Stratos Rheinfeld in Dormagen

I had a schnitzel. Unfortunately, it was a pre-made schnitzel – at least it looked and tasted like one. It's okay once in a while, but I'm not going to drive the 2km there if I want a decent meal.

The food there is tasty and plentiful. It's practically empty at lunchtime, so you get your food quickly. The prices are reasonable too.

Delicious fries, friendly service staff

Ordered food at 7:45 PM, delivery time estimated at 1 hour (rounded up). Now at 10:10 PM, still no delivery. The place is closed... Maybe they'll deliver the food after work... Update... The order wasn't delivered. What a joke.

The order was placed online. The picture shows a schnitzel with fries. So, you ordered it plus sauce for the fries. After waiting, the food arrives… two schnitzels. One has sauce on it, the other a small piece of lemon. So I call and ask where the fries are, as shown in the picture. And lo and behold, you have to order separately. It's fraudulent to use fake pictures. Unfortunately, there's no insight over the phone either. Price for the schnitzel + fries + sauce for the fries = approximately €19. In a real restaurant, you can get a proper schnitzel with fries and a small salad for €19. Here, unfortunately, you only get half the meal or pay far too much for a simple schnitzel with fries. It's a shame, as we were otherwise relatively satisfied with other dishes.

Last time I ordered, the food arrived after 1.5 hours and was COLD. Today I ordered again, but everything was burnt, including the meat. Even my dog ​​didn't want to eat it.

I don't know how many times you have to mention on the phone that they should really make it crispy the gyros

The food was okay, nothing special but it was okay for the price. The service was terrible. When we ordered over the phone we said we wanted to pay by card and this was possible. When the delivery person showed up at the door we were told that card payments were not accepted for deliveries. However we didn't have any cash so the manager we had ordered from was called. She very cheekily claimed that we had misunderstood everything and that we should go straight to the savings bank and get the money. We didn't like this at all. We're not giving out any more money. The customer should be king and we won't let ourselves be treated like that again.

Ordered a gyro salad plate and a chicken salad plate today. I have to say, I've never eaten such a delicious salad. Great portion, super tasty, and delivered quickly. This definitely won't be my last order. Thank you👍

We moved to Rheinfeld last year and ate there three times. We were extremely disappointed. Once, they tried to double bill us. The food wasn't worth the price either. Apparently, they just copied the Stratos name. No comparison to Stratos in Zons. The food and service there are fantastic. A real shame.

Today we had food delivered. The gyros was great, but the small mixed salad was a joke. €4.50 for a portion is...

Food tasty and cheap, good Greek snack, even on public holidays when the weather is good you can get a seat without any problems.

It's a shame for the Stratos, what it used to be! We were regular customers, not even “normal” customers anymore. The old owner was very hospitable and top quality.

I ordered gyros with fries and picked them up myself. The gyro was 80% burnt and dry and the fries were soggy and salty. All of this for a price of €12.50 is simply outrageous.

Always very fast delivery and very good food. It is always very tasty and, above all, always arrives hot. The delivery drivers are also extremely friendly.

There was a gyro plate with coleslaw in a separate bowl. The plate was packed full and it tasted delicious. The meat was excellent and the fries were crispy. I'll be coming back here again soon during my lunch break. Clear recommendation, perhaps the delivery service to the factory is still being tested. Clear recommendation. PS: There is also the taxi plate here, but it has a different name here.

When ordering through Lieferando, the schnitzel and baked gyros dishes do not come with fries, as it says in the brochure. All dishes are €1 more expensive. €11.90 for a Jägerschnitzel without fries? This is a rip off!

I used to love ordering from there, but today I was really disappointed. The top of the gyro pizza was burnt, the top was limp and extremely greasy. Unfortunately the taste is not what you are used to.

Hello, the pizza is almost cold and not even ready. I had to bake the pizza again in the oven so that it was ready. The burger was okay, the fries were very soggy.

Ordered food for the company at 12.45. Delivery still not in the house at 1:25 p.m. Call multiple times. No reaction or anything. No compensation nothing. 3 euro delivery fee for nothing! Never again !!!

I had a hard time ordering food there for a long time because when I asked in the neighborhood there weren't particularly positive opinions. Since I still had a 10 euro voucher from Lieferando, I ordered there so I could form my own opinion. Ordered twice Gyros meat and 2x hunter sauce Would have paid almost 24 euros without a voucher including delivery fee 1.99 The portions of gyros for 8.90 euros are an absolute must in my opinion No-go, especially since both bowls contained different amounts of meat and the increased costs of personnel, energy and goods are not fair. I got both portions into a flat food storage container without it being full The hunter's sauce for 1.70 euros is okay because the bowl was full. If I had paid the full price without the voucher I would have brought the food back as I don't live too far away. This review explicitly refers to the delivery service: 90 minutes after ordering you get information that the driver is actually at the door. This will also be confirmed when you call the snack bar after 100 minutes. After 120 minutes the status changes to “delivered”. Of course the order wasn't delivered. Top snack. Finally currywurst again with large (!) fries and Joppi sauce. Plus Kölsch, Alt and Pils on tap (only in the restaurant). Very friendly service.

