The manager is a complete disaster; she can't get anything done and can't even train her employees properly. I always wondered why the other employees always had such a sneer, but after seeing the manager in action, I'm no longer surprised. With a boss like that, I'd just look stupid too. Never go here again. Go to the Subway near Drispenstedt instead. At least they have friendly and competent employees.

Unfortunately, the employees are becoming more and more unfriendly. Sometimes things go too slowly, sometimes too fast. You feel absolutely unwelcome. One employee sometimes looks really unhygienic and occasionally sighs extra loudly when you come in. Patty answers are the order of the day. Maybe people should think about where their salary comes from? A few months ago there was a young man there who was very friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately we haven't seen him for a while.

We ordered several sandwiches via Uber Eats, which unfortunately arrived cold - which would have been forgivable if the quality and toppings of the sandwiches had been good. Unfortunately, the opposite was the case: the sandwiches were extremely sparsely topped, and one was completely missing the meat. Simply receiving a cold roll with some vegetables and sauce for €7.19 is simply not acceptable. The other sandwiches were also missing ingredients without being replaced. I then tried to clarify the problem directly with the restaurant by phone. The employee on the phone was extremely unfriendly and made me feel as if I was just trying to sneak a free meal. My comments about the deficiencies were hardly addressed and no solution was offered. Instead, I was asked to get in touch again after the holidays because they didn't currently know how to deal with it. As a paying customer, I would have expected at least a certain form of goodwill and concrete suggestions for solutions. I found it particularly disappointing that I had to look for solutions myself and suggest them - all of which were then rejected. I also see a clear need for improvement in customer service with regard to the tone and conduct of conversations.

Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with my visit to this Subway branch - not because of the food or the cleanliness, but because of the consistently unfriendly behavior of one of the employees. First the positive: The branch itself is very clean and tidy. The atmosphere is modern, well-kept and actually inviting. You can tell that attention is paid to hygiene and order - which is definitely a plus. Unfortunately, this positive impression is completely destroyed by the behavior of the employee in question. She seems annoyed, unmotivated and does her work without any friendliness or commitment. Dealing with customers is cold, almost dismissive - you feel more dismissed than welcomed. Dealing with new colleagues is particularly unpleasant. Instead of support or calm introduction, there are rude comments and didactic announcements in front of the guests. This creates an uncomfortable, tense atmosphere and appears anything but professional. It has also been noticed several times that the store “closes” much earlier, even though the opening times say it should be open late. Guests are sent away or dealt with quickly, even though there would actually still be enough time. It seems like you want to get off work as quickly as possible - which of course comes at the expense of customer satisfaction. Another point of criticism: Whenever meat is supposed to be on the sandwich, you notice particularly strongly that the work is done without passion or love. The meat is placed carelessly and extremely sparingly, almost as if you wanted to avoid it altogether. As a customer, this makes you feel neither valued nor well served. Overall, unfortunately, it's not a place you'd like to return to - even though the general conditions would actually be good. If the staff would improve in terms of friendliness, motivation and tone, this location could really impress. This leaves a very mixed impression.

The employee is incredibly unfriendly, in a bad mood and doesn't say a word to the customers more than is necessary to take the order. Enter the store in a good mood and leave in a bad mood. It's a shame, because the customers in front of me also seemed to be in a good mood, were standing in line smiling and seemed increasingly depressed while they were taking their orders and also left the store with neutral facial expressions. Unfortunately, the employee's mood was noticeable throughout the room and not for the first time.

I can't understand the positive reviews. I had dinner here with my family of 4 and it was a complete disaster: We had several coupons with us and the employee was completely overwhelmed. He could only accept one coupon per order. Okay, then we'll just order 4 times in a row, each with a coupon. "That doesn't work!" said the employee. Why? He doesn't know himself. It's just not possible, the manager doesn't want it. I wanted to leave, but my children were so excited to visit that we stayed. My husband wanted salami on his sandwich, but it was gray. When asked about the color, the employee said that he only works the late shift. What kind of apology that is supposed to be is a mystery to me. After 25(!) minutes all orders were completed. We ate on site, which I can't really recommend. The music is extremely loud, you have to like that. The atmosphere is rather cold and uninviting. Last visit to this branch.

Subway is a good choice for a quick, customizable sandwich. The ingredients are fresh, and the selection of sauces and toppings makes it varied. Sometimes a little expensive, but overall tasty and practical. The employee Ivett is the best

We were looking forward to our visit on Saturday, but unfortunately it was extremely disappointing. There was only one sub to choose from in the middle of the day. The choice was therefore very limited, so we decided not to order anything and leave the restaurant. However, the employee on site was particularly unfriendly. Instead of giving a friendly explanation or apology, she responded in an extremely rude and irritable manner. Such a tone leaves a very negative impression and is certainly not the kind of customer service you would want.

Unfortunately, I personally had rather bad experiences with the checkout staff. The lady was very unfriendly and irritable. In addition, two drinks that were supposed to be included in the menu were missing.

Has slowed down a lot. All tables are dirty. There is no more pepper or salt. The staff goes with gloves on and into the cash register and straight back to the ingredients. Others are busy flirting and no one even comes up with the idea of ​​putting things in order. Last time we ran out of onions, only one came when we asked, delivery is coming next week. There are two shops right next door where you could have picked up a bundle. Service looks different, we go there often and every time there is something, so this was our last visit.

The guy did sooo little meat on my footlong. The spoon with the meat wasn't even full. When we asked for more meat, the guy said it would cost extra even though the sub was already so small. He didn't even make much sauce and the bread was soggy. The sub was a real ace but the guy was somewhat correct

No speech. No hello. Total snippy. "Only use the app once: on January 21, 25." Today the app doesn't work at all. Redeeming is not possible". Unfriendly, stroppy. I will steer clear in the future as long as the "nice" one is there.
