Ordered extra meat, got almost nothing. An impudence!

That's really annoying. Delivery time was stated as 30-45 minutes, we waited almost 2 hours. When it arrived it was cold and half of the subs weren't on it. Mine barely had any meat on it and my husband's had some missing meat. They were just clapped together and the salami looked like it was already 3 weeks old. They then threw them in the bin as they arrived. This is really bottomless. We will never order from Subway again! Please finally get this under control!! I could just as easily have thrown money into the bin.

Ordered this evening on June 27th, I have to say again and again great food, fast delivery 🚚 and TOP friendliness from the supplier, best regards to the staff in the store! Keep it up 👍

Cookie looks like it's from the 50s, ancient and rock hard, and the subway didn't want to understand this and gave me a new one... (It was a white chocolate macadamia cookie)

Got the wrong one. I said veggie delite and he makes me a spicy vegan???? Hey, well at least vegan...

Rude and incompetent! I don't understand why I am served by staff who neither speak German nor know the product range. The would-be boss reacts angrily when he has to answer a question for his protégé. The strange “lump” that I unwrapped had absolutely nothing to do with a sandwich. I can't remember ever having such a ridiculous performance in a fast food restaurant.

Nice staff, clean branch. Everything works quickly and tastes good too. Even if I have it delivered from there. It's good that you can make your salad according to your own taste.

We ordered at 5:00 p.m. Delivery was stated at 5:45 p.m. The delivery time given was 6:45 p.m. and then at 7:45 p.m. the food arrived 2 hours late. The subs were not toasted as advertised. One sub was missing ingredients. Really bitter for the delivery time. We won't be ordering there anymore.

Fast 7 Euro für einen winzigen 15 cm Sub sind schon frech. Man wurde auch nicht mehr gefragt welchen Salat und welche Soßen man möchte. Für das Geld hole ich mir lieber einen Döner.

It couldn't be worse. All the tables were beyond dirty, the staff was completely overwhelmed, there wasn't enough goods, they were clapped together and pressed together and there was a 45 minute wait when ordering at the terminal. Customers who order at the counter have priority. This is really the worst Subway branch I have ever experienced. Never again ….

Well-kept subway with nice seating on site. Baguettes are filled well if you choose all the ingredients, but if you choose fewer ingredients, they won't be filled anymore... incomprehensible. In the menu you don't get fries or anything similar, but Nut Cookie or mini chip bags :( Otherwise everything tastes good.

Full of anticipation and expectations, we wanted to eat a delicious sub. Unfortunately our expectations were not met. Three people behind the counter. Our order is started and in the middle of it our colleague goes on the phone for a whopping 10 minutes. At that point my mood was already at a low point this year, like the temperatures in the Himalayas. Then came person 2, who I was just able to stop from kidnapping my bread for another delivery. When the phone service came back, our subs were prepared as carelessly as a brick wall in Eastern Siberia. Sauce? I actually noticed that the employee was holding the bottle in his hand, but I'm not sure if he rubbed it on the table instead of the sub. Everybody knows it. The sub must be dripping. The side dish that was in the menu was pure disgrace. Potato stories. Looked cool. But they were wobbly and only had the residual warmth of my wife's hands, which she was holding. Crowd? Very manageable... The 0.5L Pepsi was good. Tasted like always. Unfortunately for €28 it was a real disappointment. And apart from a few desperate words from the lady behind the counter, there wasn't even an apology for the inconvenience. As soon as the little Sub-Feh Kr. isn't there, it breaks down. Too bad. There will be kfc again next time.

Mega unfriendly, incapable of criticism, and absolutely unclean. My sub is done at the same time as 3 other customers. She slaps everything on it (see picture) and makes a face that says you're no longer hungry. Having worked at Subway myself, I know how to do it right, but the way she prepared the sub was completely wrong. I pointed out to her that she should give the sub a little more love. Her answer: You can go somewhere else. Now to you boss: you are doing something wrong that your employees are behaving like this. Take care of your employees and you won't have any more problems.

It may be okay in the store. At Lieferando, however, my order was marked as delivered, the bag was torn open and things were missing. Can you now draw your own conclusion about what happened?

It's good to order locally, but never order via Lieferando. Sub was cold and the potato wedges were sticky and cold 😬

Subway hat mich noch nie vor Ort enttäuscht. Heute das erste mal in über 10 Jahren bestellt und liefern lassen. Brote sind vertauscht und 2 bestellte Cookies fehlen, auf der Rechnung steht jedoch alles korrekt wie bestellt drauf. Ist nicht soo tragisch, ich kenne sie sonst ja mit perfekter Arbeit, heute war bisschen enttäuschend aber ist ok, ihr habt mein Herz

Vergessen leider jedes Mal die Kekse einzupacken.

