Very friendly and competent staff! The food was, as always, delicious and prepared quickly. Definitely recommended!

Very tasty, good service, but a bit unexciting, therefore 1 star deduction.

The price/performance ratio is quite good. Healthy, okay. I treat myself to it every now and then. I can recommend the Mexican or the meatball sub.

I was there again last weekend. Carmen greeted me, as always, with a radiant smile and her friendly manner. Hello, I was at Substop again recently and I have to say that after so many years as a customer there, I always enjoy going back. The employees are really nice, especially Carmen, who is super sweet no matter how stressful the moment is 😊 The food tastes great too, of course, my personal favorite is the pulled pork 👍🏼

I've been to Sub Stop several times, and no matter how busy it was, the waitress, whose name is Carmen, was always very friendly. She greets everyone with a broad, infectious smile. She also remembers what you order. After just my third visit (I always order the same thing), the question "as usual?" came up. And she doesn't even forget the extras. She handles the chaos like no other waitress. Unfortunately, the store isn't particularly inviting, especially in the summer when it's very hot. A climate control system would be very beneficial for customers and especially the staff.

I often go to the SUB on Zollnerstrasse and like to take something with me. I'm always served by a friendly, kind, and quick Carmen...and occasionally Anna serves...just as friendly...you rarely meet girls like her...I'll keep going there, they're brilliant!

I was at the sub2012 Zollnerstr. with three friends. We were actually always at the harbor at the sub diner. But from now on, we'll only be here on Zollnerstr. The waitress was incredibly nice (CARMEN), very friendly, immediately greeted with a smile, explained every question about the sub topping, even gave great tips on how to make the chips in the sub taste even better, which was really amazing in terms of taste... I haven't experienced anything so nice and friendly in a long time. The boss can be proud of this employee. The topping was really good and very tasty... I'd be happy to come back... I've been coming to SubStop2012 on Zollner Straße for a long time now. The subs have been consistently high quality for years, and they're always well-stocked. Requests are always dealt with promptly. Carmen and Anna are truly great, always friendly, and another constant at SubStop2012. Even in the most stressful situations, you always get a smile, and they're always friendly. Since my baked potatoes always take a while to cook, I can tell how fast and well-coordinated the two of them are. I'm always amazed at how quickly they serve customer after customer—truly impressive.

I've been to SubStop a few times now and I must say the subs are really tasty, fresh and well topped. The prices are also absolutely fair. But what makes my visit here special every time is Carmen. She is super friendly, remembers the customers' wishes and always has a smile on her face, no matter how stressful it is. You just feel welcome and in good hands with her. Was here on July 31, 2025… Super friendly service and cashier. They greeted you with a beaming smile, which makes you feel completely welcome as a customer. Be proud of how you treat your guests. The New York hot dog is a dream, fresh, hearty, prepared with love. That's what gastronomy is all about. A real treat for the palate!

The food was always great, with a few exceptions. Not so good on warm days because apparently the refrigeration isn't working very well. I just don't understand why they work with Lieferando, but placing an order is almost never possible. Just like the delivery service is never available.

I don't think I've ever been more pissed off when I was served food. The lady behind the counter was extremely aggressive, slamming orders on the counter (and that's by no means an exaggeration), and there were only four people in the place. The boss should perhaps rethink his staff.

I got two half tuna subs here today at 10:20. Everything just oozes out because it's so well coated. Thanks to the service force. It doesn't happen that often for me!!!

We went to the Substop because the Sub2you unfortunately ran out of ham. There was unreasonable heat in this diner. My friend got a ham sub. Today my boyfriend is feeling extremely bad and keeps throwing up. We've lost our appetite for sub...

Something so unfriendly has never happened to me. I told the woman what I wanted on it, then she told me to tell her what I didn't want on it, then I said I don't know what else was on it, so to make it easier I told her what I wanted on it. She had cheese on it and I told her I didn't want any cheese on it, at first she said ok let's put it down but I dropped chips in the cheese so she just threw the sub away and was very very rude. I told her she didn't have to throw the sub away and she said should I sell it to a customer like that? To which I replied no, I would have taken it. She did it wrong and I was the idiot. Then I asked for my money back and left. I've been to this substop many times, now definitely never again!

Well, 3 people say a nice “Hello” and nothing comes back. Ordered hot dogs 3 times, all 3 cold.... Sorry, definitely a real meal and next time we'll just go a little further to sub2you. Addendum: I have no idea why: I was drawn here again and NOTHING, absolutely nothing, has changed. I would say that people don't eat here because they value healthy eating, but simply because of the food intake. Just hire staff who can even say a greeting! It's the least I can expect as a paying customer. Just sad!

We made the mistake of buying a sub when it was almost 30 degrees. There were dozens of disgusting flies in the food in the store and at the counter. One got lost in the mayonnaise, which the sweating employee fished out with a paper towel. Hygiene is really not a priority here!!!! We disposed of the sub at home because the risk of food poisoning was too great for us!!!! Never again and be careful of these conditions!!!

Warm sub was a cold sub with lukewarm (more cold than warm) chicken. Way too much sauce and generally rather expensive. Only get it if you're really in the mood for something really unhealthy

I was there today with my little son, he has very special wishes when it comes to his sub... The two ladies behind the counter were so super nice that I was just amazed. The sandwiches had great toppings and tasted first class. Plenty of toppings and fresh. I would like to thank you again on behalf of my little son for this great experience!!!! It shows me that there are still bright spots in the service desert of Germany and employees with hearts and minds... from now on we will only buy our subs here...

