I was in this restaurant for the first time today. The food was top! (Thumbs up to the chef!!). That's it, but also with the positive. When we arrived we were greeted nicely by a young gentleman. We ordered a small cola, a light one, a kind of casserole, pasta and sweet potato fries. I was brought a large Coke. Totally fine, because I was actually more thirsty anyway. Then it was a bit too cold for us and we asked if it was okay to sit down. There was a friendly “Of course you’re welcome. So far so good.” As we were sitting down, a slightly older gentleman (Keller) murmured “No, you’re not allowed to sit in” twice. I ignored that, but my desire to eat there was gone. When the food came, my anger was calmed down because the food was great! Only the sweet potatoes were forgotten. Because of the saying when I sat down, I didn't really dare to point out to the waiter that something was missing (we were also partly to blame). We thought maybe he hadn't entered it into the system and it wasn't passed on to the kitchen. Since we just wanted to eat and then get out quickly, we ordered the bill. Lo and behold, the sweet potatoes were on it. This time we got married and said something. The gentleman then went to the kitchen and made a fuss. Of course we didn't want the fries because we wanted to leave slowly. Then he told us harshly that we should simply deduct the €4. Were we okay with that. Our “with card please” was met with “we won’t do that”. I said it says card payment possible on the window and since we have the card reader company's minimum amount, he would have to accept that. I repeated that again and I was ignored twice. We then paid in cash because we just wanted to get out of this restaurant. I would like to file a complaint with the card reader company, but I think the owner (if it's someone other than Keller) doesn't deserve it. It's a real shame that customers were treated so badly in a restaurant with such good food. The majority of the reviews looked relatively good. But there was repeated talk of a rude cellar. We came here for breakfast with a large group and absolutely loved it! The service was exceptionally attentive and warm - we immediately felt at home. The food was not only delicious, but also plentiful, so that everyone was full. The selection was varied, fresh and lovingly prepared. The price-performance ratio is also absolutely right. We will definitely come back and can fully recommend this location!

The menu is a wild hodgepodge of all the right things and is simply too big. The promised steaks from all over the world weren't available either. I had hoped for more of it.

The place closes at 10 p.m., the staff starts cleaning up 15 minutes before, and they're not particularly friendly. The place is old-fashioned and lacks atmosphere, but it's in keeping with the stuffiness of Spandau. The Wiener Schnitzel has been prepared much better elsewhere, especially with a "golden" coating. So, it's dispensable!

The food was delicious and the prices were definitely appropriate for the quality of the food. Unfortunately, this was overshadowed by the interaction with the waitress. It is clear that Michelin service is not to be expected here and is not expected. However, a little refresher course on etiquette would be appropriate. Either you clear a glass or you leave it standing, but grabbing the rim with your whole hand and then leaving it there for one sip is not possible. The man was supposed to place orders and it didn't seem right that he referred to me. When asked about paying by card, the answer was initially "not now", but then it was apparently possible. The looks (to my partner) also became very strict when I paid for both of us and the receipt was thrown onto the table in a careless and even angry manner. However, I can't say whether it was because the woman paid for the man or because the tip was low according to the service. It's a shame, unfortunately you don't want to go back like that.

The most unfriendly interaction ever! We entered the restaurant at 5 p.m. after the gym because we wanted "coffee and cake." We couldn't take another step when the waiter looked at us, asked what we wanted, and without hearing our answer, started kicking us. (We speak German directly, so if anyone asks us, regarding previous comments, it seems that being immigrants in this shde restaurant is a problem.) Then I asked him if he wanted to sit us down, and he told me that he actually didn't. (At that point, there were two tables occupied in the restaurant.) Very rude, very unprofessional, and above all disrespectful when he saw our clothes (we were coming from the gym). Honestly, this isn't a fancy enough place to have etiquette rules.

Food (portion size): Side dishes (as with all steakhouses) could have been more. Croquettes / fries don't cost much to buy and would be more filling overall if they were larger. Price-performance ratio: Good. Because you eat steak, the location is central and everything fits. Miscellaneous: I fluctuate between 3 and 4 stars. On the one hand, there was actually nothing to complain about, but on the other hand, there were no highlights either. But since I round up, 4 stars.

