Was für ein Erlebnis! Ich träume immer noch von dem Hähnchen mit Unmengen an Soße und scharfer Soße.

Es gibt viele subways aber nur einen Subhero. Mega lecker frisch und einzigartig. In einem schönen und gepflegten Ambiente. Ich freu mich schon auf mein nächsten sub!

Hervorragendes Essen zu fairen Preisen, absolut empfehlenswert. Auch das Personal war supernett und freundlich. Ein großes Lob an den netten jungen Mann für den fantastischen Service!

War vor paar Wochen da mit meinem Freund, 3min vor Ladenschluss und der Kollege hat uns fantastische Subs gemacht, war dabei einfach nur Sympathisch und hat bisschen was vom Laden erzählt. Kommt gern nächstes mal wieder!

Wir waren vor ein paar Tagen hier und waren wirklich begeistert! Die Sandwiches sind unglaublich lecker, die Zutaten frisch und alles mit viel Liebe zubereitet. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das sehr freundliche Personal und den aufmerksamen Koch man fühlt sich hier einfach willkommen. Beim Essen hat man überhaupt kein schlechtes Gewissen, die Sandwiches schmecken wie hausgemacht: frisch, lecker und einfach gemütlich. Klare Empfehlung 10 von 10!

War hier 2 mal gewesen und Personal war immer freundlich und eine gute Auswahl von Sandwiches. Bisschen wenig Sitzplatz Möglichkeiten da es hier leicht klein ist. Sandwiches sind auch sehr gut hier. Würde ich gerne empfehlen!

Richtig guter Laden für Sandwiches. Zutaten wirken frisch, alles wird sauber zubereitet und geschmacklich passt’s einfach. Preis-Leistung ist mehr als fair. Personal auch freundlich. Werde öfter vorbeikommen.

Wir hatten uns während unseres Teamevents für ein Catering von SubHero entschieden und waren absolut begeistert. Frische Zutaten, liebevoll-praktische Anrichtung, pünktliche Lieferung, unkomplizierte Abwicklung und ein abwechslungsreiches Luncherlebnis wurden uns geboten. Kurz gesagt: Alle haben von dem Catering geschwärmt und waren rundum begeistert.

Der Service war freundlich, das Ambiente wie eben in einem Imbiss. Die Sandwiches waren aber eher so lala, ich würde nich mehr hingehen.

Mein Kumpel und ich wollten mal was "anderes" und wir wurden nicht enttäuscht! Super frisches Sandwich, mit einem mega knackigem Brot und leckerer Sauce. Der Mann am Tresen war unglaublich nett und alles in allem 5 voll Sterne. Wir hatten Glück, dass der Laden leer war. Es gibt drinnen und draußen Sitzmöglichkeiten.

Definitiv eine gesündere Alternative zu Subway. Gut portionierte Sandwiches mit frischen Zutaten. Außerdem ein gemütliches und einladendes Ambiente. Ich freue mich schon auf den nächsten Besuch.

Süßer kleiner Imbiss. Chili cheese sandwich und chicken peanut sandwich waren sehr gut. Baked potatoes und Salat auch richtig gut. Alles frisch gemacht, keine TK Ware. Knusprig und lecker. Preise mega fair. Absolute Empfehlung, wenn man einen schnellen und leckeren Snack sucht. Kein Foto in der Bewertung, weil zu lecker und zu schnell weggefuttert. 😁

Ein fantastischer Ort, leckere Subs und supernette Besitzer!

Leider war meine Erfahrung hier nicht so gut. Ich hatte das Sandwich mit Falafel, die Falafel war kalt, an sich nicht schlimm aber innen war sie stark teigig. Alles in allem war das Sandwich nicht sehr geschmackvoll, weder die Soße noch die Komponenten waren ordentlich gewürzt. Eigentlich hatte ich nur so wirklich Zwiebel geschmeckt. Ich hatte außerdem gut 20min (ich stand alleine im Laden) gewartet. Ich werde nicht mehr hierher kommen.

I accidentally listed the wrong order and wanted to cancel it. The staff said it wasn't possible. In the end, I paid extra and still received less. Very incompetent staff!

Absolutely overpriced. You pay up to 9€ for a single sub, no sides or drinks, that is essentially a solid snack at best.

I had a sweet chicken sandwich. It was so tasty and juicy. The bread was crispy, chicken was tender, and everything melt in your mouth and gave me such a wonderful experience! Definitely recommend it.

I think the place deserves its stars. It's a fast food restaurant with very tasty sandwiches. We tried the potato and salad menus, and the lunch menu was good. The price is reasonable, comparable to fast food restaurants, but the taste is definitely better than other places in its category.

