Food service was first-class. 6 stars from us. As a simple sports restaurant, we can't complain; everything was great.

The dining room is simple - but the kitchen is good! Competent and incredibly quick service, nice portions, good quality and acceptable prices ensure that the shop is buzzing every day.

We were there on May 1st. Despite the busy beer garden, we were served friendly and quickly. The food was very good. A really good schnitzel and the roast was also very well done. The price is just right here. Will definitely come back.

Coffee was served in dirty cups and by unfriendly staff

It was my first time here, I had heard a lot of good things and was invited by friends. The food was excellent and served quickly. I was very disappointed with the staff, who were quick but also very stressed. They were warm and so the door to the beer garden was constantly opened wide. We sat with our backs directly to the door and it was very late April. After repeated requests and complaints, the door remained open. I left the place completely frozen and very disappointed and will avoid it in the future. What a shame!

Henry's sports restaurant can be highly recommended! The restaurant was very full when we visited, and the acoustics were a bit unfavorable! After a slightly longer wait, we were served quickly and friendly! The food was comparatively cheap and tasted very good! What was very pleasant: We all received our ordered food at the same time! Highly recommended!

For Ash Wednesday dinner with at least 30 people there for many years, always with early reservation. This time the time slot was brought forward by 2 hours at short notice. Then you're surprised if not everyone can come and you're offended. You will then be complimented out of the restaurant after just under 1.5 hours. Thanks. This is how you keep regular customers...

We ate here for the first time today, and certainly won't be the last. The portions were generous, fresh, and delicious. The service was very prompt and attentive. Home-style cooking, with a small but excellent menu. It's basically what you'd expect from a sports restaurant, and it exceeds all expectations.

We had a small birthday party today and I had pumpkin cream soup as a starter and loin for the main course. I couldn't even finish my soup before the loins were there. Because they were kept warm they were tough. What a shame, I hope it will be better next time.

Went to eat at Schlachtplatte. It was tasty and harmonious. Henry is always worth a visit.

Nice restaurant with attentive and friendly service. The food is mediocre but not bad. The tables are beautifully set, but the size of the room reduces the charm somewhat. Reasonably priced, portions are plentiful. All in all, highly recommended for a sports venue.

We were here for dinner on October 12th, 2024, unfortunately I was so disappointed with my “Allgäuer Rostbraten”. When I asked the service employee if that's what a roast really looked like, he just looked at my plate and left without a word. That was it. There was only a small blob of cheese spaetzle on my plate and I don't even want to talk about the supposed roast....see photo.... Oh yes, I ordered medium, unfortunately medium rare is not possible with this meat. The taste was good, but that couldn't make it any better.

You can eat very well here. The service is very friendly. I recommend making a reservation.

It used to be absolutely great...the portions were sufficient and the daily menu included soup and salad.... Today, portions are smaller, prices are higher, no more daily menu. A shame, especially for pensioners.

As always, the food is very tasty, only yesterday I was very disappointed. I ordered the Swabian Alb platter for €21 and I have to say the portion wasn't enough for the price. Saved a lot on cheese noodles and vegetables too. Sorry, but I'm used to it differently at Henry's. The staff could also be a bit friendlier.

I don't give the five stars out of reflex but rather deliberately. I felt very comfortable here. Good citizen in the best sense. Great price-performance ratio so value for money in the literal sense. It was my first time here, but I'll definitely come back!

5 croquettes and sliced ​​meat slapped unaestheticly onto the plate for 19,- the salad plates are all the same just with different toppings. So "Greek farmer's salad" is also with potato salad but without onions, tomatoes or cucumbers - huh? Waiters are stressed and sometimes don't stay standing while they talk to you. Asked because we got 0.3 Spezi even though we ordered a large one. Only available in this size - but it's really expensive.

Hello, I was there for lunch with family today. Service was busy, but everything came to the table quickly. Good home cooking. The potato salad was particularly excellent. It's been a long time since I've had one this good in a local restaurant. Keep it up.

