A wonderful evening at Hermanns, from the warm welcome to the last spoonful, simply perfect. We were delighted by the extensive and lovingly curated drinks menu: an exceptional selection of gins, whiskeys, rums, and spirits, as well as an impressive variety of wines. We started the culinary evening with a Negroni and a Hermanns Spritz. For starters, we had goat cheese on salad and sardines. This was followed by a creamy (sloppy) risotto with mushrooms and a tender venison goulash with spaetzle, both perfectly prepared and a true taste experience. We finished with a refreshing berry sorbet for dessert. The service was attentive, warm, and fulfilled our every wish without being intrusive. We felt completely at home and thoroughly enjoyed the evening in the romantic atmosphere. One thing is for sure: We'll be back – and are already looking forward to the next time! 🍷

Yesterday, we celebrated our Christmas party with a cooking class at Kevin's – and we were absolutely thrilled with him, his skills, his concept, and the location. The cooking class took place in the hotel kitchen of the zwölf87 traumwerk. The atmosphere was relaxed and friendly, Kevin shared many helpful tips and tricks with us, and the meal we enjoyed together afterward was superb. A particular highlight was that we were able to cook with his selected zwölf87 signature ingredients, such as his fantastic homemade tomato jam. Although the evening's theme was "tapas," this term doesn't quite do justice to the quality of Kevin's food. From an excellent apple and celery soup to delicate carpaccio, marinated San Marzano tomatoes and burrata, to risotto Milanese, exquisite prawns and beef tenderloin, and much more. The evening was rounded off by Kevin's dessert surprise: a crème brûlée with homemade caramel ice cream and cherries – it was a culinary dream on many, many plates. Kevin, you gave us a wonderful evening, right in the middle of the pre-Christmas hustle and bustle.
