As always, excellent service from very friendly and fast staff. Nice varied menu. Always with seasonal highlights. Vegetarians are also well catered for. The portions are good and attractively prepared. We'd love to come back. Recommended.

We were here with a JGA. The service was super friendly. The food was served quickly and was very tasty. The only point deduction: I found it a bit annoying to serve a Caipirinha in such a small glass, while the other cocktails 🍸 were served in large glasses.

We had reserved a table. It was very pleasant there. We didn't have to wait long, it wasn't too crowded, the waitresses were nice and it tasted very good. We will definitely come back again.

Our dessert was forgotten and people rarely asked if we wanted anything else

The food is always very good. The service could be a little better. Unfortunately there are probably some personnel problems.. like everywhere else.. Actually difficult to understand, with so many unemployed people....???

A nice restaurant with a rustic atmosphere. We had HUGO as a drink, which we mixed very tasty ourselves. For dinner there was schnitzel with potato wedges and fried potatoes. Schnitzel was freshly pounded, breaded and fried, fried potatoes were also very tasty fried with bacon and onions, my grandma could hardly have prepared them better. My training here was a huge disappointment. As the only foreign trainee, I was excluded from the team 😡😡 and left alone with all the hard work. Respect, fairness and humanity? Completely missing. I didn't feel like a colleague, but like a worker who was being taken advantage of. Luckily I'm not there anymore.

Leider war unser Besuch hier ein totaler Reinfall. Geplant hatten wir, vor Besuch einer Veranstaltung in der Stadthalle gemütlich etwas zu essen. Empfangen wurden wir von einer schlecht gelaunten und überheblichen Mitarbeiterin. Die Bestellung wurde dann von einem sehr freundlichen Mitarbeiter recht zügig aufgenommen, was leider das einzig Positive an unserem Besuch war. Nach 1,5 Stunden haben wir immer noch auf unser Essen gewartet und mussten das Lokal dann verlassen, ohne gegessen zu haben, da wir ansonsten nicht pünktlich zu unserer Veranstaltung gekommen wären. Sehr enttäuschend.

Yesterday we were in the city pearl for the first time, but definitely not the last time! The atmosphere there is very appealing. The employees are extremely friendly and competent! Not to forget the tasty food. Starter: Bruschetta and bacon-wrapped dates are recommended. The spareribs and rump steak were also excellent! Conclusion: The journey from Jever is definitely worth it!!!

We are registered as a group. Were asked to “be quiet.” I've never experienced anything like that. Limited menu, otherwise the chef would be overwhelmed. Bottle for the group was not approved by the boss. 😂🤣 What's wrong with you!!!!

Nice atmosphere. However, not suitable for groups! Unfriendly hints about not being allowed to laugh anymore. Long waiting times and limited menu with less choice! No liquor bottles at the table and cocktails partly warm. Toilets freezing cold!

Unfortunately the food was colder than the cocktails. As a group we were not allowed to laugh and talk. Limited menu for groups. Drinks also took longer. Food took 1.5 hours. So not recommended as a group.

1:45 waiting time for food... We had already communicated the meal list in advance (for 22 people), but the waiting time was really long (we made a change for two people). After complaining about the long wait, two waiters became a bit rude. What's actually going on? At peak times or at times when many people want to go out to eat, we cannot recommend the city pearl and it is better to avoid it.

Went there as a group for the company Christmas party. Despite pre-ordering the food. We had to wait an hour and a half for our food. Drinks came quite quickly and the service was very attentive. But I can't necessarily recommend it.

We had a table for two behind the fireplace and it was relatively small. The food with "accessories" just fit on it.

The atmosphere is very appealing. We had reservations with 10 people. We were offered a good table in the back area that was quiet and comfortable. The food was good and the service was very accommodating. Unfortunately, perhaps because it was quite full, the waiting time for food was quite long (approx. 1 hour). And the drinks could have been ordered a little more often. Absolutely okay in terms of price. Parking spaces are in front of the restaurant. All in all, I liked it and would happily visit the city pearl again.

Weihnachtsessen 2024 , diesmal mit kleiner Karte. Sehr freundliches Personal! Absolut negative das Warten auf die bestellten Gerichte. 1 Stunde im Durchschnitt. Viel zu lang! Besonders anstrengend für kleinere Gäste. Ausserdem gab es kein Angebot für die Kleinen auf der Speisekarte. Buffet kam vergangenes Jahr nicht gut an, da die Leute anstehen mussten. Wir empfangen das vergangenes Jahr nicht so! Wir empfehlen Buffet! Wenn nach Karte Bedarf es einer viel besseren Struktur!

