made the evening even more special was the delightful waitress. Despite her concerns about her English, her kindness and warmth overshadowed any language barriers. Her genuine sweetness enhanced our dining experience. For starters, we were pleasantly surprised with complimentary gyoza as appetizers. It's these small gestures that make a dining experience truly memorable When it comes to the main meal, the red Thai curry and crispy fried duck in coconut and mango sauce were exceptional. The flavors were perfectly balanced, and the combination of tender duck with the sweet and tangy mango sauce was simply divine. In fact, that crispy fried duck in mango sauce stands out as the best meal I have ever had. In summary, this Thai restaurant in Berlin not only served delicious food but also offered an exceptional atmosphere and outstanding service. The service was quick and the food was delicious. Pretty much everybody in the group enjoyed their curries - some had fish and some had chicken whilst I had Tofu. We tried to go again on another day however they were closed. When I am in Berlin next, I would certainly come back!

Our experience at this Thai restaurant near Berlin Zoo was nothing short of delightful. Although she apologized for her "bad" English, it was more than sufficient for us to communicate our wishes. I ordered red curry with fried duck, and my friend had mango and coconut milk with fried duck. But it was the fried duck that truly stole the show—out of this world, and easily one of the best we've ever tasted. We left the restaurant thoroughly pleased and satisfied with our experience. The food is very good and the staff are friendly and some speak English. also have lots of vegetarian and Vegan options ** I updated my review because my opinion about the "staff" changed. During my recent visit, I waited for over 20 minutes without anyone taking my order, while they were serving customers who arrived after me. Frustrated, I decided to leave and informed the staff. To my surprise, there was no apology or acknowledgment of the situation. This experience made me wonder if they treated me differently because I'm from the Middle East, especially since the restaurant seemed to be catering more to European patrons. Disappointing! Is this behavior rooted in racism?

Das Mittagsmenu ist sehr zu empfehlen. Es gibt eine große Auswahl an Nudel und Reisgerichten, vegetarisch, pescetarisch oder mit Fleisch. Das Mittagsmenu kommt immer mit einer Vorspeise, entweder vegetarische Frühlingsrollen oder einer Hühnersuppe. Ich empfehle den gebratenen Reis als Hauptgang sehr. Allerdings ist der Service etwas langsam, man sollte mittags zwischen 12-14 Uhr mit 20min Wartezeit rechnen. Sodexo Schecks werden hier akzeptiert.

Terrible experience here. After the website, front of shop AND the menu all saying that food intolerances could be catered for, we were told at our table (after half an hour) that my wife, who is coeliac, could have nothing from the menu and that we should leave. Not only this but twice, they tried to talk us out of ordering cocktails as they 'took so long to make'. Poor management and poor service.

What a find! Lovely food + great staff + efficient and speedy service. The business lunch menu was too good to be true. I'll definitely come back for more. 면이랑 밥 종류 하나씩 시켰는데 둘 다 아주 맛있었어요. 팟타이가 먹고싶었는데 런치 메뉴에 없어서 Pat Mie 중 새우 옵션 선택하고, 볶음밥 중에서는 breaded chicken 옵션을 추천 받아서 선택했는데 둘 다 너무 맛있었습니다. 12시 땡 하니까 바로 사람들 들어오고 인근 직장인들 분들이 많이 오시더라구요. 12시 반이 피크인 것 같았어요. 화장실도 깨끗했습니다.

Foods delicious and gorgeous looking place!! Sadly the 1 hour long wait to have our order taken and served was incredibly disappointing. The food didn’t come out all together at the same time, either they need to hire more staff or have better organisation. People came in after us and received their orders before ours. I would highly recommend asking for the bill as soon as you get your dessert unless you wish to be waiting even longer.

When we were finally served , we waited 30 minutes after sitting down before ordering and a further 30 minutes for our first course, our fish cake starter was the taste and texture of rubber!!! Our main course served after a further 45 minute wait was gorgeous. We had to wait a further 45 minutes for our sweet, coffee and to pay. If you want a slow and I mean extra super slow service this us the place for you.

This was a great find. The staff are so friendly and gave advice about the menu. The food was all great we had satay chicken andnspring rolls for starter and massaman curry and a chicken course for a main. All beautifully served and cooked. Delicious and with a .5litre of wine and a large water we were €60. It wasnt busy when we were there and the service was very good.

