The food was great, but unfortunately the service wasn't that attentive - she forgot the ingredients we wanted in one of our subs. And she wasn't that enthusiastic either, it looked more like she didn't feel like it.

So far I've always received everything I want and the staff is friendly.

Completely disappointed! We ordered via UberEats. Waited over an hour and the food was completely cold. There was hardly anything on the sandwich and over 31 euros were paid for it, of which 5.50 euros was for delivery and service alone... We are absolutely disappointed...

It's always delicious - but of course that also depends on the choice of ingredients. The ingredients themselves have always been good. It's just a snack bar, not a restaurant, you can see that. The toilet is very small and cramped and unfortunately often not that clean... but if you don't go there to use the toilet but instead go there to get food, it's always worth the money.

I recently visited the Subway restaurant, which is officially open until 10 p.m. Unfortunately, by 9:30 p.m. the food selection was already severely limited and the options we wanted were no longer available. Two women behind the counter seemed annoyed as soon as more guests arrived. The older employee in particular made it clear several times that she would like to close the store earlier. The behavior was unprofessional and contributed to an overall disappointing atmosphere. I would definitely have expected more service and friendliness for a subway in a busy city location.

This subway in Hildesheim offers the best service! Iwan was authentic, friendly and prepared my sandwich exactly how I wanted it. Everything was fresh and super tasty – absolutely recommended! I'd love to come back

People have been trying to get a good sub here for years. Is not possible. People are absolutely incompetent. There is a huge problem with training. Even with delivery they do things wrong. You just have to read it.

The first time I ordered from Uber, of course it arrived wrong. I actually love subway food, but unfortunately it's no longer worth it if you always get something wrong or something else is thrown at you. Sad. Subway is over for good for me. I'd rather make the effort to learn how to make my sub myself at home. I would like to give 0 stars if possible...

Sitting here right now on August 26th at 8:50 p.m. and have ordered 2x 30cm and it tastes sickening, everything is completely burnt, too hard to eat, it just tastes like burnt and when we spoke to us, we were yelled at by the guy whose name was Mohammed and we also got the wrong change, really not recommended

Totally unfriendly employees. I ordered 2 subs. My son doesn't like cheese and asked me to put it on mine. That wouldn't work. Sorry, but every other branch does this out of niceness. But well, you couldn't expect it here when you have to mention what you want on it 4 times, for every ingredient. The food was more than cold. The young girl who had then cashed in then sat bored at the cash register and cashed out. The cookies were a joke. We got leftovers that were broken. Just 30 euros for 2 30 subs, 2 drinks and 2 cookies is just way too expensive. It was the last time we ate there.

I'm usually a fan of the chain and have ordered from the branch several times, but today I was unfortunately very disappointed. Little coating, but there is hair in both subs. I reported this discreetly and the staff took it into account and responded courteously. Got new subs and a cookie as compensation. Unfortunately the subs didn't come with what I ordered and instead had tuna, which I can't tolerate. Unfortunately, it's an absolute failure and not recommended

You come to the branch at 11:30 a.m. Nobody there. You wait 10 minutes and call “Hello” twice, no response. It feels like 30 degrees in the branch. It's a disgrace that no one is present during opening hours. That's not how you do business. The whole thing was on June 5th, 24 at 11:30 a.m.

Recently had dinner with two small children. Ambiance like in any subway. Food was also okay. Eating for children is a thing in itself at Subway. I probably wouldn't do it again as the food options for children are rather poor here. There was also a high chair for small children. However, there is no changing facility. Cashier only had toys on the menu that were for older children. Alternatively we got a cookie. That was great.

Super clean and beautifully redesigned, just like the other subway, this branch was also remodeled, repainted and equipped with new furniture, hardly recognizable 😍 The employee was really nice and helpful, big compliments to the lady who served us so kindly yesterday shortly before closing time 👏🏻 Unfortunately, there hasn't been pure pepper for a long time, which I really can't understand, especially since salt isn't really healthy. And the cookies are no longer smaller and greasier like they used to be.

Great shop with friendly employees and the subs are always well stocked, which unfortunately is handled very differently in the individual branches.

Small inconspicuous Subway branch, very clean and friendly "sandwich artists", sanitary facilities were clean. All in all, recommended if you live nearby or are passing through, 2km from the Hildesheim motorway exit (A7 exit 61). That's how it should be and when I'm in the area again and feel like a sandwich, I know that I'm in good hands here.
