Leckeres Essen freundlicher service, gehen wir gerne hin

Meine Begleitung ist ohne Erwartung mit mir hingegangen und war ganz aus dem Häuschen! Das Essen war außerordentlich gut und der Service, sowie das Ambiente sind wunderbar! Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und haben das Essen sehr genossen. Wir werden auf jeden Fall mal wieder kommen.

Wir waren Nachmittags zu zweit im XoXo und bekamen sofort einen Tisch zugewiesen. Der Service war gut. Nur die Musik hätte ein wenig leiser sein können. Die Speise- und Getränke-karte ist umfangreich, es sollte für alle Geschmäcker etwas zu finden sein. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit, erklärt auch gerne Zutaten/Inhaltsstoffe. Die Preise sind sehr fair, das Essen authentisch Syrisch und mit frischen Zutaten zubereitet. Ich komme sehr gerne wieder und probiere weitere interessant klingende Gerichte aus!

Zu Mittag gegessen. Waren etwas enttäuscht. Rindfleischstreifen waren an einer Hand abzuzählen und milimeterdünn. Dafür fanden wir den Preis zu hoch. Der Teller hatte wenig Ähnlichkeit mit dem Foto aus der Karte. Geschmacklich in Ordnung.

Mittagstisch sehr zu empfehlen. Wenn das Team im Stress is, passieren Fehler, es wird zu wenig bzw. das falsche Essen gebracht. Besonderer Geschmack, variiert jedes Mal ein bisschen, auch wenn ich das gleiche Gericht an verschiedenen Tagen bestelle.

Nur zu empfehlen! Wir waren bereits vor Ort und haben auch schon bestellt. Ein sehr großes veganes Angebot und alles ist frisch und lecker. Das Fleisch ist Mega und auch das Ambiente sowie der Service.

Sehr schönes Restaurant mit herausragenden orientalischen Gerichten. Es hat von der Vorspeise über das Hauptgericht bis zum Dessert alles super lecker geschmeckt. Klare Empfehlung zu einem weiteren Besuch!

Sehr leckeres, traditionelles syrisches Essen. Wir haben viel ausprobiert: Vorspeise, Hauptgang und den Nachtisch. Alles war hervorragend, super gewürzt. Die Bedienung ist zuvorkommend und sehr nett. Wir würden es auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Essen war sehr gut, Ambiente wirklich schön. Ich haben es das erstmal ausprobiert, die Hausgemachte Limonade war auch sehr lecker.

Tolle syrische Spezialitäten, toller Service, kleine aber sehr feine Mittagskarte. Sehr empfehlenswert, uns hat es sehr, sehr gut geschmeckt, der Service ist super freundlich und es geht Mittags sehr schnell. Preis-Leistung passt

Das Essen sooo gut. Fühlt sich nach Freundschaft an. Als würde dein Vater dich aus dem Auto in den Bett tragen, wenn du schon eingeschlafen bist. Wie der letzte Tag Schule vor den Sommerferien. Wie frisch geduscht ins frisch bezogene Bett. Das Essen fühlt sich nach Liebe an. Jeder Handschwung der zum Kochen verwendet wurde, ist beim Essen spürbar. Wie eine Windbrise an heißen Tagen. Wie eine heiße Dusche im Winter. Würde ich jeder Zeit nochmal essen.🙂‍↕️🙂‍↕️🙂‍↕️

One of our favorite restaurants in Frankenthal, which we always enjoy visiting. The food is truly outstanding – you can immediately taste the high quality of the ingredients. The dishes are very authentic, which makes the whole experience special. The ambiance is also pleasant and inviting. While the prices are a bit above average, the quality is also above average and absolutely justified. A clear recommendation for anyone who appreciates good food.

We visited twice and had a fantastic experience! The food was truly authentic and the portions were incredibly generous. What really sets this place apart, though, is the hospitality.. they made us feel so welcome that it truly felt like home. We’ll definitely be back!

Some of the food was cold, and there was a long wait for a table despite having made a reservation.

Unfortunately, the owners have let their success go to their heads. Tonight, I wanted to go out for Eid with my parents and had made a reservation. When we arrived, we were told there were no tables available and that we should come back in 15 minutes. Furthermore, the man lied to my face, saying he had warned us by phone that there might only be a last-minute opening. This was definitely not the case, otherwise we wouldn't have gone. This is unacceptable and unprofessional customer service. Disappointing! Edit: Bringing my small dog was also arranged by phone. Quote: "If he's really small and peaceful, no problem." Now they're brazenly claiming the opposite. Unbelievable.

We ate here on several occasions. First, the positives: everything we ate and drank was excellent and very plentiful. The service was good, but clearing tables with a trolley is rather unusual for a restaurant, and it was quite noisy. Furthermore, the dining room wasn't particularly warm. The fact that paying with a company credit card costs extra is something the owner could reconsider and change, which is certainly possible with the card terminal provider. Therefore, I would no longer consider this restaurant for company events.

The buffet was a great idea, I'll recommend it to everyone because the price was very reasonable and everything was perfect. The staff were also very friendly, I'll definitely thank them and recommend them to everyone ❤️

On February 26th, I went to the restaurant with a friend at 5 pm. It wasn't very busy yet. The young man who served us wasn't very friendly, and certainly not attentive. We waited almost 45 minutes for our food, and while the people at the next table arrived after us, they got their food before us. When we finally got the waiter's attention and pointed this out, we received a curt reply, and then the food arrived 5 minutes later. The only thing that was actually hot on the plate were the potatoes. The rest wasn't lukewarm, but it wasn't really hot either. At first, my friend pointed out the lack of toilet paper after using the restroom. On the second trip to the restroom, there was at least a paper towel roll. I don't have a problem if a restaurant doesn't serve alcohol. However, when we asked, we were told that they weren't serving alcohol because of Ramadan. Which isn't something I care about in the slightest when I'm out to eat. ... I'd just like to mention in passing that we also had to wait quite a while before we could pay. At least the waiter who paid the bill was friendly. It's a real shame, because I've eaten there a few times before and it was always okay. But after an evening like that, I have no desire to go back to XOXO.