There were 6 of us there and overall we were very satisfied. The food was great and the drinks were also very good. The homemade iced teas taste very good. Unfortunately, we were seated next to a Christmas party group, which created a very loud atmosphere. Unfortunately, since the rooms in the anteroom were very reverberant, it was a bit disturbing. Overall, that didn't spoil our mood. It's a bit of a shame that they no longer have their own beer.

Vom Laden austatung sieht das sehr einladend aus, aber was ein sehr dickes Minus Punkt ist, ist das man sehr sehr lange warten muss auf das essen... Wir haben sogar vorbestellt gehabt und warten aktuell über 1,5std was einfach viel zu lange ist.

My daughter and I were in Aurich's Stadt-Perle in October 24 and if I could I would give it 10 stars. The food is soooo great, the ambience is great and the staff is friendly and accommodating even in the most stressful times. The price-performance ratio is also good. Thanks to everyone from the city pearl who made our stay there an unforgettable experience, we'll be back😊😊😊

The food was ok, but the visit took a lot of time. 3 hours+ was too long for me. There was hardly a table occupied in the restaurant. With 4 service staff it was poor.

You receive a friendly welcome and the food is huge portions that do justice to the price. The ambience is already made, it is cozy and you can have a great time there 👍

I wasn't satisfied in the past, so I didn't choose the city pearl for a long time. Through a meeting of the young hunters' community, I became a guest again for dinner and was pleasantly surprised at how great the evening was organized with food, service and ambience! My opinion has changed 👌

The city pearl has lost its shine. Service was friendly, but took a long time even though it wasn't busy. Unfortunately, the price/performance ratio for the food is underground! One dish is seasoned, the other is not seasoned at all. It seemed kind of listless what the kitchen was doing. The prices are also far too high for that.

Praised as a brewery in the "Beer Experiences with a Motorhome", unfortunately no house beer because the master brewer is probably long-term ill. Very unfortunate. The food was ok, tasty, but took too long. We had hoped for more.

As a vegetarian you get a really good selection here. The quality is great and the service is attentive and friendly. For me the price-performance ratio was right and if we are in the area again we will come back

Burger was really HARD and schnitzel was very watery... 50€.. for medium food. Unfortunately we don't go there anymore.

The burgers are good, in my opinion the patty wasn't freshly prepared, but bought ready-made, which is a shame.

A restaurant to recommend Friendly service, food offerings change at intervals, which I think is very good. That's why you can go there often and find something new to whet your appetite

We have been there many times because we find it really nice and cozy there. However, the last two visits have seen a significant decline in service. One time we waited 1.5 hours for our food. On the last visit the service was again only sufficient. After we expressed our disappointment about the meat on our burger, we only contacted the kitchen to tell us that the meat was as usual. However, until our last visit, we always had fresh ground beef on our burgers. Unfortunately this time it was some kind of tough pressed meat. We are very disappointed and would currently refrain from visiting again.

We have been here several times and can really recommend the city pearl. The service is incredibly friendly and the whole store is really pretty.

The ambience is very cozy, but at the same time chic and tasteful. The food is also impressive, I highly recommend the John Wayne burger and especially the monkfish. The service also deserves special recognition, always friendly, always helpful and even waiters who are not actually responsible for our table still ask if everything is okay and look after you, so that you feel really in good hands in the city pearl . Always my pleasure!

Today we were in the city pearl for the first time. We can simply recommend it. A super nice welcome, super nice staff. Fast, correct and sensible work. We can only recommend the city pearl!! I haven't had such nice service in a long time!! Keep it up, you're great!!!

The food was very tasty, although I have to admit that the sour cream tasted somehow different there. But apart from that, the food not only looked great, but also tasted accordingly. LARGE portions noted. The service was super friendly and charming. The ambience of the city pearl was also really great and very inviting.

Spanish evening that was the name of the evening. It's a shame, we were expecting a little more pizzazz. The musician could not persuade the audience, played Cuban music, no one clapped, food little Spanish and very expensive. The service was very good . Just a shame

We had a really great evening. We were warmly welcomed with our dog, he was given water and a biscuit (as offered by the waitress). We had the grilled chicken twice and a risotto with green asparagus. The mushroom sauce with the chicken was great. It wasn't thickened too much and was very fine and tasty! The risotto was on point and not soggy. We recommend. We really liked the rustic, chic atmosphere. Clean, tidy and modern. Good mix of music.

We have eaten at the Stadtperle several times and are satisfied every time. The changing seasonal menu invites you to try something new. The service is always very friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately, the noise level is quite high, which may be due to the number of seats.

