My absolute favorite restaurant. There is everything your heart desires here. Delicious food, fair prices, nice ambience and the staff not only offers nice service, but also looks good ;-)

Unfortunately the price-performance ratio is not right. The waiters are extremely aloof and unfriendly. For such high prices you expect a certain level of service that is not met in this restaurant. Every customer was supposed to receive bread with each starter, but the waitress wanted to charge us for this separately.

The food at Stadtliebe tastes great. However, the friendliness of the service and the ambience ruin everything. The waiters are moody and unfriendly. It wasn't my first visit there and I've had these negative experiences repeatedly, as have many in my environment. It used to be much better, the quality has deteriorated significantly! Too bad.

Horrible service, they allow seating except on 2 bench tables for drinks (we questioned the name BAR, we were 18 people, though too narrow and all other tables were free!!! We went next door, this way there cash box remained empty.

We wanted to have 20 people eat and drink with a club, but it seems that they don't need any money. We left immediately, we just weren't flexible. Never again .👎🏿

The Stadtliebe restaurant has been enriching the gastronomic scene in Dietzenbach since the end of 2017. Wasilis Kourtoglou has completely renovated and redesigned the former Platea restaurant on Red Square in the old town. The stadt&liebe presents itself to its guests in a chic retro style. The menu includes dishes such as Handkäse’ Caprese, apple cider goulash and Frankfurter Carbonara (spaghetti with green sauce pesto). Steaks and burgers are also offered, as well as some vegan dishes and brunch on Sundays. There is also a changing weekly menu with lunch dishes. The atmosphere delivers what was promised. The restaurant is busy - reservations (on weekends) are recommended. The service is friendly and the waiting times are manageable even when there is a lot of traffic. The Frankfurt Carbonara for Euro 8.50 is highly recommended. The Philly cheese steak sandwich, on the other hand, is rather average - Galão still sets the standard here. In terms of price, the Stadtliebe is in the upper midfield, which is absolutely justified. For Dietzenbach, the Stadtliebe restaurant is a real asset. The concept and implementation are right and Red Square is significantly upgraded.

Second time I've been to the restaurant. Very pleasant and cozy place, very good service, the food was delicious, but the wine left something to be desired, you couldn't taste it, just alcohol, it really was horrible. Next time I'll choose a better one.

We used to like going to the city love often, but now the restaurants are at the bottom of my list. The price-performance ratio hasn't been right for a long time, the portions are getting smaller and smaller, the prices are getting more and more outrageous, you feel like you're in a check-in hall (time slots) and the quality of the food fluctuates greatly. The prices are far too high or even outrageous for the fact that these are pimped-up wholesale products that are bought very cheaply and then temporarily left unrefrigerated in the backyard. We were able to observe the described handling of food during a visit; the goods were delivered and left unrefrigerated in the backyard during our entire visit. As far as the ambience is concerned, I think that the renovation has definitely lost some of the city-loving charm, but that's a personal feeling and I personally don't like it at all. It no longer looks inviting or cozy, but has been trimmed to look chic like in the Nova and the prices have also been adjusted. To be honest, I'm now too stingy. There are restaurants that are priced in a similar segment, but place value on the origin of their ingredients, support regional producers and charge a fair price in return, but unfortunately no longer do Stadtliebe/Nova/Heimathafen .

Great food, great staff and great ambience. The only problem I have is when a restaurant charges €6.90 for a bottle of mineral water, just too expensive.

My son really enjoyed the burger but the bucket in which the cutlery was served was super dirty. The jar in which the mayonaise and ketchup were served was just disgusting. The staff is nice but not particularly on point. I had a chocolate cake with coconut ice cream - the ice cream was delicious, the cake was so mediocre and very small for the price.

Great food! Attentive service! We will be back! That was 6 years ago! Unfortunately, many things have developed negatively. Not worth visiting anymore. Just stress and a disgusting atmosphere! There are better places! Yes, that was 6 years ago. Now the staff is arrogant, dismissive and short. Is no longer my restaurant, especially since reservations are required!? Crazy, we don't need it. We then went to SG, where everyone was very friendly and quick and the prices were civilized! 6/16/24

Very friendly service, newly renovated in May, now brighter and friendlier surroundings. In love with Dietzenbach Breakfast was delicious. We'll definitely be back. Special wishes for our little daughter were also fulfilled wherever possible.

