Ordered Cola, got Pepsi, unfortunately it doesn't taste good and I can't tolerate sweeteners either. A hint would have been nice then I would have ordered something else. Food was good. Ambiance is okay too

The only thing we liked was the ambience. It's a shame, we were hoping for more here.

We were looking for a place to eat before the GOP visit. We chose the "Stadtglück" because it is very close to the Imperial Palace and offers a good selection of food (salads, schnitzel varieties, burgers, pasta, tarte flambée, etc.). The email contact in advance of our visit was very quick and friendly. The interior is very nicely designed (see photo) and we had a great table by the window. The service staff is very friendly and attentive. All my respect goes to them because of the long staircase to the upper floor where the kitchen is located. Bringing the food down without any accidents and at a fairly high speed - respect! I would have tumbled down the stairs with my orders long ago... ;) The food was super tasty and pretty prepared (see photo). However, I have to mention my only negative point here: The starter was served together with the main course and unfortunately that is a no-go. So the starter became dessert because I wanted the burger and fries hot. But don't deduct a star for that, because the rest was just too good. Hopefully next time it will go right. :) Conclusion: A very nice, tasty stay - well suited as a GOP warm-up!

I've been to Stadtglück several times now and I have to say that you can't say anything negative about the ambience, the service and the very good food. On the contrary, you really feel very comfortable there. I personally cannot understand negative statements, I recommend it without reservation! Baby welcome party, relaxed drinking and eating with friends are all possible there!

Absolutely not recommended. The food and ambience are absolutely top! Ready super quickly and very tasty. Unfortunately the staff is an absolute disaster. Very unfriendly and extremely overwhelmed. Since the appetizer came before the drinks, we didn't have the opportunity to order more. Either the staff ignored you or disappeared too quickly and was never seen again. We waited in vain for a waiter for over 1.5 hours, as eye contact and speeches were ignored or forgotten. It's a shame, but we won't be visiting this restaurant again.

There were two of us here and we both had a burger with fries. The burger was nothing special, we ordered mayo with the fries. And we got so little mayo that it would normally have been enough for 1/3 of the amount of fries. For dinner I had a passion fruit spritzer which was also quite ok. But after dinner we wanted to drink a cocktail, I had an ipanema that was very poorly made, without fresh limes and brown sugar. The other person had a driver and wasn't really thrilled either. We'll try it again next week, I'm excited

Unfortunately, the city's happiness has declined sharply. I used to enjoy going there, but for about half a year the service has been catastrophic. The staff is unfriendly and annoyed, which makes you feel unwelcome as a guest. The food and drinks are delicious, but that's not enough - I can't recommend the shop more.

Went here spontaneously for the first time yesterday. Had burgers with fries twice. Both very tasty and fresh. The service was friendly and the store itself was beautifully designed. Definitely recommended!

The vegan burgers we ordered were very tasty, but they still didn't make up for our 1.5 hour wait... The staff is friendly, but seemed overwhelmed as there was obviously not enough staff. You should actually be able to expect the crowds on a Friday evening, which was also Valentine's Day. Since I don't want to wait 1.5 hours for my food, I probably won't visit the restaurant again despite the delicious food.

Unfortunately I cannot recommend the Stadt Glück restaurant. We waited 1.5 hours for our starter and the main course wasn't in sight even after that. The service seemed overwhelmed and there was no clear communication about how long it would take. Very disappointing - something like this simply shouldn't happen.

Great staff, very nice atmosphere and really, really tasty food. Been here many times and have always been satisfied and full. It's really worth stopping by, even if you just want a drink you'll be well looked after 👍 REALLY TOP

Stadtglück has become my favorite restaurant, you will receive a very warm welcome there, the owners are nice and friendly, have a big heart for every customer, the food is delicious and is served quickly and freshly. I like to meet up with friends there, arrange business appointments with partners or with customers. A location to be recommended for every occasion, thank you very much Jadranka, André and team for your performance.

I've been here several times and felt very comfortable every time. Here you can find delicious burgers, pasta, schnitzel, but also coffee or waffles and much more, so you can safely go from afternoon coffee to dinner ;) The employees are a well-rehearsed team and remain calm and friendly even when the house is full. The facility and the value for money are really good. We'll be back tomorrow =)

You wait forever for the food. Salad was probably ok but penne caprese was tasteless supermarket pasta in oil with a few tomatoes and even less mozzarella. Very disappointing. 2 stars for the drinks and the ambience.