Gyro was good. Fries deliciously crispy. Salad beforehand was big. Draft beer was nice and cold.

I had visitors and based on our good experiences last year we ordered pizza from Stratos. This time, however, I was very disappointed! The dough was soft and obviously not fully baked, the topping was strangely tasteless and our express wish to cut the pizza was not followed up on. This is annoying for everyone, but since I cannot use my hands due to a neurological disease and am dependent on this service, I would also like to point out that customer requests usually have a reason! This restaurant is relatively expensive but normally worth the money to me, this time we would have been better off paying it to another operator!

Stratos Rheinfeld. ... for me the best address in Dormagen when it comes to ordering gyros/fries online. Stratos Rheinfeld manages to deliver French fries, warm gyros and cold mayo together. The gyros in particular are very tasty, there is only one in the Dormagen area that can do it better (in my opinion), but it doesn't deliver. It's your own fault... It's also nice that Stratos Rheinfeld responds to special requests. I like to say "please have lots of onions on the gyro, mother-in-law is coming to visit tomorrow!" And what can I say, a real bomb... The only drawback is the minimum order value and the delivery costs. I have to say, if they weren't so high, I would order more often. We really enjoyed ordering there. But that was once. Today was the last time. Gyros totally burnt, the portion felt like half of what was once available. The driver also wanted money even though the payment was made with Paypal. Said twice it's paid, no it's not. Please pay. I think in this day and age you can no longer afford such “quality”.

I ordered food via Lieferando, unfortunately I entered my address incorrectly so it couldn't be delivered after consulting the restaurant. I simply ordered again which means I paid twice, but instead of getting fresh food I got the soggy food from the first order - absolutely anti-social behavior and this among customers who regularly order there.

Bad delivery…..They said it would arrive in 30-45 minutes but I waited almost an hour and a half and the food was cold. We wanted to order gyros today. Said and done. But never again at Stratos! My wife had a gyro plate. Gyros were very, very dry, fries were sticky; Tzatziki was so-so. For 15€ the amount of meat was very little. I had gyros in Metaxa sauce. But what came here was really a joke! The aluminum tray was 10 cm x 10 cm. The height is about 5 cm. There were 5 pieces of gyros in there! The rest is cheese, peppers and some liquid, fatty, disgusting juice. Disgusting and the whole thing for €15.00! At least the fries were okay. Even if we were given it as a gift, once and NEVER, EVER again.

Man merkt sofort das es nicht mehr das ist was es war. Der Kunde ist kein König mehr. Der Laden sieht immer dreckig aus. Wenn man rein kommt stehen dort immer reichlich Boxen zum ausliefern, aber das Personal isst selbst erstmal gemütlich und lässt den Berg an Boxen einfach wachsen. Verstehe nun warum das Essen der letzte Müll ist wenn man es liefern lässt.

Haben gerade für fast 60 Euro essen bestellt , darunter eine grosse Schale zaziki für 4€ diese wurde vergessen ,kann ja mal passieren . Bekommen haben wir dann 20 minuten später eine kleine Portion für 2€ das ist nicht nett . Und die allgemeine portionsgrösse bei den Preisen ist eine Frechheit. Update 28.09.23 Gestern wurde mir dann noch mit Anwalt und Löschung der Rezession gedroht weil ich hier die Wahrheit schreibe dieser Laden ist nicht tragbar für die Gesellschaft

Hatte seid langem wieder Lust auf Gyros Pita und habe mir dort zum ersten mal was geholt. Leider was es alles andere als befriedigend. Die Gyros Pita ist quasi ein Döner mit Gyrosfleisch. Geschmacklich 3/5, aber wer Lust auf Pita hat, sollte das nicht holen. Da ich Hunger hatte, habe leider direkt zwei bestellt gehabt. Später als ich die zweite gegessen habe, konnte ich das fast in den Müll schmeißen. Brot komplett aufgeweicht, zerfällt und ungenießbar. Nächstes Mal zu einem richtigen Griechen, der auch Pita Brot nimmt. Zu dem Rest kann ich nichts sagen, da ich nichts anderes probiert habe. Nach der Erfahrung komme ich wahrscheinlich auch nicht wieder...

Ich habe die Tage bestellt per Telefon Currywurst mit Pommes und Majo seid dem hab ich so Magen schmerzen und Durchfall im Leben werde ich da nichts mehr essen das war jetzt das dritte mal das ich dieses Problem hatte zwei mal bei einen anderen Lieferanten und jetzt von dort nie mehr mir geht es Hunde elend

Nicht zu empfehlen ! Zwar schmeckt das Essen dennoch wurde schnitzel bestellt MIT Pommes ! Schnitzel wurde geliefert Pommes nicht dann wird angerufen freundlich nachgefragt ob die Pommes no h geliefert werden ! Dann kommt die Härte wird der Kundschaft unterstellt das da Pommes beiliegen man solle doch vernünftig nachschauen ! Bodenlose Frechheit nach einer 3 viertel Std später und noxh einem Anruf kamen die Pommes dann mal an ohne ein Es tut uns leid einfach nur hier und weg war der Lieferant ! Keine Empfehlung null Kundenfreundlich !

