Always worth a visit. Great food.

I recommend this restaurant without reservation! The food comes to the plate fresh, hot and attractively presented. There is very tasty food with a good selection in a cozy atmosphere. Very good cuisine! An additional plus point is the friendly, very nice service! We would love to come back!

It's not just the food that's incredibly good. I have never seen such an attentive waiter. He just has to love his job and his guests. Thank you!

Great local, very nice service.

Four of us were there on a Saturday at 6:30 p.m. The drinks and food came quickly. Service is exemplary and quick. The steaks were cooked to perfection. Fries weren't ok for me. Unfortunately, the salad buffet was already quite empty, but I have to be fair and say that the steakhouse was full except for the last seat. Things like that just happen. Overall 5 stars because everything was right and the evening was good. I'll be back.

Review for the steakhouse at Piepersloh On Sunday, February 2nd, 2025, we had the pleasure of visiting the steakhouse at Piepersloh - and it was an absolute highlight! As soon as we entered the restaurant we were warmly welcomed and immediately felt at home. The service was extremely friendly and attentive, which made the evening even more enjoyable. Now to the most important part: the food. We chose the American Mix and the Argentina Platter – and what can I say? It was by far the best meal I've had in a long time. What was particularly impressive to me was that I normally have problems with meat consumption, but here I was finally able to enjoy it without hesitation. This speaks for the excellent quality and preparation of the food. I can really recommend this restaurant to everyone! Anyone who values ​​excellent food, great service and a cozy atmosphere will definitely get their money's worth here. A visit is definitely worth it!

Overall the food was okay. However, the Jägerschnitzel was extremely thin - the breading was more appealing than the meat itself. Maybe some guests prefer it that way, but to me it feels more like a "fake schnitzel" when it has hardly any substance. In terms of taste, the hunter's sauce was quite good with a solid 8/10, but the schnitzel itself unfortunately seemed a bit dry due to its lack of thickness. My friend had a cordon bleu, which I also tried. Here too an 8/10 - of course thicker than the schnitzel due to the filling, but still slightly dry. Nevertheless, I will give the restaurant a second chance and try more dishes. In terms of price, it's in the middle: we paid 48 euros for two main courses and two beers. My Jägerschnitzel with croquettes and salad was just under 20 euros. For this price you can get much thicker and juicier schnitzel elsewhere. Nevertheless, I give it 4 stars – the taste was okay and the atmosphere was very cozy.

Great steakhouse, with very service-oriented staff. It was very crowded but super organized. We didn't have to wait long for a table, drinks and food. The staff gave us good advice and the food was excellent! We would come back at any time.

The food was delicious, but there was one point of criticism - the service. We went there for dinner today (without a reservation). We were told we were welcome to come in and eat. At the table, after ordering the drinks (we had already received them), we were asked what we wanted to eat and it was mentioned for the first time that we should hurry up, as the table was reserved for 6 p.m. (we had about 4 p.m.: 40 p.m.). During the meal we were often given the feeling that we should hurry up and leave quickly. At 5:45 p.m. we were finally 'kicked out' (even though my wife had just had her second drink) with the words that the table had to be prepared now. If we had known from the start that we would have to eat for a while, we might not have gone in at all. It was all about cashing in quickly - what a shame!

As always, very good quality and great service. My absolute favorite: medium plus beef fillet. See you next time!!!

As always, it tasted good. This time my steak came about 10 minutes later than the others, but because of the good service I didn't even think about it. My side dish was brought to me again so that I could eat with it. Another drink and herb butter were given and at the end something sweet came from the kitchen. And all because my steak came a little late. I really liked that. The waiters really take good care of the customers! Thanks for that :)

So the goose breast plate cost almost €40. It was absolutely too expensive for what was on the plate. Baked apple is a measly slice, bread dumplings are so tiny you can hardly see them on the plate. All in all, tasty, but too expensive.