Essen sehr gut, schon ein paarmal dagewesen, auch frühstücken kann man hier gut, man sollte aber am besten immer reservieren.

We were there for dinner and I felt very comfortable as soon as I entered the restaurant. The tables are well arranged and the restaurant is very nicely designed. From the lamps (where did you get them?) to the furniture to the cutlery, everything was well thought out. There were 20 of us and we were looked after excellently by the really polite, funny and attentive staff, so that you felt completely satisfied and at ease throughout your entire stay. Everyone had a main course, some had a starter and/or dessert. EVERYTHING was delicious, no one really had anything to complain about. I had burrata as a starter, it was so incredibly delicious that I can say it was the tastiest I've ever had, I've never had such an excellent burrata even in Italy. While I'm at it, the salar dressing was oh my god and the avocado noodles were a dream, the chocolate cake was a revelation. I don't want to start with the cocktail, it was a blast. I will definitely come back.

Large, appealing selection of dishes, including vegan, tables were still dirty when we arrived (we reserved them). After we were seated, a waitress came, no hello, nothing, and slapped the menus on the table for us. Not put down, no, just slapped on the table without saying a word. After 10 minutes she came back and first took our drinks order, also in a harsh tone. So far everything was fine, she came back a short time later and took our food order. Friendly is different. The shop was quite full so we waited a little longer for our food - no problem at all. But if you work in a restaurant, you should at least put some effort into dealing with customers or reconsider your career choice.

We were allowed to stand in the aisle for a while until we were assigned one of the many free tables. Things went quickly until food and drinks. Benny's egg was completely cooked through, that can happen. A complaint was made to the service person, who then stopped coming. The food was left and didn't have to be paid for. Which is a matter of course and nothing was done in terms of accommodation. Weak service.

Today, after staying for 1 1/2 hours, we were thrown out immediately after eating, even though we still ordered drinks because so many people were waiting for a table. I've always enjoyed coming to Stadtliebe, but today it was really outrageous. There was nothing in the reservation about a 1 1/2 hour time slot. When I go out to eat on a Friday evening, I expect to be able to sit and relax after dinner, have a drink and chat with my friends.

It's Friday evening and after staying there for 1 1/2 hours, we are basically "kicked out" at 8 p.m. after drinks, main course and espresso because there are a lot of people waiting for a new table in front of the door. Even when we wanted to order more drinks, we were no longer allowed to stay at our table and the three of us had to go to the crowded bar. We've always been very happy and really enjoy being in the city, but I imagine a pleasant Friday evening differently. I'm not sure if I'll be back anytime soon.

1:15 a.m. on a Friday evening, after the last sip of drink we were handed the bill straight away, despite having made a reservation in advance and we would have even liked to drink something more. There wouldn't be more time for a table on a Friday evening, even in Frankfurt you have 2 hours. It's a shame, we won't be coming back any time soon...

It's a place for everyone, the food is good, the service is excellent, the owner has done a good job, you can see he's a professional, I recommend him.

I've always enjoyed going to Stadtliebe for dinner in the evenings. Unfortunately, yesterday at 9 p.m. we were asked to pay out of nowhere because our space was needed. Other guests were offered an alternative place, but unfortunately not us. Even when we asked, we couldn't be given a proper explanation. It's a shame that this wasn't communicated in advance.

The location is great and the staff are quick and friendly, the atmosphere is very nice. I had the lunch menu with the club sandwich. At first I thought that bread was stuffed, but it wasn't. It was actually 10 cm of bread with toppings on top. And the bread wasn't my favorite either. But the soup and lemonade were excellent. My colleagues also liked the other dishes, hence 4 stars from me.

We went to Stadliebe for my birthday. Unfortunately we had to wait over an hour for our food and sat at the door. Cold air blew in every time someone entered the place. The places should be placed differently. The food was ok, but only lukewarm. We won't be visiting the restaurant again. The ambience is great, but it's more appearance than reality! The prices for pasta etc. are not exactly cheap and we no longer pay the prices for lukewarm food. You're better off at the Italian restaurant around the corner! We've never experienced anything like that. Unfortunately, my birthday didn't end well and my guests weren't happy either.