Seit der ursprüngliche Inhaber das Restaurant abgegeben hat, sinkt das Niveau ins bodenlose. Innen erinnert alles an eine Drecksbude. Man bestellt Gyros+Pommes und sagt 2 × Laut und deutlich, OHNE ZWIEBELN. Und dann bekommt man dennoch mit Zwiebeln. In der Speisenzubereitung isst das Personal, während Kundschaft anwesend ist. Mitarbeiter nehmen mit der Hand Essen in den Mund und arbeiten, ohne Hände waschen, einfach weiter in der Speisenzubereitung. Einfach nicht mehr zu empfehlen. Schade eigentlich.

Leider nicht mehr so wie vor dem Wechsel des Besitzers. Die Qualität hat stark gelitten, der Geschmack leider auch. Ich verstehe ja wenn eine Lieferung was länger dauert, aber das Essen war nach anderthalb Stunden Wartezeit doch sehr Kalt und der unter anderem bestellte Gyros Pita war ein klumpen Fleisch in nem Dönerbrot. Schade, das war unsere letzte Bestellung vorerst.

Erst einmal ein großes Lob an die Qualität des Essen und herzige Großzügigkeit ☺️, alles was wir bisher dort gegessen haben, hat super gut geschmeckt. Das Ambiente, ist total gemütlich und einladend gestaltet, das Personal super lieb! Sehr zu empfehlen, wir kommen immer wieder gerne!! Danke 🍀☺️

Einfach super lecker das Gyros!!!

Das Essen (Burger, Gyros) ist in Ordnung, aber mir gefällt die Firmenpolitik nicht: Preiserhöhung von über 20% seit Juli, die 2€ „Lieferpauschale“ wird in der Speisekarte/Flyer nicht erwähnt. Laut unserer Preisliste aus dem Juli hätten wir 13.50€ bezahlen müssen, stattdessen waren es 18,30€. Schade, aber das geht so nicht, wir werden hier nicht mehr bestellen.

Essen kam nach 2 Stunden an und es fehlten Teile der Bestellung. Nach Anruf bei Stratos wurde eine Gutschrift versprochen via Lieferando, wurde aber nicht durchgeführt von Stratos!

Guten Tag. Gestern war ich mit meiner Familie in Ihrem Café. Das Essen, der Service und die Atmosphäre haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Ich empfehle jedem, dieses Café zu besuchen.

Gutes Café, sehr gutes Essen und immer höfliche und gute Bedienung. Ich bestelle auch regelmäßig Essen in diesem Café, die Lieferung erfolgt schnell und das Essen bleibt warm. Ich empfehle es jedem.

Wir haben immer gerne dort gegessen oder bestellt. Aber die letzten Male war das Essen echt nicht mehr gut. Lieferung ca 2 Std gewartet und nicht das erste mal. Kunden vor Ort werden zuerst abgefertigt bevor etwas geliefert wird. Könnte man ja noch verkraften. Aber dann bekommt man labriges Gyros und kalte pommes. Die Preise steigen ( klar wie überall) aber das Essen und Service wird schlechter. Danke das wars.

Mit Abstand das beste Gyros dass, ich je gegessen habe! Das Personal ist wie wie immer Perfekt und zuverlässig . Qualitativ ist das essen auf jeden fall Top , außerdem würde ich jedem raten einen Anblick auf die Kunst zu werfen .

Haben über Lieferando heute bestellt und leider sind die Sterne nur für die schnelle Lieferzeit. Ich hatte Currywurst/Pommes bestellt und die Wurst war unterirdisch schlecht. Letztendlich weiss ich gar nicht was es war, hätte auch Gummi sein können. Der Burger.... na/ja bestand nur aus Fertigprodukten die relativ lieblos gestapelt wurden. Schade wir haben hier mal gerne bestellt aber das Essen wird immer schlechter und ist das Geld bald nicht mehr wert

Essen war sehr lecker. Es war noch gut warm, trotz der weiten Anfahrt. Lieferfahrer war sehr freundlichen.

Wenn man bestellt, dann sollte man dies lediglich über die Lieferando App machen, über Stratos selbst ist die Lieferzeit sehr sehr lang. Laut Internetseite sollte die Bestellung in 20-40 Minuten ankommen, die Bestellung kam tatsächlich erst nach 1 Stunde und 20 Minuten an.

Wir haben hier lecker gegessen. Die Portionen waren lecker und auch ausreichend gross. Die Bedienung war nett, aber sie können ein wenig an der Geschwindigkeit zulegen, denn es hatte zuerst etwas gedauert, bevor wir nach unseren Getränkewünschen gefragt wurden. Aber vielleicht wird das ja noch. Der Fokus liegt hier wohl mehr auf den Lieferdienst als auf die Kundschaft, die vor Ort gerne etwas essen möchte.

Bedienung freundlich, Lokal hat ein schönes Ambiente.

Das Essen ist einfach nur mega lecker jetzt schon 2 mal dort bestellt und habe mit meinem Mann beschlossen wir bestellen nur noch bei euch.
