It's very tasty here and the staff are nice

I was there on a Monday evening! The staff probably didn't like each other that much. The lady was constantly mocked by the young man, who seemed to be on to something. Very strange and actually not applicable to humans. Food wasn't good either. I don't know any other strange store from Subway

Subway Kaufbeuren incorrect, they make it 15 minutes earlier. Now I'm going to Burger King to eat.

Subway is where you'll probably get the tastiest sandwiches. There is something here for every taste. You can put together each sandwich individually so that you get the tastiest result. It's also much healthier here than at many other fast food chains. The cookies are also very tasty. 😋

What can I say? Unfortunately, that's not my case at all and for the prices, many inns offer much better food as a lunch menu. If you like it, it's okay.

Ambience like any other SUB WAY, the small but important difference here is the staff. Very friendly and patient staff, especially the nice lady with the bandana in her hair who worked on May 20, 2024.

I've been there several times and there's never been anything to complain about. The food tastes excellent and the employees are nice. The interior is great, lots of seats and good music that isn't too loud. Can recommend the subway in Kaufbeuren to everyone.

Normal music like you know from the radio, very relaxing to fill your stomach with, especially since April 2024. Definitely inexpensive and the service is just right.

Worst service. We came at 9 p.m., according to the opening times the shop doesn't close until 10 p.m. but the nice lady said they were closing and she couldn't do anything more for us.

The food tastes delicious but more attention should be paid to hygiene. Vegetable compartments completely mixed together and the work surfaces are really dirty. The ingredients are simply thrown into the compartments and half ends up on or next to the counter. Same with the sauces. You lose your appetite. Too bad..

Unfortunately, the absolute opposite of a figurehead. The franchisee should be ashamed. Staffing the store on Friday afternoon with just one completely overwhelmed employee is absolutely irresponsible and stingy. Then having only two ridiculous types of bread left and waiting times that make you question the term “fast” food hardly corresponds to the Subway franchise guidelines. As usual, the sandwich didn't even make up for the other deficiencies: it was cold (even though it was toasted), poorly topped and overall simply inedible. If you like Subway, go anywhere but there.

Unfortunately the counter is not clean. The salad was stored too cold, i.e. it is almost frozen. I got a linen lid on my extra sauce in the cup. Sub is not cut. And in the end I almost had to reach behind the cash register to get my order. No proper manners like hello and goodbye. When I asked what was in a certain sauce, I only received a reply that I had no idea. The least it would have done would have been to read it in a folder.

Mo is the best employee, and does subs well.

Food tastes great but unfortunately more attention should be paid to hygiene. Again and again an employee's long hair ended up in our freshly prepared sub or the hair was put to the side with the freshly put on gloves. It's actually not really appetizing

I DO NOT ADVISE! I have always wondered why, when there is no room in any cafe in the area, only 1-2 tables are occupied, today I visited this establishment and it immediately became clear. No service. What didn't I like? 1. ALL the tables were dirty, despite the fact that there were only two occupied, but all were covered in crumbs and stains. 2. I was in the establishment for the first time, but they served me as if I should know how everything happens there. The service was without a smile, communication was cold. 3. I took food and two coffees, paid, but after five minutes of waiting it turned out that the coffee machine was broken🤦🏽‍♀️ the staff offered to take any other drink from the refrigerator🥶This is of course good, but as far as I understand, the drinks were cheaper than coffee, And even in winter, drinking a drink from the refrigerator is such a pleasure. 4. We spent an hour in the establishment, and a worker came up to us and said that we couldn’t sit there anymore since we hadn’t bought much. BUT at the same time, only ONE table was occupied in the cafe besides us. That is, in an almost empty cafe, a worker came up to us and kicked us out onto the street, since we couldn’t sit for more than an hour. To be honest, it was a shock for me. I would understand this if all the tables were occupied, but it WAS EMPTY. The only plus of this cafe is that it is more or less quiet, but with such service I will never return there again, and I do not recommend it to others. The prices are more expensive than McDonald's, the food tastes worse, and I've already written about the level of service. If the owner wants to stop losing money, he should change the staff, or train the staff to work.

I ordered subs to take away. There was a customer in front of me. The young guy was generally not interested in doing his job. The girl tried hard but was completely overwhelmed. Guess she was new. He sent them back and forth and I seriously had to say which sub I wanted 4 times within 10 minutes because they kept switching back and forth. He then simply disappeared and left his colleague standing alone behind the counter with the house now full. The food was good as always, there were only pieces of meat and cheese in the salads and especially the guy who was on shift today on Sunday February 18th around 3 o'clock in the afternoon wasn't supposed to be working on customers.

The very last shop and the most unfriendly and unprofessional staff with boss and manager that I have ever experienced!!!! especially the employee who only calls himself mo because names for complaints can't be given without insult and they don't lie anyway.the other employee Can't speak German and therefore doesn't know their products, so no condition is possible. The said "mo" comb from God knows where didn't wash his hands or greet me even though I waited almost 20 minutes for the wrong cold sub. Then it was time to chill out and complain Should I try. The money return only worked with a calculator EVEN THOUGH the amount was on the bill...😂If I hadn't said it, I would still do the math now. And after I spoke to the boss on the phone, I knew why. I was brushed off with the statement what I want now and he doesn't have time now!! I'll complain everywhere I can and keep watching the store!! Both the employees and the boss, if it was him at all, should be trained like this or never again in this area allowed to work!!Insulting and unprofessional, unhygienic behavior is not acceptable and no one I know will ever set foot in there again!!!

Ich gehe ca alle 2 Wochen zum Subway und was mich wirklich ärgert ist das ab und zu nicht das da ist was man gerne möchte. Brote sind oft aus und Mann muss dann halt was anderes nehmen. Genau so wie bei den Keksen. Da sind wenn man ganz viel Glück hat 3 Sorten im Angebot. Meistens aber eher nur 2 oder eine Sorte. Die Mitarbeiter reden nicht wirklich mit einem und man muss ihnen alles aus der Nase ziehen. Ärgert mich eben sowas und das kennt man von früher noch nicht. Und in anderen Städten hab ich das so auch noch nicht erlebt.
