Nice atmosphere, food was great, would love to come back

We were in the restaurant on New Year's Eve. All tables were full except for the last seat. The attentive service had everything perfectly under control. The food was excellent. The steaks served “on point”. The starters and side dishes were absolutely delicious. Great atmosphere in an authentic, well-decorated steakhouse. Keep it up, Heilbronn deserves it!

We've been there for Christmas for the second year now, it's always a taste experience and the service is very good. We would love to come back

2 steaks were great, 2 just ok, standard fries frozen (see picture). Only one side dish was served to an 800gram platter for 2 people at a price of €100, which I find stingy. The sauces were at best ok, the garlic butter tasted like store-bought. The carpaccio wasn't worth it at all for me, it was actually just salad. Garlic bread wasn't really fresh either. Service took longer than usual at every step. The ambience itself was ok, unfortunately the lamps above the tables flickered which was annoying. Amatures in the women's toilet looked very run down and could have been swept out. Price performance just doesn't work for me, you have to put in more effort.

We were here for the first time today and it was great! We haven't eaten something so delicious in a long time. The staff is super nice and very attentive. We'll be back 😉

We were there for dinner for two. Natalie was our server, she gave us great recommendations and was able to answer our questions perfectly. The food was extremely good and the drinks were great. We were particularly impressed by the great service. I can only recommend it :).

For a steakhouse the burger at lunch was very disappointing… The meat was completely cooked through, no longer really warm and the consistency was similar to the sole of a shoe.

Very nice steakhouse with a solid lunch menu that is impressive in terms of quality and price. The service is friendly and on point - no long waiting times! The only point of criticism I would say is the dishes, which don't fit, at least not with the rest of the ambience. Even the three refrigerators in the guest room, which offer a view of the meat on offer, suggest more. Otherwise everything is fine and a visit is worth it!

Fun/quality comes at a cost...not cheap but top performance. The food was convincing and the service that addresses every guest by name is something special. Thanks Izzy! Also a big thank you to our waitress who was super friendly, explained things competently and spontaneously moved up an additional seat. Recommended, gladly again.

After we sat at our table, 10 minutes passed until the menu was brought to us. On the subject of the menu: Please have this proofread, unfortunately there are some spelling errors. Especially online. Our order was taken quickly. We ordered, among other things, a steak, the degree of doneness was not asked (?) The drinks and food didn't take long to arrive. The meat was excellent, but the fries/wedges were unfortunately a bit over-seasoned. We would have liked to have ordered more drinks and sauce during the meal, but unfortunately there was no sign of service anywhere. We ultimately ordered directly at the bar. The drinks were brought quickly, but unfortunately the empty glasses and, in the meantime, empty plates were not cleared away. When we wanted to pay, there was no chance of catching anyone from the service. So straight back to the bar. All in all, unfortunately there is a lot of room for improvement, especially when it comes to service. It simply has to be right with this price and ambience.

Food good, waiting time for the food almost 1 1/2 hours!

The food was really tasty, tender meat, good service. In our opinion, the price-performance ratio compared to other restaurants nearby that also offer steaks is not right. We had a pepper steak and a ribeye steak, each with a side dish and a non-alcoholic drink, for which we paid around 72 euros. The salmon portion already included a side dish and cost 26 euros, which also tasted good.

The Blackbones completely convinced us. The steak was perfectly cooked, tender, juicy and full of flavor. The side dishes and drink selection were also excellent. The atmosphere is cozy, the staff friendly and attentive. Absolutely recommended! We'll definitely be back!

The ambience is very nice, but more like a posh restaurant than a steakhouse. Placement and drink ordering worked smoothly. But then: All the glasses were not completely filled (2cm below the calibration mark). Even after complaining and refilling at the bar, there was still a centimeter missing from the calibration mark. Considering the prices and the complaint, this is a provocative cheek. But the food made up for it. Salads were crisp and fresh and the steaks were simply perfect. Such top quality is rare. Finally, unfortunately, there is a negative hammer: after you ask for payment, you don't get an invoice, just the cash machine. The amount was communicated verbally very unclearly, so I understood €125 instead of €105.20. Even after the tip surcharge, the waitress did not point out the unusually high tip and the possible misunderstanding. I would have expected that in a restaurant of any class and category. It took another waitress to find the cashier to correct the mistake. My overall conclusion: The food is indeed exceptional, but the stingy glass fillings and the unusually high tip that were not mentioned leave a dishonest aftertaste in my mouth. I probably won't eat there again.

I was there on September 20th. I was in Heilbronn on business and ordered a ribeye steak from Blackbones. For 30 euros I would have expected at least a side dish, but I had to order this separately. Unfortunately, the steak was grilled far too much, which resulted in an unpleasantly bitter taste. In addition, the meat was tough and stringy, and the overall flavor was not intense enough. It was also over salted which further marred the experience. I couldn't eat at least 100 grams. Unfortunately the worst steak I've ever eaten. Very disappointing and definitely not recommended.

