Subway in Kaufbeuren

Essen ist wie gewohnt gut bei Subway. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die freundlichen Mitarbeiten und der Kundenservice. Ich hatte ein Problem mit einem Parkticket, da mir das Parksystem in Kaufbeuren nicht bekannt war. Ein Mitarbeiten hat sich dem Problem angenommen und zügig gelöst.

Erstmal zum Laden, entspannte Musik nette Einrichtung gibt es nichts zu sagen. Jetzt kommen wir zu den Mitarbeitern: An einem Tag gingen ich und meine Freundin hin und hollten uns jeweils 1 Footlong, die Kassieserin fragte uns ob wir Käse wollen, wir bejaten dies und wurden dann am Ende ohne eine Info extra für den Käse berechnet. Es waren keine verschiedenen Käse und nur 2 Scheiben jeweils. 1,29 pro Sub also extra ohne irgendeine Info, bei einem anderen Besuch fragte ich eine Kollegin ob dies normal sei, sie beneinte dies fragte nach der Kollegin und meinte das die erste Kassiererin kein gutes deutsch könne und es daran liegen würde. Eine Art von Kompensation oder Entschuldigung gab es nicht. Bei dem zweiten Besuch hatten wir eine Freundin dabei die sich Vegan ernährt. Nach mehreren malen erwähnen und nachfragen ob es vegan sei nahm sie aus dem Großen länglichen Trichter der offensichtlich das echte Fleisch beinhaltete etwas raus und packte es aufs Sandwich, daraufhin fragte ich noch einmal nach ob es das vegane sei, sie bejate erneut. Das ist eine Frechheit und ist nicht okay. Sie war nett aber das darf einfach nicht passieren

Geiles Essen, aber schon einmal Lebensmittelvergiftung gehabt... ups :(

Ich habe bei Subway in Kaufbeuren eine Subplatte aktiv bestellt und leider etwas komplett anderes bekommen. Statt der bestellten Zusammenstellung lag eine wild durcheinander gewürfelte Platte mit ganz anderen Subs vor mir. Als ich die Verkäuferin darauf angesprochen habe, meinte sie nur, sie habe ihren Chef angerufen und „er meinte, es ist egal, was drauf ist“. Ehrlich gesagt finde ich diese Aussage ziemlich enttäuschend. Wenn man als Laden etwas Bestimmtes verkauft, sollte man auch wissen, was genau der Kunde bestellt hat und was tatsächlich geliefert wird. Alles andere wirkt leider sehr unprofessionell. Außerdem sollte man Mitarbeiter nicht nur einstellen, sondern sie auch ordentlich schulen, damit sie wissen, welche Produkte angeboten werden und was genau auf den jeweiligen Platten enthalten ist. Und wenn Schulungen schon nicht stattfinden, wäre zumindest ein Buch oder eine Übersicht mit allen Angeboten und Inhaltsangaben sinnvoll, damit die Mitarbeiter nachschauen können, was eigentlich verkauft wird. So wie es gelaufen ist, wirkt es leider so, als wüsste der Laden selbst nicht genau, was er eigentlich verkauft. Sehr schade.

Im großen und ganzem ein akzeptables "Lokal". Die MA welche sich alleine um alles kümmern musste war absolut überfordert, was dazu führt das man 20 Minuten braucht bis man dran kommt. Das Essen scheint gut und frisch zu sein. Das Ambiente ist zeitlos.

Diese Filiale ist äußerst dreckig und ungepflegt. Die Tische sind klebrig und waren alle voller Essenreste. Der Boden war ein Paradies für Bakterien. Die Toilette war ebenfalls eine absolute Katastrophe. Einmal und nie wieder. Schade um das Geld. Einfach nur ätzend😏

Essen schmeckt leider nicht….. Kalt, zu wenig drauf, die möchte gern Pommes oder was das lätschige Zeug sein soll…. Katastrophe. Im übrigen könnte mal auf ein wenig mehr Hygiene geachtet werden. Da ja nicht so viel los ist, könnte ab und zu mal geputzt werden.

Wollte nur den gratis keks nehmen

Sind Freundlich und machen es genauso wie de Kunde möchte. Dazu gibt's ein gratis Cookie das ist auch sehr freundlich.

Mitarbeiter braucht 20min für 1sub

Wir waren heute um ungefähr Viertel nach 3 hier, es war also nicht viel los. Insgesamt haben wir auf einen SUB fast 20 Minuten gewartet weil die werte Frau sich so viel Zeit genommen hat, dass man dachte sie schläft gleich beim Arbeiten ein.

Since they started offering a daily sub again, I've been happy to go there again. It tasted good... It's fresh, and for 10 euros I'm happy and full.