Das Restaurant ist wirklich sehr authentisch. Dafür 10 von 10 Punkten. Geschmacklich auch nichts zu meckern . Allerdings hat auch dieses Restaurant aufgeschlagen, die Zeiten als mein Lieblingsmenü noch aufgerundet 14 € gekostet hat, sind vorbei. Ich habe für meine krosse Ente 18.50 bezahlt, das ist salzig aber es lohnt sich, denn es schmeckt. Aufgrund der Preise komme ich nicht mehr so frequently vorbei...

The restaurant has a nice Thai style interior, maybe a bit over the top and is quite large. The menu is one of the most extensive I ever saw. The pork and duck curry were both very good. The service is friendly and efficient. The prices are in normal ranges for the area. If you like Thai food this is certainly a place to get it.

Het eten in dit Thaïs restaurant was héél lekker en de bediening was ook in orde. Het probleem kwam echter bij de betaling met de Maestro-kaart. Bij een eerste poging was er zogezegd een invalid opgekomen, ik heb het briefje nooit gezien want weggemoffeld, en daardoor werd er een tweede poging ondernomen met succes. Bij controle thuis bleek dat het bedrag van € 57.20 tweemaal afgehouden werd van de rekening. Ik heb het restaurant 2 maal een mail gestuurd met verklaring van de feiten maar heb nu, na meer dan een maand, nog geen enkel antwoord gekregen. Ik heb hen dan ook vandaag 25 april '23 verwittigd dat ik jullie op de hoogte ging brengen. Zo, lieve reizigers, opgepast bij de betaling!!!!

Die Speisekarte war eine Herausforderung...für Leute die nur kurz etwas Essen wollten..aber dafür um so herausragender und genussvoll alle servierten Speisen. Ob Suppe, frittierter Tofu bei den Vorspeisen oder jeder liebevoll angerichtete und perfekt in Szene gesetzter Hauptgang. Alles auf unnachahmliche Weise autentisch und perfekt abgeschmeckt . Der sehr aufmerksame und zuvorkommende Service war super. Vielen dank für den schönen Abend.

The restaurant is fully booked due to events in the city. When we walked in without booking, we were rejected and were told to wait 1 hr. However, we saw many empty tables and hence, asked another staff. The other staff is very kind and checked the reservation list. Ended up there is 1 table available which we can be seated. The food standard has dropped compared to pre-covid. Nonetheless, the food is still not bad.

Ich habe Essen über Lieferando bestellt. Leider keine gute Erfahrung mit Suksan gehabt. Die Lieferzeit wurde immer wieder geändert, mal 20min dann 30min, dann 10min und wurde dann wieder auf 30min geändert. Nach über 1 Std habe ich im Restaurant angerufen und mir wurde mitgeteilt, daß das Essen in 10min kommen würde. Mehrmals habe ich nach einer Begründung gefragt. Erst eine andere Mitarbeiterin konnte mir eine Erklärung geben. Als Begründung wurde angegeben, dass angeblich kein Bon seitens Lieferando im Restaurant angekommen sei. Geliefert wurde erst nach über 1.5 Stunden. Für die Lieferzeit konnte der Lieferando Lieferant nichts, hat aber auch erwähnt, daß die Restaurant Mitarbeiter nicht ganz genau wüssten was sie tun. Eine Entschuldigung oder Wiedergutmachung seitens des Restaurants kam nicht. Sehr enttäuschend!!!

Das letzte Mal vor 20 Jahren dort und Essen immer noch lecker. Service freundlich und sehr lustig. Inneneinrichtung seit damals unverändert. Prima. Kann man auf jeden mal machen wenn man in der City West unterwegs ist und gerne asiatische Küche mag.

Hungrig vom Shoppen, nahe dem KaDeWe zur Mittagszeit auf diesen Thai gestoßen. Von außen eher unscheinbar, dennoch rein - und? Nahezu voll, eine sehr freundliche Begrüßung. Die Mittagskarte ist sehr umfangreich, die Preise mehr als moderat. Der Service top, das Essen auch. Die Abendkarte ist auch mehr als interessant. Sehr gerne wieder!

Essen war in Ordnung. Service nett. Die Heizung hätte man gerne einschalten können. Der Wunsch nach extra Koriander wird für einen Euro erfüllt, in dem auf das Essen drei Stiele Koriander, mit einer überschaubaren Anzahl von Blättern, geklatscht wird. Das eigentlich hübsch angerichtete Essen sah dadurch irgendwie "entsrellt" aus.
