Very good food and delicious French rosé wine. Had spaghetti with zander fillet that tasted excellent. When it came to the Erinberg snails, 2 out of 6 were empty but it wasn't a problem and was compensated for by the very good service. Recommended...

A hotel that advertises its very good, upscale cuisine should perhaps actually deliver craftsmanship. The head chef, Mr. Philipp Heid, is highly praised in relevant trade newspapers and also in the press. First of all, the service is correct and usually quick and attentive. The dining room is dark and the furniture is more reminiscent of a restaurant, and tablecloths and cloth napkins don't help. The menu read well, so our guests and we waited with anticipation and anticipation for the first course. As a greeting, some bread came from the kitchen, but it took too long Baked, therefore crumbly and hard to bite. It would be served with a basil spread. We all decided on the summer menu with wine accompaniment. The starter was, as promised, light and good in a summery way, but not a challenge for the chef. The essence was rather bland and we had to add more seasoning. Also the plucked bow of Lake Constance beef with princess beans! Mixed with a little paste and supposedly herb mushroom, which was neither visible nor tasted, it didn't appeal to us from a culinary point of view. It reminded me of a braised leg slice as the whole dish was jelly-like. The dessert was supposed to be a cream puff, which was more reminiscent of a bagel, but nicely presented. Since this invitation was a gift from us for our friends' silver wedding anniversary, we felt very uncomfortable in view of the previously described cuisine and rather poor kitchen performance. The two ladies at the back table were probably just as disappointed as we were and left the restaurant without eating the dessert. All in all, it's a shame and the restaurant didn't meet our expectations in any way. It was a unique experience...but only once!

Locale molto curato, atmosfera elegante e piacevole. Abbiamo travato posto nella settimana del Fakuma, e questo di per se è un risultato positivo. I piatti sono ben curati, il personale gentile e attento. Io ho preso un filetto di Sandra su letto di zucca con riduzione di Riesling. Super ! I prezzi sono in linea con quel che si trova in Germania per questo livello di qualità.