It's probably the best restaurant in Altstadt Spandau. I especially like their local beer and their schnitzel. Staff there are extremely polite and friendly. They have some special menus for children. They present good portions of food, and they also prepare it quickly

We had breakfast here. The restaurant was busy, it was around 10:00 a.m. and a weekday. The selection is very large, really great. We enjoyed it very much. But what I would particularly like to note is the very nice service! The waitress took time for us and was very friendly. Thank you very much for that and keep it up!

I left the restaurant feeling really full and happy. Draft beer wonderfully cold and with plenty of carbonation. White and red wine very available. Special requests for court changes were implemented without any problems.

We have been here several times for breakfast. The price-performance ratio is wonderful. Here you get generous and large portions. The breakfast menu is varied. Ordered beef fillet well done. Well done does not mean “dry as a bone” and tough. Anyone who destroys a fillet like that shouldn't call themselves a steakhouse. No compensation, just said I shouldn't order it that way... then unfortunately you have no idea about roasting steak. The concept of the shop wasn't clear to me, it looked like an Italian restaurant, the toilets had an Asian touch with pub sayings on the door. Very confusing, but still comfortable.

Wie sind sehr enttäuscht und es war auch das letzte mal. Zu Beginn haben wir 3 x 5 Knoblauchbaguettes bestellt. Nachdem wir schon die ersten gegessen hatten, stellten wir fest, dass unten drunter Schimmel war und ließen diese zurück gehen. Alles was es gab, war eine Entschuldigung vom Kellner und Besitzer!!! Das bestellte Steak, welches gut durch sein sollte und mit Pommes bestellt wurde, war medium und statt der Pommes, kam eine Ofenkartoffel 🙄 Der Ketchup war irgendwie komisch, so geeleartig, also haben wir die Finger von weg gelassen. Zusätzlich war die Herrentoilette gesperrt, so dass man auf die Damentoilette gehen musst. Da fragt man sich doch, wie sich so ein Restaurant halten

We are very disappointed and it was the last time. To start we ordered 3 x 5 garlic baguettes. After we had already eaten the first ones, we realized that there was mold underneath and had them returned. All there was was an apology from the waiter and owner!!! The steak we ordered, which was supposed to be well done and was ordered with fries, was medium and instead of fries, a baked potato came 🙄 The ketchup was kind of weird, jelly-like, so we stayed away. In addition, the men's toilet was closed, so you had to go to the women's toilet. It makes you wonder how a restaurant like this keeps up.

My husband and I were here 2 days in a row, yesterday a beer and today schnitzel with chanterelles and fried potatoes. Eating and drinking was fine so far... Unfortunately, the cellar was very taciturn (there was no good day or goodbye) and also very disinterested (they didn't ask us if we were satisfied) after we got our food, we had to say We mentioned that our plate was broken and the waiter didn't care... After we were done eating, we had to wait a good 40 minutes in the cellar... until we could finally express our desire to pay .... Conclusion: eat well... Keller doesn't feel like working... Therefore I can't recommend the restaurant...

The steak was of very poor quality. Staff totally unfriendly when asked about it. Even one star is still too many. So not recommended at all. It's better to go 100 meters further and get something from Burger King.

It feels like everything is on the menu here, from German, Italian to Indian. The restaurant has no identity for me because it seems like a mixed bag. The quality of the food is average. Edible, but not wow. The service is tried hard. Because of the location it is usually full here, but definitely not because of the quality. Reasonably priced.

The two of us were looking forward to a lovely evening in the restaurant. But unfortunately we were bitterly disappointed. The waiter was unfriendly and sometimes impossible. The meal went like this, but was interrupted by a bad smelly smell of chlorine... because they really had to clean the floor behind the counter. It smelled, it was loud and the waiter was very unfriendly. We didn't stay long.

Poor service, very impolite, unattentive and arrogant staff. The waiter came to our table not knowing what dishes he was carrying and was pushing for a tip at the end. The food was completely unsalted and the ingredients and cooking were of sub-average quality. The salad was of questionable origin. They also forgot to make one of the dishes. The tables are dirty and the chairs could be more comfortable. Overall a very uncomfortable meal, and certainly not worth the price. The only good thing would be the convenient location, it is located near the station.

