Very nice place on the promenade!

Brought fish & chips and prawns & chips to take away. The fries weren't really crispy (the transport route was only to the beach chair), 2 pieces of fish with a lot of breading and three small shrimps. Not really recommended.

Had lunch here today. We sat outside. We had a herring roll and a pollock roll. A fish cake with fries and some coleslaw. We ordered coffee and cappuccino as drinks. Everything tasted very tasty. The service is very friendly and takes care of anything if something is missing. Price-performance fits. Something about a previous review: Of course, most of the snack bars on the beach use frozen food. Nobody makes their own fries or goes out on the boat to catch fresh fish. The matjes or North Sea crabs also come from wholesalers. So enjoy the weather and the sea air and a delicious herring roll :)

The food was okay. Fried fish, fried potatoes not as crispy as they should be. Average snack quality. The store only accepts cash payment (a rogue who thinks evil of it). A disgrace in this day and age. Therefore only 1 star. Customer-friendly looks different. Unfortunately I saw it too late, otherwise I would have gone somewhere else.

We ate here twice on a short vacation. Thank you for the great advice on the first evening. The redfish and hake fillets were very tasty. Personally, I think the fried potatoes are very well fried. Thank you!!!

That was probably nothing... 10 € for a "large" portion of fish & chips, which is what the store advertises. I only got 4 pieces. The taste was really not good. You get more for your money at the fair. Therefore one star for the food. I'm now annoyed that I didn't take a photo of it... Service was okay, hence three stars. The ambience is better in the numerous other restaurants on the promenade, hence only two stars. There will definitely be a next time in Grömitz. But then certainly somewhere else.

Baked fish from the frozen wholesaler. I also know good fried herring differently. I wouldn't repeat.

Fish plate was increased from 12 to 18 euros and one shrimp less. Thanks but we won't be coming back. Despite a four euro tip, I wasn't allowed to order fries to take away for the child. Apparently this only works in the menu! Then don't accept the 4 euro tip! hammer Addendum a year later: Fish plate increased from 18 to 21 euros!!!!! Please go somewhere else! That's just cheeky now!!!

The service is terrible. Customer orientation and friendliness are a foreign word. I'm speechless how a pregnant woman with a small child is treated.

Fish and chips wasn't tasty. Only dough, very little fish. Fries were very hard and dry. When the waiter asked if it was tasty and we said no, there was no question as to why. Nevertheless, we wanted to give a tip, which he refused with an exhausted mine. Not good service.

I'm the only one in our family who doesn't eat fish, so I always order a currywurst next door. Since the landlord then offered me that I could also have fried potatoes with a fried egg, I of course ordered it. However, I didn't ask about the price beforehand. I think €11.50 for a small portion of fried potatoes with two fried eggs is “sporty”!

Hello, since I only had something to drink outside, I can't say anything about the food. But the staff that served me was quite friendly.

Very tasty grilled fish dishes. Matjes rolls are also recommended. A very good price-performance ratio. We would like to come again. The whole thing in the first row with a view of the Baltic Sea.

For a snack, very good. Prices are ok. for the fact that it is located directly on the beach promenade.

Was here on a Sunday morning. For me, the restaurant/snack bar is not recommended. You are greeted by the smell of toilet stones or something similar. My baked fish roll was a carelessly prepared roll consisting of a dry baked roll with remoulade and a piece of deep-fried frozen baked fish. The lady behind the counter isn't exactly full of friendliness either. It's a shame, we could do more with this. Only the location with a sea view is nice.

Super leckeres Essen und eine schöne Auswahl. Personal sehr freundlich und höflich und Preise sind sich super für das was man bekommt. Waren an mehreren Tagen dort essen und immer wieder war es sehr frisch und hat geschmeckt.

Auf meine Frage ob der Backfisch frisch wäre und zubereitet wird, wurde mir dies bejaht. Ich erhielt dann eine durch die Fritteuse gezogen Tiefkühlbackfisch. Dieser wurde zwischen einem trockenen Brötchen ohne Salatblatt oder Gurke geklemmt. Insgesamt ein schlechtes Erlebnis. Hinzu kommt ein eher unfreundliches Personal....

Geht. Bei dem Backfisch dreht sich jedem Backfischstand auf der Kirmes Schützenfest usw. der Magen um. Geht gar nicht besonders an der Küste.

Went for the fish and chips. Fish is cooked halfway and so are the chips (French fries). And then when you order they are thrown back in the fryer until done. I actually watched them do this while waiting for my order. It made the fish dry and hard breading. And the fries too. My kids just wanted fries, and was told they will only make fries with fish. But if you don't want the fish you can't get them. No vinegar either. Sadly based off the previous reviews I was excited for this and it was not very good.

Nettes, kleines Fisch-Restaurant direkt an der Strandpromenade mit Blick auf die schöne Ostsee. Unsere Bestellung wurde schnell von der freundlichen Bedienung entgegengenommen, die Getränke kamen sehr schnell, auf das Essen haben wir ca. 15 Minuten gewartet. Das Essen hat uns gut geschmeckt. Das Lokal wie auch die Toiletten sind sauber. Es gibt hier auch Essen für die Hand (Fischbrötchen etc.). Die Preise sind fair.

Sehr netter kleiner Laden, Freundliches und schnelles Personal, sehr saubere Toiletten, preislich voll in Ordnung und endlich mal etwas anders als andauernd nur Krombacher!

Der Kellner war nicht gerade freundlich gestimmt. Die Tische wurden mit einem Lappen gereinigt, der wohl schon Tage kein frisches Wasser gesehen hat. Zumindest roch er sehr säuerlich. Das Essen war in Ordnung Fisch allerdings etwas zu lange gegrillt.

Super essen. Lange nicht so ein guten Seelachs gegessen. Die pommes waren auch der Hammer. 😋🤤😋

Das Essen war gut sowohl die warmen Speisen sowie die klassischen belegten Fischbrötchen auf die Hand Einziger „Kritikpunkt“ das essen könnte ein wenig würziger/salziger sein Sonst Top!

Leckeres Essen zu fairen Preisen. Das ganze wird noch abgerundet durch den schönen Ausblick auf das Meer.

Wir hatten Fish und Chips. Dauerte etwas länger. Ansonsten war es o.k. Grosse Portion könnte für jemand sehr hungriges was knapp sein. Aber preislich trotzdem im Rahmen.

Immer wieder gut hier, nach dem ganzen Fisch tut so ein Gyros pikant echt gut!