Great modern facility, nice service. I can't judge the food because I/we only ordered drinks and a waffle with powdered sugar and nachos with cheese gratin. Both were very tasty.

I had dinner there with two friends last night and unfortunately I have to say that I have never been treated like this in a restaurant. Even though it was half empty, we had to call our attention several times to get the waitress to come to us. We were also reprimanded and insulted by the waitress just because we noted that one drink had been brought incorrectly, a cola was brought where a Long Island iced tea was ordered. When we paid, the waitress also became abusive towards us and very disrespectful. The food was good so far but because of the treatment I will never go there again.

This sunny Sunday we really had an appetite for a really nice piece of cake. After we couldn't get a seat in two cafés, we wanted to try out city happiness for the first time. Here too it was very well attended. While we had to orientate ourselves and look for a place, an unfriendly waiter suddenly shot past us with the words “There are no tables left.” However, since we had discovered two small tables, we asked the boss if we could sit there, who said yes. After no attention was paid to us after about 25 minutes and during this time we also observed that other new guests were turned away with the words “Nothing was available anymore” (even though this was not the case), we left the café in a bad mood again. Our conclusion: If guests are not welcome, you should perhaps question whether the catering industry is right for you or offer fewer tables so that you can “remain in control of the situation”. But something like that just doesn't work!!! Sorry, but we were not acquired as new customers. No chance! Never ever!!!

Ambiance great nothing to complain about. We ordered coffee and waffles Coffee didn't get the waffles, as well as at the neighboring table. The waitress was very nervous on request and was not searched for a solution. So we still waited. Nothing came... then we just wanted to pay for our coffee... understandable... the waitress didn't even apologize or anything... we had to wait 1.5 hours because of 2 coffees and waffles that we didn't get. So take your time and maybe get food when you order🤷🏽 Too bad, actually very comfortable 🤷🏽

You wait quite a long time until a waitress comes over. Totally unfriendly staff. Food and drinks are an absolute disaster if you ask the staff about it and they will be rude and insulting. Even one star is too many here.

Unfortunately, our order was received rather listlessly and unfriendly. In the end we paid an excessive, incorrect bill. When I complained about this, people spoke unpleasantly about me afterwards. When I raised this, it was denied. It's a shame...for us once and never again!

A very nice, cozy restaurant, we went to eat here by chance and I really have to say that the food was very tasty and also very filling, the service was very friendly and the price-performance ratio was also very good. So we definitely go out to eat here more often now.

Average restaurant. The food was nothing special and rather average. Unfortunately, the nachchos didn't convince me. There was very little cheese with which the naccos were gratinated. The dips didn't convince me personally either. The burgers were good. Unfortunately there was little service staff on a Saturday evening, so we often had to wait a while to be able to order new drinks.

We were there as a large group on a Saturday evening, the food arrived quickly and was very nicely prepared and tasty. The lady was also very nice to our kids. The upper floor is highly recommended for large groups. We'll definitely be back. Card payment also possible.

The dishes were mostly tasty, but almost all of them came with deviations from the order. (Mayo instead of ketchup, no sauce on the burger, nachos are missing, ...) and consisted largely of finished products. The large pot of sauce was even presented at our table because we were supposed to check the ingredients for allergens ourselves! In addition, the orders from different tables were mixed up. The staff then became unfriendly, we as guests could have pointed this out. Unfortunately, a drama that continued all the way to the invoice, where positions that were not ordered ended up. Conclusion: There won't be a second time.

The food came very late. Sometimes the food was delivered incorrectly and we couldn't eat together as a large group. Although the service was tried hard, drinks were forgotten or arrived too late. There were also other inconveniences. And what's actually going on with the light in the upstairs rooms? Too bad.

We booked a table as a large group on Saturday evening. We waited 2 hours for the food. The orders arrived within 1.5 hours. We couldn't eat together. The next table left because the food didn't come. Quality of food inferior. Frozen goods. Service was tried hard, but unfortunately understaffed.

Bring a lot of waiting time. The staffing level was thin and the cake was rather mediocre and the weapons were quite expensive. Otherwise cozy and decoratively furnished.