A very large restaurant. Clean. OUR stay was very pleasant. Service was very, very friendly and accommodating. Requests are very catered for. My steak was perfectly medium rare. Salad delicious. Lots of schnitzel and fried potatoes were delicious. Fries, well maybe the chef was in love. We complained and the waiter was very nice and gave us a cappuccino. It didn't have to be, but we were very happy to take it. Unfortunately, the Kaiserschmarrn wasn't our thing. But the restaurant can't do anything about it. The Kaiserschmarrn dough was perfect, just a little too crispy. We are simply traditional people who would have liked applesauce, raisins and plums better. Just wanted to try it out. Prices are totally ok too. Overall, great restaurant. I don't know what it's like when it gets full, because of the size and in summer you can sit outside. Perfect service and fantastic food.

Unfortunately, the food was only lukewarm and so salty that it was inedible. Unfortunately it didn't taste fresh at all... I've never been so disappointed with such a simple dish. Waiters are friendly, but come every 10 minutes and ask if you want to order something else... I can understand the profit idea, but it's annoying because you're just constantly interrupted. It went on until we decided to leave the restaurant after the café.

A top location 👍🏻 I had perfectly prepared pasta and a super delicious cheesecake. I can really recommend a visit here to everyone.

I've been here many times for breakfast and lunch and have always been more than satisfied with everything. The service and food are always top!

Was there for lunch today and had the falafel curry. It was very tasty, perhaps a bit mild for those who love spiciness, but still tasty. The rice that was served with it was too much for me and basically, I would say, not necessary. The curry alone fills you up, but maybe I wasn't that hungry either. Otherwise a nice selection of, also very interesting, dishes. The price is quite expensive, but if the quality is right it's still okay. The ambience is quite pleasant, if you sit up on the edge you have a nice view, I think. Too loud for the hard of hearing at peak times, when there are fewer people, it's fine. Parking available in the area, but it may be a little more difficult. All in all I can say that you can eat well here, the breakfast couldn't be judged yet.

There is no better service. Will come again. Great food.

Dear team city love, We were with you for the first time on Sunday and felt very comfortable. Your service is friendly and competent and extremely attentive, the food is varied and tasted excellent. We would be happy to come back, our next visit has already been reserved.

Nice place if you want to have good food or just a coffee with friends as well some drinks. The place is very nice decorated and very cozy and trendy. Points to improve the staff is friendly but sometimes to slow even the restaurant was not 1/4 full. Other point is in the menu a dish that is marked as a gluten free dish in reality is not gluten free, maybe to check their classifications more carefully. In general we were happy, the location is easy to find and the place is very nice, te quality of the food and drinks are good.

EINFACH MEIN ABSOLUTER LIEBLINGSLADEN (mit Nova).... Super nettes Personal, das Essen ist Weltklasse und kommt Nobel-Restaurants in Frankfurt bei denen man das 3-fache zahlen würde nicht nur nahe, sondern schlägt Sie um längen. Jedes mal eine gute Entscheidung hier essen zu gehen.

Zur Mittagszeit gibt es mehrere Menüs, deren Preis-Leistung echt top ist. Gerade einmal 14€ für eine Vorspeise und ein Hauptgericht. Vorspeise konnte aus Suppe oder Salat gewählt werden. Große und vielfältige Getränkeauswahl. Ambiente zwei Sterne Abzug, da die Lüftung teilweise einen kalten Windstoß mit sich bringt und wenn es voll wird, relativ laut wird. Kompetenter und sehr flinker Service. Stetig wird gefragt, ob alles in Ordnung ist. Kinderfreundliche Umgebung. Einem wird geholfen mit dem kinderwagen und es gibt einen Wickeltisch vor dem WC, der von m oder w genutzt werden kann. Wir kommen definitiv wieder.

Obwohl wir nicht reserviert haben und das Restaurant voll war, haben wir nach kurzen Wartezeit einen Tisch erhalten. Die Bedienung super nett das Essen schön eingerichtet und super lecker. Von uns eine klare Weiter Empfehlung.

Tolle Bar und super Frühstück. Sehr zuvorkommende Angestellte. Etwas laut wenn es gut besucht ist und das ist sehr oft der Fall. Kann ich nur empfehlen.