I ordered the rotisserie-style chicken (pictured above), but received the one at the bottom with shredded chicken. When I asked where the chicken breast pieces were, I was told that was what I had ordered. Not even a glance at the picture on the display in the shop could convince the employee that something was wrong. The two stars for service are only because she was friendly. As others have already mentioned: the wait is long. The taste was okay, but the 15 cm roll isn't filling. For that price, €5.99 is too expensive. There's cheaper fast food that's more satisfying.

Subway is always a good alternative to other fast food; it's very tasty. The staff are very friendly. The selection is large, and everything is fresh.

I've been there several times and I've never had anything to complain about. The food is delicious and the staff are friendly. The interior is great, with plenty of seating and good music that isn't too loud. I can recommend the Subway in Kaufbeuren to everyone.

I always enjoy going there. You can't go wrong with Subway. The service and friendliness of the staff are particularly noteworthy. I'm always greeted warmly, and all the employees are friendly and helpful.

The vegetables (especially the salad) didn't look very fresh, but it had been over 30 degrees Celsius in the evening and all day, and it still tasted good. The wait was much worse: I just wanted something quick to eat before I had to move on, but even though there were only two people in front of me, it took almost 30 minutes to get my food – and that was without any special requests, just very slowly.

I regularly (at least once a week) go to Subway in Kaufbeuren because the food itself is okay. The taste is okay – but unfortunately, that's where it ends. One thing that always stands out as a huge negative is the staff. Often, there's only one person in the store, even when it's packed. Then you can wait 30 minutes for a sandwich. Add to that the constant interruptions and organizational chaos – it doesn't seem professional. The staff often seem overwhelmed and simply not sufficiently trained. Another persistent problem: the salad. The green lettuce is almost always wilted, yellowish, and anything but fresh (see attached pictures, both from 2025). The only alternative is arugula, but that's regularly out of stock – estimated 4 out of 5 times. When you're paying almost €10 for a sandwich, you'd expect at least the basic ingredients to be fresh and the processes to be somewhat efficient. The way things are currently going, it's simply disappointing.

The sub was perfectly filled, the food at the perfect temperature. And for the first time, I was asked for salt and sauce for the lattice potatoes. Lots of drinks to choose from. All cookies were available, etc. Clean tables & restrooms Of all the Subway experiences, yesterday was the best. If I'm in the area again, I'd love to come back! They could also add coupons, otherwise everything was tip-top.

I normally avoid such chains, but wanted to try it for once. Unfortunately, my skepticism was confirmed – and it showed me why I should avoid fast food. I ordered a wrap. The only thing that tasted like anything was the spices. The worst thing I found was the thin flatbread – it seemed artificial, almost like old faux leather, completely flavorless. I promptly removed it and just ate the rest. I'll probably stick to my skepticism in the future and continue to avoid fast food.

Otherwise, everything was great. We'll be back.

Never never real again. I really gave the store a few tries but today it was really enough. Such poorly trained staff. Hygiene is very important. And there are also reasons why meat needs to be heated. Subway's guidelines are not followed at all and the employees just slap the food down because a sandwich costs over 10 euros. The cream cheese also collects teriyaki sauce and other wild things via tuna. The salami was obviously spoiled and even when I pointed it out nothing was done about it. The counter is dirty and, like the window, is not cleaned regularly. And they work with chicken there. Just plain outrageous. I got frozen vegetarian teriyaki twice today on my SUB. The third time I wanted my money back. The staff was so unfriendly. Even my children pointed out to me how dirty and unfriendly it was and we love Subway. Oh, and the food is prepared in the kitchen. Pay attention to how often the sandwich artists wash their hands between cashing out and preparing in the kitchen and at the counter. Gloves or not...

Maybe you should adjust the opening times on Google. It says open until 10pm but very often it just closes at 9pm

We ordered online, the ingredients were wrong on both subs and the sauce was forgotten. It said that the subs weren't ready yet, but they were and they were cold ass. Never had a sub that tasted as bad as this one.

“Submelt” doesn’t deliver what it promises. I don't think there's much cheese... and it's neither melted nor warm. Taste ok. Speakers are defective and are cracking or making noise. It is better to simply turn it off. Staff is nice, but understaffed and it takes quite a long time The floor is full of crumbs. Too bad

The staff doesn't speak German and doesn't know their own food offerings

Well that's not ok anymore, I've been going here for years. And every time I was here, the service got worse and worse. The employees are becoming more and more incompetent. I was here today and the woman didn't even speak German, nor did she understand what I wanted. I had to explain it to her with pictures and then showing. So it's really sad what's going on here.

I was there on a Monday evening! The staff probably didn't like each other that much. The lady was constantly mocked by the young man, who seemed to be on to something. Very strange and actually not applicable to humans. Food wasn't good either. I don't know any other strange store from Subway