Die Bedienung ist sehr freundlich und umsichtig. Das Essen war ausgesprochen lecker, das Fleisch perfekt gegrillt. Einzig die Sour Cream auf der Backkartoffel macht ihrem Namen alle Ehre. Sie ist recht sauer (Quark?) und ein wenig ungewürzt. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

I had a fillet tip pan with rösti and salad for 23.90 euros. This was a goulash soup served in a pan, although a proper goulash soup contains more meat. In terms of taste, but that's subjective, I've eaten much better.

The food was good and plentiful. Larger groups can get their own room by arrangement. The service was courteous.

Completely overcrowded dining room, staff could hardly cope with the rush of guests. Waited 2 hours for the food and then it didn't even come completely. The waiter didn't ask if any more drinks were wanted. The food was a disappointment.

Very busy, glad we booked. Steak (450g) on hot plate, excellently cooked. Generally generous portion size. Salad bar. Good bernaise sauce. Service was prompt and friendly. Wine was fine.

Das Essen war sehr lecker. Wir waren erst um 20 Uhr da und um 22 Uhr wird geschlossen. Um 21.10 Uhr bekamen wir schon keinen Kaffee mehr, da die Maschine aus wäre. Auch auf unsere Frage, ob man für 6 Kaffee die Maschine wieder anstellen könnte, wurde es verneint. Wir hatten das Gefühl, das nur darauf gewartet wurde, daß wir bezahlen und gehen. Schade

I was there last time with our married couple and ordered #255 - Steak Salad. I've had this dish twice before. Both times before, the strips of grilled roast beef were borderline tempered. But this time the roast beef strips were definitely too cold. I let the entire dish go back and made it clear that I didn't want to eat anything else that evening. I only stayed at the table until our group was ready to leave. After paying, I expressed my negative experiences from the evening to the “most experienced” waiter. Instead of apologizing for the kitchen mishap, he blamed me for not giving them a second chance. I made it clear that I simply had no appetite afterward. I will no longer list his replies. However, I wonder to what extent they informed the kitchen and management about my complaint. Because I believe we all make mistakes at some point. The art is to learn from it. Which in my case I doubt.

We were here in the afternoon after a walk at the Fürwiggetaltalsperre on November 1st, 2024. The service was courteous and quick, but the later in the evening it got worse. At first the service came to the table more often and was very accommodating, but towards the evening we had to ask several times if we wanted something. The food was pretty good, we were all happy. The meat was great. There is also a children's menu. We were here with four adults and two children. With three starters, four main courses, two children's meals, drinks and three desserts etc. we came to around €260. There are certainly cheaper restaurants where you can get similarly good food, but that's probably complaining on a high level 😉

The restaurant was well attended and is even wheelchair accessible. Unfortunately, the menu is hardly suitable for vegetarians or vegans. Although it is a steakhouse, there should nevertheless be a larger selection of vegetarian or vegan dishes available these days. I've eaten there several times and find the food to be okay. Unfortunately, the taste doesn't appeal to me. Everything tastes the same somehow and I don't recommend it. The service is good. The staff are attentive and, in most cases, polite.

The meat/steaks were excellent.👌👌 Service was correct, the ambience was too depressing for me personally as it was full and everything was a bit cramped.

Unfortunately, unlike usual, we received two weak dishes: steak loin was tough and fried to pieces, cordon bleu was dry and of mediocre quality and both plates were filled much more sparingly than usual. Too bad!

Food was okay. But I've had a better crust for the price. Very nice attentive staff. Ambiance is okay too. We don't necessarily have to come back again now.

We were there for dinner on Sunday evening. Had a table reserved for 6 people. We waited an hour for the food. Okay, it was full, so it might take a while. Taste wise it was ok. When we wanted to pay, we had to wait for 30 minutes, even though we said several times that we wanted the bill. And there wasn't much activity at that time! When the waiter finally came with the bill, we pointed out the long wait. Instead of apologizing for it, he spammed us in a very unfriendly manner. "It could be that his colleague forgot to let him know." But four of us can do that! Forgot colleagues at the same time? We left almost €200 with 6 people. We can leave our money somewhere else.

Food was better, long waiting time about 1 hour. To pay 1/2 hour even though we told 4 waiters.

The food was ok, the quality of the meat was mediocre. Each side dish costs extra, and the steak is served on a hot stone. The service staff was attentive and friendly. There is ample parking space in front of the restaurant and the kitchen is open 24 hours a day.