The restaurant disappointed us a little. The steak was cooked incorrectly, we ordered medium done, but they brought it extra rare, and with films that couldn’t be cut. A piece of meat ended up in the trash. The steak, fish and grilled vegetables were bland, without salt. We also ordered potatoes with rosemary, but the rosemary was only used as a decoration and not used in the cooking process. There was only one tomato slice in the salad. The shrimp and salad were deliciously prepared. The atmosphere of the establishment is good, but it is a pity that instead of improving the quality of the food, the restaurant is blocking reviews that affect the establishment's rating. The place is not bad, but we won't come next time.

The food was excellent, especially the Chateau Briand, which was perfect for sharing with 3 different sauces and herb butter and 600 grams. As a dessert, the chocolate soufflé is an absolute recommendation.

The food was great, the steak was wonderfully tender and fried to a perfect medium rare. The salad tasted great and had a great dressing. The very friendly and attentive service served a large portion of very tasty herb quark to go with the huge baked potato, so you really didn't have to skimp on it. The fries were crispy and perfectly salted. The rosemary potatoes were also a treat. It is also suitable for families with children, as there is a small playground right next to the restaurant and the restaurant is in the pedestrian zone.

We are currently on vacation with our grandchildren and found this great restaurant. We were there for the second time today and are absolutely thrilled. The food was fantastic, super tasty both times. Kudos to the chefs This was by far the best steak we ate. If we could have, there would be a few more stars. We never waited longer than 35 minutes. It was just great. Natalie and the entire service also deserve five stars, everyone was friendly, you still have the feeling of being welcomed as a guest. Every question was answered and we also got tips on how to grill properly at home. If we had such a great restaurant in our area, we would be regular customers. Keep it up. My meal was good, the others' steaks were probably very good. Service itself was good, the wait for the food took a little longer even though we were the only ones. Ambiance was ok, the music was just too loud for eating. Toilets and the entire area are too dirty for a higher quality restaurant.

We had our wedding dinner at Blackbones yesterday. It was incredibly beautifully decorated. Regarding the decoration, our wishes were taken into account; it would also have been possible to bring your own. Isi and the whole team were very warm and attentive. 🤍 We were able to have our cake delivered beforehand and everything went perfectly. We would host our wedding dinner there again and again, a clear heartfelt recommendation! 🍾

The black walls don't fit, despite the place being called Blackbones. A friendly decor would be comfortable. The ladies who served today, July 23rd, 24 at 6:00 p.m., were very friendly and always made sure everything was going well. A huge compliment to the ladies.

Dinner for 11 people. We sat outside and had a large, long table where we could all fit 11 people. In general there wasn't much going on in this restaurant when we visited. The drinks took longer than average. The food, in comparison, went quite quickly. The service was quite slow that evening. All in all, I can recommend this location.

We've eaten there several times, but today the food was very bad. They both ate a burger. Both of these were inedible. Homemade fries were fries out of a bag. We and two others sat in the restaurant. In our opinion, it shouldn't happen that the food isn't good. The waiter was very grateful for our criticism and apologized several times. When we paid he only charged us for the drink and apologized again. Service is really great.

To end the evening with good food, we decided to try this steakhouse. A reservation was possible spontaneously over the phone. Visually, the steakhouse looks very elegant and chic from the outside and inside. The staff are also very friendly and accommodating. The drinks we ordered were good and the appetizers didn't take long to arrive either. My companion's homemade goulash soup was to die for, but my caprese was also very tasty. Since we were guests at a steakhouse, we all of course ordered a steak with various side dishes, such as herb butter, sweet potato fries, stir-fried vegetables, baked potatoes and also fresh wedges. The steak tasted incredibly good and was cooked perfectly, as requested. It worked perfectly together with the side dishes. For dessert we shared a chocolate soufflé, which surprised me more than positively. However, I suspect that this was in the oven for too long because the core didn't seem as liquid as in other photos in the Google Maps reviews. Nevertheless, I have to say that it was precisely because the core was creamy rather than liquid that I found the soufflé to taste so good or better for this reason. However, I would have liked more vanilla ice cream, as can be seen in other photos. All in all, all that can be said is that everyone can expect a tasteful time here and will leave the steakhouse with a good feeling. This visit won't be my last either.

We ate there for the first time. Unfortunately, it was a disaster from start to finish. The service wasn't all that helpful, half of the drinks came twice and the bill wasn't correct. Considering you're in a steakhouse, the meat was never prepared the way you wanted it. I wanted medium rare (English), my mother wanted medium and both were too well done. The waitress couldn't tell us what dessert was. In the end it was overpriced ice cream that didn't even taste particularly good. The only thing that killed it was my raspberry panna cotta. Too bad..

The Blackbones is a classic and recommended steakhouse with a wide range of cuts and the desired quantity, the side dishes, the starters and the service are very good, and the price-performance ratio is right on point. Nevertheless, I would say that when it comes to the selection of meat, its countries of origin and, for example, the range of whiskey for lovers, as well as the ambience, in order to stand out from the crowd, it would be advisable to follow the concept of Ängus in Linz or the Ruhrkind in Gelsenkirchen dedicate.

It was very good; the service and ambience is appealing, modern and cozy. The meat was perfectly fried. I wish it hadn't been steaked. It would also be nice if there were also 150 gram pieces, for example. But of course that doesn't detract from the goodness. We'd love to come back.