Mein absolutes Lieblingsrestaurant! Auch wenn die Preise inzwischen erhöht wurden, wie fast überall, hole ich mir immer wieder gern mal das Sub des Tages und evtl. noch ein paar von den unglaublich leckeren Cookies! Unbedingt probieren! Gesünderes Fast Food bekommt man nirgendwo anders und es ist garantiert für jeden etwas dabei - auch in Veggie & Vegan Version!

Also die Lieferzeiten werden immer länger. Heute mussten wir fast 1,5 Stunden auf zwei Subs warten. Das ist enttäuschend!

Sehr nettes Personal, das Essen wird schnell und ordentlich zubereitet. Zuhause angekommen war das Essen immer noch warm(!), empfehlenswert.

War zur Mittagszeit da, das Personal ist freundlich und schnell. Der Laden ist sehr sauber. Die Fahrer grüßen sitzende Kunden auch, wenn sie zurück kommen. Man fühlt sich wohl.. Essen war super lecker, frisch gerne wider.

Subway ist einfach ein sehr schneller weg seinem Hunger für ein bisschen Geld zu stillen, 9,50 für 30cm purer genuss. Absolut empfehlenswert.

War nach langem Mal wieder bei Subway. Personal freundlich und für einen kleinen Scherz zu haben. Es war dort sauber und sehr angenehm eingerichtet.

Essen richtig gut, toller und freundlicher Service. Das Ambiente selbst lädt nicht unbedingt zum verweilen ein, da sehr klein und ungemütlich. Deswegen eher zum Mitnehmen geeignet.

Super und Lecker und mit der Lieferung immer zufrieden. Subs schmecken immer gut weil Kaltes Gericht ist kaltes Gemüse kommt darauf top zufrieden.

Ich habe bis jetzt selten irgendwelche Beanstandungen bei Subway gehabt. Und das ist auch bei diesem Subway nicht anders. Lecker, höfliches Personal, alles in bester Ordnung.

Nette Mitarbeiterinnen und leckere Subs. Sitzmöglichkeiten sind überschaubar. Leider gibt es das Happy Hour Angebot seit einiger Zeit nicht mehr und auch der Normalpreis der Subs ist gestiegen..

2 Subs zum Liefern bestellt, Lieferung war pünktlich. Ein Sub falsch belegt, Käse, Mais und Salatgurke fehlten komplett - dafür gab’s Jalapeños und Tomaten - super! Mal ganz abgesehen davon, dass die Brote total labberig waren.

Immer lecker und wir wurden immer satt. Gute Alternative zu Burgern.

Das Essen ist genauso, wie bei den anderen Subway Stationen. Was mich hier nur stört ist, das die Mitarbeiter sehr gestresst und unfreundlich sind. Gestresst kann man ja mal sein, kein Problem aber das darf man auf keinen Fall an den Kunden auslassen. Sind nur zum Urlaub in Flensburg. Zum Glück.

Die Bedienung lässt zu wünschen übrig,aber die Sandwiches sind sehr lecker.🌞

Man kan lave sin egen sandwich, så man kan få den lige som man vil have den, dog er udvalget af grønt ikke så stort. Men man kan vælge mange forskellige brød og stort eller lille brød. Et godt alternativ til junkfood.

Wir (ich mit meinen Kindern) waren heute 13.05.2018 unbeabsichtigt (weil wussten wir nicht) in der Happy Hour dort. Natürlich war es voll, aber die drei netten jungen Männer haben ihre Arbeit super gemacht. Sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Wir haben unsere Subs mitgenommen. Da wurde sogar noch auf die Verpackung geschrieben, welcher wo drin war. Großes Kompliment!!!!

Ich Liebe subway und komme regelmäßig. Turkey, Ham & Bacon melt mit doppelt Bacon und viel Parmesan. I love it...

Subway ist eine bekannte Kette. Wenn man mal Hunger hat, bietet er sich auch mal an, zwischendurch mal einen Sub zu essen. Ist zu empfehlen. Einziges Manko! Parkplätze sind Raritäten.

Subway är alltid fräscht och gott. Ett bättre alternativ till Mc Donalds och Burger King. Vi hade bråttom och var hungriga. Ligger inte så centralt. Men det uppfyllde våra behov.
