A wonderful evening at Hermanns, from the warm welcome to the last spoonful, simply perfect. We were delighted by the extensive and lovingly curated drinks menu: an exceptional selection of gins, whiskeys, rums, and spirits, as well as an impressive variety of wines. We started the culinary evening with a Negroni and a Hermanns Spritz. For starters, we had goat cheese on salad and sardines. This was followed by a creamy (sloppy) risotto with mushrooms and a tender venison goulash with spaetzle, both perfectly prepared and a true taste experience. We finished with a refreshing berry sorbet for dessert. The service was attentive, warm, and fulfilled our every wish without being intrusive. We felt completely at home and thoroughly enjoyed the evening in the romantic atmosphere. One thing is for sure: We'll be back – and are already looking forward to the next time! 🍷

We booked a cooking class with Kevin for our company event (13 people) and everyone was absolutely thrilled. It was super relaxed, yet informative, and above all, so delicious! We had a lot of fun and were able to enjoy our prepared treats undisturbed at Hotel 1287. Highly recommended!