Hätte ich meiner Frau Blumen gekauft anstatt diesen sub wäre wenigstens ein Mensch glücklich gewesen an diesem Tag. Notfalls hätten die Blumen auch besser geschmeckt.....von der Temperatur brauch ich nix sagen ,ein warmer sub sollte keine Kühlschrank Temperatur haben! Alles in einem ein Reinfall. Leute kauft eurer Frau Blumen ✌️

Top freundliches Personal und das Essen war wie immer lecker und ausreichend

Essen hat leider stark abgebaut. Vor einigen Jahren ging ich noch gerne hierher um meinen Mittagssnack zu konsumieren aber mittlerweile ist es einfach nicht mehr so schLecker. Auch die Abschaltung der Glücksspiel Automaten macht das Erlebnis hier nicht mehr so erstklassig. Aber müsst ihr selber wissen.

Das Essen find ich eigentlich ok, mir schmeckt mein Käsesub soweit gut. Belag ist auch viel drauf. Aber der Shop an sich, das siffigste was ich je gesehen hab. Boden sichtlich verdreckt. Die Wand hinten beim Personal auch völlig versifft. Die Fenster schmutzig. Die Fugen bzw Fensterrahmen schwarz verfärbt, sieht aus wie Schimmel? Kaffeemaschine ausser Betrien, der Filterkaffee nicht trinkbar. Die Getränke hinter der Glasscheibe schon ausgeblichen, als würden beim Auffüllen die neuen nur vorne dran gestellt und die alten bleiben hinten stehen. Nach Möglichkeit gehe ich in den Substop im Hagen, liegt aber nicht immer auf dem Weg. Merci, ciao kakao.

Geschmacklich nicht schlecht, aber nix besonderes. Bei der bekannten Sub-Konkurrenz gibts mehr fürs Geld. und der Betrag, den ich bezahlt habe hat auch nicht gestimmt oder das Sub hat mehr gekostet als auf dem großen Plakat angegeben. 🤷🏻‍♂️

Die Subs waren dort schon mal besser! Ich hatte ein Mexican, welches beim kauen immer mehr wurde. Das Hackfleisch und die Tortillas waren nicht wirklich lecker.

Am Telefon wird gesagt keine Lieferung obwohl auf der Internetseite und auf der Karte steht dass sie Samstag liefern. Unfreundliches Personal am Telefon wenn man nachfragt wieso. Essen war bis jetzt immer ganz gut nur heute bin ich sehr enttäuscht durch diesen Service...

One of my favorite places to go to in bamberg for some American subs

Industrieschnitzel (mutmaßlich) verpackt in ein für meinen Geschmack zu weiches Sandwich-Brötchen. Macht satt, ist ok aber muss man nicht ein zweites Mal haben.

Wenn ich in Bamberg bin, muß ich dahin. Sehr lecker, immer frisch gemacht. Mein Lieblingsgericht ist Thunfischsup

Die verkeuferin könnt einen lergang in Freundlichkeit dringend gebrauchen die Sauberkeit im Laden könnte wesentlich besser sein die Parkplätze sind eine Katastrophe

Schnell, lecker und immer wieder

Die Brötchen fand ich sehr schlabbrig. Wir hatten auch ein warmes Sub und es war leider nicht wirklich warm.

Essen ist gut. Kritik geht an die Toiletten, die sollten vielleicht mal erneuert werden.

Sehr leckere Subs. Das Personal war super freundlich und geduldig. Preise sind okay. Das Ambiente lud leider nicht unbedibgt zum "vor-Ort-Verzehr" ein, wobei ich nicht sagen kann, ob das so normal ist, oder Kur eine Lieferung kam oder so

SUB Sandwich und ähnliches gibt es im Angebot. Habe einen Classic Hot Dog gegessen der mich nicht begeistert hat und fast kalt war. Braucht man nicht unbedingt.

Unprofessionelles Personal, auch auf mein 3. Hallo keine Antwort bekommen, war aber ein verregneter Tag, evtl deshalb die schlechte Stimmung. Übermütig wie ich bin hab ich 3 halbe subs bestellt, nach der ersten Hälfte musste ich erstmal Pause machen. Schmeckt sehr gut und hat genau meine Erwartungen von echten ami subs erfüllt. Macht nicht den Fehler wie ich, eine Hälfte reicht und ist für 5€-6€ echt ein sehr guter Preis.

Habe dort über Lieferando bestellet. Laut Lieferando würde die Bestellung 10 Minuten später eintreffen, die haben es aber sogar noch 5 Minuten vor dem ersten Zeitpunkt geschafft. Klasse Vielen Dank. Ich habe 5 Subs und ein Hotdog bestellt, alles war wie gewohnt gut. Ich esse hier auf jeden Fall wieder!

Sowas sollte es in jeder Stadt geben, bin leider nach Karlsruhe gezogen und das ist das einzige was ich an essen vermisse

Gute Sandwich zu kaufen, nur leider schlechte Parkplatz Auswahl vor dem Laden... 2 Waren mit Lieferauto belegt und der Rest, war von Unterhaltend Personen mit Fahrzeug, blockiert worden.
