Wow, what an experience! We have tried many burgers, but the Hip Gold Burger completely exceeded our expectations. The first bite was an explosion of juicy meat, perfectly melted cheese and a secret sauce we've never tasted before. The ingredients are fresh, the combinations are bold, and the result is simply spectacular. Each bite was better than the last, and we just couldn't get enough. The atmosphere in the store, the friendly welcome and the unique taste make Hipgold an absolute must for every burger fan. The name says it all - a treat that you shouldn't miss!

The ambience at Hip Gold is really a highlight. The furnishings are modern, cozy and inviting, so you immediately feel at home. Were invited to dinner. The motto here is to sell cheap quality well decorated. The whole concept is more in line with the younger generation. Many guests with their cell phones in their hands follow the motto of seeing and being seen. I was very dissatisfied with the unfriendly service and the food. The food looked good but tasted very mediocre. Are disappointed.

The restaurant is stylishly furnished. The service, if you can call it that, was inadequate. On the phone you were greeted with a “Hello?” welcomed. The table wasn't clean even though we were the only guests there along with 4 other people, so I would definitely have had the time to clean it. You weren't served and had to order at the cash register. You had to pick up the food yourself and returning the plates was our job. So the question about service is obvious. However, the friendly manner makes me give 2 stars for the service. Now about the food. The Western BBQ Burger looked very good for now. But, as you can see from the pictures, the bacon was absolutely no longer good, not edible/enjoyable. It didn't take long for one or two gastrointestinal-like symptoms to appear. We cannot make a recommendation and will not visit the restaurant again.

Unfortunately, the burgers were overcooked, the fries were ok and the homemade lemonade tasted good. Service isn't really there, but the woman at the order counter was nice. You have to pick up your food from the front and clear the dishes yourself - it's more of a snack bar than a restaurant.

Very nicely decorated restaurant. The food was very tasty. We went there as a family and had the hip gold burger menu and the chicken burger menu. The children had the children's menu with breaded and fried chicken strips and fries. We all enjoyed everything very much. The homemade lemonade and iced tea were also very good! The service was very friendly. All in all great! Will definitely come again.

We went there today when we came back from a bike ride to enjoy a family meal. The food was delicious and not too expensive at all and the staff was very nice and helpful. We're already wondering what we'll eat at your place next time, because we'll definitely be back! There should definitely be more places like this and other places in the area could really learn a lot from you.

Amazing food, we ordered chilli burger, huftgold special burger and h7ftgold pasta.. everything tasted superb.. The only downside is that you hv to wait in line to order and pick food and with such a cozy atmosphere you want to be served,otherwise amazingly good

We went to the Hipgold Restaurant for the first time today and I was pleasantly surprised. The burger I had was great and my wife's pasta with salmon was good. My mother-in-law had the lunch deal pork schnitzel with mushroom sauce with fries and salad and a drink of her choice and for €14.90 it was also good for this price. Now why did I only give 3 stars for the service? There is no service, it is a self-service restaurant, so everything means ordering and paying directly, taking drinks and the beeper to the table and the dish as soon as the beeper goes off at the front of the counter fetch. The staff was very friendly.

Also very friendly staff! Thank you very much! Burgers and sweet potato fries were very tasty and the staff was friendly too. Unfortunately, you are not made aware beforehand that this is self-service. The “look” of the store is great, but it is very loud. If you know what to expect and you just want to eat delicious burgers - great. If you value service, you should go somewhere else.

So first of all: the burgers were very tasty, the Pinsa so well. But the reason we don't come here anymore is simply the self-service. If we go out to dinner with friends on a Saturday, I would like to be served.

The pins are absolutely fantastic (the best we've eaten so far), as are the cakes :-) It is a functional, nice self-service restaurant. In summer you can also sit outside. The employees are very friendly. Update from April 11, 2024: everything is the same 🎉🎉

We were there for Iftar during the week. Unfortunately our reserved place was not kept free for us. After we ordered, we had to wait more than 1.5 hours for our food. When we asked about our order, we answered cheekily and said: “Everyone is waiting for the food and you ordered last”. Of course, this statement was incorrect as we were one of the first in line to order. Some tables were offered soup in the meantime BUT not for us. If you're going to wait 1.5 hours, then you should offer at least a date or something similar. The food was ok but it wasn't worth waiting that long for. Staff was ok but the boss was very, very unfriendly. I won't come anymore.

The pinsa there not only looks good, it also tastes good. Well seasoned, well topped, crispy and hot. The size also fits. I was pretty full. I haven't tried other dishes like burgers, pasta or salad yet. The mint-lime lemonade is fresh and fruity. Alcohol is not served here. There is self-service here.

Sensational! Pinsa, burgers and delicious dessert. Hipgold Dietzenbach is really an insider tip! Vegan and vegetarian options and full of flavor, so there really is something for everyone. The team is very friendly and helpful and always keep a smile even when it's busy. The atmosphere there is always very pleasant, you feel comfortable at all times. I'm always looking forward to the next time!

Update: Unfortunately only self-service, the quality of the food has declined. Unfortunately, breakfast is no longer available. Very unfortunate. Rooms comfortably furnished, but it was cool.

Update: The restaurant offers a pleasant atmosphere and the food tastes good. Personally, I don't have a problem with self-service, but I was disappointed by the unfriendly manner of the lady at the checkout, who asked us to clear our table and dishes ourselves in front of other guests. This was inappropriate and detracted from our experience. This went too far even for a self-service restaurant. Therefore I deduct two points and will no longer visit the restaurant. However, it should be noted that this is a self-service establishment rather than a traditional restaurant.
