I go to Subway every week! After the complete catastrophe last week (sub was already being finished and lying there, got cold and then was taken away by another person, employee had to run after it, it was then cold...) I wanted to give Subway one last chance today and today everything was fine again perfect! The staff was great, especially the woman at the checkout. So I'll be back next week ;)

The best in the area. Upfate: I was there again today. Very disappointing this time... Food was cold, cheese wasn't melted, the lady at the counter was very brisk, to put it that way. Overall we weren't very happy. And finally we had a ticket for 39.00 euros at the car because we supposedly exceeded the parking time by 5 minutes... very accommodating... Conclusion: A long visit is very unlikely. Too bad

I have to say, Hamza is doing an amazing job at Subway! The baguettes are always fresh and perfectly prepared. He has a great feel for the right ingredients and takes the time to prepare the baguette exactly how you want it. The service is quick and friendly - you can tell he loves his job! Highly recommended if you fancy a really good baguette.

The waitress ignored me after she smeared the tuna and cream cheese on the wraps. She took the sandwich from the next customer and put it in the oven. Then I pointed out to her that I wanted my wraps warm, like I always do when I get wraps to eat at Subway. She then rudely said that this wouldn't be done because it wasn't standard. Funnily enough, the other employees did the same thing last weekend. She started arguing with me and I wanted to leave the store. Then another customer intervened and said I was being rude. I then asked again if she would warm the wraps for me, but she just didn't want to. I then left the store because I don't pay money for something that isn't prepared properly for me. By the way, I have been getting the wraps prepared this way regularly for about 2 years and it has never been an issue to warm them up briefly. If the new "leadership", as they have called themselves, does it like that, then they can happily forgo my money, because I don't pay money for something that I don't like and it's not impertinent to leave the store .

So far everything has always been great. Unfortunately today's visit was very negative. The young lady who was working today seemed very stressed, even though there wasn't much going on in the store. The bread was taken out of the oven prematurely and was therefore very floppy. The topping was put on very sparingly and carelessly. When paying, the amount was entered straight away and card payment was activated, even though we still had a coupon that we wanted to use. We were then told to hurry up as there were other customers in the store. The time difference between completing the subs and the payment process was around 5-10 seconds. Since the internet on site is unfortunately not good and the lady already gave us the feeling that we had to stress ourselves out, we ended up paying the full price without the coupon. When I go to Subway I do this because I can customize my sandwich however I like. As a customer, I accept that I may have to wait a few minutes. However, this wasn't even the case today. Please train your employees to be relaxed and friendly when the customer is too. Thanks

Unfortunately very poor communication at the counter. Because I wanted all the cheeses mixed, she told me it would cost extra. I then assumed that I would be charged 1x extra cheese and not 4x. I had to pay €6.40 for the extra cheese, that definitely should have been communicated more clearly! I wasn't even told that the guacamole costs extra. So my sub ended up costing over €20. The pricing is simply completely non-transparent for the customer! Unfortunately there was far too much tuna cream on it and in the end it didn't even taste good. My husband also bought the potato wedges and a drink as a menu, unfortunately they charged 6.25 for this and not the 3.30 menu price. Pretty disappointing all around. Too bad.

Very incompetent service in this Subway restaurant. We were told at 8 p.m. “no more food in the house” even though it was open until 9:30 p.m. I was also sold a torn bread roll. We only got paid after other customers were added and their subs were ready. The lady then wanted to charge me even more because she gave the wrong sub. Overall I can only describe this visit as lacking.

In itself, this stay was completely normal at first, like any other, except that every customer was extremely unfriendly and took a long time to cash in by employee T..., who unfortunately made her bad mood more and more noticeable towards us. 2 weeks ago I was at Subway Hameln and according to the receipt I had to pay almost €5 less for the same menu! It's strange... €16.50 for a sub in the menu is simply not possible! After we paid at 8 p.m. sharp, the saleswoman said that we could only eat outside because she would probably have to close the shop alone in 1.5 hours. While other guests enjoyed their sandwich in peace. You feel a bit ripped off. Unfortunately, this was my last visit to a Subway branch outside of Hameln.

We have never experienced anything like today. We arrive and there are only three breads left, not three types of bread, but 3x honey oat bread. We were forced to take them and yes, what can you say about the meat, it went straight on, hardly anything was put on it, but well, we were able to live with it. Then we were looked at grimly by the woman who was there, after which the subs were garnished and prepared to eat here. Unfortunately, when we sat down at the table it was already freezing cold. We were very satisfied, but the footlong cookie and the churro were warm. We found it kind of strange, but oh well. The highlight was when we were eating, the woman sat outside and had a smoke. When someone wanted to come in to eat, they were caught off guard and told that there was no more bread. Then the same thing again with three other people. The subway initially lost €100. Unfortunately I have to adjust my original rating of 5 stars to 2 stars. When Olli was still working there, things went quickly and the subs were well filled. Today (August 25th, 2024), on a Sunday, there was a single employee whose shoes could have been resoled while working. This resulted in waiting times of sometimes over half an hour. On the positive side, he was friendly and remained calm despite the line getting longer and longer. My main criticism is the amount of vegetables on the subs. While some employees did a decent job, there was so little today that you basically just chewed on bread. I find these advertising banners on the window particularly funny because you can no longer see how the sub is occupied. From my point of view, it's an absolute disgrace towards the customer and why are subs still at the front if you don't want to see anything about them anymore? Isn't that one of THE selling points at Subway? Watching? But the same could be said about vegetables. Basically, a sub should always have the same occupancy. Especially in the system catering industry, it is absurd to get a different product every time you visit. I have had this experience very often, especially in this store.
