Difficult to rate. The staff are very friendly and helpful – that was really positive. The ambiance is rather functional, as you would expect from a sports restaurant. You shouldn't have too high expectations here; it's still a simple place. I'm a bit torn about the food: For my taste, for example, the soup was very salty and the vegetables were overcooked. However, I've spoken to other guests who were very satisfied. So, objectively, everything seems fine – my criticism is rather subjective.

Beautiful park with room for improvement in service Bad Mergentheim Wildlife Park is beautifully landscaped. The trails are well signposted, the grounds appear well-maintained and clean – overall, a very pleasant place for a day out. Unfortunately, a visit to the "goblin kitchen" somewhat dampened the experience. The iced coffee I ordered was disappointing – watery with whipped cream on top and barely edible. After returning it and pointing out the quality, I received only a curt "Yes, okay" in response – with no apology or replacement. Overall, the friendliness of the staff there left a lot to be desired. The currywurst was cold, and the portion size seemed more like half a piece. The burger, on the other hand, was okay. Another unpleasant moment was a visit to the restrooms, where an employee spoke loudly and inappropriately to a colleague about a restroom incident – ​​behavior that is inappropriate in a family-friendly environment. Despite these negative points, the stay in the park itself was very enjoyable, especially because of the animals, the nature, and the lovingly designed facilities. If the service area is improved, nothing stands in the way of an all-round successful experience.

We wanted to eat at your place, but when you don't open until 5 p.m. on Fridays, the lunch guests stay on the street. What is incomprehensible to us, that bars in a holiday / spa and wine region only open in the evening and our bars are open all day even though we have no tourism, that should be changed.
