Very nice place, nice service, good service, good food, good salad buffet, always something different

Delicious food, friendly and child-friendly service in a timelessly pleasant atmosphere. We had the Argentinian steak pan and a fillet steak with fries, spinach, and salad. The kids had fries and nuggets, as well as a beef steak with fries. The steaks were done as desired. My fillet steak was cooked on a cast iron skillet (which was hot) served. This meant you could change the degree of doneness if necessary. Both taste and presentation were good. Prices are fair. Salad buffet is a bit old school for me, but was definitely fresh. This was our second visit to that restaurant (the last one was several years ago) Both times it was very satisfactory.

Exit 15 (coming from Frankfurt), then turn right and go straight through the roundabout - bang, there is the meat temple I trust on the right side. As a traveler (Lüdenscheid once had a motorway bridge) I find great steaks here at a top price-performance ratio. The service is very friendly and accommodating. Well fortified, you can then drive through Lüdenscheid's city center.

Nice and competent employees who respond to every request without any ifs and buts. We have felt comfortable here for years and always feel welcome. The boss is always there and available to answer any questions. You can't say anything bad about the food, on the contrary, and if something doesn't fit, a solution is found immediately. We have been coming for years and will continue to do so. Keep it up

Leuk restaurant, 1 min van de snelweg. Aardig personeel, buiten en binnen is het leuk. Schnitzels en steaks met lekkere groenten, patat en saladebar. Ook 4 kindergerechten. Zeker een aanrader!!

We ordered a plate with different meat but it wasn't for that money, but the disaster was with salad, we went in and we found two or three salad bowls almost empty, it's a shame you can find better quality in a snack bar.

Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Auf der Durchreise von Stuttgart nach Dortmund war es ein Zufallstreffer!! Meine Leber war perfekt, dazu sehr krosse und leckere Zwiebelringe und Bratkartoffeln. Perfekt gewürzt, alles sehr heiß! Der Mixteller meines Mannes war ebenso schmackhaft. Der Punktabzug kommt dadurch zu Stande, dass wir leider 1 Stunde aufs Essen gewartet haben, konnten allerdings den ersten Hunger mit dem Salatteller stillen.

Price-performance goes like this. I had a steak plate for €28.50 with 3 tiny pieces of steak. It was well fried and tasty. The service was nice and friendly, but unfortunately too much went wrong, we had to call for service several times, you had the feeling that people were overwhelmed. It was pretty chaotic. You can go here, but you don't have to.

I've eaten here many times. Everything delicious. The service is super accommodating and friendly and the portions are completely sufficient. A funeral dinner has also taken place here. Everything in a beautiful setting and great service. Here you can feel comfortable. As a couple, with friends, with family and anniversaries etc. Thank you Renic family

Seit Jahren mal wieder dort gegessen. Geschmacklich sehr sehr lecker, Portionen reichlich. So eigentlich nichts auszusetzen - wenn nicht die unverschämten Preise wären. Im Durchschnitt ca 5 - 7 Euro teurer als vergleichbare Gerichte in anderen Lokalen, das ist kaum zu überbieten! Es gab auch keine mittags bzw. Tageskarte ( Mittwoch) wie im Internet angepriesen. Wir sind mal gespannt, wie lange dieses ansich gute und bekannte Restaurant mit solchen Wucherpreisen noch existieren kann. Sehr schade- Leute überlegt mal da etwas zu ändern!

I didn't want to go. But the situation had it that way. Years ago I found the food to be mediocre. Unfortunately nothing has changed there. The steak wasn't really medium rare. And the prices are pretty crazy. You completely lost touch with reality. At least it would have been good in the end. Serving a steak on a hot stone and then not having the rest delivered to the table straight away is not good for medium rare. The timing was extremely bad and the steak was almost done. Things were significantly better with Hubertus. Sorry I can't give you a better review. Actually, it should be worded much more sharply. Calling itself a steakhouse but not living up to it except for the price, it doesn't deserve five stars.

