We ate there today and wanted a triple cheese dipper. At first, the staff didn't know what a triple cheese dipper was, but then they gave us a dipper with a slice of cheese and the sauce in it instead of the dipping sauce listed on the menu. So instead of a dipper, we got a wrap with a slice of cheese and sauce. Very disappointing. I wouldn't recommend it.

Salads and meat dried out. Never again. After craving Subway for the first time in days, I used the current coupons to get two Italian BMTs. As I was ordering, I noticed that both the meat and the salads were very dried out and no longer fresh. Because I was hungry and didn't feel like getting anything else, I decided to risk it anyway. Big mistake, because it didn't taste good at all. A stomach ache followed. The staff was nice, the decor of Subway stores isn't to my taste, but that's different for everyone. In the future, I'll prefer to visit a different Subway branch.

I've never really had any major problems, but yesterday, September 3, 2025, around 6 p.m., the man who made my sub was completely unfriendly at first, but the cover didn't come until I was ready to eat it at home. It would be best if you didn't sell your sub as a sandwich, but simply listed it as a whole onion for €12. Simply disgusting and poorly prepared.

I think I've only tried SubWay once before, many years ago, and if this is the level it will be a long time before it happens again. The buns on our Subs were soft and broken and there was not much food for many kroner. The fries were limp and lukewarm. Really poor food.

The staff was unfriendly, and the cedar cheese and tomatoes were missing. There were also no forks for the takeaway salad we bought. When we asked, they said there was nothing we could do and it wasn't their problem. They were just employees. Well, that's rather unprofessional.

I ordered the sub at the terminal, and then two more customers came in and ordered directly at the counter. After the orders were completed at the counter, both employees disappeared into the back kitchen. My order was only started upon request. The sub was partially cold afterward. The cheese wasn't melted, and the bacon was partially raw and inedible. I've been to Subway several times, but with each visit it got worse. The service and food today were the absolute lowest. I'd rather drive a little further and get better quality. Absolutely not recommended anymore. Using the restroom is also not possible. Since the restaurant doesn't have its own restrooms, you're supposed to use the restrooms in the cinema next door. However, due to too many incidents, the cinema no longer allows them.

We were at Subway at the central bus station in Flensburg on June 1st around 9 p.m. Unfortunately, our visit was disappointing. We ordered a sub of the day, a wrap, and three cookies to go via the self-service kiosk. At the checkout, we also ordered three churros. It wasn't until the very end that we were informed that they were out of cookies. So, five cookies were missing in total, but we paid for them in full. My sub wasn't as requested either – ingredients like arugula and other extras were obviously missing and were simply replaced with whatever was left without asking. In the end, my sub consisted of just bread, cream cheese, meat, and fried onions. It's a shame – especially so close to closing time, a brief notice about unavailable ingredients or items would have been appropriate. The staff was friendly overall, but communication and service quality clearly leave room for improvement.

We're back in Germany after 16 years and have been to Subway for the first time since then. I really have to hold back my review. The two girls behind the counter were really nice and helpful. We got a solid 6 for the food. Half was warm inside (well, warm was almost an exaggeration) and the other half was cold. All this for a price that doesn't justify it. Something that really interests us: Do the employees really get paid the tips that you can book on the screen? I don't trust this! Perhaps an employee can comment on this (anonymously). No sanitary facilities, no hand washing before or after. You won't be seeing us at Subway anymore! No comparison to the Subway of 15-20 years ago. What a shame!

I've been here many times, but I've never had a sub as bad as today. Ordered at the front of the terminal, with extra meat. The dude at the counter didn't even fill the scoop but 3 half full. Otherwise it will be filled twice or 4 times if there is extra meat. He also put my order in writing and still forgets half of it. He had to point it out to him three times. In addition, he was incredibly slow. Very very bad...

Today we ordered on the machines when the shop was empty, then we waited for 30 minutes because customers came in who ordered to take away, they were all brought forward when our order was ready, both subs were filled incorrectly and we had to wait again. The subs taste very good, but there is a recurring problem with one of the cashiers (glasses, brown hair tied up, slightly thick). She cuts the baguette bread so that it looks like a half moon, not cut properly at the front and cuts so oddly at the end that it is thin on top and thick at the end. The end piece gets so hard in the oven that you can't eat it anymore.

The coupons are absolute bullshit because they don't apply to children. Although it doesn't say anywhere, 1 coupon per person per day is valid and children are still excluded because it only applies to paying adults. If you get upset about it, the employees, who unfortunately speak very poor German, will get you very upset treated unkindly. Even though the food was good, we won't be coming back again. It was the third time we had trouble because of these stupid coupons and communication difficulties.

The sandwich bread became like rubber, which is unusual for Subway. As far as I have eaten at Subway restaurants, the bread is tasty and crispy. It was a really nice evening until I went Inside this subway , we ordered me and my wife , and then took a place to sit and it was very dirty the worker cleaned but he cleaned it very bad as if he dose not want to and then I sit and wait 20 minutes for my food because the workers were fighting in the kitchen and literally screaming at each other and I have heard every single bad,disrespectful word that came out of thier mouth , and one of the workers decided suddenly to give cookies for free for young underage girls which was even worse, both workers were very very unprofessional and very disrespectful

Bad subway in northern Germany! We bought 2 subs using the ordering terminals. We had to wait 30 minutes for these to be ready. Because orders were being processed at the same time, those who came after us but ordered at the front of the counter. System makes absolutely no sense. Bread was poorly topped, the bread fell apart and wasn't in the oven. The door was open the whole time, so the shop was cold. We'll check the whole thing again when the concept has hopefully been better established.