When I entered the restaurant, it was beautiful. I went to the bathroom and accidentally entered the kitchen, and I saw mice and filth.

The food was very fresh and tasted excellent. The extremely friendly and attentive staff deserves special mention. Although the restaurant was busy, the food arrived surprisingly quickly. We felt completely comfortable and well taken care of. We were very satisfied and will definitely come back again.

We visited XOXO for the third time today. Unfortunately, I have to say we were disappointed with the food today. It was presented rather carelessly. My husband's kebab was just a piece of unidentifiable meat that didn't look very appetizing. It's a shame, really. Perhaps the kitchen was simply overwhelmed because the dining room was busy.

Today was my first visit to a Syrian restaurant... And what can I say? I was completely blown away. My partner and I have rarely eaten so deliciously. All the dishes were incredibly fresh, and the flavors were absolutely amazing. We're both not usually fans of lamb, but we decided to give it a try, and honestly, it was outstanding. I highly recommend it, and we'll definitely be back. The ambiance was really great and cozy. The service was very friendly and attentive. And then, as I said, the food... simply incredible! This place definitely deserves 10 out of 10 stars! Thank you so much for the wonderful evening! 👌😊👍🥰

In principle, the taste was okay, slightly above average. Points were deducted because the meat, the chicken, was superficially burnt black; it was very bitter and therefore also very dry.

Today we ordered from Lieferando for the first time. Unfortunately, we're not very impressed with the local delivery services. But not with xoxo! Whether it was the falafel, which tasted amazing and wasn't dry at all, or the vine leaves with parsley and tomatoes with fresh lemon juice, it was simply divine. From today on, we have a favorite delivery service with fresh ingredients. Thank you for the delicious food! December 26, 2025: We ate there again yesterday with friends and family. We ordered the entire menu for six people. I've rarely experienced such an explosion of flavor. We were served the best specialties, and there was an explanation for each dish. The lamb and chicken skewers were simply divine. Your cuisine is way ahead of the game—top-notch food and top-notch quality!

It was my first time there, and I was full of anticipation as I'd never eaten Syrian food before. I was absolutely thrilled with the food, service, and atmosphere; we'll definitely be back.

We ate there for the first and last time. Chaotic...it took 30 minutes from ordering drinks, which were brought to us, until we ordered our food. The food then arrived an hour later, almost all of it cold. We had two appetizers and two main courses, barely seasoned, not what we expected. The people at the next table, whom we were talking to, had the same experience. For rather high prices...we're usually happy to spend a few euros more if the food is good, but here the service, the food, and the attention to the guests were all lacking.

If you enjoy Middle Eastern food, this might be the place for you. Our experience was utter chaos. Appetizers we ordered never arrived, and later, the wrong appetizers were served with the main course (though I didn't have to pay for them). The taste was just okay, barely tolerable, but far from delicious. Apparently, others like it... but it wasn't for me, which is a shame.

There's something for everyone here. All vegetarian and vegan dishes are clearly marked on the menu. The food is so delicious! All the staff are incredibly friendly and happy to answer any questions. The cuisine is traditional. I really love the Arabic ambiance. Reservations are a must!

We had a reservation for six people, and even though the restaurant was quite full, we never had to wait long for our friendly and attentive service. We savored the diverse specialties, and each dish was unique and memorable. Small special requests were easily accommodated. This was our first time at Xoxo, and we'll definitely be back. Yesterday, we went there for the first time in the evening (usually we only have lunch) as a group of four. All the appetizers and main courses were delicious. Okay, the oriental-spiced rice was just okay... but we happily accepted the discount voucher without any complaints. We'll definitely be back sometime.

This was our first time eating at XoXo. The food was delicious, the portions were generous, and there was a wide selection of typical Syrian dishes. We were also pleasantly surprised by the exceptionally large number of vegetarian and vegan options. We'll definitely be back.

It's certainly not Michelin-starred cuisine, but anyone who enjoys Middle Eastern food will be in heaven. Despite the extensive menu, everything looks freshly prepared and tastes delicious. The service is exceptionally friendly, attentive, and refined (some German waitstaff could learn a thing or two here about what good service should be). This will definitely be one of my go-to restaurants in Frankenthal from now on.

Delicious food, well presented. If you value alcohol, this isn't the place for you, but the homemade lemonade, teas, etc. are highly recommended. However, our reservation, which we had made a few weeks earlier, was lost. Luckily, we arrived quite early, otherwise it would have been more difficult with 11 adults and a toddler.

Drinks were served promptly, and the food, freshly prepared, arrived in a short, reasonable time. The portions were large, but very tasty. To finish, we were treated to a special tea, which rounded off the meal perfectly. Always worth a visit.

Top service, indescribably delicious, would recommend to everyone.

We visited for the first time last night thanks to our gourmet block. We received a very warm welcome and sat outside. The servers were always friendly and accommodating. The two homemade lemonades were delicious (elderberry + lime mint), and the food was also delicious; we had the kebab halibi and the vegetable kebab. Both are highly recommended. At the end, we had tea, and they gave us a free dessert. We will definitely be back!

So inconspicuous from the outside. Luckily, it was recommended. The food was great – with a wide selection for meat eaters, vegetarians, and vegans. The iced tea was good too. The appetizer and grill plates were too much. I would have liked to try the dessert plates as well. But it definitely won't be my last time there. I'd be happy to come back.