Tasty, but not exactly cheap. I also found it not really hygienic that the food was served on a wooden board. Since it also had a crack, the whole table was greasy...

We had a steak, salad from the buffet, asparagus and schnitzel. Everything was very good. The meat was very tender. The service was always there. You can park directly opposite, a big plus.

A very special steakhouse where you can definitely eat very well, it was awesome. The steak, vegetables, fries and liver are so delicious. The staff is sooooo nice. Please book a table, it's really busy 🥰

During our visit the staff was extremely polite and friendly. Special requests were responded to very kindly. The food was very tasty and reasonably good in terms of quantity. Not too much, not too little. I can highly recommend Steakhaus Piepersloh.

I found the steakhouse very pleasant and felt at home straight away and the food, the 300 gram rump steak, was as good as it was delicious 😋 and the service, the young blonde lady was very nice and even came to the table and asked if everything was good and it tasted very tasty good restaurant thumbs up

Disappointing experience, I planned the nationally advertised e-bike charging station into my tour but the charging station was not connected. Please don't advertise things you can't do. Generally only intended for guests, staying without a guest is rather unpleasant.

The food was super good as was the service. One small point of criticism: the drinks were overpriced. Drink prices are falling in every supermarket, only in restaurants they are becoming more and more expensive.

I went to the Steak Haus am Piepersloh for the first time today. The ambience is very appealing. The staff friendly. The sirloin steak was unfortunately very tough and unfortunately fried very quickly due to the hot cast iron plate. The two side dishes were delivered in bowls but there was no space on the cast plate to eat the side dishes with the steak. I ate these out of the bowls which took some getting used to. The price of the food, like everywhere else, has been a little higher lately.

Very nice atmosphere with great cuisine. The personnel is very friendly and courteous. We enjoyed it very much, the menu offers a good selection. We had a great time as a family. We will be happy to come back. There are enough parking spaces in front of the restaurant. I would recommend everyone to make a reservation in advance, especially for the weekend.

On March 10, 2024 at noon we found an inviting, pleasant atmosphere again. Friendly service and advice and tasty, good food round off the impression you get. The price-performance ratio is still ok. We'll be going there again shortly! Highly recommended steakhouse.

Remarkably friendly and seemingly cheerful service. And they can fry steak excellently.

In Lüdenscheid on the alternative route to avoid the motorway closure, you will find this Argentinian steakhouse. Parking spaces available in front. Typical wooden furnishings. Salad bar too simply equipped. Fast service with little advice. Red house wine has a good taste. The ribeye on a hot stone was excellent and would have earned 5 stars on its own.

A Saturday evening with a bland aftertaste. Food was very good and served quickly, meat was cooked perfectly as expected. Service very accommodating and polite. Unfortunately, despite having a reservation, we were turned away - just like the table in front of us where we were supposed to sit. So the gentlemen obviously had to leave to make room for us. After 1.5 hours we were asked if we wanted something more to drink. This was denied on our part, and the bill was brought to us immediately later - without being asked. We've never experienced anything like this before. It was not communicated that we only had one time slot available. We could have picked up the Slivovitz at the bar, whereas another table was served it. That doesn't work. Especially if you spend almost €50 per person. leaves. It seems as if the steakhouse at Piepersloh is now relying on mass processing (it wasn't the first time there) - at least for guests who don't know the house personally or are regular guests. It's a shame, the 45 minute drive wasn't worth it.

The salad buffet was very empty, not refilled. Schnitzel wasn't very tender, but OK. Pepper skewer, super tender meat, but jus was gravy. Veal schnitzel well fried. Salmon not very tasty this time. Tasted better last time. Waiter great, couldn't be better. The price is just acceptable.

What I like is that there are no unmannerly portions. My husband and I were full. Very tasty food.

