Today at Elsbachhaus Herford – a lunch that was more than just lunch: a true taste experience 🌿✨ We served Indonesian dark chicken, tenderly cooked in sweet soy sauce, with Asian vegetables with fresh ginger and fragrant Super Sella rice. Finely balanced flavors, authentically prepared, and beautifully presented. A big thank you to Marc Höhner, who spontaneously gave us a tour of the bakery. Witnessing firsthand how the fresh bread is made was a highlight that perfectly rounded off our lunch. 🥖🔥 Our conclusion: An experience for all the senses – honest, aromatic, and cooked with a great deal of passion.

Very nice people, great service, beach holiday feeling

The food was delicious and highly recommended for a great price. Some of the food was forgotten, but it was brought straight away. The delivery people were also very friendly and everything was great.
