The scoop of ice cream is too expensive and then I had to pay for the cup too. Ice cream doesn't taste like I expected, I've eaten much better and at a cheaper price. Won't come back

Enjoys the art and always has a nice saying up his sleeve. I like to come and eat ice cream there. Why do people express such nasty criticisms like those from June 7th, 2024... let's be honest, such an unqualified statement... I have never heard such words/greetings there before. I was also in the ice cream parlor at the time and ate my ice cream there. I didn't hear any such things. Neither did the staff make any phone calls.

Ice cream was super tasty and the scoops were quite large for the price. The service was friendly and responded to requests. We'd love to come back!

I just read through their reviews... And was horrified to see that on June 7th, when I went out for ice cream with my son, a negative review was given... I was there with my son around 5:00 p.m. It was relatively full and, as always, the ice cream was delicious. The staff was very friendly and even had a small present for the birthday child. That's why I don't understand why someone would give such a negative review. Which is not true at all. It was well filled and, in my opinion, all guests were satisfied. We'd love to come back🙏👍👍

As a former long-time resident of Landsberg, I wanted to show my partner the city. At the end of our visit we went to Gollma to enjoy some ice cream. Since we were the only customers, we were looking forward to quick service. However, we witnessed an unacceptable incident: We heard the waitress greet his phone call with “Heil H*tler,” not just once, but twice. My girlfriend was shocked and I was very disappointed, especially since Landsberg has to contend with a bad reputation anyway. Despite our discomfort, we decided to go in anyway. The waitress behaved extremely strangely towards the young employee who finally served us the ice cream. Overall, we were very dissatisfied with our visit. This incident leaves a very negative impression and tarnishes the image of an otherwise beautiful area. The ice cream was okay! It used to make me really happy as a child, especially in connection with the awards I received back then. Today I know many ice cream shops and would rate it as average. The ice cream parlor is popular, it is one of the few in the area. However, I discovered serious deficiencies in hygiene in the sales area that would not have been found through regular cleaning, so I don't want to look into the kitchen. Dozens of dead insects on the floor or the skirting board, cobwebs between the chairs. Bah. The ice cream is ok, but not tasty High flyer. A pity. It used to be better

Very friendly staff who respond to guests' wishes. The ice cream flavors in the sundaes can be put together individually. Large portions with lots of toppings.

Despite the empty restaurant, the service was quite overwhelmed. Even packing the food went wrong. Quite large portions but only mediocre in taste. Attention, no card payment possible.

Schöne Eisdiele mit einem reichlichen Angebot an Eissorten. Freundliche und schnelle Bedienung. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder.

Immer leckeres Eis und genügend Sitzgelegenheiten vorhanden.

Viele leckere Eissorten,egal ob im Eisbecher, in der Waffel oder als milchshake,es schmeckt immer. Man kann gemütlich drinnen oder auch draußen sitzen.

Das Eis ist hier sehr lecker und eine große Auswahl .

Wirklich sehr gutes, schmackhaftes Eis. Woran Ihr noch arbeiten müsst, ist der Kaffee. Aus der Warmhaltekanne passt er nicht zu dem guten Eis.....

Wir waren zu einem Familienessen dort.Das Essen war sehr lecker und die Bedienung echt Spitze.Immer wieder gerne. Wenn das Eis im Sommer dann genauso lecker ist, freuen wir uns schon riesig drauf.

Freundliche Bedienung. Es es gab für mich hier unbekannte Geschmacksrichtungen. Als Beispiel nenne ich nur mal Gurkeneis. Im nächsten Sommer komme ich gern wieder mal vorbei.

Eis ist gut , Sitzplätze vorhanden aber nicht so pralle. Bedienung etwas gelangweilt und rauchend vor dem Laden.. Preise etwas zu hoch , und keine EC Zahlung möglich.... Leute ... Den Kindern gefällt es trotzdem und das ist das Wichtigste!

Super Eis nettes Personal sehr zu empfehlen

Die "klassischen" Eis-Sorten (Vanille/Schoko) waren nicht so mein Ding, schmeckten mit zu wässrig. Allerdings war das Sanddorn-Eis sehr gelungen. Ob der hohen Temperaturen war ein relativ großer Andrang, aber man wurde trotzdem noch zügig bedient.

Lecker, gehört zu meinen Favoriten. Sehr freundliches Personal. Sehr gute und große Auswahl. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt völlig. Hier bekommt man super leckeres 😋 Eis geboten.

Große Auswahl an Eis, Shakes und Eisbechern, für fast jeden Geschmack etwas dabei, moderate Preise, mir persönlich nicht cremig genug... das ist allerdings Geschmackssache, die Kinder lieben das Eis