Spilled hot coffee on my wife's pants and on the table in front of her, WITH NO reaction from the waiter (let alone an apology...). Pastries and sandwiches that were ordered for a certain number of people were cleared away but not given away (actually this is usual when you pay for them). After the funeral feast, the remaining 4-5 guests (including the daughter of the deceased) were harshly and unkindly asked by the waiter to release the tables reserved for them so that he could set them up again. Service looks different. Especially since you certainly don't pay a little for such a "celebration" with around 50 people...

The food was very good. The plates are not packed so full. Taste counts here.

We were influenced by the many great reviews about the steakhouse and tried the restaurant with 4 people. The atmosphere is quite cozy and inviting. The service is averagely good. The service is friendly, but unfortunately the arrangements between service and the counter or kitchen don't work so smoothly. The food is served quite quickly, unfortunately a piece of the "loving" part of the meal is missing. We had a large gourmet platter of Piepersloh which was served without much decoration. No sauce or anything similar was offered with the entire platter, which cost just under 70 euros; we had to order it separately for 5.50 euros. The beef fillet pieces offered on the platter were of poor quality and tough as shoe soles. Two plates of Jägerschnitzel were served with so few fries that we each had to order fries. The drinks were ok, but I find 5.50 euros for a wheat beer, which according to the menu was supposed to be on tap and then served from a bottle, to be outrageous. After paying 160 euros for the meal for 4 people and 6 drinks, we unfortunately have to say that the price-performance ratio is so bad that we won't be coming back and, in contrast to all of these "excellent" reviews given, we won't recommend the steakhouse any further can recommend. Tastes are obviously different, but these recommendations are a bit strange.

Large parking lot in front of the house. The house is a little higher priced, but the food is high quality and super tasty😋. There is a salad buffet and very tasty dressing. We didn't have to wait long for our food even though it was very busy. The place is pretty big. There are seats at ground level, but also rooms with a step in front. Overall, highly recommended.

Trotz Vorwarnung von anderen Familienmitgliedern, dass das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis in diesem Lokal nicht stimme, wollten wir uns selbst ein Bild machen. Und wurden (trotz der Vorwarnung) extrem enttäuscht. Das Essen hat leider nicht einmal Imbiss-Qualität - dort haben wir schon oft besser gegessen! Von völlig überhöhten Preisen gar nicht zu sprechen. Werden auf jeden Fall nicht wieder dort essen gehen!

Wir sind Spontan hier eingekehrt und es war keine Problem einen Tisch zu bekommen.Trotz vollem Haus.Es war gut und ausreichend. Service aufmerksam und immer freundlich. Sehr gerne wieder.

Früher hat es uns überhaupt nicht gefallen. Waren jetzt auch viele Jahre nicht mehr hier. Gezwungenermaßen mussten wir vor Weihnachten wg. einer Weihnachtsfeier hier hin. Zugegebenermaßen hat man wohl sehr an sich gearbeitet und auch an den Rezepten der Zubereitung etwas geschraubt... Wir waren heute recht gut zufrieden. Alles war optisch ok angerichtet und geschmacklich war es obendrein noch gut. Ich denke, dass wir das Steakhaus nun nicht mehr kategorisch von unseren Restaurantbesuchen ausschließen werden. Weiter so, liebes Steakhaus-Team.

Wieder einmal ein sehr gelungenes Abendessen. Meine Frau hatte Geburtstag und es wurde dann nach dem Essen ein Brownie serviert mit Wunderkerze und einem Ständchen vom Kellner. Alles in allem wieder sehr sehr lecker gewesen.

Es war perfekt! Das Essen war hervorragend! Wir waren gestern SILVESTER das erste mal dort, wurden freundlich empfangen und direkt zum Tisch gebracht. Es war Rappel voll, was anscheinend für das Restaurant spricht! Wir hatten butterweiches Steak, knackige Pommes und Gemüse es war einfach nur super lecker. Am Nachbarstisch habe ich mitbekommen das hier über die Wartezeit beschwert wurde, das kann ich absolut nicht nachvollziehen, es ist Silvester natürlich wartet man, hier und überall auch. Wenn man nicht damit rechnet ist man an einem Feiertag zur Primetime hier falsch tutmirleid. Preislich völlig in Ordnung für die Qualität ,kenne ich in Köln anders.

