Great pizza, friendly and attentive service. Definitely worth it.

Very tasty pizza - like in Italy, nice service - will come back!

I ordered a 0.5l water. I received a whole 0.75l bottle. The dish I ordered was pasta with pesto. Unfortunately the pesto was not fresh and came from a can.

The dishes are expensive, for me it’s not Italian cuisine

Great food. 👍 Whether it's pizza, pasta, salad, etc. We've barely sat down. Toasted bread and olives came to the table. Service great.

Pizza was very tasty, one star deducted because it could have been a little crispier for our taste. Service was very attentive, quick and friendly.

The food comes quickly and tastes very good. What really bothers me - and not just me - is being addressed as “young woman” when you are obviously no longer young. That is NOT a compliment! It's terrible: that the plate is taken away 'from under your nose', so to speak, while you're still chewing the last bite. As if the service staff were lurking when a knife and fork should be put down. Very unpleasant. Attention is nice, but you shouldn't overdo it. Because that's how you drive away guests who feel like they've been thrown out. Therefore only 3 stars for the service. (Who will probably be instructed to behave this way.)

We sat outside (pedestrian zone) with limited charm, but OK. Authentic pizza from the stone oven, tastes like Italy, very, very tasty :-)

When the weather is nice outside, the food is good and, given the number of guests, served really quickly...fits into the lunch break!

The pizzas were very good. The service was friendly but a bit slow, there were a few mistakes when ordering. We sat outside. Therefore, given the location, you have to expect pedestrian traffic.

One of my favorite places in Saarland. Absolutely love the pizza and Pasta. Great ambience and right in the heart of city center. Great place to spend quality times with loved ones.

I wasn't that impressed with the food. Had Scaloppina Crema (cream schnitzel) with spaghetti. The sauce was quite thick. There were also fried vegetables (peppers, zucchini and more). In my opinion it didn't really fit, but it's a matter of taste. Staff was very friendly.

When you arrived at this restaurant, you were warmly welcomed and escorted to your table. The service was always very nice and was always at the table immediately when a drink was empty. The pizza and schnitzel we had were delicious. However, there is a point deducted because the pizza came five minutes earlier than the schnitzel. The taste, service and ambience would make us visit this restaurant again at any time

Very tasty fresh food. Simply original Italian food without any frills.

Things are no longer the same as they used to be: We've been to our favorite restaurant with the whole family at least twice a month since the first day it opened about 14 years ago. The portions have now become smaller, although the prices have risen significantly, which is clearly noticeable. Plus the food really tastes worse compared to what it was even five years ago. There are probably a lot of savings in cooking... Inside the restaurant it is usually poorly ventilated, and outside there are always people smoking nearby or at the next table, exhaling their smoke directly onto our table. The owner of the restaurant, Via Napoli, tries to place as many tables as possible outside on the sidewalk, leaving hardly any space to push the chair to sit down. The whole thing is accompanied by a fake grin from the owner, who hasn't shown a genuine smile for years. I'm sorry to raise so many criticisms, but they have really accumulated. In the last 12 months or so we have only ordered pizza on almost every visit: on the one hand because of the very high prices of the other dishes and on the other hand because of the general decline in taste of all the dishes. It's also disappointing when you go to the Via Napoli restaurant for years and the owner doesn't notice you. Instead, he only greets his "southern-looking football friends" and no one else. We stopped going there and discovered many new restaurants that are no longer in the center of Saarbrücken, but are still much better quality and cheaper.

Total disappointment. For the prices, which are not exactly low, one would hope for more. The combination was a failure. Small portion, little sauce. You know a real Italian combination with at least. 3 different types of pasta. E.g. rigatoni, spaghetti and possibly tortelini or cannelloni or piece of lasagne. Here the combination was simply pasta (rigatoni, spaghetti and small penne) thrown into a small round baking dish. The taste wasn't special either. You pay €15.50 for this. Already intense. You get more in a small pizzeria. When I told the waiter that I was disappointed he wanted to argue with me. Not recommendable. Better go to another pizzeria. You get more for less money. Absolute disappointment

Authentic cuisine with a very nice team.

The pizza was very tasty, the penne wasn't enough. The food came extremely quickly. Free bread as a snack. Prices are high. Unfortunately the girl at the service on Saturday was very unfriendly. After paying, she turned around and left without comment. No goodbye and there was no response to my goodbye. As soon as we arrived she was offended because we didn't want her suggested table. It's a shame that the overall impression is spoiled by this.

The visit to Angelo's via Napoli in the heart of Saarbrücken was a great experience! The restaurant impresses with its authentic Italian cuisine and a welcoming atmosphere. The pizza was outstanding, with a perfectly thin crust and fresh ingredients. The salad was also delicious, with fresh ingredients and perfectly seared meat. I also particularly liked the selection of dressings, of which you could choose between three different ones. The service was attentive and friendly, which made the evening particularly pleasant. The location of the restaurant is ideal for a nice evening in the city. Highly recommended for lovers of Italian cuisine!