Here you are immediately welcomed with a heart. Even small children feel completely at home here. You can tell that the owners here have a lot of heart ❤️

Today I was in Bad Oeynhausen, in the restaurant "Stadtglück", the restaurant is very tastefully and comfortably furnished. I really liked the "pop art" wall paintings, they give the restaurant its own character. I ate "Penne Rosso Chicken", tender chicken breast fillet in a light pesto rosso cream sauce, peppers, cherry tomatoes, topped with Grana Pandano (Italian hard cheese) & rocket. Then I ate an apple strudel with vanilla sauce. The entire lunch was very tasty. The owners of the The restaurant was very hospitable, I felt very comfortable in the restaurant. I can really recommend the restaurant "Stadtglück", which also has a nice bar.🙏🙏🙏💕💕💕

We (2 people) had dinner at Stadtglück on October 2nd, 2024 and we really enjoyed it. The ambience was very nice and pleasant. The seats were very comfortable. We had the bruschetta as a starter, two burgers with fries as a main course and two waffles with toppings. Everything tasted good and was reasonably priced. The staff was friendly and the food came at a reasonable time. In addition, it was not crowded, which meant you could eat in peace and enjoy your time there. Thank you for the great evening, we felt very comfortable with you and would therefore be happy to recommend you.

Went there to drink a few cocktails, after we placed the first order and got our drinks no one came by to take new orders. You can sit there well, the ambience is quite nice, but if the service were any less it would be self-service. You have to know.

The service was friendly and in a good mood - we left a tip despite the food. 3 of us had burgers - which were unfortunately cold - not bad in taste, but just cold. The wedges, on the other hand, were very hot - but also tasted good. The house-made lemonades were delicious. Our neighboring table - must have been a large group before - was just dirty and the chairs were all over the place. This was not cleared or cleaned in the 1 1/2 hours. It wasn't a pretty sight I would say: it was OK, but I don't have to go there again.

Yesterday I was there with a rehab colleague to have something cool to drink. Service was great and it was comfortable to sit there. There are plenty of places inside and outside and you can eat everything from cakes to burgers and tarte flambées. Easily accessible for wheelchair users. Prices are reasonable for today's times. I can't say anything about the food yet as we only went for a drink But I can only recommend it

This was my second visit to you and I was completely happy again! You greet your guests very friendly, have a great atmosphere, the service leaves nothing unfulfilled and the food is beautifully prepared and is highly recommended. I would also describe your restaurant as very child-friendly because the dark-haired lady with the glasses was so nice to my girls and treated them as little guests with their own menu and even asked them what they would like to order. I thought it was great! You're great - keep it up!

We were there with a group. Super friendly welcome, quick service regarding the first drink and food. Unfortunately, we hardly had a chance to eat and order more drinks afterwards. Later we were noticed again. A pity. The food was really good and tasty.

The burgers and fries were very tasty, and even though there were 11 of us there, all the food arrived almost at the same time, fresh and hot. The supply of drinks and demand for further requests were not so good, things were very slow. Maybe there weren't enough staff?

Danger!!! Don't go in there!!!!! They wanted to charge me twice because apparently it didn't work the first time!!! This was probably an act of revenge from the waitress, who served us something we didn't order and wanted us to pay for it at the end! Outrageous!!! And the bartender knew and just grinned. This is probably normal procedure in this store.

A relaxed, cozy atmosphere paired with very tasty, expressive food. The homemade limmos and cocktails rounded off the whole experience. Definitely not the last visit here.

Everything was great until the bill came and the waitress told us we had ordered wrong, instead of directly saying that her new colleague probably didn't know something. Completely unnecessary to approach the guest directly because of 1€ instead of admitting the mistake. And then you forgot something on the bill... She then gave us the forgotten drink, which she preferred rather than admitting her mistake. To each their own, but that is not my understanding of customer-friendly.

Service bei komplett leerem Lokal katastrophal. Bestellung durften wir nach knapp 20 Minuten aufgeben, 20 Minuten später kamen die Getränke und nochmal 20 Minuten später das Essen. Nach dem Essen wollten wir eigentlich noch Nachtisch und nochmal Getränke bestellen aber alle Handzeichen und das Ansprechen der Servicekräfte wurde fleißig ignoriert. Rechnung bekamen wir dann aber direkt und zwar ziemlich pampig. Hier gehen wir nicht nochmal hin! Essen war aber gut, einziger Grund warum es 2 Sterne geworden sind!