Wir waren Sylvester dort mit der Familie essen. Die Preise sind über 5,-Euro teurer wie auf der Webseite. Das finde ich unverschämt. Das hat auch nichts mit dem Tag zutun. Wo anders gibt es das nicht. Die ganze Familie hat sich aufgeregt. Alle finden das ist Abzocke. Wir fahre da nicht mehr hin. Andere Gäste hat das auch gestört. Da hat das Steakhouse mehrere Gäste verloren. Für immer. Und erzählen werden wir das auch allen die wir kennen. Können wir nicht weiter empfehlen. Und das was wir gegessen haben war nicht besonders.

Da fällt man vom Glauben ab. Das Schnitzel ist 5 Euro teurer wie im Internet auf der Speisekarte. Andere Speisen das gleiche Spiel. Sprich man das hier an bekommt man zur Antwort: Wir wollen uns nicht streiten, sie sind doch zum Essen hier. Die Speisekarte ist auf der Internetseite schon seit 4-5 Jahren nicht geändert worden. Da fällt mir nichts mehr zu ein. Aus Protest habe ich hier nichts gegessen. Ich kann diesen Laden nicht weiterempfehlen. Ich muss dazu sagen, das ich seit 12 Jahren hier nicht mehr Essen war. Aus gutem Grund. Dass heute war letztmalig. Hier sieht man mich und meine Familie nie wieder.

Alles in allem top, gerne wieder

Heute besuchten wir das Restaurant. Wir wurden wie schon öfters freundlich begrüßt und bekamen den gewünschten Tisch. Das Personal geht vollkommen auf die Wünsche der Gäste ein. Die Speisekarte ist sehr umfangreich ( einfach lecker )einschliesslich Salatbuffet. Es bleibt kein Wunsch offen. Ambiente sehr geschmackvoll aufeinander abgestimmt, frische Blumen und Kerzen auf den Tischen uvm. Hier fühlt sich der Gast wohl. Das Küchenteam lässt das Essen immer wieder zum Genuss werden,Danke ! Dieser Ort ist eine geheim das ist ein haus wie es früher mahl war geht mahl hin da bekommt noch essen,wie früher

Portionen zu klein (für den Preis). Die Beilagen sind meiner Meinung nach etwas zu klein dimensioniert, wenig Auswahl am Salatbuffet aber gute Qualität und schmeckt auch gut.

Die Preise sind echt der Hammer ,trotz Energiepreis , Pandemie und Inflation viel zu hoch!!!¡!!!!!!! Und zum Schluss Portionen viel zu klein ,das war's No.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :( Ambiente echt in die Jahre gekommen.

Neben dem wirklich guten Essen ist der Service sehr gut. Das Personal ist überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Waren zum 2.mal zum Abendessen dort. Beim 1.Besuch war mein 450gr. Steak auf einer sehr heißen Merallpfanne perfekt angegrillt und ich konnte den Garpunkt selber wählen. Aber diesmal war die Merallpfanne nur handwarm genauso wie das Fleisch. Das Lokal war sehr gut besucht und dort liegt wohl das Problem. Bei diesen Preisen sollte die Küche trotzallem eine gute Leistung abliefern.

Immer gleich gut bleibende Qualität, schönes Ambiente und sehr guter Service. Wir sind immer gerne hier.

Modern, hell und freundlich eingerichtetes Restaurant mit top Bedienung. Die Steaks sind auf den Punkt gegart und butterweich. Beilagen können nach belieben ausgesucht werden, Salat gibt es am Salatbuffet. Portionen sind genau richtig von der Größe und das Preis Leistungsverhältnis absolut stimmig. Man sollte aber unbedingt einen Tisch reservieren.