Delicious food, friendly and child-friendly service in a timelessly pleasant atmosphere. We had the Argentinian steak pan and a fillet steak with fries, spinach, and salad. The kids had fries and nuggets, as well as a beef steak with fries. The steaks were done as desired. My fillet steak was cooked on a cast iron skillet (which was hot) served. This meant you could change the degree of doneness if necessary. Both taste and presentation were good. Prices are fair. Salad buffet is a bit old school for me, but was definitely fresh. This was our second visit to that restaurant (the last one was several years ago) Both times it was very satisfactory.

Exit 15 (coming from Frankfurt), then turn right and go straight through the roundabout - bang, there is the meat temple I trust on the right side. As a traveler (Lüdenscheid once had a motorway bridge) I find great steaks here at a top price-performance ratio. The service is very friendly and accommodating. Well fortified, you can then drive through Lüdenscheid's city center.

Leuk restaurant, 1 min van de snelweg. Aardig personeel, buiten en binnen is het leuk. Schnitzels en steaks met lekkere groenten, patat en saladebar. Ook 4 kindergerechten. Zeker een aanrader!!

The boss is always there and available to answer any questions. You can't say anything bad about the food, on the contrary, and if something doesn't fit, a solution is found immediately. Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Auf der Durchreise von Stuttgart nach Dortmund war es ein Zufallstreffer!! Meine Leber war perfekt, dazu sehr krosse und leckere Zwiebelringe und Bratkartoffeln. Perfekt gewürzt, alles sehr heiß! Der Mixteller meines Mannes war ebenso schmackhaft. Der Punktabzug kommt dadurch zu Stande, dass wir leider 1 Stunde aufs Essen gewartet haben, konnten allerdings den ersten Hunger mit dem Salatteller stillen.

Price-performance goes like this. I had a steak plate for €28.50 with 3 tiny pieces of steak. It was well fried and tasty. The service was nice and friendly, but unfortunately too much went wrong, we had to call for service several times, you had the feeling that people were overwhelmed. It was pretty chaotic. You can go here, but you don't have to.

I've eaten here many times. Everything delicious. The service is super accommodating and friendly and the portions are completely sufficient. A funeral dinner has also taken place here. Everything in a beautiful setting and great service. Here you can feel comfortable. As a couple, with friends, with family and anniversaries etc. Thank you Renic family

Seit Jahren mal wieder dort gegessen. Geschmacklich sehr sehr lecker, Portionen reichlich. So eigentlich nichts auszusetzen - wenn nicht die unverschämten Preise wären. Im Durchschnitt ca 5 - 7 Euro teurer als vergleichbare Gerichte in anderen Lokalen, das ist kaum zu überbieten! Es gab auch keine mittags bzw. Tageskarte ( Mittwoch) wie im Internet angepriesen. Wir sind mal gespannt, wie lange dieses ansich gute und bekannte Restaurant mit solchen Wucherpreisen noch existieren kann. Sehr schade- Leute überlegt mal da etwas zu ändern!

I didn't want to go. But the situation had it that way. Years ago I found the food to be mediocre. Unfortunately nothing has changed there. The steak wasn't really medium rare. And the prices are pretty crazy. You completely lost touch with reality. At least it would have been good in the end. Serving a steak on a hot stone and then not having the rest delivered to the table straight away is not good for medium rare. The timing was extremely bad and the steak was almost done. Things were significantly better with Hubertus. Sorry I can't give you a better review. Actually, it should be worded much more sharply. Calling itself a steakhouse but not living up to it except for the price, it doesn't deserve five stars.

I found the steakhouse very pleasant and felt at home straight away and the food, the 300 gram rump steak, was as good as it was delicious 😋 and the service, the young blonde lady was very nice and even came to the table and asked if everything was good and it tasted very tasty good restaurant thumbs up

Disappointing experience, I planned the nationally advertised e-bike charging station into my tour but the charging station was not connected. Please don't advertise things you can't do. Generally only intended for guests, staying without a guest is rather unpleasant.
