Ordered takeout, but the restaurant also invited us to linger. Service was very good and fast, and the burgers were delicious.

The Joppy Burger is just as highly recommended as the tagliatelle with Bolognese sauce. In a self-service restaurant, that's why I'm only giving it 4 stars. Otherwise, the staff is very friendly and accommodating to requests. The clientele tends to be younger, so the noise level is a bit louder there. But the delicious food still gets a thumbs-up from me. 👍

Supporting local businesses is important to me – and this restaurant in the Offenbach am Main district impresses across the board. The smashburgers are excellent, accompanied by generous portions of fries, delicious sauces, and matching drinks. The matcha offering is also a nice touch, a particular highlight for many guests. The ambiance is very appealing both inside and out, and the staff leaves a consistently positive impression. All in all, a visit that I can wholeheartedly recommend.

I ordered coffee, and there were green stains on the coffee cup. Even though it was self-service, we waited a long time for the drinks to be prepared. Even though the restaurant is so small, one person is enough to serve. I don't know if we'll come back next time.

I went here for dinner with my kids today! We chose the chili cheeseburger, chicken strips, and a pinsa. Everything tasted delicious, and my kids were happy too :-) The service was very friendly, and the atmosphere was very pleasant and family-friendly. We'll definitely be back.

We drove past there on the recommendation of a friend. The restaurant was busy. We sat outside on the terrace because it was a bit noisy inside due to the crowd and loud music. We ordered two burgers and an extra pair of fries. The burgers tasted good. The fries and sweet potato fries were OK, but the flavor was rather neutral or reserved. Why am I not giving it a full five stars? The food was completely cold. You order at reception and then pick up the food when the pager goes off, but the food couldn't have gotten cold from there to outside. It was probably already there ready to be picked up, or they had already prepared a large quantity of fries and patties. I don't know. It's just a shame that you pay €35 and get cold food. Now someone might say, just complain on site and you'll get a new one. No thanks. Firstly, it's the restaurant's job to serve the food warm, and secondly, that's twice my time, which I have to wait. The staff were friendly and the atmosphere was nicely decorated. My tip: serve hot food. Unfortunately, you've lost me as a customer. Despite that, I wish you continued success.

We visited on a Sunday. i love these burger buns, and the burger sauce was very good which is important to me. The meat itself is okay and the fries are okay too. They have both indoor and outdoor place. The problem was, it was extremely loud. Maybe it was just like this today, i don't know. The music was loud, lots of children, crying baby, everything. Otherwise good place.

Shitty place. I was constipated for three hours and then pooped everything out, and a little poop got in my mouth too. There was hair in the food, and now I have food poisoning. The service was even worse. An employee spat all over my face. Please don't come. Your eggs are delicious.

Unfortunately the burgers didn't convince us. The Phillycheese burger was chewy and tasted like rubber. The cheese was also tasteless. The chicken burger also tasted more like it had been thawed and fried. The fries were OK. The atmosphere is nice and the service was friendly.

Sure, it took a while, but with such a rush it was completely understandable. The burger was simply delicious, perfectly grilled and really juicy! The fries are crispy and perfectly seasoned – exactly how they should be. 😍 Was there on the recommendation of a close friend and was traveling with the company from Stuttgart - and we all agreed: We'll come back here! 💯

We went to Hipgold in Dietzenbach on March 14th and had a good experience overall. The ambience is really nice – cozy and inviting. The staff were also very friendly and attentive, which made the visit pleasant. However, the burger was a bit lean. This could definitely be improved, be it with a slightly larger portion or more toppings to improve the taste and appearance. A larger selection of sauces would also be desirable. There are now a variety of sauces available in many burger shops, and it would be nice if Hipgold would follow suit. Overall, a nice restaurant with potential - if the burgers and sauce selection are still being worked on, we'll be happy to come back!

I visited the Hipgold restaurant in Dietzenbach and was extremely disappointed with the treatment during Ramadan. We were informed that during this time only the Iftar menu would be offered, the prices of which start at €21 and are, in my opinion, disproportionate to the service. When I asked if we could order from the regular menu, this was strictly refused. To my astonishment, however, two women who were standing behind us and who were obviously not fasting were led to another table and were allowed to order from the normal menu. I find this inconsistent behavior to be a complete rip-off and extremely unfair to the guests. It is unfortunate that the restaurant does not show flexibility and treat guests differently during Ramadan.

Creativity is through the roof. The burgers are so spicy you can't eat them. The prices are too high for this food

Mega delicious burgers at Hipgold in Diezenbach! The portions are good and the ingredients are fresh. The service is also super friendly, despite the stress. We can only recommend it, we will definitely come back.

Went for dinner with 10 people. All dishes were of top quality. Equipment was very stylish but could be a bit cleaner (wipe the table…)

We passed there by chance on our way through. The food was ready quickly and was okay. We had two different pasta dishes and a Caesar salad. The food was reasonably priced, but you can't eat cheaply anywhere these days. But what dampened the mood was the smell in the toilet. More attention should be paid here.

Hey guys, sorry but this is the best store there is but now I always eat there!

Had dinner there on Monday evening. Very little going on. The concept may not be wrong, self-service in the restaurant certainly saves work. However, if there is not much going on and 2-3 tables are occupied, you could do a little cleaning outside instead of standing behind the counter. There were leftovers here and there on the floor, as well as on the tables. Dustpans and hand brushes don't bother guests when you use them. So the ambience is not bad, quite modern, a bit dark, American style. Fits the menu. Offer quite clear. Burgers 🍔, pinsa, pasta. Burger was ok. Well seasoned, homemade pattie. Homemade sour cream for the potato wedges. Everything tasted ok. Prices were still ok for self-service.

Top service power at hüftgold I had a wonderful evening at Hip Gold. The atmosphere was inviting and the staff were very friendly, especially the lovely lady Thieves at the reception. The food was simply delicious – I particularly recommend the penne hüftgold. The fresh ingredients and the loving preparation made the difference.