The owner made us feel at home. He was accommodating with changing his menu a bit too to make it to our taste. Really nice experience!

I didn't know this wonderful place, I went today for the first time... SPECTACULAR. A real Italian restaurant, quality food, delicious. generous portions. The staff is very kind, polite, with a lot of patience. So much professionalism. The owner is also a wonderful person, I had the pleasure of speaking with him. I will soon be moving to France, but I will come back every time I want to eat something quality🇮🇹. Very welcoming, everything very clean including the bathrooms. Congratulations truly, I can't wait to return

Absolutely no recommendation!!! If you like Italian food, you've come to the wrong place. Staff unfriendly to no end. Food cooked without love and way too expensive. Was there for the second time today (the first time was more like that, but I'm not judging too quickly) and I really have to say that the rigatoni red and white from the parking deck 2 hours later had more "Amore" than the "pasta" there.

Delicious food, nice service. Although the restaurant was busy, the food was served very quickly. When the weather is good you can sit outside in the pedestrian zone. The only thing that bothers you is the occasional noise from the trams passing nearby.

Overall a good place to grab a quick pizza. The dishes are delivered quite quickly. The waiters are quite nice. This is probably all the advantages. The main disadvantage for me is the interior design. During dinner, I kept looking at the walls decorated with random photographs. For those for whom the aesthetics of a place is important, I recommend avoiding it. The food was too salty, both pasta and pizza (it was better than pasta).

The ambience was very nice. I had a pizza (I can't remember the name) that didn't contain any real tomato sauce. I left it halfway through and wanted to give it back because I could hardly get it down. The waiter was in a very bad mood and I got a new one. I paid both and the matter was settled for me. However, they looked over and you felt uncomfortable. I don't like going there anymore, and only if my family wants me to. It's not my case.

Went out to eat spontaneously with 4 people and got a table without any problems. You were served straight away and you didn't have to wait long. The food was very tasty, my colleague ordered Canelonni, unfortunately he found the portion very small and wasn't full. The price was also exorbitant. But the pizza and tortellini were good. My son had a Kinderschnitzel and was full.

I was there for dinner with my family a few days ago. I didn't like the first impression at all, a very arrogant gentleman welcomed us and led us to a table in a side room. We didn't actually think anything of it. Afterwards, however, other guests arrived and were shown to other tables that were much better located. Here there is a clear selection between customers and preference is given to European-looking people. The cellars are also really arrogant and rude. The pizza was tasty but the entire package was definitely a failure!!!

Today I also decided to eat at this restaurant as I knew the owner and had also worked in one of his restaurants. The owner himself greeted me with an arrogant manner that almost forced me to interrupt an important family conversation. that it is forbidden to talk on the telephone in the restaurant. I still can't believe he will definitely never see me again, what a shame...!!!

Ich komme gerne her. Pizza ist 1a und man bekommt die glorreiche Zeit des FC Neapel vor Augen geführt und mit der Pizza Maradona auf den Teller. Nur schade, dass wir den AC Milan unterstützen.

Ich war sehr zufrieden, preislich nicht die günstigste aber aufjedenfall wert nochmal hinzukommen. Essen und Getränke kamen schnell , Ambiente auch schön. Einziger Minuspunkt sind die Menge an Pasta, da etwas sehr wenig . Die Pizzen sind aber dagegen super geil

Eine wirklich schöne, gemütliche Pizzeria mitten in Saarbrücken. Schnell von einem Kino aus zu erreichen, ge ug Parkplätze in der Nähe und - am wichtigsten - mit super leckerem Essen! Ich hatte seit langem mal wieder eine Pizza Salami und war sehr zufrieden. Das nächste Mal bestell ich eine extra Portion Salami- die ist sehr gut. Die anderen liebten die Spaghetti ... Versuch ich ein anderes Mal!

Mein erster Besuch hier und ich kann nichts bemängeln: Wir haben direkt einen Platz bekommen, ohne dass wir reserviert hatten. Ich hatte bei der Calzone gefragt, ob man den Belag auch auf eine Pizza machen könnte. Mein Wunsch wurde direkt erfüllt und die Pizza war köstlich. Sie kam schnell, war sehr lecker und warm. Der Service ist auch sehr aufmerksam. Unser Platz war sauber. Die Pizza könnte für meinen Geschmack noch ein bisschen heißer sein. Das ist aber Kritik auf hohem Niveau. Ich komme bestimmt nochmal her :) Das Schnitzel mit Pommes von meinem Kollegen war auch sehr lecker.

Wurde sehr zuvorkommend, bedient ! Sonderwünsche wurden ebenfalls, berücksichtigt! Essen wie immer vom Geschmack her, einfach Super. Wie waren mal wieder total begeistert & können auf jeden Fall: Angelo's Via Napoli, nur wärmsten empfehlen ! ❤ Bis zum, nächsten mal !
