Highly recommended! The steaks are relatively cheap compared to other Mülheim restaurants without having to sacrifice quality. The fillet steak was really tender and a delight on the palate. The side dishes were also really tasty. Gladly again!

Food was very tasty. However, the service was a bit slow with drinks and generally a bit inattentive to new orders.

The food has deteriorated significantly over the last year; instead of tender meat, on our last visit there was a weakly seasoned piece that was no longer as tender. Gives a thread of flavor to the whole restaurant. The service was friendly.

Went to Sierra Nevada today with a larger birthday party. Excellent food, very friendly service, the appetizer platter was great!!!!! It certainly wasn't the last time there.

Surprisingly large, lots of places both inside and outside. We were a group of 15 people on a Sunday lunchtime. It took an hour for the free starter (baguette) to be served. That's too long. The meals were freshly prepared and delicious. Smaller deviations from the map were not a problem and were not charged extra. It was our first time there and we will definitely be back. Conclusion: delicious steaks... but make sure you have enough time.

It was our first time there, but definitely not the last time. The food was very tasty, the steaks were on point. The service was quite stressful that day, but still always nice and friendly and never gave us the feeling that we had to rush. Your skills would be welcome again.

We had dinner with 4 people on Sunday evening. The atmosphere is a very cozy restaurant with a beer garden. The menu is very extensive and the price/performance ratio is also very good. The dishes were all very tasty and appetizingly prepared. The staff was also very friendly but seemed a bit stressed to me. Without a reservation you can quickly be out of luck, as the restaurant is very busy. The only drawback is the parking situation. Still a very good address and fully recommended.

Had with 4 people, 1x the steak plate and 1x the grill plate. Everything was great, very tasty, price performance is still okay here.

Ended up here unexpectedly during a return trip.....our daughter had found this location and at short notice they were able to arrange a table for 8 people!! Great meal!! Fitted perfectly within our travel schedule!! And it was not a fast food quick bite but good tasty food in a relaxed fun atmosphere!!

Been there again on 7/8/23. We had a lovely sit in the beer garden. Even though it was very full, we (6 people) were served very friendly and quickly. The food and drinks came very quickly. The food is good average. Price performance is right for most dishes.

We ate here again after a long time. I have to say it has really gotten worse. Became unfriendly. Food was ok, but nothing special. But then when the food came, I thought it was an appetizer. So for these high prices such a mini mini small portion is a joke. Went with several people and they were all still hungry afterwards. A pity. But then it's better to eat somewhere else nearby.

Large selection of delicious steak and meat dishes. Everyone at our table enjoyed it very much. Friendly, quick service. It is strongly recommended to make a reservation on weekends and public holidays.

Our waitress (male) was quite unfriendly. At some point I was no longer served, after the first drink no one came by to take any more drinks.

When I went there with my husband at 9 p.m. we were treated with ridicule. I have never experienced such bad treatment, it was a boring day for the waiter until he decided to make fun of us. At least polite waiters and employees should be selected according to their respect for customers.

We were there in the afternoon on the holiday when the weather was nice. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The location in the beer garden could be chosen according to the desired intensity of the sun. The order was placed quickly, drinks, baguette and herb butter were delivered in a short time. The Texas grill plate with three decent medium-roasted pieces of meat, lots of broccoli, beans and croquettes was really good and the price was reasonable. There is a lot of variety on the map. Highly recommended.

We were very disappointed this time! ...unfortunately one has to say. We had reserved a table for a family Easter dinner...unfortunately we were not informed about a completely slimmed-down menu and were then given a table that could accommodate a maximum of 4 people. But we were 5 people. It was a check-in...the main thing was that a lot of people could fit in...large hall, packed, far too narrow and uncomfortable. It's a shame...never have a holiday meal there again...we've heard that from others too. Also very unfriendly...what a shame...

Celebrated an 80th birthday for the family today. Service was top. A problem was quickly solved with mutual agreement. The buffet was rich and attractively served. We had a good evening in large company.

We were there late this afternoon. The food was very tasty, we had starters, soups, fish and bread platters. Beer and tea also delicious. Unfortunately we had a bad waitress, arrogant, bad-tempered, pushy, impatient. She didn't describe or could describe the dishes, responded to questions with questions and even took all the menu cards with her, even though we wanted to keep one card for further orders, e.g. dessert... The ambience has no style, tables too small, placemats made of rubber, seats covered with a very strange sticky material, pictures on the walls are tacky, walls in dark orange and brown tones, lights dimmed, ceilings low, so overall an oppressive feeling.