UNFRIENDLY STAFF AND CARDBOARD SCHNITZEL. The food is a lot better in Burger King or McDonalds, although it wasn’t completely inedible, it had no real taste, a bit like cardboard. We were 5 and ordered different kind of schnitzel and “geschnetzeltes”, the schnitzel were the worst out of the two in taste but the latter gave us a stomachache and we almost never get stomachaches. THE WORST PART WAS THE STAFF, extremely unfriendly, they might be tired and underpaid but it does result in a very unwelcoming and unpleasant experience overall, they even asked us to give a tip very aggressively . Dont go here, there’s a lot of other wayy better restaurants around the area and very close.

I've actually eaten here often in the past and the service was always good, but after hearing friends say that it's no longer as good as it used to be, I wanted to see for myself today. The service was unsympathetic and unfriendly, that only applies to one in two. After a drink was no longer available, the entire list of drinks seemed to be listed as if people were in a hurry. With a little activity on the terrace, I find this unpleasant and unfriendly. Fried potatoes were okay, schnitzel tasteless, dry and poorly breaded. Hunger drove it in. Salad was catastrophic, no dressing, just greens in the bowl. Arranging it a bit pretty doesn't help if it tastes like a sandbox. The burger looked great visually but here the meat looked dry and confirmed that there was no taste either. The waiter who didn't even serve us was the only one who asked if everything was okay, but since the child had already fallen into the well, our actual waiter only showed up to collect the money and was otherwise uninterested, you didn't feel welcome and I wanted to leave the atmosphere as quickly as I came in. 1st star goes to the waiter who at least showed a little interest 2nd star for the portion size All in all a very disappointing experience, you were always good otherwise, maybe you'll go back there in a few years, unfortunately these days you can't choose the staff in the restaurant and in this case you just seem to take what you get.

0028/2024, the occasion was an 80th birthday, table reservations in the outdoor area were not made. The staff appeared disinterested to the point of being rude, then hectically put tables together and paid for decorations carelessly applied. Not a good picture for the host. Two dishes had to be returned for repairs (cold schnitzel, raw steak with crust). March 24th, 2024, the occasion of two 70th birthdays, the reserved table was not, as with this reservation on site, decorated with the staff described above. In both cases there was no apology. They didn't neglect to charge for these sloppy decorations. Conclusion: The reader draws conclusions from this. Thinned out, but still, there are restaurants where landlords and tenants act as hosts to paying guests.

We ate at the steakeria during a stay in Berlin. It is a small, rustic but cozy restaurant. The selection of food was enormous. We decided on a lava stone skirt steak and absolutely loved the product. The meat tasted fantastic and was spot on. The hollandaise sauce we ordered with it was also a dream. We would be happy to come back on our next visit.

You can sit well inside and outside. Friendly staff. The breakfast selection is good and large. Quality and prices are right. Recommended! I can only repeat myself: great breakfast and inexpensive. Friendly and attentive staff. Nice boss!

We were there today for the first and definitely the last time. There was the grill platter and cheese spaetzle. The meat was on point, but that was about it. No taste, no spice, it was just bland. For the cheese spaetzle, spaetzle and camembert were simply mixed together and that was it. Because there was still the edge of the Camembert in the spaetzle, absolutely not recommended. The special was a Mezzo Mix and even that tasted more like some own brand. The service was rude, she suddenly left while ordering and didn't want to hear any requests for changes! All in all, absolutely nothing where you would want to spend money. Full yes, definitely not happy!

The conditions are arrogant and make you wait a long time. The omelet was okay, schnitzel very dry, bratwursts okay and the meatballs didn't work at all. The consistency is strange, way too light, the taste musty and I didn't have the impression that it was minced meat. The draft beer is very watery.

We ate on the terrace so I can't say anything about the inside of the restaurant. The waiter was not friendly at first. That could be because we took a seat without asking and it was busy. We received excellent service and the food was excellent. At the end, when we tipped, we managed to smile.

The waiter is last. Extremely unfriendly and rude. I wouldn't recommend ordering cheese spaetzle or the cheese platter there, the spaetzle are served with ready-fried onions and are literally drowning in the sauce. The waiter doesn't ask about the size of the drinks but assumes the drinks are large. After my order I saw that they also serve asparagus, I wanted to change my order. A clumsy answer like "No, I'm not making any changes" was beyond rude. Absolutely not recommended.
