For us, the steakhouse at Ilvi is one of the best of the best. We come to Ilvi and his team on every special occasion. Outstanding food, great service, great ambience. All the friends and family members we have taken to Ilvi so far are just as excited as we are. The food is of absolutely outstanding quality and tastes great. The bread with salsa and herb butter as a greeting from the kitchen is always a treat. Soups as well as Vitello Tonnato and Carpaccio di Manzo are always very tasty. The salad dressing is very tasty. The fillet steak is buttery soft and delicious, the medallions are simply wonderful. The service is great, always friendly, very warm and unobtrusive. Ilvi himself is a great cook and a great host. When most of the service is over, Ilvi comes to the tables himself to check whether everything was satisfactory. He is simply warm and authentic. Ilvi is simply great! We can recommend the Steakhouse at Ilvi to everyone as an excellent restaurant. For us the best address in Herford and the surrounding area.

We visited Ilvi for the first time yesterday. It was first class. The food, greetings from the kitchen, salad and pepper steak with Mediterranean vegetables and fried potatoes. The service employees do their job with passion and fun, the boss came to the table and spoke to the guests. A perfect restaurant visit. Thank you for letting us experience this, we'll be back soon.

Probably the best Steak dinner ive had in my life. Great service and a very nice locale. Very comfortable chairs and great staff. The Chef came out and had a nice chat with us. We were 8 people that came without reservation, no problem, we were seated immidiately and treated very well.

For the second time in a short time we were able to spend an absolutely perfect evening here. The service is incredibly attentive and friendly, approachable and super accommodating at any time. Even when we were sitting outside a few weeks ago and it was very full inside, we never had to wait and always felt like we were being looked after! The steak is definitely the best around here. It's always perfectly grilled to order and simply delicious! The starters and desserts were all very tasty and prepared with attention to detail. The absolute highlight was the new dessert creation with pistachios based on Dubai chocolate... Incredibly delicious and a real eye-catcher :) The restaurant is also super child-friendly, has a small play area and leaves nothing to be desired for the little guests:) our daughter was also treated very appreciatively and lovingly by everyone, she felt very welcome! We would love to come back and recommend you wholeheartedly!

Our evening here started chaotically. Thanks to the fair, which we knew nothing about (we're not locals), it was an adventurous search for a parking space. When we finally arrived, unfortunately our reserved table was not available. After initial disappointment on our part and the promise of finding a solution in a short time, a table was brought out of storage and set up especially for us. Less than 10 minutes of waiting later, we sat at our table and looked at the menu. Despite the steakhouse, I ordered a salad with turkey strips, and for my companion there was a grill plate and a rump steak. All three of us were not only full, but also very enthusiastic. The quality of the food was very good, the meat was on point, the fruit and salad were fresh and the desserts were great overall. Everyone was very friendly and personable, the service was perfect. In addition to numerous apologies for the start of the evening, the boss of the house didn't let us go home without a special treat at his expense. Finally, I have to say that I have never had a better salad anywhere! And I think that in a steakhouse is terrific and significant. All dishes are prepared with dedication and attention to detail. We can only recommend everyone to visit the Steakhouse by Ilvy and will definitely come back ourselves. When we receive the mail from the Herford public order office in 2 to 3 weeks (unfortunately we didn't see the sign for residents), we will remember a perfect evening and remember to use a different parking space on our next visit. A good steak 🥩 is always worth a trip (Westphalian proverb). So we set off from Bielefeld and left happy, full and satisfied. The beef fillet was of the best quality and perfectly cooked to your liking. The side dishes and salad were perfect, the portions were manageable and the service was particularly friendly. We are not from the area and were there for dinner. Our expectation was not to eat a perfect steak. You have simply been disappointed too often. When we were served the food, we could hardly believe it. Our rump steaks were absolutely amazing! The meat was so tender, flavorful and cooked perfectly! Maybe you could even have eaten it without teeth! 😁 Everything was great, but the meat was particularly special. Nowadays, you no longer get an unsolicited greeting from the kitchen. Last but not least, the boss personally came to each table and asked whether it was tasty and had a chat. Just nice! We'll definitely come back if we're in the area again.

We came across this great restaurant thanks to its excellent rating on Google. Our expectations were above average, but we were by no means disappointed. A friendly waiter welcomed us and let us choose a table. From the aperitif to the starter to the main course and the dessert there are 5 stars. The fillet should actually get 6 stars. A visit is highly recommended. Our expectations were exceeded and the rating is absolutely justified.

This is the second time I've been there in a short period of time. The food is very good. The service just as good. If you want to eat a good steak, you should try it here. The ambience is also very nice.

We visited the steakhouse based on the reviews. You come in and are immediately greeted in a friendly manner. We got a nice table by the window. Great menu with a good selection - there is also a season ticket available. We had bruschetta, tomato soup and carpaccio as starters - 10/10! The women also had Déjà Vu as a drink - which was also very tasty and beautifully presented. There was also a greeting from the kitchen! As a main course we had the ribeye and 3x rump steak with various different side dishes. What can I say... all four were perfectly medium rare and by far the best steaks we've eaten so far. I travel around a lot and have eaten steak many times, but the steak was terrific! I can highly recommend Surf & Turf. Even the boss who prepares the food in the kitchen takes the trouble to go to every table and ask whether everything is to your satisfaction. We had a very nice chat with him. You just don't see anything like that in restaurants anymore! We felt very comfortable throughout the entire visit! The service was also A1 - friendly, good advice and very attentive. Unfortunately there was no room for dessert, but we'll definitely come back for that! :) At the end there was a bag on the house. We will definitely eat there again and from now on it is our favorite steakhouse in Herford!