A very nice restaurant, it's very cozy there. We sat in the winter garden and found it very good. The meal, schnitzel with champion sauce and fries, was well seasoned and filling. Cocktails were excellent, the mix was just right. We were there again late at night and this time we sat in the restaurant. It's also very cozy. The service at that time was still attentive and friendly. A great restaurant.

We were there a few weeks ago with the group of girls. We were particularly impressed by the open and very friendly nature of the waitress. The food came relatively quickly, even though the restaurant was quite busy. This was definitely not our last visit.

Klasse Restaurant - es ist sehr angenehm hier 2 oder 2,5 Stunden ganz entspannt bei zuvorkommendem Service zu Essen... 😀

Wir waren Ende des Jahres dort essen. Der Service war schnell und zuvorkommend. Das Ambiente ist modern und sehr gemütlich. Die Vorspeise haben wir uns geteilt, vom Service wurde uns ein 4 Bruschetta angeboten, bevor es zu Streitereien mit der Frau kommt :D Mein Krustenrollbraten mit Rahmkohl und Rosmarin Kartoffeln war sehr lecker. Obwohl ich eigentlich nicht gerne Blumenkohl esse, wurde ich dennoch überrascht. Allerdings stand nicht in der Karte das es sich um Blumenkohl handelt, sonst hätte ich es wahrscheinlich nicht genommen. Meine Frau hatte das Cordon Bleu und war auch sehr begeistert. Gerne wieder :)

Wir waren am ersten Weihnachtstag zum Büfett-essen da und haben viel Geld bezahlt für Essen, bei dem das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ganz und gar nicht stimmte. Viele der Speisen waren kalt oder lauwarm. Die Roulade war knorpelig. Das Geschnetzelte war quabbelig und der Calvadosgeschmack überwog. Die Spätzle waren hart, nicht bissfest. Die Medaillons sehr trocken. Es hat uns diesmal überhaupt nicht gefallen. Schade.

Wir haben schon des öfteren in der Stadtperle gegessen und hatten nie groß was zu bemängeln. Dieses mal aber sind wir enttäuscht worden! Das Essen kam nur noch lau warm an den Tisch und die bestellten Spareribs waren ungenießbar! Schon alleine die Zubereitung auf dem Teller sah nicht appetitlich aus und das Fleisch war zeh und trocken. Nie wieder dieses Gericht! Atmosphäre und Bedienung allerdings waren wie immer zu empfehlen!

Wir waren in einer Gruppe hier. O8/15 gemütliches Marema Ambiente - sehr laut im Restaurant. Service war relativ aufmerksam aber auch nicht überragend. Was aber wirklich eine Katastrophe ist, sind die Preise im Vergleich zu den wirklich kleinen Portionen. Das Cordon Blue war halbwegs i.O jedoch die 5-6 Bratkartoffeln haben in fett getrieft und waren nicht ansatzweise ihr Geld wert. Die Portion war so klein, dass ich eigentlich hätte zur Küche gehen müssen. Andere Bekannte haben Pommes und Co. gehabt, da war es okay. Vielleicht hatte ich Pech… Portion waren aber so klein, das ich den Teller leer hatte noch bevor alle anderen überhaupt ihr essen hatten. Ich war wirklich enttäuscht. Erstmal auf dem Weihnachtsmarkt den Hunger stillen. Wurden übrigens rausgeworfen - beim Espresso wurde schon auf die Uhr geschaut.

Spareribs waren leider nicht so weich. Etwas trocken und viel Soße drauf.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Abend mit guter Musik und leckeren Cocktail.

