Sportgaststätte TSV in Erlangen

Today was the first time. It was lunchtime, just a few drinks. The owner was very nice and extremely friendly. We'd love to come back to try the Greek cuisine.

Yesterday we visited the new owner of the TSV restaurant for the first time. The food was delicious, and we didn't have to wait long. The staff was very friendly. I highly recommend it. We'll definitely be back.

The food tasted okay, but it was only lukewarm, and the portions were much too small. The Sunday menu skimps on the side salad. The beer wasn't cold. It could be better. It's a shame. Only one of the five dishes arrived, and the other four didn't arrive until the first one was finished.

The food is very tasty. We had calamari, bifteki, and gyros with rice and fries. Everything was very tasty, although the gyro was the driest gyro we've ever eaten. Unusual but still good. Tzatziki would have been good even without dill. What bothered us, however, was that we had large menus and had chosen our meal, including the large mixed appetizer plate. Then we were informed that today, on Sunday, there was only a limited menu, without the appetizer plate and without children's dishes. The kitchen wouldn't be able to cope otherwise. It's a shame, but okay. Then we heard several times that children's schnitzel was being sent out. And here's a suggestion: a small, clear menu and no German dishes, please! No 20 appetizers. And it would be better to have a weekly special. Then the guests would be happier, and probably the chefs too. The team didn't seem to have quite worked together yet. The service wasn't entirely professional. We'll try again in a few weeks.

The service was really friendly, but the draft beer was unfortunately too warm. Bottled beer was nice and cold. The food was good, but poorly managed by the kitchen. The gyro was good, but cold (it was probably the first thing on the plate). The fries and calamari were hot, although the calamari unfortunately wasn't seasoned :-(, otherwise it would have been really great. One person sent back their food because the gyro was cold, and unfortunately, it came back only warm on the outside (probably from a quick salamander). I'm confident they'll get back on track, and I'd love to come back in a year and a half, and I'll update this review.

We're glad there's a Greek restaurant in Frauenaurach again. The food is delicious. The portions could be larger. If you're really hungry, you need an appetizer. We've eaten there several times now, and the wait time of over an hour is definitely too long.

I waited almost two hours for the food and found out it was forgotten. I would have liked to try the food to improve my review.

The restaurant was half full. Unfortunately, we had to wait 1.5 hours. The food was very tasty. The portions were just about adequate. No "man's portions." The atmosphere was typical of a sports restaurant.

Super delicious Greek food (by far the best in my opinion), good selection, and generous portions. We're happy Elias is back among the restaurateurs and can recommend him 100%. The service was also excellent.

I visit this restaurant regularly with my grandparents, and we're always thrilled. The menu is varied, and the food is always delicious – the cakes are a particular highlight! The staff is incredibly polite and attentive. We always feel welcome here and will be happy to return!

Very tasty food and friendly service

Stopped there on the way home. Super delicious food, a veeeery friendly atmosphere, and pleasant service. We received a warm welcome. It could have been a bit more cozy, but that didn't bother us. We had a Jägerschnitzel that didn't fit on the plate, a Cordon Bleu with plenty of fries, and a delicious mixed salad. Great value for money 👍 Next time we'll try the Pirogi 😋 Best.

The food is super delicious. The salad was very fresh. There are delicious homemade cakes. The innkeeper and his staff are very friendly and attentive. We are happy every time we can be guests there. Very tasty food, a schnitzel bomb filled with mushrooms, potato pancakes, and a side salad. Great service, keep up the good work.

This is a wonderful restaurant near the sportsplatz. They started our group off with small bowls of their special tasty bigos. I'm not sure if it's on the menu, but it should be. The service was great and the food was outstanding.

I wanted to order and pick up 3 portions of pierogi from you today. When I opened the menu, I was amazed at the price. Of course there's a lot of work involved here, but charging 14.50 for 10 pierogi is pretty steep. Without further ado, we made 100 pierogi ourselves today for a total cost of around €9. We'll definitely come and try your stuff, but ~€44 + drinks for what is actually "a snack" is pretty steep. Still 5 stars, will be reviewed later.

Super tasty and beautifully prepared food in a sports restaurant atmosphere. Dear boss and attentive employees. Homemade cakes also available to take away. The dishes are in a decent portion so that no one has to get up hungry. We would love to come back and can definitely recommend it to others. 5 stars from me...

We came for the Polish dishes and were not disappointed. If you want really good Polish meals, this is the place for you. The ambience could be improved, but the food was so good that we didn't care.

The two of us had dinner there this evening. The first thing to try was Bigos, which was very tasty and extremely seasoned. The cordon bleu was so juicy and tender, really great. The salad was very well seasoned and the vegetables were lovingly cut. A lovely evening with delicious food and a super friendly boss.

Unfortunately not recommended. Don't scoop any crust and way too expensive for this price.

Mega delicious food. We had goulash with potato pancakes and pierogi. Both really tasty. We'll be back. keep it up.

We were there on Sunday and can only warmly recommend the restaurant. The dishes were all tasty, well seasoned and the portion size was really good In terms of price, I would say cheap. The staff was extremely accommodating and you felt really comfortable. Conclusion: definitely try it out! You're not doing anything wrong with that.

Einer der besten Griechen hier in der Umgebung. Die Gerichte sind super lecker und die Portionen riesig. Personal sehr zuvorkommend und aufmerksam. Im Sommer kann man schön auf der Terrasse sitzen. Ich kann das Restaurant nur weiterempfehlen.

Restaurant mit sehr gutem griechischen und gut bürgerlichem Essen, gute Portionen zu einem guten Preis. Schöner Biergarten zum draußen sitzen. Einzig die Pizzen sind nicht der Brüller, aber beim Griechen sollte man auch keine Pizza essen. Die junge Bedienung war etwas überfordert, bei manchen Bestellungen musste man 2x nachfragen, der Wirt selbst war auf Zack. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Immer wieder ein schöner Besuch. Alle so herzlich da geht man einfach gerne hin. Das Essen ist auch wie immer sehr lecker.

Das Essen ist okay, es ist nichts besonderes und es gibt in der Umgebung andere Griechen die weitaus besser sind. Man kann es aber durchaus essen. Netter Wirt.

Waren zwecks Corona nur zum Abholen einer Bestellung dort. Sehr netter Wirt, freundlich begrüßt. Essen war sehr lecker. (2 Pizzen, Salat, Tzatziki) Werden wieder hingehen.

Hier nun meine 2. Rezension, da die erste verschwunden ist. Das Restaurant hat einen sehr schönen Parkplatz, WLAN und hervorragendes Essen. Der Eingang ist wie bei den meisten Sportgaststätten auf der Platz zugewandten Seite. Die Atmosphäre hier familiär und alles ist sehr sauber. Die Lage lädt ein hier öfters vorbei zu kommen. Eune Reservierung sollte man vorher tätigen. Gerne wieder

In der Sportgaststätte des TSV Frauenaurach gibt es hervorragendes Essen zu vernünftigen, angemessenen Preisen. Die Küche versteht ihr Handwerk und der Wirt ist mit Abstand der freundlichste in großem Umkreis. Auf das Essen wartet man nicht zu lange und es ist immer frisch und gekonnt zubereitet. Gelegentlich kommt es vor, dass Sportveranstaltungen sind und auch auf den Tisch für die Stammgäste wird penibel geachtet, so dass es manchmal eng werden kann - aber das ist für eine Sportgaststätte nicht verwunderlich. Unbedingte Empfehlung, wir sind gerne und oft dort.