We had dinner with you yesterday and had the following complaint: the medallion dish had fried potatoes and vegetables with meat and sauce in a pan. As a result, the fried potatoes were not crispy and soggy with the vegetables in the sauce. In the future, you should serve fried potatoes and vegetables in separate bowls.

Alles dort war sehr stimmig, Wohlfühlfaktor auf einer Scala von 1-10? Eindeutig eine 10+. Küche: man kann sogar hinein sehen, alles ordentlich und sauber. Super Chef+Koch. Personal: höflich, sehr freundlich aber nicht aufdringlich und sehr aufmerksam. Athmosphäre im Lokal: sehr schön. Ich war zu einer Weihnachtsfeier zu Gast im Steakhouse in Herford. Als Vorspeise gab es Bruschetta und einen leichten Salat. Für mich gab es ein Glas trockenen Primitivo-Wein. 😋 Als Hauptgang dann Ribeye-Steak 300 g mit Pilzen und Pommes. 😍 Zum Nachtisch gab es fruchtiges Tiramisu, auch mal was Neues. 🍰 Ich vergebe für den sehr guten Service und das hervorragende Essen 5 Sterne und bin sehr positiv überrascht. 👏 Ich habe sonst immer aus Gewohnheit eher einen schlechten Eindruck, was Steakhäuser angeht, aber dort war man wirklich willkommen und der Chef begrüßte die Gäste noch persönlich am Tisch. 🙌 Von Anfang bis Ende ein tolles Erlebnis und ganz bestimmt nicht das letzte Mal. 💯 Ich bedanke mich ganz herzlich und freue mich auf ein Wiedersehen. 😊

Das Essen schmeckt rund um Preisleistung stimmt alles zu meiner vollsten Zufriedenheit Baba für eine tolle wickelbehindertengerecht ist auch alles Personal sehr gastfreundlich. Der Koch ist der beste Steak Koch in ganz OWL.

Das Ambiete hat mir nicht so gefallen, wurde aber durch das großartige Essen wett gemacht. Der Service war richtig gut und am Ende hat der Koch sich sogar persönlich erkundigt, wie es geschmeckt hat.

Wir sind Heute das erste Mal dort zu Gast gewesen ..und was soll ich sagen. Von dem Empfang über den Service bis hin zum Küchenservice und den Speisen, es war einfach perfekt.Das Ambiente ist wunderschön die Bewirtung war perfekt und alle Wünsche und Änderungen des Menues waren kein Problem.Die Liebe zum Essen war im Gericht wiederzuerkennen,alles wurde wunderschön drapiert und war perfekt zubereitet. Die Steaks,die Medalions die Pute waren auf dem Punkt,das Grillgemüse perfekt knackig gegrillt und die Zwieleln ebenso wie die Champingions einfach unschlagbar. Wir wurden verwöhnt und für uns war der Abend einfach Perfekt.Weiter so Heute am 3.12.23 nochmal dagewesen und es war köstlich. Wie immer war alles einfach nur perfekt. Heute hatten wir Pfeffersteak (Rind 300 g)mit Bratkartoffen, Zwiebelsteak (Rind 300g) mit Bratkartoffeln und überbackenes Hähnchenfleisch(250g )mit Mediteranem Gemüse Extra Kartoffelspalten u Pommes. Das Fleisch war wieder auf dem Punkt.Alles Perfekt und der Salat ist einfach Bombe.

Wir kommen immer wieder gerne hier her. Die Qualität steht immer an erster Stelle. Zubereitung des Essens auch immer mit Liebe zum Detail. Was uns hier aber mit am besten gefällt und das sticht auch immer hervor ist, das sich Ilvi immer persönlich um seine Gäste bemüht und aus der Küche kommt und fragt ob alles in Ordnung sei. Man merkt auch das er das aus voller Überzeugung macht und es liebt mit den Gästen ein kleines Gespräch zu führen. Die Preise sind vollkommen in Ordnung für die Qualität und Größe der Portionen

Super Steaks…der ehem. Koch aus dem Panorama hat sich hier selbständig gemacht…und die nächste Generation steht in den Startlöchern und macht den Service. Super Qualität, tolles Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, klassisches Steakhaus und na klar vielleicht für den ein oder anderen etwas teurer, für das gebotene aber tip-top! Eine echte Bereicherung für Herford! Weiter so!

Wer Steaks 🥩 mag, ist hier richtig! Perfekt gegart. Leckere Beilagen und guter Wein. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und der Chef kommt selbst an den Tisch. Interessant auch die etwas anderen Nachspeisen!

Wo sollen wir anfangen? Es ist unser absolutes Lieblingsrestaurant im gesamten Umkreis. Beginnend mit dem super freundlichen und aufmerksamen Service und dem leckeren Brot mit Dip, welches es als Gruß der Küche gibt. Die Gerichte sind vielfältig und trotz dass es sich um ein Steakhouse handelt, können super überzeugende saisonale vegetarische und vegane Gerichte geboten werden. Ganz zu schweigen von dem Tiramisu, welches man definitiv noch nie so gegessen hat. Eine Kreation des Chefs und einfach unfassbar lecker. Alles in allem ein absolutes Erlebnis in einer schicken Location und nur zu empfehlen!