Unfortunately we didn't have a nice evening. The service wasn't very good. Without being asked or called, the waiters didn't come to the table to ask for drinks. The food was really not worth the price, we had 3 steaks, the cooking level I had the feeling that it was just a coincidence, all 3 were supposed to be medium rare. one steak was well done, one was rare and the other was medium rare. The side dishes weren't really good or tasty either. All in all it was too expensive for this meal

There were 22 people there, including 9 kids. Totally unfriendly waiter. Poorly organized even though everything was discussed twice. Food is awesome, the rest is a disaster.

You should definitely reserve in advance. Great service, very attentive but not intrusive. Everything happened super quickly and was absolutely delicious. If you want meat on your plate, you've come to the right place. Portions were good and prices were reasonable. However, it was very loud and warm in the very spacious rooms.

Ich habe zu Weihnachten dieses Restaurant erlebt. Das Essen war vollzüglich, der Service gut und das Ambiente angemessen. Zu dieser Zeit war die Nachfrage auch für größere Gruppen erhöht und eine Vorbestellung mehr als nur ratsam. Ich kann dieses Restaurant nur weiterempfehlen.

Wir waren am 2. Weihnachtstag mit der ganzen Familie dort essen. Das Essen war sehr gut, das Personal war freundlich und aufmerksam. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Wir waren gestern zum 1. Mal in dem Lokal.. Das System ist sehr mangelhaft („bezahlkarten“, die man gleich zu Anfang erhält). Service war mit der Menge an Gästen maßlos überfordert, man wurde bei der Getränkeaufnahme zT vergessen oder hat bestellte Getränke gleich gar nicht erhalten. Das Essen war in Ordnung, aber sehr überteuert für die Menge, die am Teller war. Leider keine Empfehlung .. Schon gar nicht zu Feiertagen!

Das Essen ist sehr gut, die Bedienung ist sehr freundlich, das Ambiente ist sehr gut, das Lokal ist schön eingerichtet, die Sitzgelegenheiten sind sehr bequem.

Ein wirklich schönes Restaurant mit sehr freundlichem und aufmerksamen Personal. Wir waren gestern mit 7 Gästen dort und den unterschiedlichsten Gerichten. Meine Kunden / Gäste waren alle sehr zufrieden, es gab keine Beanstandung an den Speisen. Auch stimmt das Preis- Leistungs Verhältnis bei der angebotenen Qualität eindeutig. Jedoch gab es für uns ein kleines Manko was aber für die die Anzahl an Sternen relevant ist, dass es uns auf Grund der Größe der Räume im Steak Hauses zu kalt war. Hier besteht noch ein wenig Handlungsbedarf.

Wir kannten das Restaurant sehr lange, weil wir das Schild immer auf dem Heimweg vom RRZ gesehen haben und konnten uns nichts darunter vorstellen. Da wir für eine 25 Mitarbeiter grosse Firma eine Location für die Weihnachtsfeier suchten haben wir uns für das Sierra Nevada entschieden. Wir testen immer vorher ob es interessant ist und beim Probeessen waren wir Hin und Weg. Nettes Personal, Fleisch auf den Punkt gebraten und es hat einfach nur lecker geschmeckt, Wir hofften das es am Freitag den 1.12.23 auch so sein wird und haben vorab mit dem Restaurant, Chef, über Mail kommuniziert und es war einfach nur toll was alles gemacht wurde und wie auf die Wünsche, trotz hektischem Freitag in der Weihnachtszeit, eingegangen wurde. Jeder, wirklich Jeder Mitarbeiter war begeistert weil 25 Gerichte auf den Punkt perfekt waren, super aussahen und innerhalb von 5 Minuten auf dem Tisch waren. Das war ein wirklich gelungener Abend und einen großen Dank an das komplette Serviceteam, die Küche und an den Chef. Wir können es nur empfehlen und werden uns noch bei vielen weiteren Besuchen einen kompletten Blick von der Karte machen. Ps. die mediterranen Vorspeisen mit Antipasti, Bruschetta und gefüllte Peperoni waren ein Traum. 5 Sterne plus von uns.

Pyszne dania, duże porcje. Wszystko naprawdę bardzo dobre. Przed podaniem głównego dania podawane są przystawki w postaci chleba z masłem. Najlepiej zarezerwować stolik z wyprzedzeniem. Restauracja posiada parking ale jest on mały. Można zaparkować pobliskich ulicach.

Wir gehen sehr gerne regelmäßig dort essen, seitdem ein Familienmitglied dort Hochzeit gefeiert hat.....