What I just can't understand: why isn't more of the best cookie variety, White Chip Macadamia Nut, made available? Unfortunately, I had bad experiences twice in a short period of time. First I ordered half a sub of the day 2-3 weeks ago and was charged a full one at the normal price. When I complained, they said that the price was right and that nothing could be done. We ordered there online earlier and the request was accepted. Canceled 20 minutes later without explanation and the store is closed 25 minutes before closing time. Everything is very strange, the store is now taboo for us.

Unfortunately I had a very bad experience. Ordered via the ordering machine and waited 40 minutes for the food, as everyone who came in afterwards and went to the front to order was served immediately. Everyone who ordered through the machine was ignored. Tables were all covered in crumbs. After 40 minutes, food was carelessly thrown together so that you could reassemble it yourself. Unfortunately, I found out that you can only use one coupon per guest. But hey, at least I get to use one again the next day. How nice :) Compared to BK or the big M, you do NOT have such restrictions there. You can use as many vouchers as you want. Logical, since the family is waiting at home and is also hungry + is happy about good offers. It's also funny that in a branch in Husum, where I usually order, they don't know about such a restriction. Actually a great shop, but this is absolutely unacceptable!

Ordered from the machine. Normally, things should go quickly in a fast food restaurant. Leave a tip when you order. I waited over 40 minutes before the 4 subs were ready. Apart from me, there was only 1 other customer on site at the time of the order. All the people who came in were served first. Unfortunately the staff doesn't speak the way I would expect in a store. What I don't care about is etiquette (you and you as an example) all in all it's clean there and the food is cooled down according to the waiting time. Since I used to work at Subway myself, I know that it is a no-go that there is such a long waiting time. In other branches in other places, I've also had to wait 15 minutes, which is understandable given the high traffic. However, I was always given a small compensation along with an apology (be it a coffee or a cookie on the house). But that didn't happen here. What do they want to do if ten people order at the same time? Is it a flash mop for them? I will not enter THIS branch a second time.

Wir waren dort noch kurz vor Schluss (das was die Mitarbeiter am meisten hassen) weil wir nach einer langen Autofahrt noch mega Hunger hatten. Was soll ich sagen, Subway halt. Als wir dort gewesen sind war der Laden leider insgesamt leicht schmuddelig - Tische und Stühle voller Essensreste / Krümel, Kühltheke sah aus wie ein Schlachtfeld mit nur noch Resten vorhanden - appetitlich ist was anderes. Mitarbeiter hatten wohl einen busy Tag hinter sich. Der Mitarbeiter der mein Sub belegt hat hatte selbst wohl noch nie eines mit Jalapenos gegessen, erst nachdem ich ihn gebremst habe hat er das halbe Kilo Jalapenos wieder heruntergenommen. Ansonsten in Ordnung. Sub war warm und knusprig. Subway halt.

I eat subway since years in many countries, but this was disappointing. The computer to select the food completely robbed us of the subway experience. That thing is not subway, but makes subway interchangable with any fast food chain. The bread was not fresh, and although there was no interaction with staff, the body language of the staff clearly showed that he hates his job. Sorry, not a good example for a subway restaurant.

Das Personal war auch schon mal freundlicher. Ich kann meine Launen nicht am Kunden auslassen. Essen war lieblos und fad( Gewürze fehlten) ,denn sonst wurde immer gefragt, ob man Salz und Pfeffer wünscht. Terminal kommt man recht schnell rein, aber ich werde nicht noch einmal dort aufschlagen, bei dem doch so freundlichen Verkäufern. Sorry

Also eigentlich liebe ich Subway aber heute war echt nicht so toll. Zum Glück schmeckt das Sub trotzdem aber der Service ging garnicht. Der erste Satz des Bedieners war "Ich hab garkein Bock aber muss ja". Namen erspare ich jetzt. Dann wurde das Sub falsch zusammengestellt und mehrmals vertauscht sowohl bei mir als auch bei den drei anderen Kunden. Es wurde sich leider weder entschuldigt noch irgendein Rabatt gegeben. Also die einzig Kompetente war das Mädchen in blond. Die war lieb und hat die Fehler der anderen beiden ausgebügelt. Trotzdem sehr schade.

Wird leider immer schlechter! Bevor der Laden umgezogen ist war er Top. Aber nach dem Umzug ist leider sehr viel nicht mehr so schön Z.b. ganz hinten in der Ecke bei den Getränken riecht es seit der „Neueröffnung“ nach Urin Mitarbeiter vergessen leider oft Belege auf den Subs (Letztens fehlte das komplette Fleisch auf meinem sub) Subs werden nur gefühlt 10 sek aufgewärmt das die danach einfach nur wabbelig sind Wartezeit wird auch immer länger Heute habe ich über 18min auf einen Sub gewartet weil einer der Mitarbeiter es wichtiger fand sich um die Musik im Laden zu kümmern. Fazit: Subway war vor dem Umzug um einiges besser und nun leider nicht mehr.

Nie wieder. Das Personal hatte so eine schlechte Laune,unglaublich. Es war ziemlich voll und der Geräuschpegel dementsprechend hoch. Sie nuschelte im gebrochenem Deutsch. It's a good sandwich place. However, compared to the US you get less stuffing (meat, veggies). The staff is very friendly.

Bin aus Stuttgart, Lob an die 2 Mitarbeiterinnen heute. Die beiden Mädels hatten richtig Spaß bei der Arbeit und waren sehr Kundenfreundlich, sowie gesprächig. 😉

We received very attentive and friendly service, didn't have to order at a terminal (I didn't see one either), and got everything exactly as we wanted. It tasted great. My long vegan sub cost €11.29 without any extra charge for being gluten-free, and it came with plant-based teriyaki and vegan cheese (baked right in, mmm).