Really good food but really bad service. We waited long for our order, only to get our sandwiches wrong. Then he claimed that we ordered a sandwich that we didn’t order. Then it took him 15 minutes to make a new sandwich.

Overall, it’s a very decent place: Ingredients are fresh, subs are tasty, service and location are on point. Outside terrace is nice. Potatoes were a bit undercooked, in my opinion, and the sandwich flavor was pretty simple. It’s good, but I have definitely eaten subs richer in flavor. Hence the 4 stars

A very, very, very great place. The sandwiches are filled exactly as they look, and I've had the best meal in Berlin so far! The two vegan subs are amazing! The potatoes are also highly recommended. The price/performance ratio has never been better!!!

Amazing tasting subs that are freshly made and served warm! Would definitely come here again. I would’ve wished for a little more meat on my BBQ Bacon sub, but honestly, it tasted so good that it wasn’t really that bad. The restaurant has a small hole in the wall vibe with a few seats. It’s comfy, you can sit down, have a coffee and charge your phone as well. Service was kind, if a little on the slow side which is expected for something made fresh like this. Great restaurant, great food!

I came here after finishing work while looking for a quick and simple bite. Saw the little shop and decided to pop in. I ordered a bbq-bacon sandwich, which was really delicious. It was a very small and pleasant atmosphere to eat in. Thank you very much. Will be happy to return here again.

I dropped by there spontaneously and went in quickly because I hadn't had lunch yet. I took a BBQ/bacon sub with me and ate it on the way. This was absolutely the best sandwich I have ever eaten, simply so delicious, perfectly balanced in taste and round. I could have eaten 3 more. Absolute recommendation 👍👍👍

Ambiance: Small - but nice - sub sandwich shop. The concept is a complete success. Fits. Clean and the employee wiped the table again. Full marks. Service: friendly and attentive. Fits. Food: there is sub sandwich. Exactly what the store wants to offer. Different selection. Fresh salad, freshly prepared, tastes good. The bread is purchased. Prices are fair. Not cheap, but rent and ingredients and staff have to be paid. The price is ok for today's time - especially because there are fresh things on it. The sub is a bit small, but at least there's nothing left over. It doesn't actually have to be any bigger since it's not a complete meal. But it's too small to share. If you're in the area and you're a little hungry, this is definitely the place to go for a sub sandwich.

Was my snack during my lunch break the other day… Young gentleman was very friendly! Very reminiscent of huge franchise companies from the USA... It was tasty in itself, but unfortunately a bit cold and in my opinion the price was a bit too high. But well, rent won't be cheap in this location either. Will I get a lunch snack there? Possibly

Unreal sandwiches for a quick and inexpensive dinner, really delicious

Excellent sandwich, even my girlfriend liked it despite not being a sandwich person. I give 3 stars for the service for the simple fact that I had to get up from the table to go get the ready sandwiches, but that's fine, it's okay, environment like this, in the end you're in the middle of the street, but we're in Berlin so I'd say it's normal . All in all good.

Subhero Berlin impresses with creative sandwiches and delicious ingredients. The atmosphere is cozy and modern, as you would expect in Berlin. The service friendly and quick. Ideal for a delicious and quick lunch. Good alternative to Subway, even if not directly comparable because the subs are predetermined.

I ordered a sub from the menu. The drink was missing upon delivery. On the phone, the employee said he already knew that the driver had left the drink. I could come pick up the limo myself. When I said that I didn't live nearby and couldn't even come over, he said they would refund me the money via Paypal. I haven't gotten any money back to this day. The sub tasted good. Addition after the owner's answer from March 25, 2024: The owner very quickly refunded me the money for the missing drink in response to my review.

Mega good sandwiches, handmade with love and super nice and chatty staff. When you go there for the first time you immediately get good recommendations about what you might like best. They are not pushy and always helpful. Been here three times now, haven't regretted it once and have recommended it countless times!

Makes you question how good all the previous good sandwiches you’ve had in your life were Is it a sandwich? Is it a burger? Is it the best of both worlds? YES What a discovery! Went here randomly with my partner and got 2 halloumi cheese sandwiches and we couldn’t get enough of it. Everything about this sandwich was perfect. You can feel that the ingredients were carefully placed inside, so when you take a big bite you can have all the flavours unfolding inside your mouth, seriously, what a joy. Also the guy who served us was so nice.

Wäre gut ohne die Haltung/ das Urteil, wenn ich frage, ob die gebackenen Kartoffeln vegan sind. Das Tofu-Sandwich war gut und preisgünstig, aber vielleicht ein bisschen klein. Der Service könnte auf jeden Fall verbessert werden, ich fand die Leute unhöflich und unfreundlich.