Everyone is stressed sometimes... but this service is fundamental. No greeting, snappy, stroppy answers. No eye contact possible despite walking past several times. After I chose a dish from the children's menu and expressly ordered a children's portion, I was not informed that it is only possible for pensioners aged 99 and over, according to the waitress when paying, to receive dishes from the children's menu. I was silently charged for the adult portion minus 1 euro. An explanation needs to be given....in advance....not when cashing out. Despite a tip, no thank you let alone a farewell greeting. The food is generally good and two other waitresses are friendly. This lady is just bad for business.

The sausage salad and rag soup were totally over salted and otherwise tasteless and the bread was also moldy. Unfortunately there was no apology - I don't have to go there anymore - that was a good thing!!

My first impression was: well… someone made an effort, but still a sports home… But the first-class, lightning-fast, super friendly service and the solid, very tasty food convinced us within minutes. We had a very nice evening and were greeted as warmly as we were welcomed! And the whole thing was available at an absolutely fair and reasonable price - we were pleasantly surprised, convinced and will definitely come back...

Even though we were a large party, we were served quickly. The food was very tasty, my daughter had the tastiest spaetzle and potato salad. Thank you Henry's team.

The quality, quantity and preparation time of the dishes is simply impressive. Some restaurants can learn a lesson here. The interior design is okay, but very dark and not really nice. But it's subjective. Keep it up!

Six of us just had dinner there. The food was good, but the spaetzle with sauce tasted a little too much like eggs for me. The portions were small but enough. For dessert we had ice cream, the chocolate and lemon ice cream was average. The service was very commendable. Despite the really full house, the food came quickly and everything more or less at the same time. The ambience is rather old-fashioned, but still comfortable and you feel at home. Overall the restaurant is an 8/10. We would recommend them ☺️

A restaurant with a pleasant atmosphere, with delicious food. After our arrival, the waiter was helpful, which was an added pleasure for us that we could communicate with him in Hungarian. In terms of value for money, the restaurant is completely adequate, parking is easily available in the parking lot reserved for the restaurant's guests. The only drawback is that it is only possible to pay in cash.

The food was OK to good. Prices very good. Despite having a reservation, the staff forced you to leave after just an hour. Less than a minute after paying, the service staff was standing next to you with the utensils to clean the table.

I ate an onion roast, the meat was tough and the onions were so thick and only a little sautéed, the sauce was nothing special, when we cook at home the food is better than here in the restaurant. We paid 61 euros for two portions of the same dish. We would have saved the money better. Time has also stood still in the restaurant - the ambience is reminiscent of a train station bar. We definitely won't be going back there again. We remembered it differently, it's a shame.

Honest German cuisine. Minimalist lunch menu and that's a good thing. You get your food in just a few minutes and with great quality where there is absolutely nothing to complain about. And that means something in Ulm 😄 Only the ambience is pure sports restaurant. A bit old in a large room. The volume is there accordingly.

Never disappoints this place - a real gem

Without a reservation, on a Friday evening, we got a table straight away. The atmosphere is cozy, but it is very loud and always busy. The staff is very friendly, but seems quite stressed (which is understandable). Our onion roast came to the table very quickly and was cooked as requested. As you can see in the picture, the portions are enough to fill you up😊 Unfortunately, the side salad was almost unseasoned and very bland. Although there is vinegar and oil, as well as salt and pepper on the table, salad dressing is something different in my opinion. Conclusion: Price-performance ratio is great and I love going back again and again👍

Das Essen schmeckt ganz gut und das Personal war okay. Allerdings gibt es außer einem (!!!!) Salat und Kässpatzen nichts vegetarisches auf der Speisekarte.

Also das Essen war schon wieder sehr gut. Salatplatte mit gebratenem Lachs. Die Salate knackig frisch, der Lachs schön resch angebraten, ohne ausgetrocknet zu sein und heiß. Bedienung freundlich und aufmerksam.

Gut bürgerliche Küche zu fairen Preisen. Hier wird noch gekocht und nicht auf convenience Artikel zurückgegriffen.

Schmackhaftes rund um die Uhr. D.h. auch Nachmittags warme Küche! Und kein Ruhetag! Preis/Leistung/Erwartung/Ambiente stehen hier in bestem Verhältniss. Unkompliziert!

Ein Lokal wo man im Sommer gut draußen sitzen kann. Man sollte aber immer reservieren.