Wir waren vor Kurzem mit einer größeren Gruppe dort um eine gemütliche Weihnachtsfeier zu feiern. Im Vorraus musste ich dem Restaurant per Mail mitteilen, was wie alle Essen wollten damit es von der Ankunft bis zum Essen keine größeneren Wartezeiten zu überbrücken gab. Fristgerecht habe ich die Mail mit unseren Wünschen gesendet. Angekommen wurden wir von einem Kellner an unseren Tisch geführt und wir haben direkt eine Runde zu trinken bestellt. Allerdings auf die Frage welches Bier ausgeschenkt wird, evtl unteranderem Veltins, wurde mein Kollege eher "ermahnt" ob Veltins überhaupt ein Bier sei!?! Leider ein unfreundlicher Start, zudem mussten wir auf die erste Runde Bier länger warten. Als wir nachfragten wann unser Bier denn kommen würde, wurde wir damit vertröstet, es sei ein neues Fass angstochen worden... Nach einer gewissen Zeit kamen dann die ersten Biere. Einige von Uns bekamen eine Vorspeise, die relativ fix kam und heiß war. Doch dann ging das Warten los...1 Stunde und 45 Minuten mussten wir warten bis unser Essen kam. Das Essen war zwar dann da aber bei vielen war das Essen kalt. Wir haben im Gremium dann besprochen ob wir etwas sagen um darauf aufmerksam zu machen aber dazu kam es nicht. Gerade fertig mit dem Essen wurdfen wir aufgefordert den Tisch zu räumen da die Gäste nach uns schon da wären. Ich meinte dann, dass wir gerade erst mit dem Essen fertig sind und es nicht unsere Schuld sei, solange auf das Essen zu warten und um nicht zu vergessen wir vorher per mail schon das Essen quasi bestellt hatten. Am schlimmsten fand ich allerdings, dass wir noch volle Gläser hatten und es keine Alternative für uns gab ausser den Tisch zu verlassen. Nachdem wir dann aber uns mehr oder weniger weigerten, wurde eine "Alternative" uns angeboten die aber mehr schlecht als recht war. Noch nicht einmal die Hälfte von Uns konnte sitzen sondern musste stehen. Und mit dem Kläglichen Versuch mit sehr günstigem Schnäpsen unsere Launen zu besänftigen, war das Maß voll. Im Grpßem und Ganzem sind wir sehr unzufrieden mit dem Essen aber vor allem mit dem Service. Wir wurden nach der ersten Frage mit dem bier bis hin zum verscheuchen des Sitzplatzes nicht ernst genommen. Beim Zahlen musste sogar ein anderer Kellner kommen. Der Abend in der Stadperle war leider völlig zum abgewöhnen und jeder der uns fragt ob wir die Statperle weiterempfehlen können, bekommt ein glasklares Nein von uns!

Meine Speise hätte noch ein wenig schärfer sein dürfen und das Patty war durch, ich hätte es lieber Medium gehabt. Die Pommes könnten ein wenig mehr Individualität genießen. Der Service und das Ambiente sind beides top!

Wir waren mit einer größeren Gruppe zur Weihnachtsfeier dort. Das Essen, was in zwei Wochen im Voraus bestellt wurde! War teilweise kalt oder wir mussten recht lange warten bis das Essen da war. Das Management des Restaurants war nicht strukturiert, sodass wir unser Getränk nicht am Tisch gemütlich austrinken konnten. Und regelrecht vertrieben wurden.

Moin.wir waren am Samstag den 18.nov dort.haben direkt gesagt das wur es etwas eilig hatten und noch im Anschluss zu einer Veranstaltung müssen. Wir haben etwa 1 Std aufs Essen gewartet und es war kalt.mein cordon bleu war sehr gut nur etwas ungewürzt. Die anderen waren auch soweit zufrieden nur nicht über saß kalte essen und die Dauer. Waren kurz davor zu gehen.haben letztlich in der Veranstaltung miese Plätze bekommen.also Wenn wir wieder kommen dann mit mehr zeit

Zum Essen kann ich nichts sagen, nach 1,5 Stunden warten, sind wir gegangen. Getränke auffüllen...wozu? Das Personal...völlig überfordert. Einmal und nie wieder.

Die Bar und der Service leisten einen guten Job. Die Küche dürfte gern noch etwas nachlegen. Keine Speise blieb bisher in äußert positiver Erinnerung.

Ich bin meistens mit Freundinnen zu Gast in der Stadtperle,so wie auch dieses Mal. Wir bestellen immer vorab übers Internet einen Tisch, da es immer voll ist am Wochenende. Wir wurden überaus nett und freundlich empfangen,ebenso am Tisch bedient. Die Mitarbeiterin hat uns Cocktails empfohlen und war sehr freundlich und gut gelaunt. Auch das bestellte Essen,2mal Burger mit Pommes und Dipps, 1mal Cordon Bleu mit Beilagen sowie die Pasta waren sehr lecker,alles war frisch zubereitet und sehr zu empfehlen! Im Anschluss ging es dann gut gestärkt zur Ü30 Party. Wir bedanken uns für den schönen Abend und kommen sehr gerne wieder!!!

Essen ist lecker, das Personal ist freundlich und kundig. Ich habe schon, mehrere Burger, Schnitzel und Steaks gegessen. Alles Lecker (wenn man nur Burger essen möchte, würde ich allerdings trautes Burger bar empfehlen. Dort sind die Burger noch besser.) Das Ambiente ist auch nett aufgebaut und es ist genug Platz um auch spontan einen Tisch zu bekommen.
